We went to that restaurant today and had schnitzel with fries, which were absolutely terrible... the fries were greasy and cold. The staff kept changing. It's gone downhill. It used to be okay for a quick hot meal.

We enjoyed the food, and it was inexpensive. 😀

The food wasn't good, no selection, just a small menu, said the lady, and it was way too expensive for what you get (frozen pizza... frozen schnitzel from the fryer). The prices are too high for such tasteless food: frozen pizza 13.90... and a small 0.33-liter bottle of Coke 4.10 euros. And the lady behind the counter with her grumpy face was very unfriendly. MY CONCLUSION: Once and never again.

The service wasn't that nice. There were two people working, and they worked sooo slowly. There were two people at the cash register, which I don't understand, since you don't need two people to operate a cash register. The staff were very unfriendly. If you want to wait half an hour for a schnitzel and fries, you're welcome to visit Mömax. We also asked politely how long it would take and were met with stupid looks and a rude answer. Otherwise, the surroundings were nice.

Unfortunately, I can't give it a 0. The service was very unpleasant. The chicken schnitzel was tasteless and the fries were cold. Half of the ingredients in the shrimp pasta were missing. When I asked why half of the ingredients were missing from the meal, the woman behind the counter simply and arrogantly replied: These products were out of stock, and the discount wasn't applied either.

My mom went to this place around 4 PM and had a horrible experience. The worker there was extremely rude and served her barely half a cup of ice cream—without any sauce or biscuit, even though others who ordered the same got everything included. When my mom asked why hers looked incomplete, the woman claimed they had “run out of ice cream,” then walked away and hid in the staff-only room to avoid her. She even refused to reduce the price or give a refund. It was only thanks to another employee that the issue was finally handled. Absolutely unacceptable service. I’ll never go back, and I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone.

The food got worse as time went on. This always depended on the staff. Today the “food” has reached its absolute lowest point. You call yourself a restaurant and can no longer compete with the cheapest snack bar. Definitely the last time I was here for me.

The food is super tasty and requests are catered for, I think that's great... there's nothing more to say about the prices, it's great food at a great price and, above all, fast, no long waiting times even when it's busy... we've been coming here almost every day for the past few weeks, so it's no longer worth cooking for two people at home when you can get good food here so cheaply. !!!! Now 100% regular customers!!!!

Unfortunately, quite a failure. We ordered two dishes and sat at the window. They said we would be called. We waited and waited. At some point we went to the food counter. The service manager said that the food was now cold. It's our own fault. We could have listened. After my protest, she at least offered to warm up the food in the microwave. The food (fish) was then more or less inedible. Such staff can bring a restaurant to ruin.

Spaghetti Carboara is subterranean in terms of taste and, above all, the portion size, children's plates would still be too small. You could eat Coron bleu but it wasn't great either. Absolutely disappointed compared to before 😞 My fries were cold. I complained about it immediately. Was told I would get a new portion. When I finished the Cordon Bleu I still hadn't had my fries.Thanks for nothing. One star is definitely too many.

Unfortunately I had to revise my rating. The Italian gentleman at the checkout is always friendly and professional, which I really appreciate. However, I was disappointed with the kitchen. The new lady, another day served us four Cordon Bleus that were undercooked and the French fries were old and unappetizing. I hope that this was a one-time exception, because I've usually only had positive experiences in this restaurant. However, the quality of the food should be checked urgently to avoid such incidents in the future.

Nothing works here. Waiting 25 minutes to order. There were no calamari on Friday - but I only found out after waiting 25 minutes. In front of the kitchen There is a board, no information! The restaurant used to be good and inexpensive. Total chaos!

Everything's fine. All employees are very friendly and helpful. I bought almost all of the furniture for my entire house from Mömax. I also had the kitchen planned here with Mr. Christopher Bohnstedt. Today, after a year and a half, I had the second kitchen for the second house planned again with Mr. Christopher Bohnstedt. I'm very satisfied. Mr. Bohnstedt is extremely nice, friendly, helpful and, above all, he knows this area very well. You can tell that he is an experienced professional. Thank you for everything!

Okay so far, but unfortunately just okay now. The staff is great, no question, there is absolutely nothing to say and my rating does not relate to this either. I think the prices are now very high for "canteen food" - it's delicious and you can eat it well. But for what is now called for, you can think about maybe going to a restaurant. It costs maybe 1-2€ more but you don't get that canteen feeling. If the price continues to rise, I'm afraid it will become more and more uninteresting.

Frühstück wurde umgestellt, nur dafür lohnt sich der Besuch nicht mehr. War immer gut.

Leider gab es überhaupt nichts Veganes an dem Tag, noch nicht mal eine Bretzel.

Restaurant im Mömax Kaiserslautern ist wie die Seele eines Möbelmarktes. Ohne wäre es nicht mehr das Erlebnis. Sehr kompetente und nette Restaurantmitarbeiter.

Für ein Möbelhaus Restaurant ist die Preis/Leistung wirklich gut! Es gibt einfache aber gute Gerichte mit verschiedenen Angeboten, z.B mit Getränk, Pommes etc. Die Herren hinter der Theke waren nicht ganz so freundlich, hat uns aber weiter nicht gestört. Es gibt genug Sitzplätze und eine Toilette direkt nebenan. Für ein kurzes Mittagessen für zwischendurch eine gute Adresse!
