Today we had dinner in the harbor restaurant. I had the schnitzel with asparagus and hollondaise and my daughter had the schnitzel with fried potatoes and cucumber salad. The asparagus was really hard and inedible and some of my daughter's schnitzel was still raw. I was really disappointed because I had been looking forward to my asparagus all day. We also had a cola that tasted more like Zero and an apple spritzer. Overall it was OK, but I wouldn't go there again

We were here for dinner today. We had cod with Brussels sprouts and mashed potatoes, which was delicious. The schnitzel with creamed savoy cabbage and fried potatoes was a disaster. The fried potatoes were very good, the so-called creamed savoy cabbage was a completely overcooked mass and the schnitzel was not a schnitzel, but an industrially produced piece of molded meat that was deep-fried. But the boss cooks himself...

Been here for the first time! Everything was great and we will always come back. Staff, very friendly and accommodating; Food, great class and all in a beautiful atmosphere. Dinner today on April 3rd, 2025, can't change our rating, everything was to our complete satisfaction, large portions, very tasty. Merle is a must when you are in Warnemünde!!!! Many thanks to the kitchen and service!!!

Wow! We had dinner at Meerle with our child last night. There was cod and schnitzel with Brussels sprouts and mashed potatoes. Delicious delicious delicious! Large portion and really lovingly prepared. The drinks were also really good. The waitress was super attentive and immediately brought us a high chair. Great evening here, thank you

As head of gastronomy, I went on a business trip in the region with my managing director. Since we have tested floury restaurant visits around the Alter Strom. Our shared opinion of this restaurant is very positive, I will give it as a secret tip for extremely good home-style food. The price-performance ratio is right, the food is tasty and the service team is very friendly and helpful. We ate fish soup, spicy meat, schnitzel and cod. We would recommend you to guests and colleagues traveling to the region and will visit you again on our next business trip. Many thanks for the lovely final meal and continued success and fun.

In der Speisekarte entdeckte Ich Grünkohl und Kassler, Obwohl ich Grünkohl sonst sehr gerne esse, musste ich das Essen zurück geben, da er kaum gewürzt war, er hatte kein Geschmack, Auch das Kassler schmeckte überhaupt nicht, Ein gelernter Koch müsste für einen relativ hohen Preis ein wesentlich besseres Essen auf den Teller bringen

I had the pleasure of dining at the Meerle harbor restaurant and absolutely loved it! The service was super friendly and attentive - the staff makes you feel immediately at home without being intrusive. The price-performance ratio is absolutely fair. The food is fresh, delicious and prepared with great attention to detail. I was particularly impressed by the quality of the ingredients and the pleasant atmosphere with a view of the water. We stopped here on February 15, 2025 because it said outside: The boss still cooks here himself. We ordered fish soup twice, but it didn't suit our taste. She was too angry for us. The mushroom soup 🍺 was better than the fish soup 🤭

We spontaneously went out to eat there last Sunday and again today, what luck! The food was very, very good, the service was really friendly and attentive. Portion and price-performance ratio absolutely consistent. Nice, quiet ambience, pleasant atmosphere and the view of the cutters... perfect!😇

Service was very friendly, ambience was ok. The fish had been good and tasty, the pizza and pasta were really not good! Pizza dough was too thick and not really cooked through, the cheese tasted like analogue cheese. Unfortunately the pasta carbonara wasn't good either. We can highly recommend Meerle. We were greeted in a very friendly manner and served very professionally and personably by a very child-loving employee who immediately brought us a coloring book and pencils. The food not only looked good, it also tasted delicious. Toilets were very clean and the interior was very tasteful, even though we sat on the covered and heated outdoor terrace with a great view of the promenade. It was a great experience all around and we would come back on our next vacation. Thanks to the Meerle team.

Friendly staff, a varied menu, delicious food and very fair prices. This makes going to a restaurant fun! We had fish soup and the fish platter. Decent portions with plenty of fish. We'd love to come back!

The worst mussels we've eaten in our lives. Usually with white wine sauce which was not available. Each mussel was rubbery and bone dry. They must have been warmed up. There were also cold mussels. There wasn't even a trace of sauce in any of the mussels. Maybe it was deep in the bottom of the plate. But we could only eat a few individual mussels and had to give them back. Not edible.The crab soup was delicious and the young waitress was super friendly.

The food, you could eat it, was subpar in terms of price and performance. My friend's schnitzel apparently came from the deep fryer and was of chip shop quality. Therefore we cannot recommend the restaurant

The service was friendly, the food came very quickly, but it just wasn't tasty. The pizza was very dry, the tomato sauce had hardly any flavor and the ham was slightly sour. The beef roulade was small and dried out. The potato dumplings were not cooked through at the core. For me, the red cabbage could have used a dash of apple and definitely a little more cooking time. But the gravy was delicious. Unfortunately I cannot recommend this restaurant.

Service underground. You come to the restaurant and immediately have to endure the bad mood of the people (lady and gentleman). The guests are treated as troublemakers and are sometimes even expelled from the table. I have to say, if we had known beforehand how the guests would be treated, we would never have entered this location. The only bright spot of friendliness was when the food was brought from the kitchen. A funny saying can lighten up so much. Unfortunately the only bright spot this evening. No recommendations for this place.

The schnitzel was hard and didn't taste good at all. Just dry meat. The mushroom cream sauce was salty. Dull potatoes with pumpkin was good. Maybe other dishes are better. Please take the criticism positively.

Unfortunately the schnitzel was totally tough and poorly seasoned. Dien mushrooms were burnt and when we pointed this out to the staff, we were still told to pay the full price. Really bad food. I wonder where the good reviews come from

Unfortunately not recommended. Even though the restaurant was almost empty, we were turned away because we “just” wanted something to drink. Not good hosts.

At the beginning everything seemed good and the service was nice...but then everything changed! It started with a spicy meat starter...it arrived cold and we asked to heat it up again! No sooner said than done, but the waitress wasn't happy! And then came the absolute hammer! Main course tagliatelle with smoked salmon in "dill cream sauce" - apart from the fact that the sauce was ready-made sauce from the tetrapak and the dill "walked past" it, the noodles were drowned in this mush and it just tasted disgustingly greasy! When I went to the waitress and gave my food back and explained to her why this was the case, the mood changed completely and a lack of understanding was clearly expressed! And then at the end we cashed in full!!! When asked whether this was correct or a mistake, the waitress became extremely rude and said “yes of course, they finally ordered it and another woman also ordered it and she liked it”!!! Absolute no go! Apart from that, all of the food was not freshly made, but was either warmed up in the microwave or deep fryer! And at such prices! It's worth taking a look into the kitchen when you come from the toilet!!! ;) Absolutely no recommendation and from now on we will avoid this place!

Last night we were looking for a delicious pizza (preferably to go - but that wasn't possible) so we decided to dine in this restaurant. After the service showed us to our table, we discovered that the cobwebs had not been removed there for a long time. When the pizza came we were very surprised. It was the TK 3 pack from Gut und Günstig. This costs around €5 at Edeka, we paid €11.90 each for this pizza. We could have prepared these ourselves at home and would have gotten away cheaper. Very disappointing. After we returned 3/4 of the pizza, there wasn't even a question about whether everything was OK. Unfortunately not again... And yes, I am aware that Warnemünde is known for fish, but you can still expect that you won't be served a cheap frozen pizza in a restaurant.

Doesn't pay employees, ignores chats. Not recommended as an employer. :-) I found it strange that no one showed up for the rehearsal work. So there must be something wrong in the store. Ad is up!

The best thing at the beginning: Yesterday we ate excellent home cooking and pasta. After we were seated attentively and courteously, we chose and ordered our dishes. Since it is particularly important to me that pasta is cooked 'al dente', I checked with the service employee. Without hesitation, she told me from the kitchen to make me new pasta so as not to leave anything to chance. A rarely experienced attention in the Warnemünde gastronomy. The ambience and the always attentive but discreet service team rounded off a lovely evening at the old river, which we will definitely repeat shortly. Absolute recommendation!

We are thrilled... everything is right for us...

Very good German seafood restaurant, where the waitress/owner also speaks English. As usual (not always) the restaurant has better quality when the owners also works in the restaurant in positions such as kitchen, waiter, barmen or cashier. In this case waitress, cashier and barmen. All the kitchen staff are European too. We loved the mixed fish soup. The mixed fish plate is very good too. Nice views.

It was soooo beautiful. We were warmly welcomed and our son was spoken to very kindly to relieve his boredom. Quickly he had something to paint. Really great and family friendly. I haven't experienced anything like this in a long time and the food was great too. We will be back definitely.

All 4 different meals including starters and desserts tasted very good. The service tried hard, but not everything worked out. The ambience can still be improved (e.g. cushions on the rattan chairs)

"Come by and I'll make you something nice" was the message when we asked for a table in the evening at the beginning of April in relatively bad weather and very empty surroundings. And the promise was kept! We had the most delicious meal of our vacation that evening! In addition, super pleasant service and a beautiful view of the small cutters in the canal... We give 5 stars with a plus!!! And we can only warmly recommend this restaurant!!!! Thank you for the wonderful and delicious time with you!!!

Had a wonderful dinner and amazing golden hour view of the canal. Easy to find a spot, perhaps because it’s on the less busy side of the canal. Food was probably the best price value in the whole area.

First of all (because the chef can't do anything else): the food was okay, but unfortunately not enough for an average price of €25 per meal. BUT: the service didn't work at all. Yes, I know - they don't need it given the situation, etc. But that has something to do with general good behavior, and that's why this bad rating. The waitresses were totally rude. As soon as we entered the restaurant, we found a gathering of all the employees looking at us with confusion. Actually, we probably should have said, “Sorry to bother you.” It started when our 7-year-old son ordered something in children's language and the waitress corrected him on his choice of words. Absolutely offensive behavior. It's not the waitress' job to raise our child. Next to us was a Dutch (?) family who were insulted by both waitresses in front of other guests for trivial things. Their children were also reprimanded that they did not have to use the floor-to-ceiling windows as a door. During our stay, two couples left the restaurant because, on the one hand, they found the menu to be too small (we did too) and, on the other hand, they noticed the unfriendly behavior. Unfortunately, we didn't receive the bread that was advertised on the menu. If you change the insert, a fee of 2 euros will be charged. Because I changed the vegetables and side dish in one dish, this fee was charged twice. So I ask myself why..!?!

Attention tourist trap! Far too small portions and far too expensive. Service was annoyed and anything but customer-oriented. The ambience is poor. I have no idea where the good reviews come from. Very questionable. Definitely not recommended!

Because of the good reviews, we ate at the harbor restaurant today. It was just disappointing. The three ladies in service were stressed, in a bad mood or simply annoyed. We as guests did not feel welcome and were only served in the most basic way. The ciabatta announced on the menu only came upon request and unfortunately it was dry and stale without oil or anything similar. First of all, the food was simply not enough for the price. Almost €30 and my son thought it was the starter. When I told the waitress that it was tasty (it wasn't true at all), but that I found it a bit lacking, she replied as she walked away that I could order something else. Cheeky. Added to this was the really bland taste. Just not particularly tasty. I wouldn't go here again and I'm wondering how the other reviews here came about. Our neighboring table was also annoyed about the food and the service.

Aufgrund der guten Bewertungen waren wir heute im Hafenrestaurant essen. Es war einfach enttäuschend. Die drei Damen im Service waren gestresst, schlecht gelaunt oder einfach genervt. Wir als Gäste fühlten uns nicht willkommen und wurden auch nur aufs Nordürftigste bedient. Das auf der Speisekarte angekündigte Ciabatta kam nur auf Nachfrage und dann leider auch trocken und altbacken ohne Öl oder ähnlichem. Das Essen war zunächst einmal für den Preis einfach zu wenig. Fast 30€ und mein Sohn dachte das sei die Vorspeise gewesen. Als ich der Kellnerin sagte, dass es zwar schmeckte (stimmte gar nicht), ich es aber als etwas wenig empfand, antwortete sie im Weggehen, ich könne ja noch etwas bestellen. Frech. Dazu kam der wirklich fade Geschmack. Einfach nicht besonders lecker. Ich würde hier nicht nochmal hingehen und frage mich, wie die anderen Bewertungen hier zustande kamen. Auch unser Nachbartisch ärgerte sich über das Essen und den Service.

The ambience is very nice. We had high hopes based on the many positive Google reviews and were then disappointed. The food (schnitzel dish) was very bad, which for this price was 28 euros! was simply inappropriate. It was very bland and tough. I then returned the food. What was worse, however, was the waitress's reaction. She couldn't hide how much this situation bothered her. From very nice to rude. Completely impossible. Definitely not a recommendation!

We deliberately chose the restaurant because of the somewhat cheaper prices in Warnemünde. Due to the location on the middle pier, we also hoped to be able to have dinner without pre-ordering. We were not disappointed, super fast and friendly service, varied menu and tasty, sufficient portions. We had fish, pasta and also fresh salad. Top quality in terms of taste and definitely something to remember for your next visit here on the Baltic Sea.

I haven't had such excellent pasta for a long time, the spaghetti aglio e olio was absolutely excellent. The service was very accommodating and the atmosphere was very inviting. It's worth it!

Went there spontaneously this evening with 9 women. The service was great!!! When we asked if there was room for us, she kindly pointed out that she was the only one in service and that we might need a little patience - no problem for us! Three tables pushed together and we were able to sit down! Two more tables were also occupied and there were also 3 tables on the upper floor. Sat down, selected and ordered drinks and served them very quickly - without asking "Who had..." but put them down accordingly! Then decided on the appropriate dishes - 5 starters, 9 main courses. Everything came really quickly and at the same time with the help of someone from the kitchen!!! And everything was delicious!!! Everyone was very satisfied!!! And once again a big compliment to the service staff! Mega friendly, very fast and careful and just great!!! We'll definitely be back!!!

Hatten Dorsch und Zander...beides suuuuper gut! Sautierter Spitzkohl tolle Überraschung. Grüner Spargel sehr gut. Genauso der hausgemachte Apfelstrudel mit Rumrosinen. Personal sehr freundlich, locker, blickig und zuvorkommend. Hat meine geschälten Kartoffeln (die ich nicht lecker fand) anstandslos gegen die normalen Salzkartoffeln mit Schale getauscht. Insgesamt: sehr gute Küche! Vielen Dank an die Küche. Hoffe, wir haben die Chance, mal wieder zu kommen.

Waren im Dezember dort, ist natürlich etwas runtergefahren. Essen war sehr lecker. Hätte etwas wärmer sein können. Wir hatten Kalbsragout und Geflügelleber, die Tapas Platte für 2 Personen als Vorspeise. Meine Frau hatte als Dessert so eine gegrillte Banane mit Eis und Früchten Personal freundlich, alles gut gewesen. Hat uns gefallen dort.

Schönes Restaurant direkt am Strom. Sehr gemütlich und sehr nettes Personal mit Herz und immer einen flotten Spruch auf den Lippen. Essen wird immer frisch gekocht und ist sehr lecker. Und der Glühwein ist einer der besten in Warnemünde. Bitte stehen bleiben und probieren!

Wirkliche und positive Überraschungen haben wir mehrfach genießen dürfen und haben es auch gar nicht mehr wo anders versucht. Tolle Suppen z.B. Hummer, Kürbis und Tomate. Tollen Fisch z.B. Dorsch und Zander mit feinen Saucen und Beilagen. Pfiffige Pasta und leckere Desserts. Alles kreativ und frisch Unfassbar nette und aufmerksame Gastgeber mit Romy und Kevin, vielen Dank dafür.

Wir haben hier Zander auf Spargel und Kalbsragout mit Kartoffelstampf gegessen. Anrichte und Qualität sehr gut, Service sehr gut. Preis/Leistung sehr gut. Fazit: gerne wieder!

Schön gemütliches Restaurant und man kann hier super sitzen und mein Essen war sehr lecker. Personal ist sehr freundlich.

Das Restaurant kann als Geheimtipp betrachtet werden. Wir (2 Erw., 2 Kinder - 5 und 1) waren am 28.10. und 29.10. dort essen und höchst zufrieden. Hierzu unsere Eindrücke: Das Essen (Hummercremesuppe, Dorschfilet, Burger, Fish & Ships an Tag 1 sowie Currywurst und Tappas für 2 Pers. an Tag 2) war unverschämt lecker. Mehr als ein gutes Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis. In der Tat können wir bei keinem Gericht Kritikpunkte anbringen. Die Pommes waren der Knaller und hatten nichts mit herkömmlichen Fritten zu tun. Mega!!! Erwähnenswert, unserer kleinen Tochter wurde das Breiglas erwärmt und zusammen mit einem tiefen Teller serviert. Haben wir so noch nie erlebt und war sehr ansprechend, dass Essen die die Lütte nicht aus dem Glas zu füttern. Die Bedienung war schnörkellos. Am zweiten Tag kam es zu einem Missverständnis bei der Abrechnung, welches aber souverän gelöst wurde. Toiletten waren sauber und ordentlich. Zurecht im Jahr 2022 vom Restaurant Guru empfohlen ...

Alles Bestens, nur die Portionen sind winzig, vor allem bei den deftigen Preisen. Wer Hunger hat, aber unbedingt in einem guten Restaurant sitzen will, ist hier richtig, sollte aber vorher ein Fischbrötchen draußen essen.

Interessante Variationen wie zB Lachs mit Grünkohl oder Lemongras Panna Cotta. Sehr lecker, gemütlich und sehr freundlicher Service.
