Ordered via Lieferando at 6:17 p.m. and still not delivered at 8:40 p.m. Called the McDonalds branch twice. When I called at 8 p.m. they said the food would be there in 5 minutes. When I called at 8:30 p.m. to complain, the employee told me stupidly that I should cancel the order from Lieferando if it was taking too long. The lady didn't care at all that my hungry 7-year-old daughter waited almost 3 hours for her food and now doesn't get a kids menu. This branch of McDonalds should be banned and closed. It's an absolute disgrace how they treat customers here. We will 100% neither order nor eat here in the future. This means you have fewer customers again. It's enough that the competition has opened in the neighboring town of Bobingen. They'll get our money in the future.

Now very expensive. Not a fast-food restaurant, too much time wasted ordering from the machines, and then some of them don't work.

Iced coffee here was really just cream on ice cubes. At other branches you somehow get more money :/

Food varies every time you are there. Sometimes there is almost no sauce on it, sometimes there is a lot. Very often something is forgotten that is difficult to check in the drive-thru and is therefore usually only noticed at home. Basically the branch is ok. You can definitely do it every now and then.

Order over 6 items (burgers, nuggets and fries). Positive: nothing going on in the restaurant (early Saturday evening), ordering was very quick / hardly any waiting time Negative: Fries missing (unfortunately only noticed at home) I learned: not only in the branch in Schwabmünchen (this has happened to me there several times), but from now on also in Königsbrunn: in the future I will have the order taken out of the bag and checked again

The MC Drive in Königsbrunn is the very last thing. There's always something missing. But today you have outdone yourself. Three burgers were ordered...I didn't check...I thought nothing could go wrong. Then the surprise at home: THE CHEESEBURGER WAS MISSING. Incredible. 😡😡😡

It used to be called fast food...the emphasis on FAST. 30 minutes waiting time so far... if the kids hadn't been super disappointed I would have left. Service is different!

Literally the worst McDonald's I've ever been to. Order at 6:19 p.m., delivery at 7:21 p.m. It's not because I filed multiple complaints, always the same answer... Wait!! (with a grin). Unfortunately, I wasn't the only one in this situation tonight (no less than ten people in the same situation). CARE FOR!

It was a shame I accidentally ordered the wrong thing and wanted to exchange it. We also agreed then I waited 45 minutes for food after asking twice. Service was zero. The manager was arrogant and unfriendly.

For the third time in a row, the food ordered at McDrive is missing. Unfortunately, not everyone got their food at home. The employee on the intercom can hardly be understood.

I ordered for 12:00 because I have a break then, the driver came at 11:40, I ordered a double Big Mac in the set, the single one came, sorry. This is the first time this has happened as I often order, but please pay attention.

I wonder why this McDonald's isn't closing. The staff neither knows customer service nor has anything to do with it. Parts of the order are always missing or you wait forever. The tables all looked like crap last time and what's really strange is that where you pay takes forever and what you don't pay for (ordered with bonus points) was there in no time. The staff in the store is chronically overwhelmed. URGENT NEED FOR ACTION!!!!!!!

Tonight at MCDrive it was absolute rush hour and there was a lot going on. All the employees were still super nice and accommodating. The gentleman at the order counter in particular was very friendly and responded to my special requests for the Happy Meal (toys ☺️). Top! When the apple turnover I ordered took a little longer to prepare and I had to wait, I was given an extra apple turnover as a gift. Thank you very much and keep it up.

Absolutely not recommended on Sunday, half an hour waiting time in the drive-thru is underground. Service completely overwhelmed...

A place to forget. Almost an hour waiting time for the order. Not a word of apology or regret, nothing. Is this the new company philosophy????? When we got home we discovered that the goods were incomplete. Burger was Charcoal and No Burger. Packed up the rat and drove back to the store (gasoline doesn't cost anything). The lady accepted the complaint but said that there was nothing she could do about it and that the colleague from before was off work. Then she mumbled something that we didn't understand. There was a free burger for waiting an hour, a Gammelburger and an additional trip to the branch. A word of apology or regret, none. This store won't see me anymore. Customer service looks different... By the way, the order had a value of €45. It's easier to eat pizza there, it's cheaper.

Never again ! We ordered 1 BigMac meal, after 30 minutes it was delivered to the table. French fries cold, BigMac cold. There felt like 20 people at the counter with a very, very long wait. The staff worked uncoordinated and without a plan. Other guests were also angry and said that the times from ordering to serving were too long. Our second order to take away took a long time again. So at the counter, asked where our take-away menu was, no answer. The employee probably couldn't read the order receipt. We read everything to him, then he finally responded. Maybe training in the catering industry will help a little. I will stay away from McDonald's in the future, especially since there are alternatives.

I ordered a mc Sunday when I was driving and some guy from India didn't give me enough caramel. I honestly don't think it's nice. I ordered extra with caramel and there's none in it. 1/10 doesn't go there!!!!!!

Dirty floor. The bag where my food was packed was smeared with sauce. Our menus actually include glasses but we had to take them without because there weren't any. The shift manager was just in the office and didn't take care of anything. It's never been this bad. So very disappointed 😞. Next time I'd rather go to Germas.

I ordered online, when I picked it up I said that a fish mac and a fries should be put in a separate bag, the nice young man at the checkout told the shift leader (Mrs. Dip) in front of me and she wasn't happy about it, I heard everything, the shift leader made fun of him. I noticed a few things that I don't want to tell here otherwise the text would be too long. Then it was my turn, I told the lady if she had specially packed what I said. She did She told me that she didn't know anything about it, then I said he said it, I saw it myself, she still claimed that the cashier didn't say anything. Of course I didn't go home and there was a whole menu missing no sauces included. They packaged the food just talked among themselves but there was no plan as to what they were packing.

Waited three hours for my delivery three hours let that pass on your tongue! I can't call and I keep getting a message telling me to wait! Almost impossible to reach by phone! If you can't provide a delivery service properly, you shouldn't offer one

we were there on May 14th. there around 5 p.m. The shift manager was too stingy or too planned to turn on the air conditioning, it was really very warm. Really unbearable. It's better to let the guests and especially the employees, who have to be there for up to 8 hours at a time, stew in the heat. The music was way too loud, no matter which corner you were in, you couldn't escape. It was even louder outside! It would be helpful to pay the staff significantly more than just minimum wage, then they would definitely be more motivated to offer better service. Unfortunately, Mc Donalds is the top dog and can afford such a yield and bad reviews. The food was good, warm and friendly service. The many ice cubes in the drink were commendable.

Edit. It works in 1 out of 10 cases, as long as everything is there. McDonald's. Unfortunately, depending on the staff, not everything that is on the bill is always packed into the bag...

Was bullied by an employee. In my opinion you should always deal with customers professionally, I was completely uncomprehending because I didn't do anything.

Yesterday I ordered Doblepack with Bigmac and I was very surprised. After a long time it tasted really good and looked exactly like the picture. What bothers me when ordering is that I can't order a cola without ice cream, or I can't find it in the app.

Ordered Mc Flurry original with M&M and caramel, received yoghurt flavor with caramel and it tasted awful.

Today nothing was right, everything was double and triple and then wrong

Sunday night there wasn't much going on and we waited half an hour for a menu and 2 water and that wasn't the first or second time, the only thing that was good was the music, that's why 1 star.

Apparently closed today. However, it is marked as open on Lieferando. - Should take better care of the whole thing. After 2 hours I came to this conclusion.

Bottomless! The lady at the drive-in didn't manage to understand a 4-digit code for several minutes despite spelling it. She then talked to her colleagues in between and didn't respond at all. Then suddenly the code couldn't be redeemed. When we suggested that she could scan it, she didn't open the window for 10 minutes and diligently took new orders and ignored us. Grotesque - we drove without food.

Update Es wird immer schlechter, am Drive bei jeden 2.mal irgendwas falsch. Falsche Burger, falsche Soße oder extra bestellte Soße vergessen. Pommes Qualität teilweise unterirdisch nicht essbar.. Es lässt die Qualität immer mehr nach. Bei Bestellungen fehlen Sachen, keine Servietten eingepackt, falsche Soße eingepackt, Royal Ts ohne Tomate schon mehrmals vorgekommen, falscher Burger eingepackt. Ist halt super wenn man durch den Drive fährt und es dann später erst festgestellt. Aber das schlimmste sind die Pommes bei dem Mc Donalds. Sie sind grottenschlecht, noch nie erlebt das die gut waren. Ich weiß das die Mitarbeiter eine Schulung für die Zubereitung der Pommes bekommen. BITTE UMBEDINGT Bei allen infrage kommenden Mitarbeitern wiederholen es hat anscheinend ein Großteil nicht verstanden. Bitte nicht falsch verstehen Aber der Mitarbeiter sollte wenn er Kunden bedient genügend Deutschkenntnisse haben

Leider ist es zunehmend schade dort etwas zu essen zu holen. Wenn man nicht alles mehrfach kontrolliert, fehlt immer etwa. Dieses Mal war es das falsche Spielzeug und als ich nachgefragt habe wurde ich gleich unfreundlich angesprochen, dass ein anders Spielzeug beigelegt wurde und ich das nehmen solle. Und dann haben wieder die Nuggets gefehlt. Leider fehlt zur Zeit ständig etwas oder ist falsch und dann wird man auch noch unfreundlich behandelt wenn man nachfragt. Sehr schade

Mittlerweile hat es sich wieder verbessert. Fahren wieder gern dort hin. Aber nur McDrive... Drin sind die Wartezeiten zum Mitnehmen einfach unerträglich.

Ich muss sagen, heute der 02.07.2023, ist mit abstand der beste tag im mcdonalds königsbrunn. Die Mitarbeiter sind gut drauf und das essen kam in null komma nix. Am meisten hat mich der junge herr namens pharrell sehr beglückt. Ein sehr lieber junge der weiß wie man mit älteren menschen umgeht. Hoffentlich ließt der chef die Nachricht und sagt ihm liebe grüße. Eine kleine Lohnerhöhung bei dem bub würde nicht schaden ;)

Grundsätzlich ist eigentlich alles ausverkauft. Die halbe Speisekarte steht mit ausverkauft dran, schon ziemlich traurig. Service lässt auch zu wünschen übrig, Freundlichkeit ist echt was anderes. Bei meinen Drive-In Bestellungen hat häufig schon die Hälfte gefehlt, und spricht man es keine 10 min später an an, heißt es, man kann es nicht mehr nachvollziehen.

Ich bestelle etwas hier,aber es dauert immer mindestens 15min!!!Viele haben hier eilig.

Der McDonald's, den ich besucht habe, ist zweifellos der beste Ort für einen Snack nach Mitternacht. Das Essen war frisch und lecker, was mir eine fantastische Erfahrung beschert hat.

McDonald's halt. Essen lauwarm, Pommes am Boden. Lediglich die Dame, die das Essen gebracht hat, hat 5 Sterne verdient.

Leider trotz fast leeren Stores keine gute Abhol-Erfahrung gemacht. Die Pommes-Tüten waren knapp halb voll und die Pommes selbst sichtlich überlagert, gleiches gilt für die plantbased-Nuggets. Ich hätte gern über den Kassenbon ein direktes Feedback gegeben, allerdings konnte ich auch diesen nicht in der Tüte finden. Positiv zu erwähnen ist, dass es schnell ging und das Personal sehr freundlich war und die sonstigen Bestellungen nie zu beanstanden waren.

Waren gestern mit der Familie hier und was soll ich sagen... Sehr netter Service und das Essen wurde sehr zügig an den Tisch gebracht. Für die Kids gab es zum Nachtisch noch Gummibärchen. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder hierher!

Im folgenden möchte die Erfahrungen unseres Restaurantbesuchs in der McDonald’s Filiale in Königsbrunn berichten. Wir waren zu zweit in diesem Restaurant. Wir hatten über die McDonald’s App im Vorfeld das Menü vor bestellt und per Kreditkarte bezahlt. Wir haben um 14:33 Uhr im Restaurant an Tisch Nummer 13 Platz genommen und hatten die Option Lieferung an den Tisch gewählt. Es war ein schöner Anblick über einen Zeitraum von mehr als einer halben Stunde orientierungslos durch das Lokal laufende McDonald’s Angestellte beim lustlosen verrichten ihrer Arbeit zuzuschauen. Auch der Anblick der anderen Gäste die nach offensichtlich eben so langer Wartezeit versuchten ihr Menü selbst abzuholen war interessant. Um 15:07 Uhr kam dann eine der Angestellten mit unserem Menü. Die angelieferten Burger waren, man glaubt es kaum, eiskalt. Wir haben uns dann vor an den Tresen begeben und neue Burger geordert. Diese kamen dann, wieder erwarten, sehr schnell (weniger als 5 Minuten Wartezeit). Die gelieferten Pommes waren gerade noch lauwarm. Die Chicken McNuggets waren akzeptabel. Das Cola, muss ich aber sagen, war wirklich sehr lecker. Die Idee McDonald’s von einem fast food Restaurant mi Self Service zu einem Restaurant mit Tischservice umzubauen mag ja in der Theorie sehr schön klingen ist aber in der Praxis desaströs weil nichts funktioniert.

Ich besuchte McDonalds in Königsbrunn, bei dem es mittlerweile auch die Möglichkeit gibt, die Bestellung über ein Terminal einzugeben. Leider war an dem sehr heißen Tag weder Milchshake noch Eis verfügbar. Offenbar schlechte Logistik bei erhöhter Nachfrage. Ansonsten schnelle am-Platz-Bedienung, es war aber auch nicht viel los.

Heute war ich von 19.37 Uhr bis 19.46 Uhr im Mc Donalds in Königsbrunn und wollte für mich und meine Familie Abendessen besorgen. Vor mir waren 2 junge Frauen, die sich mit einem Angestellten ( vermutlich ) auf russisch unterhielten und auf - ich weiß nicht wieviele - McFleurys warteten. An der anderen Kasse wurde ein sichtlich genervter junger Mann bedient, der anscheinend schon lange auf seinen Burger warten mußte, denn der Bediener entschuldigte sich bei ihm für die sehr lange Wartezeit. Mich beachtete der Bediener allerdings nicht und verschwand wieder im Hintergrund. Nach ein paar Minuten kam ein anderer Kunde und wurde nach kurzer Zeit von einer kleinen blonden Frau bedient, ohne mich zu fragen, ob ich schon bedient werde. Nachdem sie nicht wissen konnte, wer von uns beiden zuerst da war, konnte ich das noch einigermaßen nachvollziehen. Allerdings hätte ich schon erwartet, dass sie nachfrägt. Beim nächsten Kunden platzte mir dann - nach mittlerweile fast 10 Minuten Wartezeit - der Kragen. Denn er stellte sich direkt neben mich , wurde wieder von der blonden Bedienung nach seinen Wünschen gefragt, währen ich weiterhin ignoriert wurde und der andere Verkäufer immer noch mit der Eismaschine kämpfte . Nun hatte ich endgültig genug, tat meinen Unwillen kund und verließ dieses "Restaurant". Meine Familie wird diese Mc Donalds Filiale nie mehr betreten. PS: Danach besorgte ich uns Abendessen im türkischen Imbiss Edessa, in dem man sehr freundlich bedient wird und das Essen zudem ausgezeichnet schmeckt!
