I ordered a Chicago burger. It was supposed to be made with ground beef, but it only contained a single patty of light-colored meat (in one piece), so it wasn't ground beef at all; it was probably pork or chicken. The bun was soggy, so it definitely wasn't grilled. The seasoning was unfortunately unidentifiable. At least the fries were okay.

The first pizza delivery service in Königsbrunn

Around 11:30 a.m., we ordered a party pizza and a family pizza for 1:00 p.m. via Lieferando. At 1:30 p.m., we received our pizzas, which weren't really warm anymore. They were good, but it's hard to understand how a 90-minute lead time isn't enough for a timely delivery, but instead results in a 30-minute delay. We won't order from them again. Perhaps they won't offer Saturday lunchtime delivery.

After 1 hour and 20 minutes, the food arrived cold. The pizza was really cold, and the pasta was only warm. It was Gorgonzola pasta with spinach and cream, but unfortunately it was just a cream sauce without Gorgonzola. I called again, got through after five calls, and was just fobbed off without any response. Will not be ordering again.

Update: Today, December 15, 2024 Today was the absolute worst. I ordered two Menu D pizzas with four toppings of my choice. Two of them had spicy salami on them, which shouldn't have been there at all. Then, one pizza was missing olives and pepperoni. Two other pizzas were missing the spicy salami. A woman with cancer who ordered pizza one had chosen non-spicy salami, and we had also chosen non-spicy salami for our child. They both nearly choked, and we were about to call an ambulance. If you're so stupid you can't even read your own app, then you should shut down. I've opened a case with PayPal and will also be reporting this to the relevant authorities. That's it!!! We occasionally order from Pizza Romeo, always the same Menu A: Family Pizza with salad, wine, and four different toppings of our choice. It's always been really cheap at €19. The pizzas were always really delicious, but unfortunately they skimped on the dressing on the salad. Thanks to inflation, Pizza Romeo's prices are going up, of course. But then to add 5 euros for a meal deal is just outrageous.

The pizza and pasta dishes were delicious. AND if they say 30 minutes on the phone, they're there on time. Thank you! I ordered again on November 24, 2025, and had lasagna, a burger, and a salad with chicken. The burger and salad were good, according to them. The lasagna, however, lacked flavor, especially seasoning.

I ordered a pizza diavola and ice pasta. Despite the bad weather, the order was delivered on time. The pizza tasted okay, but nothing special. The quality was also average. The ice pasta, on the other hand, tasted very good and I particularly liked it.

We've always ordered from there in the past. But the food has noticeably declined. Ordering for delivery is difficult. The man on the phone barely spoke German. Then, after 20 minutes, they called back and, with difficulty, placed the order. The duck was dry. The curry/coconut sauce was very thick. The soy sauce, on the other hand, was watery and tasted of no soy at all. The rice was more like parboiled rice and not typical sticky rice. Oh well, that's how you lose long-standing customers.

Google reviews can ruin a store, so you should be honest and careful! BUT the food has nothing to do with the taste, it was the worst pizza we've ever eaten, like a frozen pizza that was in the oven for too long that the cheese was just dried out, if you had your eyes closed when you saw the rigatoni in cream sauce you would have just known there was something in your mouth but what... zero taste, just like nothing. But it's your own fault when ordering over the phone you should have noticed that there were no professional gastro people there, it was a big hurdle to order a family pizza and pasta... But you learn from mistakes! It's just a shame that you get such a bad, almost rude meal for your money!

I've ordered there often. Unfortunately the service has been declining lately. Waited almost two hours today! When we asked after 50 minutes, we were told that the food would be coming soon, and then we waited for almost an hour. I hate being lied to! Therefore not again! and: The pizza had obviously been kept warm for a long time and was very soggy! The supplier doesn't understand a single word, not German, not English!

Despite ordering, there was almost no garlic on the pizza. Baked too short in the oven. Almost no vinegar or oil in the tuna salad. Amount sufficient. Packaging of salad 100% plastic!

Surprisingly it was very good...

Waited 2.5 hours for the food to come. Mess! Living only 2km away. impudence

Any frozen pizza is better. Unfortunately...

Pizza and pizza bread were delicious... but the spring rolls should not be placed in the styrofoam packaging too quickly after baking and frying, as this means they are quite soft when they reach the customer. With other delivery services it also works that the spring rolls are crispy when they arrive at the customer.

Super Lieferdienst, leckerer Geschmack

Kanton Ente bestellt. Fleisch war trocken. Gemüse musste ich in der Soße suchen (zuccini scheiben und Erbsen mehr hab ich nicht gesehen). Soße hatte nichts mit dem Gericht gemeinsam. Einfach nur ein Haufen Sahne und Curry drauf. Für dir 13.50 hätte ich mehr Gemüse erwartet. Ich würde auch mehr für das Gericht bezahlen, aber dann muss halt auch die Qualität stimmen. Ich werde nichts mehr bestellen. Weniger ist mehr, deshalb bleibt bei euren Pizzen und pasta und nehmt das aus dem Programm raus. Ich hab daraus gelernt und bestelle solche Gericht nicht mehr beim pizza Dienst.

Schnelle Lieferung sehr freundliche Auslieferer Jedes Essen hat super geschmeckt. Favorit: Champignonschnitzel !! Bin schon Kundin von Anfang an. Hatte noch nie eine Reklamation. Ich kann es nur weiterempfehlen.

Absolut unterirdisch, habe gerade eine Pizza gehabt, Teig war labrig, Käse war nicht gut und zum Teil bitter, Öl in Massen, und generell absolut kein Geschmack, die Pommes haben wir direkt weggeworfen, und inzwischen ist uns sogar schlecht. Ich würde hier nicht bestellen/essen vermutlich war der Käse nicht gut oder irgendwas anderes an den Pizzen. Naja die Lieferung war schnell und der Fahrer war nett

Die Salate sind sehr frisch und lecker. Pizza kann ich auch sehr empfehlen.

Bestelle dort seit vielen Jahren und war mit den Lieferzeiten sowie mit dem Essen immer sehr zufrieden, weiter so!

66 Min. hat´s gedauert...63 wurden prognostiziert - super! Auflauf Mexico-Topf war nicht unser Fall....nicht gut gewürzt-belanglos. Umso genialer war, wie immer, Chicken Tikka Masala...echt SUPER!

Große Auswahl an leckerem Essen, das preislich völlig in Ordnung ist. Die Lieferzeit kann bei Stoßzeiten natürlich etwas länger dauern, aber man hat auch die Möglichkeit das Essen selbst abzuholen und dafür sogar noch Rabatt zu bekommen. Die ungefähre Lieferzeit wird bei telefonischer Bestellung immer genannt und dann so gut wie immer auch eingehalten.
