Okay. So I just ordered, and I'm not one for complaining. However, this was a mess. I'm self-employed in the catering industry and a chef. The pizza is rock hard. Completely dried out, no sauce, and cheese or whatever it is is on top of the pizza. ON TOP. Everything is burnt everywhere, which is technically just a -1 out of 10. There were four of us, four slices were torn, you can pick up the rest. Wow, I don't expect much, but this was even less. P.S. By the way, the salad dressing was water. The Fanta was delicious. I'm honestly sorry, but this was the worst pizza I've eaten in 35 years, both in terms of taste and craftsmanship. Sorry for the lousy review, but it was still too good. I'll be happy to respond to your message. You don't have to understand, but there were four people who couldn't eat the food. Your dough wasn't cooked through, the pizza was burnt. P.S. I have pictures of the cheese on top, completely black, dried out, just everything a pizza shouldn't be. You said you're a trained chef. Show me your IHK certificate, because I think you're not telling the truth and don't have the technical knowledge you'd learn in an apprenticeship. Maybe in the future, you'll stop harassing your customers in broken German via phone calls and WhatsApp to delete reviews so you can continue to lie to others, saying they think your food is better than it is. Okay, if 4.1 is good for you, then let's leave it as it is. Personally, I have 5.0. It's not personal, not at all. It's about the fact that companies like yours are making the restaurant industry unattractive for the consumer because you don't know your craft, and unfortunately, there are many others besides you who are. I can 100% recommend it!!! Around 10:30 p.m., when no delivery service was open, this delivery service saved my day. After a phone call with the employee, my order was delivered outside their delivery area. As the driver was on his way, he called again to let me know. The food arrived quickly and was super fresh! The driver was very nice. I thought the pizza was delicious, and the customers loved it too. The only pizza delivery service that called after 20 minutes to ask how the pizza was. I WAS THRILLED!

The takeaway facility is amazing and the fast food is amazing. I have ordered it many times and it has never disappointed me. It is amazing.

Terrible service. I ordered from their website. The delivery guy was extremely rude and unprofessional. I had mentioned on my order in the notes section that the rider should call me when he arrives but he chose not to and then he was creating a fuss out of it for no reason. As soon as he arrived, I went down to collect the order but he was gone, his car was parked right infront of my building but he was doing i dont know what. Then after making me wait for 5 minutes he started guilt trapping me that I wasted his time. He was extremely unprofessional. Started asking me if I'm indian and then said he's a muslim too, which I don't know what point he was trying to make. The service was absolutely terrible. And the pizza taste really bad. I was about to throw up. Safe to say I'm never ordering again. Usually I don't add reviews but the rude delivery guy and the way he acted unprofessionally forced me to. He was literally shouting on a Sunday. I hope action is taken against him. Edit: The guy added stuff that I didn’t pay him the full amount. This is a complete lie. If he doesn’t come up with proofs I’ll complaint about him because not only is he lying but he has also mentioned my personal information in the review. And after all of this, he has been annoying me with unlimited calls and messages.

I can't complain about the pizza. Occasionally, a minor slip-up, but that's acceptable given the rush and stress. It's possible that the chef is different from time to time, which is unavoidable in this industry. The boss was always friendly and accommodating when speaking to him. So far, I can't complain about a delivery service. Some people might even mistake it for a restaurant!

We ordered a party pizza yesterday for us and our hard-working helpers (who helped out at our construction site despite it being a holiday). As we all know, tastes differ. The pizza didn't suit my taste, nor those of my family and guests. Everything was very dry and partially burnt. As a result, the ingredients all tasted the same. It's a shame.

You can't serve something like that to anyone to eat. I was a little disgusted at the sight of it, but when I tried it, I was happy to throw the "50€" in the trash. I'm going to bed hungry.

The pizza tasted very good. The crust was crispy and not too thick, and the ingredients were fresh and well-balanced. I was particularly impressed by the even baking time – the crust was neither too soft nor too hard. Delivery was on time, and the pizza arrived warm. I can't say anything about the ambience since people only ordered here. Supplier was very friendly. Owner is extremely pushy if you complain about something. Food itself with eyes to press OK. Orders are only made here in emergencies if nothing else is open. All in all not recommended.

What was offered here couldn't actually be called pizza. I have never eaten a worse pizza. The cheese was more wood glue and the salami was anything but no salami. Disgusting… never again

Ordered a party pizza from Lieferando yesterday. Hawaiian pizza. Absolutely disappointing. Hardly any ham/pineapple/curry/cheese. Tasted like a slimmed down version of a Margherita pizza. I left a negative review on Lieferando. Today, the owner calls me and completely puts me down because of this review. Completely unprofessional. What is this call for? Just so I can constantly hear how inhumane I am and how I'm ruining his business. Hopefully he will reflect on his behavior and think about his actions as a MANAGER. UPDATE: He terrorizes me with calls and voice messages on Whatsapp on different numbers as I immediately block any associated number. I have screenshots and minute-long Whatsapp voice messages as proof. If you continue, I'll go to the police!

Hab einen Burger mit großen Pommes bestellt.... Die Lieferzeit war wohl mit knapp einer Stunde etwas lang. Die Pommes trotz eigentlich schöner Farbe etwas lapprig! Schade, aber wenn viel los is kann des passieren, sollt halt ned. Bin mir sicher dass es noch besser geht....Ein sehr gutes Tiramisu war das Highlight!

War wie immer lecker. Hat zwar gedauert, aber er hat es uns vorher schon gesagt, dass es dauert. Bisher hat uns noch immer alles geschmeckt. Von Salat, Pizza, Nudeln oder von den indischen Gerichten. Wir bestellen seit Jahren dort, weil es dort am besten ist. Wir probieren auch mal andere, aber wir kommen immer wieder auf Me Gusta zurück, weil es dort am besten schmeckt.

Das Essen ist sehr lecker - es werden gute Zutaten verwendet. Sehr guter Lieferdienst. Manchmal dauert die Lieferung - jedoch spricht das für ein gutes Geschäft.

Super, schnell heiß gut. Was will man mehr.....
