The bad reviews are understandable. We were just passing through and ordered 2 coffees and a few burgers. When I asked to put 2 sugar in both coffees, the sugar was handed to me in an unfriendly way. Except for the nettle potatoes, everything was soggy and the burgers in the package were smeared with ketchup. The worst McDonald's I've experienced. The payment counter and the pick-up counter were both unfriendly.

Unfriendly staff, who unfortunately barely understand German and the shift manager fools customers about the Happy Meal offer when it comes to choosing a character (Smurfs). We wanted to choose a figure, the head of the shed told us it wasn't possible because it was a coincidence what was in there. However, the respective figure is shown on the front of each of these packs. She probably didn't feel like looking. And that's what you call a shift manager!!! Really sad.

The toilets were full of "urination" and toilet paper was also empty. Plus clogged, overflowing sinks. Unfortunately, hygiene is not available here. Dirtiest McDonald's I've ever entered.

The team is super friendly!!! Everything was prepared very quickly and well organized. Stylish atmosphere and very clean everywhere. Can recommend further. We will be back.

The mountain view on the second floor is quite magnificent, so you can eat burgers and drink coffee with the unrivaled mountain view!

Food great as usual! The preparation team is extremely quick and organized. Service staff are more than unfriendly and any contact with customers seems to be avoided. Even if you are jostled because of haste, you are not worthy of a look, let alone an apology! A pity!

One of the worst Mc's I've ever encountered. Anything that could have been too dry was. Anything that could be flimsy was. At least everything was there. Staff was ok. There weren't toilets. Smelled very unpleasant, even for mc toilets. The roof terrace was good. Nice view of the Alps, but a bit noisy from the street.

It’s to badly We went here to have dinner. At 12:10 we were not allowed to sit there and we were told that you can take the food parcel and go outside we are going to close here We paid at least over 100 euros for this. and it was very scary.

Very clean McDonalds, with very friendly staff during our visit! You can also sit outside on a small terrace on the first floor, with a view of the surrounding mountains.

Long waiting times, communication was rather difficult (language barrier), and in the end half the order was missing 🥴 but the food was freshly made.

The burgers were warm and good. Unfortunately, the tables are not cleared or cleaned and there are no trolleys on the ground floor for your own tray.

Beats, whether on the drive or inside, are almost ALWAYS done wrong. Man orders at the terminal e.g. The drink without wi man gets it with ice. Man orders a burger without cucumber, what's in it? actually cucumbers. The staff was friendly, but they still weren't able to read the order correctly and then prepare it.

Mc crispy and doublecheese OK. The fries were average, a friend ordered nuggets and they were disgusting. After that, a complaint was made about the big mac bacon TS, which of course should have had bacon and tomato and it wasn't there, we complained about it and the shift manager insanely cut up the burger (to check) where the ingredients really weren't there and she threw the burger in the trash and was really angry that she had to make new ones . Grapes.

The service has become a bit friendlier since Asian women have been serving.

Fast service, clean restaurant, there are fresh flowers on the tables. The parking lot is very small for large cars.

I don't speak German language, they didn't want to help me, when I try to ask the personel for advice and if they speak English, they say no and saw me the touch screen to order! It's not a good thing for such a big company!

The salesman didn't understand anything and served me a brown Mc Flurry instead of the Twix version I ordered

One of the cleanest McDonald's I know. Boss is also a complete professional. Customer makes a mistake and accidentally orders vegan nuggets. Chef graciously offers exchange for real nuggets 👍

Never seen a better McDonald's. Clean, well organized, friendly and there was even a milkshake. In our house the machine is always “broken” so it more than deserves 5 stars.

I was there with 1.5 year old twins, only found one children's chair in the lower area, the second chair was upstairs, I should get it myself with the twins. No German-speaking staff, communication was only possible via Google Translate, absolutely unacceptable, no help organizing the second chair for the little ones, really very disappointed. No customer parking spaces

We ordered a coffee with milk and a chai latte at the drive-thru. The coffee tasted extremely burnt and was undrinkable. The chai was so brutally sweet, you could have made 3 of it. How you can package two drinks like that is a mystery to me.

Service was quick and ok at the counter, but sweet fries? And the old familiar taste is gone too. Unfortunately the cucumber is no longer the same as I remember it. Size is also smaller now 🤔🤔

Unfortunately the order came incorrectly. My wrap didn't come at all. After complaining, the burger was served fresh, my forgotten wrap was included, unfortunately cold. A pity

Not a big surprise. McDonald's as you know it. Lots of space is particularly nice on the 1st floor, and there is also an outdoor terrace upstairs. It's nice that there is a McDonalds in Garmisch.

Some employees are very unfriendly, ignorant, roll their eyes when you ask something, if you order a large amount you should check that you get everything, every now and then something is missing!

Large salad and coffee with 1 cream order from the kiosk, eat at the table, fork and knife not for coffee, no cream, no chopsticks, we come to MC almost every day and this topic almost every time.

Apparently it is not usual on a Sunday morning in a completely empty restaurant to serve a single customer waiting with crutches. The employee, who obviously had Ottoman roots, was engrossed in a private conversation. After waiting patiently for a while, an obviously superior came out of the kitchen and asked my colleague to serve me. After she rolled her eyes and told me she was coming soon, I left the restaurant and got my breakfast a few hundred meters away North, at Burger King, where I was served promptly and nicely.

A changing team, always friendly! Gladly again, thank you very much!

I don't rate the food, it's way too expensive for me personally and I don't like it. I later got myself a liver casserole in Murnau. My two daughters and my wife thought it was ok, but they probably need it every now and then. The service at the table was unobtrusive, all in all clean, parking spaces available and otherwise ok. If you like the Schachterlwirt, it's okay there too, even if it seems quite small and cramped.

There's not much to write about food, McD. But the staff is dealt with or brushed off. Customer requests are ignored. And maybe not all of the employees speak German; if you ask a question, you'll just get a perplexed look and get no answer. The superior employee seemed overwhelmed. In my opinion, the conversion was a success.

Unfortunately, I have to say at this point that the staff on Thursday morning, March 28th, 2024, was absolutely rude and not customer-oriented. This branch is definitely not recommended as soon as stress arises here because there is a lot going on at the checkout, the staff comes up with other nonsense such as (we have a technical defect at the mc Drive counter) where the technical defect could be here is beyond my knowledge. Because the intercom worked and everything in the restaurant was running. I will definitely not visit this branch again. And unfortunately I can only give one star at this point. I would prefer I couldn't give a star.

The employees don't understand basic German. We had 3 errors in our (medium) order. In the end it was more expensive. The food was normally good then.

Yesterday I was with my family at the Mac on the main street in Garmisch-Partenkirchen. We ordered and sat upstairs. I've never experienced what happened next: food was lukewarm at most, bacon was raw, chicken box was missing, crust of crispy chicken was burnt. It's almost a tradition with this Mac Donald that something is missing and you have to check it again and again, be it inside or at the McDrive. I've been going to McDonald's for over 40 years now, but I've never experienced anything like this. Me and my family will definitely never eat at this Mac again.

Picked up something in the drive for the x time & absolutely incompetent employees who couldn't manage to pack the order completely. Forgot drinks Ketchup/mayo are basically forgotten At Lieferando everything fits, but the opening times and delivery times vary depending on the position of the sun... unfortunately arbitrarily! Maybe a business ploy too That was the very last time!

They are very fast and the quality is excellent compared to others. Friendly and precise.

Bestellt und alles kam schnell am Tisch. Die WC waren nicht ganz sauber, aber okay. Das essen schmeckt wie gewöhnlich bei McDonald's und es war alles frisch und hat gut geschmeckt.

Seit dem Umbau sehr hässlich und Mega unbequem! Das Tolle Ambiente haben sich die Führungskräfte mit eigener Hand zerstört! Mein ganzer Bekanntenkreis beschwert sich über den Umbau und gefallen tut es niemandem. Das Geld für solch unnötigen Umbau, hätte man bestimmt auch sinnvoller verwenden können…

Burger ordentlich gemacht und gewürzt. Auch die Pommes perfekt. Das ist nicht bei jedem Mc Donalds so.

Volles Restaurant, trotzdem eine zu erwartend schnelle Zubereitung. Die Toiletten im 1. OG stinken und es gibt. Ur kaltes Wasser zum Händewaschen. Ansonsten ein standardisierter Mc Donalds

Frühstücksangebot sollte meiner Meinung nach ein wenig ausgeweitet werden. Die Auswahl ist nicht sehr groß, was schade ist. Ansonsten guter Service und sauberes Restaurant.

Unsere Erfahrung bei McDonald's gleicht einer Odyssee des Leidens. Die Burger, die wir aufnahmen, waren nicht nur geschmacklich enttäuschend, sondern sie entfesselten eine unerbittliche Attacke auf unsere Verdauungssysteme. Der Durchfall war so überwältigend, dass es schwer ist, dies als bloße gastronomische Enttäuschung abzutun. Es war eine regelrechte Vergiftung. Die Luft um uns war mit einem widerlichen Gestank gesättigt, der nicht nur unsere Würde, sondern auch jeglichen Respekt vor McDonald's zunichtemachte. Der Gedanke, dass solche "Speisen" als genießbar gelten, ist ein Hohn. Dieser Ort verdient keine Sterne – er verdient eine Warnung. Betretet diese Fast-Food-Hölle auf eigene Gefahr.

Direkt an der Hauptstraße gelegen, Drive In vorhanden sowie Restaurant im Erdgeschoss und ersten Obergeschoss, mit ausreichend Sitzmöglichkeiten, jeweils auch im Aussenbereich! Sehr freundliches Personal. Seit neuestem auch Lieferservice!

Saucen werden fast immer vergessen , Wollt nur dicht mcd fetzen und wie soll ich meine Menü und 20 mc Nuggets essen ohne a Sauce dazu ?? Für was muss man die eigentlich auswählen??

Schnellrestaurant. Nun manchmal dauert es doch länger. Das Restaurant wird im laufendem Betrieb umgebaut. Somit stehen nur eingeschränkt Sitzplätze zur Verfügung.

Naja nicht so toll. Obwohl nichts los war mussten wir über das Touchpanel bestellen und 10 min auf 3 Hamburger, Kaffe und Chicken Wings warten

War heute Mittag im Drive In. Bestellung zur Mitnahme. Ja, wäre nett gewesen wenigstens 1 mal die Bestellte Menge zu bekommen. Es fehlte ungefähr ein Warenwert von 7.00 €. Schade, aber leider bin ich kein Einzelfall, siehe andere Kunden.

MC Donalds eben, Gerichte waren ok, war etwas unordentlich und die Toilette schon etwas grenzwertig.

Mit der App bestellt, über den Drive In abgeholt. Alles bestens. Freundliche Mitarbeiter

Die Toilette in dem Mc Donalds sind sehr schmutzig gewesen. Die Wickelauflage über einem WC zum runter klappen angebracht. Somit war sie für mich viel zu weit oben zum wickeln. Das WC war schmutzig, kein Klopapier, Seife war leer und hat streng nach Urin gerochen. Da vergeht einem dann auch jeglicher Appetit.

Well, it´s McDonalds. For us, a rather "emergency" lunch stop. Five stars to staff and location. But as others have described it....the view is worth a visit, but you have to go upstairs or you will miss it. The floor was a bit sticky, but since we wanted to eat at the table, this is probably not such a great issue. Three stars for the food, since it´s McD standard you can´t blame the staff for it.

Eng, unfreundlich und nicht zu empfehlen. Die Wickelstation ist ein Witz. Neben der Enge ist es so hoch angebracht, dass das Wickeln nicht möglich war. Der Kinderbereich war abgeschlossen und damit auch die Kinderstühle nicht zugänglich.

Also zu uns waren alle sehr nett, das Essen wurde blitzschnell an den Tisch gebracht. Oben kann man in Ruhe arbeiten, es gibt gutes wlan. Geniale Aussicht auf der Dachterrasse Richtung Zugspitze

Unbedingt alles kontrollieren, bevor man den McDrive verlässt. Es fehlt erstaunlich oft etwas in der Tüte. Heute war es mal wieder ein Burger. Sehr ärgerlich.

Ein Riesenerfolg und Spaß hatten wir am 27.01.2023 in dem von MC Donalds zur Verfügung gestellten Geburtstags Party-Raum. Das ist noch nicht Alles denn zusätzlich wird bei MC-Donalds noch eine talentierte Animateurin kostenfrei gestellt die die Kinderparty mit Spielen, Schatzsuche und kreatives Gestalten für 1,5 Stunden mit viel Liebe mit den Kindern für Unterhaltung sorgt. Der netten Animateurin und den kompetenten Mitarbeitern ein großes Lob. Der Partyraum kostet keine Gebühren und wurde sogar seitens MC-Donalds nett dekoriert einschließlich den Party-Tisch für die komplette Geburtstagsfeier. Man bestellt für die Kinder nur was zum Verzehr gewünscht wird und bezahlt am Ende der Party ganz normal die allgemeinen Preise für die Bestellung. Eine Schokoladentorte für die Kinder gab es auch noch Gratis dazu. Was für ein Servive was MC -Donalds da bietet. Kann ich nur wärmsten weiterempfehlen🥰👍🍔🍿🎂🥤🍦🎗🏆🪅🎁🎉

Um einen Cappuccino und Kuchen zu bestellen wird man von der (nichts tuenden) Mitarbeiterin am Mc Café mit Bestimmtheit an den Computer mit der Warteschlange verwiesen. Nach 10 Minuten ist die Bestellung dann da..... GEHT GAR NICHT!
