Unfortunately I had to wait a long time for my food. But otherwise everything was great

YOU FORGOT MY MC CHICKEN AND A NUGGET WAS BITTEN 😡😔

We screwed up our order badly on Lieferando. The bell doesn't work, so call. But you typed the cell phone number wrong. So after an hour there was still no food. We call and ask what the problem is. Solved and driver drives off again. We are angry about our mistake and expect cold food. After a few minutes the boss calls and says "we're redoing the order. Everything is cold." After another 10 minutes the driver was there. Super nice guy. Another short and funny conversation about our mistake. He saw it easily and without any further problems. We were so incredibly sorry that we had caused such a hassle to these people and yet we still got new warm food. A thousand thanks to the extremely friendly staff. Kiss your eye!

Best mc Donald’s I’ve been in my life. The taste of the burgers were incredible. They were with a smoked and crispy taste! This was not a simple mc Donald’s restaurant, but the Best! I would recommend checking the options in this store. For me I always like to try new mc Donald’s around the world and this definitely deserves 5 stars!

The food was disgusting, the Lipton tea was watered down, there was very little space in the bathroom, and the fries were not crispy—just limp and soggy. There was no sugar even though I specifically asked for it. The fish burger was, fortunately, decent. I will never go back there—what a disaster. The quality is vastly different from McDonald's in Poland, Slovakia, and the Czech Republic.

Unfortunately my visit to this branch was very disappointing. When I ordered toast, I just wanted to leave out the bacon. But I was rudely told that this wasn't possible with a voucher. Funny that this works without any problems in other branches! Customer friendliness and flexibility look different to me. It's a shame - I'll think about visiting this branch again in the future. Poor knowledge of German at the drive-in counter.

My friend just ordered a Mcflurry with cookie dough and caramel sauce to-go, but unfortunately she got home to find that there was only ice cream and caramel in the cup. Great, now my evening is over... No cookie dough no stars.

Cleanliness needs to be worked on. Had to clean our table ourselves.

Music wasn't loud. There was magic everywhere. The toilets were big enough and clean. Cappuccino was good too. We are satisfied.

Last week a burger was forgotten when I ordered. After calling McDonalds, an employee promised me a free meal on my next visit. A week later I drove to McDonalds to pick up said free meal. Another employee even gave me my entire order on the house as compensation. The joy only lasted for a short time because when I got home I noticed that another burger (from the free menu) was missing and also that an order was completely mixed up and the things I ordered weren't in my bag. (If I could give 0 stars, I would give it here) After calling McDonalds again, I was simply turned away on the grounds that I had already received something on the house. This is true, but as a customer I would still like the things I ordered to be in the bag and the “compensation menu” to be put together correctly the second time and not messed up again.

A positive surprise. Not when it comes to the food, it's the same everywhere, but the atmosphere was nice. Maybe I was lucky that there wasn't so much going on. Very attentive service.

It's just unhealthy no matter what you eat. Only drink coffee at McDonalds

Here, for the first time, a burger actually looked exactly like it did in the advertising photos. The ambience of this McDonald's is reminiscent of an alpine hut, very cozy and recommended

Well what can I say. It's a regular McDonalds. But it was cleaner than the others. The prices seem normal to me. Obviously it's not extremely high quality food, but for those with little time it's perfect.

Unfortunately it wasn't wheelchair accessible, so we couldn't go out to eat

Zum wiederholten Male fehlende Ware... Fehler passieren, aber wenn die Quote der korrekten Bestellungen unter der Quote für Falschlieferungen liegt - dann ist das schon übel. Heute nur Pommes und ne 6 er Nuggets bestellt - in der Schachtel waren dann aber nur 5 Nuggets drin. Und nein - die Mitarbeiter waren nicht im Stress - es war absolut nichts los, ich war allein in dem Moment.

Food partly cold, friendly service, a little dirty (tables, walls)

I ordered a takeaway set with 2x mayo dip, unfortunately I didn't check and it turned out there was no mayo dip in the bag. It was too far to go back.

We ordered a coffee with milk and a chai latte at the drive-thru. The coffee tasted extremely burnt and was undrinkable. The chai was so brutally sweet, you could have made 3 of it. How you can screw up two drinks so badly is a mystery to me.

Great McDonald's restaurant, ordered on Sunday evening using the mobile app and a few minutes later I was able to pick up my order without any problems. The fries were crispy and the burger was okay, the bread was a little too soft, but still tasty. The facility and especially the toilets are clean, there are worse restaurants. Parking spaces are difficult to find on site, so plan on walking for at least 5 minutes.

I would like to thank the personnel of this fantastic place. We just came in for a cup of coffee and ordered a piece of cake. When the waiter hear that it's my birthday, suddenly the easy break turns to a real celebration with birthday-girl crown on my hair, birthday candle and even all personnel singed happy birthday for me. I never had such a nice birthday celebration without any planning. Many thanks for making that day really special and inmemorable.

Ordered “to here” food. Ate in the restaurant. Nevertheless, the espresso was served in a paper cup. It doesn't taste good and on top of that - McDonalds doesn't believe in waste prevention at all!

First ordered a Big Mac, the Big Mac was burnt but still tasted good, then a double cheeseburger, the cheese was cold, the meat wasn't cooked through and the burger only tasted like pepper...inedible

The most beautiful McDonald's Germany. With probably the best view of the mountains. Food is like everywhere else. Didn't have to wait long.

The bad reviews are understandable. We were just passing through and ordered 2 coffees and a few burgers. When I asked to put 2 sugar in both coffees, the sugar was handed to me in an unfriendly way. Except for the nettle potatoes, everything was soggy and the burgers in the package were smeared with ketchup. The worst McDonald's I've experienced. The payment counter and the pick-up counter were both unfriendly.

It's a shame that there's no breakfast even though it's open at 7:00 a.m

Unfriendly staff, who unfortunately barely understand German and the shift manager fools customers about the Happy Meal offer when it comes to choosing a character (Smurfs). We wanted to choose a figure, the head of the shed told us it wasn't possible because it was a coincidence what was in there. However, the respective figure is shown on the front of each of these packs. She probably didn't feel like looking. And that's what you call a shift manager!!! Really sad.

The toilets were full of "urination" and toilet paper was also empty. Plus clogged, overflowing sinks. Unfortunately, hygiene is not available here. Dirtiest McDonald's I've ever entered.

The team is super friendly!!! Everything was prepared very quickly and well organized. Stylish atmosphere and very clean everywhere. Can recommend further. We will be back.

Great view on the second floor balcony.

The mountain view on the second floor is quite magnificent, so you can eat burgers and drink coffee with the unrivaled mountain view!

Food great as usual! The preparation team is extremely quick and organized. Service staff are more than unfriendly and any contact with customers seems to be avoided. Even if you are jostled because of haste, you are not worthy of a look, let alone an apology! A pity!

One of the worst Mc's I've ever encountered. Anything that could have been too dry was. Anything that could be flimsy was. At least everything was there. Staff was ok. There weren't toilets. Smelled very unpleasant, even for mc toilets. The roof terrace was good. Nice view of the Alps, but a bit noisy from the street.

It’s to badly We went here to have dinner. At 12:10 we were not allowed to sit there and we were told that you can take the food parcel and go outside we are going to close here We paid at least over 100 euros for this. and it was very scary.

Very clean McDonalds, with very friendly staff during our visit! You can also sit outside on a small terrace on the first floor, with a view of the surrounding mountains.

Long waiting times, communication was rather difficult (language barrier), and in the end half the order was missing 🥴 but the food was freshly made.

The burgers were warm and good. Unfortunately, the tables are not cleared or cleaned and there are no trolleys on the ground floor for your own tray.

Beats, whether on the drive or inside, are almost ALWAYS done wrong. Man orders at the terminal e.g. The drink without wi man gets it with ice. Man orders a burger without cucumber, what's in it? actually cucumbers. The staff was friendly, but they still weren't able to read the order correctly and then prepare it.

Mc crispy and doublecheese OK. The fries were average, a friend ordered nuggets and they were disgusting. After that, a complaint was made about the big mac bacon TS, which of course should have had bacon and tomato and it wasn't there, we complained about it and the shift manager insanely cut up the burger (to check) where the ingredients really weren't there and she threw the burger in the trash and was really angry that she had to make new ones . Grapes.

Fast service, clean restaurant, there are fresh flowers on the tables. The parking lot is very small for large cars.

The service has become a bit friendlier since Asian women have been serving.

I don't speak German language, they didn't want to help me, when I try to ask the personel for advice and if they speak English, they say no and saw me the touch screen to order! It's not a good thing for such a big company!

The salesman didn't understand anything and served me a brown Mc Flurry instead of the Twix version I ordered

One of the cleanest McDonald's I know. Boss is also a complete professional. Customer makes a mistake and accidentally orders vegan nuggets. Chef graciously offers exchange for real nuggets 👍

I was there with 1.5 year old twins, only found one children's chair in the lower area, the second chair was upstairs, I should get it myself with the twins. No German-speaking staff, communication was only possible via Google Translate, absolutely unacceptable, no help organizing the second chair for the little ones, really very disappointed. No customer parking spaces

Service was quick and ok at the counter, but sweet fries? And the old familiar taste is gone too. Unfortunately the cucumber is no longer the same as I remember it. Size is also smaller now 🤔🤔

Unfortunately the order came incorrectly. My wrap didn't come at all. After complaining, the burger was served fresh, my forgotten wrap was included, unfortunately cold. A pity

Not a big surprise. McDonald's as you know it. Lots of space is particularly nice on the 1st floor, and there is also an outdoor terrace upstairs. It's nice that there is a McDonalds in Garmisch.

Some employees are very unfriendly, ignorant, roll their eyes when you ask something, if you order a large amount you should check that you get everything, every now and then something is missing!

Large salad and coffee with 1 cream order from the kiosk, eat at the table, fork and knife not for coffee, no cream, no chopsticks, we come to MC almost every day and this topic almost every time.

Apparently it is not usual on a Sunday morning in a completely empty restaurant to serve a single customer waiting with crutches. The employee, who obviously had Ottoman roots, was engrossed in a private conversation. After waiting patiently for a while, an obviously superior came out of the kitchen and asked my colleague to serve me. After she rolled her eyes and told me she was coming soon, I left the restaurant and got my breakfast a few hundred meters away North, at Burger King, where I was served promptly and nicely.

A changing team, always friendly! Gladly again, thank you very much!

I don't rate the food, it's way too expensive for me personally and I don't like it. I later got myself a liver casserole in Murnau. My two daughters and my wife thought it was ok, but they probably need it every now and then. The service at the table was unobtrusive, all in all clean, parking spaces available and otherwise ok. If you like the Schachterlwirt, it's okay there too, even if it seems quite small and cramped.

Never experienced such bad service. The staff in Italy speaks better German than those here in Germany. Terrible

There's not much to write about food, McD. But the staff is dealt with or brushed off. Customer requests are ignored. And maybe not all of the employees speak German; if you ask a question, you'll just get a perplexed look and get no answer. The superior employee seemed overwhelmed. In my opinion, the conversion was a success.

Unfortunately, I have to say at this point that the staff on Thursday morning, March 28th, 2024, was absolutely rude and not customer-oriented. This branch is definitely not recommended as soon as stress arises here because there is a lot going on at the checkout, the staff comes up with other nonsense such as (we have a technical defect at the mc Drive counter) where the technical defect could be here is beyond my knowledge. Because the intercom worked and everything in the restaurant was running. I will definitely not visit this branch again. And unfortunately I can only give one star at this point. I would prefer I couldn't give a star.
