Very friendly and attentive staff. Everything in the restaurant was clean.

We pre-ordered at 3:50 pm for delivery at 6 pm. It arrived at 6:52 pm. They could have simply let us know if it would take longer! The delivery itself was a joke. The cheeseburgers were loose from lunch and inedible, the fries were cold and unsalted, and the other two burgers were completely soggy. Another brilliant performance!

The food was actually very good here; the cheeseburgers were juicy and not as tiny as in other branches. Table service is always good 😁👍 The atmosphere is typical McDonald's, but clean and bright, not shabby or grimy, and the restrooms are clean and smell pleasant 👍 For a family of 2 adults and 2 children, we paid around €65.

I love MY Anelka 💚❤️💙 McDonald's has beautiful mountain views, is very well-stocked, fast, and delicious, and has a terrace upstairs. The only problem was the app today. It's worth stopping by.

This restaurant is absolute chaos; items are constantly missing from our order. The staff at the counter listen to what we say, but then turn away and do something else. After asking three times, and quite forcefully, we finally received the missing item. The staff is completely overwhelmed.

This morning we went to McDonald's and received fantastic service! 😊🍟 The early shift was friendly overall, but one young man in a dark blue t-shirt really stood out. He was incredibly patient, very polite, and responded to all our requests immediately—and with a smile! 🥰 Such friendliness and calm demeanor are rare. Many thanks to him—and of course, a big thank you to the rest of the crew as well. 🙌🍔 We'll definitely be back! 😄

We ate there with the family on vacation, and unfortunately, our burgers had brown, soggy lettuce on them. One of the sinks in the men's restrooms upstairs wasn't working. The roof terrace with a view of the Alpspitze is, of course, fantastic. But I don't need to go to McDonald's just for that.

We had a wonderful dinner at this restaurant. The food was excellent and the staff friendly. We'd love to come back!

For us, this is the best McDonald's in Germany; not only because of the great location with the beautiful view of the Zugspitze and Alpspitze, but also because the restaurant is super clean and the service is very friendly. We ate here today with a whole school class and received absolutely perfect service. Extremely friendly team!

There was NO pickle on my cheeseburger. I eat the cheeseburger almost exclusively to nibble around the pickle and then eat it as the last bite. Today? No indication on the display boards or from the staff that an essential ingredient was missing. I was very disappointed and mourn my special taste experience.

It's okay for a stopover, but the coffee wasn't very good. The cardboard lid is the last straw, so you're better off without it.

We ordered two burgers to take out, both with extras, so they should have been fresh and warm. Both were cold and thrown together, half of the burger wasn't on the burger, and one of them was missing the extra. You used to be better. Often, something's missing when you order from a delivery service.

I ordered a burger with bacon and what did I get? No bacon at all, but the sticker that said it had bacon on it and the fries weren't salted.

It's really crazy when so many people supposedly work there, but they're just loitering around. I waited 10 minutes for my lukewarm food. The girls next to me waited even longer. Then another shuffling lady brought it, who also said "I don't care" even though I thanked them for bringing it. A really poorly run place...

Very good Mc Donald’s, we always stop here when travelling from Germany to Austria.. and now actually it became a benchmark for other Mc Donald’s. As my boyfriend says, this is the best Mc Donald’s in the world so far.

My recent visit to the Garmisch-Partenkirchen branch of the ever-popular McDonald's turned out to be, how should I say, a rather ambivalent experience. First, the culinary component: Against my better judgment, but under friendly pressure, I allowed myself to be tempted by a meal consisting of a Hamburger Royal with barbecue, French fries, and a caffeinated soft drink, complemented by a cheeseburger. The presentation was acceptable, given my already rather subdued expectations of the brand, though by no means uplifting. However, the fact that this combination neither satiated me nor provided any lasting satisfaction significantly dampened the enjoyment – ​​especially when you consider the by no means modest pricing. The ambiance itself proved to be unspectacular, but not entirely unpleasant. The restrooms were remarkably clean, although a somewhat... let's say... irritating acoustic noise from a fellow user during the act of urination slightly disturbed the atmosphere. I would like to highlight one particularly pleasant moment: When I placed my tray in its designated place, an extremely friendly employee took it from me, so I didn't have to worry about sorting the waste or putting the tray away. This small but valuable service bonus deserves recognition and was reason enough for me to award the store an additional star in my review. All in all, I therefore allow myself to give this establishment a favorable, but by no means exuberant, three-out-of-five-star rating. A solid visit, certainly, but by no means an experience that could convert me to a fervent admirer of the Golden Arches.

A tidy, but above all clean, and very quaint Mac! It has a ground-floor dining room with an outdoor area and an upper floor with sofas and an outdoor terrace! Great location, just off the highway. Highly recommended! There should be more Macs like this!

The 9-piece chicken nuggets were missing, the sauces were wrapped, and the bottle of water from the Happy Meal was missing. Since this has happened so often, I'm only giving it two stars.

This is the nicest and cleanest McDonald's I've ever eaten at. The employees are always hardworking, friendly, and take their jobs very seriously. The interior design is beautiful; you feel comfortable and welcome! 🤗

I usually just to go MC for iced latte. Everywhere I go it is delicious. Here for some reason you get that discussing filter coffee with ice, it went down the drain just outside the restaurant

The modernly designed McDonald's offers a pleasant atmosphere. It has a large outdoor area. The redesign is very successful. The only drawback is the somewhat limited parking, which can quickly become scarce during peak hours.

I've traveled all over the world, but I've never encountered toilets that smell as disgustingly fishy as the ones here. The hygiene concept here absolutely needs to be changed.

The McDonald's in Garmisch far exceeded my already low expectations. Ordering on Lieferando worked perfectly. A friendly employee delivered the food to our hotel within 15 minutes of ordering.

I mean it's a McDonald's. Not great, not terrible. The coffee was bad but it felt as if it got worse as I was consuming it, when we got out I was actually feeling sick. That's what I deserve for trying to drink coffee in a McDonald's. The breakfast menu was otherwise pretty good, but then again, it's a McDonald's, you go there for convenience and affordable prices, not for amazing food.

Two days ago, I visited this branch to get a quick snack. It's a solid branch with long opening hours. The store is mostly clean, and the staff is friendly.

Please note that parking here is chargeable, even if you are a McDonald's customer. The parking surveillance company Parkdepot also sends endless reminders, even if the fine has long been paid.

My Mäces just... Just not mine!

I placed an order via Lieferando almost an hour and a half ago. The order was confirmed by McDonald’s, and I waited patiently. Then, out of nowhere, the order got canceled after all that time. No explanation, no apology — nothing. This is absolutely unacceptable. If you can’t fulfill the order, at least inform your customers in a timely manner. Wasting people’s time like this is not okay.

Ordered a menu with a glass via the app. When it wasn't there they didn't want to give it to you. Apparently none was ordered. Then I got one but in the wrong color. Just a juice shop…

The food is almost like any McDonald's, but as a man I can only advise every other man: let your wives change the babies or in the car. Having to change diapers in the men's room was the nastiest thing I've ever experienced. It's just disgusting to have to change diapers next to the urinals.

Mäcki Garmisch is always worth a visit, I've been there so many times on the way to Innsbruck and the burgers were always fresh, hot and perfectly prepared. The service was always very friendly, quick and attentive. Thanks for that and see you soon!😘
