Burger King in Garmisch-Partenkirchen

Delicious as always. No matter what you order, it's great. The service is friendly and efficient. The seating area is clean. There's always plenty of parking. The only thing the staff should do is ask if customers are using the Burger King app to get their Crowns. Since there's no self-service kiosk for checking in, it's important for those who don't mind losing their Crowns if they order at the counter. So please always inform customers and ask if they're using the app. Otherwise, I highly recommend it.

Very impressed by the personal, really sweet

Simply terrible food: a rubbery burger bun, mayo on top, a mere four lettuce leaves sloppily put together, and the chicken patty. The other burgers are also borderline nutritionally inadequate. I will never eat such disgusting and overpriced food again. Simply disgusting.

It looks as good as it tastes, but the price is very expensive

Unfortunately, it's a very outdated Burger King these days. There are no large boards with the burgers or menus. There's also no ordering terminal, and there are no vending machines. Furthermore, Burger King generally doesn't offer enough coupons to save money.

Onion rings were frwsh made but not crispy. Floors were very sticky after 1400. Trash was overfilled. Only 3 persons working the floor. Lobby was not clean. Glad i was just getting a take out .

Very friendly service, good cappuccino, terrible atmosphere. The music kept cutting out, the video stuttered, no Wi-Fi, etc. The staff smoked in the parking lot and went straight to the kitchen... I certainly didn't see them wash their hands.

The selection is great, the food tastes good, and you can eat inside or outside.

10:00 PM: No coffee because the coffee machine is off. Food is reheated, rubbery, and tasteless. It's a disaster.

The restaurant overall feels very outdated. There are no ordering kiosks, so you can only order at the service counter, which was unfortunately quite a hassle. Many offers and products from the app couldn't be redeemed or ordered there, which made the ordering process even more difficult. Overall, it wasn't a pleasant experience; it's in dire need of modernization. The food was okay, although they unfortunately forgot the ketchup and mayo.

The burgers and fries taste stale, which is probably why it wasn't busy. There's nothing for kids to play with, and no desserts on the kids' menu?! From the outside, the place looks like it's been closed for at least five years.

One of many others. That's what makes franchising possible. The staff was friendly, and the store was clean and tidy. The special menu items were in stock. We had a burger from the special offer that was really good. Personally, I find the burgers much better than those from the other big burger chains. The lettuce on the burgers was fresh and crispy.

Food – hot and greasy! No cold fries, just fresh and perfectly salty. The burgers are decent and well-topped. Just as they should be. Unfortunately, I had to insist on reCups, and then the employee forgot and poured them from the paper cups into the reCups – ouch! Otherwise, they were very nice and quick at their job. Thank you!

Top marks, because in the fast food category, this one is at the top. Burger, fries, curly, churros, everything was good and hot. Partly table service. Attentive staff.

We arrived at the branch about 15 minutes before regular opening time and waited until 10 a.m. to have breakfast there. We were ignored, and then we dared to enter the store ten minutes after opening – and were immediately thrown out. They said they weren't open yet, even if the door said so. We were also forbidden from using the restroom. Never again. What an arrogant employee! The main thing was that he could make a phone call and smoke outside in peace after the official opening... BK is a service desert. The one star is an exaggeration!

Disappointing visit to the drive-thru – unfortunately, the last time. We went to the drive-thru of this Burger King branch last night and were very disappointed. Even when ordering, there were major communication problems with the employee. He barely understood us and simply closed the order even though we weren't finished. We then had to order drinks for the kids at the counter. When we finally got our food, several items were missing – they weren't charged, but we had definitely ordered them. When we asked, the curt response was simply, "Nothing ordered." The way we were treated was neither customer-friendly nor professional. We haven't been to Burger King in a long time – and after this experience, that won't change. It's a shame!

I thank the Arab youth who work in the restaurant. Their treatment is very wonderful, respectful and helpful.

Smells like toilet and food is really disgusting

My visit to this Burger King was disappointing overall. The decor seemed very dated – everything was more reminiscent of a sagging sofa from the early 2000s than a modern fast-food restaurant. Both inside and out, there was no feeling of being welcome or well-cared for. The situation in the parking lot and drive-thru area was particularly chaotic. A large group of Asians had gathered there, loudly performing stretching exercises or yoga, blocking access and creating a rather disorganized and hectic atmosphere. Whether this was a regular gathering or a one-time occurrence is unclear – but for customers, it was rather irritating. What made the whole thing truly absurd: the price. Charging a whopping €15 for a single burger

Recommended because there is a wheelchair-accessible restroom on the ground floor. Service isn't so good. Some people have difficulty understanding German.

There are actually differences in quality and several burgers are already pre-fried! Obviously not here!

Decent Burger King near the A6. Unfortunately no fast charging station

Was in the drive in About 23 € for cold and soggy lattice potatoes, a baconking where the bacon was actually a briquette (bacon has to be crispy but not black), there was no carbonation in the cola and it tasted like it had been sitting there for 2 hours and finally the tortilla was okay 23 is simply too much for the performance

Nothing we had was fresh. It just doesn't taste good at Burger King anymore. Now so expensive that you could lose your appetite just for that reason.

Simply disgusting, the toilet was absolutely disgusting, the whole restaurant smelled like smoke, we had to wait 20 minutes for our order because the drive-in was preferred, so overall absolutely not recommended!

My favorite fast food burger, the Whopper, and I was not disappointed here. Quick & friendly service. Food was very good and reasonably priced, considering it is located directly on the main road through the tourist city of Garmisch. Bathrooms were clean. Parking is a little tight, but not a problem.

The Burger King restaurant is located along the road, near the town of Garmisch-Partenkirchen. When we visited, it was very quiet. They had clean restrooms, and there were also tables and chairs for seating outside.

This Burger King used to be okay, at least the burgers. Today we had our Waterloo here. After 6 hours, my wife and I are still feeling pretty sick. Even stomach bitters no longer help. We had two Plant Based Whoppers on the menu. The patties were strangely dark, almost black. No taste at all, these burgers normally taste very good, but this was soft mush. Probably reheated several times and definitely inedible. We will inform the health department.

Nice little Burger King on the outskirts of town, ideal for a short break before taking the motorway to Munich. However, the parking lot is relatively narrow

It wasn't very busy and ordering went smoothly, the staff was nice. I had a Long Crispy Chicken...it was so extremely dry! A lettuce leaf and the sauce scraped onto it. I've eaten this many times, but never so bad. I also had a strawberry shake, it wasn't a shake, it was milk, totally liquid. At the counter it said that there are currently no receipts due to technical problems. It doesn't surprise me, because you can't give Burger King any bad reviews. My husband had the King's Bacon & Cheese, which was very, very good. But what bothered me the most were the toilets. Something so smelly and disgusting and in a "restaurant" is not possible!!!!!!

Apparently there are only 3 employees working in the store who have to take care of everything, which is why the ordering process and waiting takes a long time. A spelling mistake ("kassenzethel") doesn't exactly show seriousness. The store has not yet been modernized, no self-service machines, no drinks dispenser, no electronic pick-up station. The seats are comfortable, but I sat on one that was completely exhausted and was basically a hole. Caught me off guard 😅. And otherwise the seats aren't that nice either... (see picture) The toilet stinks from every corner, and things in the store are just in the way (child seats) or lying carelessly on the tables (offer flyer) The food tastes ordinary, normal Burger King standard. The store gave an unprofessional impression and this was confirmed during our visit...

This Burger King has a real retro feel. Order in person without an order terminal, just like before. I think it's really great. Please leave it like that.

Just a Burger King 😀 With not that many customers (there was a family after us), the man at the checkout felt overwhelmed Once you simply typed Cola as a drink (not wanted) it was no longer possible to change it Toys for the Jr meal had to be fetched later and were completely missing. Food as usual (a Burger King, what can I say? 😉) and the same applies to the furnishings.

It really tasted disgusting. Sauces on the burger were much too thin, hardly any onion, tomato, cucumber, fries and meat patty were dry and tasted like old fat. Not recommended!

So far ok. But the toilets! Avoid if possible. Way better than the Burger King in Schnaittach and Roggentin.

The food is good for a fast food restaurant

I haven't been to Burger King in a long time but I'd rather spend my money somewhere else. The food no longer tastes like Burger King did a few years ago. The sweet and sour sauce was terrible and the maio was yuck...the packaging, especially the drinking cup, was completely poorly made...you could hardly enjoy the drink before the cup started to dissolve. I don't even want to talk about the dirty tables and the disgusting toilets. It's clear to me that fast food chains aren't fancy restaurants, but I can pay attention to hygiene everywhere. If I pay 46.90 euros for 4 people, I can expect clean tables and reasonably decent materials and food. Austerity measures like everywhere else probably...that's why I'd rather enjoy my next burger in a good restaurant and be happy to pay a little more.

There was a lot going on because there was an event in Garmisch. Staff doesn't listen and types the wrong order. Fries taste old, burger was dry and cold even though it was freshly made. But the cola was warm.

One of the worst Burger Kings I've ever been to! My Fanta was warm and non-carbonated, the fries were cold and the staff touched them with their hands immediately after they had cashed in. I rarely and reluctantly give bad reviews but I'll never come here again and I can't recommend it to anyone.

Food & service is Burger King, nothing special. But this has to be the cosiest I've ever seen. Really small, with view on the huge mountains nearby.

Subterranean conditions in the men's toilet

Visited yesterday. Worst Burger King we've ever been to. The machine for the soft drinks was broken, so the manager offered us a bottle of "Fruitiger" for children (0.25l) or a water from Vio (0.5l) per menu. We could have had milkshakes, but we wanted something refreshing in the heat, so fruity, which we regretted. The fries were disgusting, the Whopper too, really underground. The toilets are dirty, the whole "restaurant" is in need of renovation. This BK is so bad that you'll never want to go to any BK again.

Burger King is the other of the two big fast food giants in Germany. The BurgerKing in Garmisch-Partenkirchen is very centrally located on the main street. Parking spaces are limited, but easy to access. Some parking areas are covered. The drive-in does not have its own "waiting lane", so you always have to pay close attention to your surroundings when driving off. The ambience inside is ok. The chairs and benches are not the newest and it shows. Some have cracks. The hygiene is ok. The toilets are mostly clean. Tables are wiped down as soon as a guest leaves the restaurant.

It was nothing, it took too long for everything and then half of it was wrong

Slow and unfriendly. As a guest you are ignored and wait for ages until you can order and then again for your order. Really the worst civil war I've ever been to
