I am absolutely stunned by the bottomless behavior at this Burger King! First of all, I had to wait for ages, even though I could clearly see that the employees were just dawdling. Something like that is just completely unprofessional! When I finally got my burger, it was cold and tasted like it had been lying around somewhere for hours - absolutely disgusting! And then I realize that there isn't even a toilet in this store. How can that be? What are they thinking? I expect someone to contact me IMMEDIATELY to make amends for this absolute impudence. I will definitely tell all my friends to avoid this store!

Worst Burger King! Very rude employee and bad food. The food was not properly organized in the bag. Bag very small and difficult to take with you. When I asked about a bag for 3 drinks, he didn't answer me at all. I had to repeat it 3-4 times, he didn't even look at me and just gave me a container. Burger was with very very little sauce.

Bad customer service. The male cashier shouted at me. I ordered nicely and tried to speak in German. I gave my order clearly but he shouted twice and asked me wie viele, when I ordered the chicken nuggets. Their menu does not say anywhere that I have to choose between 6 and 9 PCs. I perfectly understood what wie viele means but there's no choice on the signboard. He made me looked like dumb. You are in a tourist area and serving in the hospitality industry so you should show respect and be considerate of everyone.

Order placed easily at the terminal, waiting time before rush hour in the late afternoon was short, staff friendly. The menus had the expected quality, we were satisfied.

Clean, the order took about 10 minutes, and the staff clearly worked hard to cope with the rush. Unfortunately no WiFi. We had the Chili Cheese Burger once with beef and once with Plant Based Flower Patty from The Vegetarian Butcher, although this version made from soy and wheat is 10 cents cheaper. And there's a reason why BK avoids the term "vegetarian": the patties are prepared on the same grill as the meat patties. I don't eat vegan either because e.g. B. There is cheese in it, or an egg in the roll. And this despite the fact that the output makes a strict distinction between plant-based and normal. By the way, there are no flowers included, "Flower Patty" refers to an alleged flower shape of the planter, which we couldn't recognize even after dismantling the burger. Patty against Patty, Plant Based couldn't convince me despite the grilled taste, it just doesn't seem as meaty and juicy. A compliment to BK for that, because the grilled meat patties are simply a cut above the rest. So if you want to do without meat or have a heart for cows and prefer a wheat-soy artificial product (keyword: highly processed foods): OK, that's fine. Vegetarians or even vegans won't be fed up here, and meat would definitely be my choice.

Compared to many other Burger Kings, this was one of the worst. The staff seemed unfriendly and the use of the toilets had to be paid for. But if you want to go to the train station, it might be a good idea to eat there.

I really liked it because the place is clean. The snack is ready very quickly, faster than other Burger King. Congratulations!

Ich glaube dies war der Dreckigste und unhygienischste Burger King den ich je gesehen habe…! Mitarbeiter essen mit den Fingern aus der Fritteuse, die Hälfte meiner Bestellung fehlte die andere Hälfte war kalt :-( macht hier besser einen Bogen!

Comparaison : En France les prix pour les menus sont plus élevés qu'ici. Ici il y a des cocktails chocolat, strawberry et vanille, complètement inexistants en France. Ici on ne pense pas à l'écologie contrairement à la France. Il y a énormément d'emballages et les tickets sont extrêmement longs. En France le service est à table, il ne faut pas aller chercher soi-même, et le service est beaucoup plus rapide. Je dirai également que les burgers sont quand même meilleurs en France (ils sont moins secs) et le poulet ici était trop piquant, ainsi que les potatoes. Les frites étaient salées en Allemagne, meilleures au niveau du goût, limite trop salés. Il suffit de poser son plateau sans le débarrasser en Allemagne, et pour moi c'est un bon point en soi, mais je pense que ça ne plairait pas aux écologistes.

Zwiebeln auf Analogkäse auf Frittenimitationen, nicht so gut. War auch nicht das was ich wollte. Lange Wartezeiten trotz verwirrend mühseliger Computerauswahl mit tausend Fragen, so dass man am Ende nicht mehr wusste, was man bestellt hatte. Ambiente ist sicher gut zu reinigen, aber alles andere als gemütlich. Ich glaub ich bin zu alt für Schnellimbiss.

Oft werden einzelne Positionen vergessen. Sehr ärgerlich das man jedes mal prüfen muss ob alles drin ist..

Neuere Filiale, aber Toilette am Bahnsteig. Die Terminals zum Bestellen sind super, wie bei der Konkurenz. Der "Big King XXL" war allerdings echt teuer und dann ist es nur ein Doppelcheeseburger und wirklich sehr klein. Auf dem Bild am Terminal sah er viel größer aus.

Nein, nie wieder, Kundenservice war einfach nur Horror, Erfahrung schlecht, Behandlung hat mich zum kotzen gebracht.

A kiszolgálás nem kedves és nem vendég barát. Az étel rendben, gyorsétterem. A vendégtér viszonylag tiszta de több odafigyelést igényel… Elkeserítő, hogy egy darab mosdó sem található a helyen, 1€ a koszos, büdös vasúti mosdób. Összességében egy maximum egyszeri élmény (annak sem pozitív).

Nichtmal eine Bestellung von 2 Burgern vernünftig hinbekommen. Nichts erwartet und trotzdem enttäuscht.

Essen halt wie immer, Klo kostet 1€ und ist ekelig. Besonders genossen habe ich das Entertainment - erst von einem der örtlichen Alkoholikern nach Essen im Laden angeschnorrt worden und dann eine fast-Prügelei zwischen ihm und dem Burgerking Manager vor dem Laden beobachten dürfen.

Sehr kleiner Laden direkt am Bahnhof. Leider auch keine Toilette, was ich nicht so passend fand, da wir gerade von der stundenlangen Reise angekommen waren. Aber das Essen war schnell da und hat frisch geschmeckt. Da wir immer mit der App bestellen, hält sich der Preis in Grenzen.

Das Restaurant befindet sich im Bahnhofsgebäude, ideal um vor dem Umsteigen vom Zug zum Bus und umgekehrt noch was zum Essen mitzunehmen. Leider benutzen zuviele Bahn Kunden die Restaurant Toiletten und flitzen einfach nur durch, dies wirkt sehr störend beim Essen.

Bin eigentlich ein Freund des Whoppers. Menu bestellt, Pommeskartondeckel war verdreckt, schoko Milchschake hab ich direkt weggeworfen. Hab dem nicht vertraut, da es Spuren von Erdbeeraromen enthielt und der Schokogeschmack nur zu erahnen war. Irgendwie hat es künstlich geschmeckt. Schade um das Geld. Zumindest konnte ich am Whopper nichts B efremdliches aussetzen.

Normaler Burgerking. Mein Favorit ist der Hot Brownie!

Essen war OK. Leider hat die Bestellung so lange gedauert, dass ich es herunterschlingen musste. Für eine Fast Food Kette war das heute von der Geschwindigkeit her nichts.

Guter Laden, kein Problem mit den PLUs, schnelle Abwicklung. Allgemein scheinen die BK Filialen aber die Preise ganz erheblich angezogen zu haben...

Hier versteht man kein deutsch und wenn es dann zu stressig kommt wird der Kunde als blöd beschimpft Dummerweise vor Zeugen . Namensschilder gibt es nicht. Der ich denke Filialleiter kommt mit fer Reaktion beschweren sie sich bringt ihnen eh nix. MIt Zahlen hat man es hier auch nicht . Rehnen mangelhaft.

Auch ein Fastfoodrestaurant sollte kostenlose Kundentoiletten zur Verfügung stellen müssen und sich an gewerberechtliche Vorgaben halten. Hier dürfte nach eine Kontrolle wohl einer behoerdlichen Schliessung anstehen müssen. Ebenso ist das Servicepersonal unfreundlich und kundenverachtend. Burger waren teilweise kalt.

当日は雨で山も登れないだろうし、雲で見えないだろうとちょっとだけ街をぶらぶらして帰るつもりだったのですが、歩いているうち に時間が無くなりバス乗り場が見えるここでお昼を取ることにしました。チップも不要、すぐ出てくるファストフードはこういう時には強い味方です。

I didn't pay for the parking in front of the train station and got a fabulous ticket that was a huge pain in the butt for a tourist to pay. The burger was worth it though, for a taste of home.

As an American visiting a small German city in the Bavarian alps, I desperately tried to find a decent restaurant in the center. To my surprise, all the signs outside the establishments were only in German. So after walking through the center, I couldn't understand anything that the restaurants were offering. As I was walking back to my hostel I spotted a burger King.of course I was ecstatic. I had a simple combo of a sandwich +fries+drink at a very reasonable price. And after such a long search for a place to eat. This was the tastiest meal of my life

Most bizarre experience, everything I tried to order seemed to be out of stock. No shakes or ice cream for me.... The basic hamburger was as usual, you regret buying it the moment you get your tray.
