I've never experienced anything so disrespectful in all my years. Actually it means customer is king. The saleswoman at the checkout was extremely disrespectful and she also delivered the food to them in an unfriendly way. When I wanted to complain, she said that the boss wasn't in the house. As I said, when I was there If I spend my money and, as I said, I eat there, I at least demand that the employees there are friendly.

This McDonald's is nice and bright and friendly and therefore very inviting, you can also easily reach it with a wheelchair.

By far the worst, dirty and unfriendly MC branch I have ever entered. The staff doesn't speak the simplest German language, and their facial expressions make you lose your appetite. There were still dishes on the tables that had not been returned (which I blame on the guests and not the staff) but 3 of the employees had more to do with themselves than removing some of the rubbish. The floor stuck like chewing gum. No, that was definitely the first and last time in this branch.

Unfortunately, instead of plant nuggets, we got normal ones and the outdoor area was not open due to the very good weather. The error was corrected, but it did not appear to have come as a surprise to employees.

It's 2:30 p.m....nothing going on in the restaurant...the staff seems listless...there isn't a clean table to be found inside...just sad

Rarely have I seen such a dirty McDonald's branch. The ten-strong staff was visibly overwhelmed with everything and looked more like a flock of chickens. The staff simply walked over any garbage that was left lying around, tables were never cleaned, the floor was wet and dirty from leftover food that had fallen out of the completely overcrowded tablet return station. Our order was called as ready and immediately disappeared from the display and was simply not ready. So we had to wait almost 20 minutes for our order. At least the friendly “management” responded courteously when we were informed about the grievances in this branch and bought us a Mc Sundae. Nevertheless, there is an urgent need for action.

Good day, My son finally wanted to visit a McDonald's branch on the way to Münster. What we found in this establishment was really bad. We came in with little expectations and were still hugely disappointed. This branch is really the last one. There are tablets with leftover food on the floor because the staff is not competent enough to clear them away. If you then consider how expensive all the fun is and the quality of food you get in return, the whole thing is really like something out of a horror film. I don't even want to talk about the sanitary facilities. The inventor of the toilet is spinning in his grave. And then you don't even have reception here. After this experience I will probably have to go to therapy. We should demand compensation because my son could suffer permanent damage. McDonald's? NO THANKS!!!!

Very rude staff, They're all way too slow... you wait 30 minutes for 2 burgers and there's a female waiter who works in street clothes. Is that normal? Small food and unfriendly staff

I have visited this macdonalds and it used to be a bit loud of children but for the first time it was comfortingly silent!

Catastrophic. Dirty, tables and floors sticking, the trolleys for the trays full, rubbish lying in front of them, unfriendly staff who don't even speak German and who prefer to stand behind the cash register and laugh instead of cleaning, cold food and then you get worse laughed at when you complain about the food.

Employees mostly unfriendly. Burger was spread all over the bag because the packaging wasn't closed properly 👍🏻. Was laughed at when I wanted to unsubscribe from something I had already unsubscribed from. Rather few staff who understand German.

The restaurant is well managed and the food is fresh. Recently our order was incorrect, we complained about it on the website and received a detailed statement about it a few days later. Time was really taken. So if you have the choice between Greven or Emsdetten: definitely Emsdetten!

This is the second time in a row they have made a mistake with my order. Very dirty floors, food has been lying on the floor for at least half a day, garbage has not been removed, if there is not enough staff, then just hire.

Worst McDonald's I've ever been to. Burger meat was probably on display for hours and was far dry. The fries were taken out too early and not salted. I put the royal with cheese back in the package after 1 bite! The toilet facility was virtually flooded and I almost slipped several times! The staff was mixed between rude and disinterested. Never set foot in there again. The responsible system restaurateur should take this to heart.

I was a guest at Mac Drive!! There was a sign at the order counter saying that orders were currently not possible there for technical reasons! So I drove on to the first window! When I got there it was locked!! Then I drove on to the pick-up counter, where I was told I couldn't order here and would have to drive another round!! The first round already took about 30 minutes, should I really do that again??! Just bad service! Since the cash registers and order registers were right behind the young man! In this McDonald's, once and never again!!!

I was there with my 3 grandchildren. In general I can't say anything about this restaurant, I've only been there twice and only for take away. The Happy Meal for the smallest was probably forgotten but included in the calculation. Unfortunately we didn't check the order immediately.

Just ordered two cheeseburgers from Mcdrive and received them quickly. However, on the drive I was surprised at the change in the composition of the burger. Apparently the cheeseburger is now served without cheese. Pretty laughable 😂😂

!Anyone who is vegetarian should be careful! I ordered there today and always look at the patty because I never trusted McPlant and today I bought two McPlant tomato chargrill, both of which ended up being mango chili and one of them had a much thinner patty and I know how Meat patty looks like there which is much thinner. In the other one, the patty was thicker and also had "flat edges" on the edge, which is only with the Mcplant. Both were also ice cold and not really edible.

McDonald's is available at any time of day, but now we regularly have an incorrect order, one bite of the burger you were looking forward to and you pull out a hair. Disgusting, totally annoying. It's no longer what it used to be...

The entire staff was changed who had worked there for years and really provided perfect service. Now there are employees who can't even understand German, simple German! Whether at Mec Drive there are always misunderstandings and both in the restaurant. Mec Donalds definitely saves money at the wrong end! So now I don't go there at all! And a statement from a leading force was "oh, if something is missing, it's not my problem". CRAZINESS! But the complaint is NOT about the staff, but about the management staff! CRUEL how you treat your employees and let them suffer for little money because many of them simply have no other perspective. Just close the shop!

I'm actually always very happy at McDonald's in Emsdetten, but today we were the only customers, 5 employees were standing at the counter, laughing loudly and gossiping about other colleagues. Almost all the tables were very dirty, there was rubbish everywhere and the return trolley was also full to capacity. The food was just slapped onto the table in an unfriendly way, as if we were disturbing us. I would have preferred to leave the store and not eat anything at all.

The staff was very unfriendly, demotivated and disinterested. I didn't get the Coca Cola glass with my order because they said there weren't any left. When I said that I had paid for it, the answer was that the glass was free. After I persisted, I got a glass! I have also observed this situation with other customers. I got takeaway today. Fries extremely soggy. But the worst thing was that the drinks were mixed with mineral water. My wife's Fanta tasted like mineral water with a hint of Fanta in it. That's cheeky for the money. My cola was a little more "cola" but also clearly mixed with mineral water.

Crazy, at first I was given 2 hamburgers instead of 3, then when I mentioned it I was told to go back to the full McDrive that was right up to the street (food is getting cold, gas). When I insisted, the unfriendly employee told me I had to go to the parking lot and he would bring it to me. So he came and put the hamburger in my hand and said I would be banned from the house and threw the cent piece at me! AMAZING I'll talk to the boss there! I've never experienced anything like that at this McDonald's, but that was the crowning glory!

Clean atmosphere and nice employees. The menu (McChicken with fries and large cola) was very tasty. I would go there again for dinner.

MISERABLE & VERY BAD!!! The service, the food, the cleanliness were significantly better a while ago. Preferably ZERO stars, especially for the service. Since the change in personnel, everything has changed for the worse. The current employees are listless and, above all, the employees responsible for the MC Drive are unfriendly. If you order in the MC Drive, even if it's just a burger or fries, you have to leave the MC Drive immediately; you're not even allowed to go into the actual waiting line, but have to drive completely into the parking lot. You often wait there for 10 minutes, even if there is hardly anything going on and it was only a small order. People forget, the order is incorrect or the food is already cold. If you want to order something else at the pick-up counter, e.g. mayo, sauce or even a drink, you actually have to drive back into the MC Drive and give the order again on the intercom...absolutely unbelievable!! Impossible behavior. And the fact that you are no longer allowed to wait for your food in the MC Drive, even if you are the only one there, probably has to do with the fact that the slowness of the employees should not be recorded on their own camera. I've been better before. Unfortunately, the branch in Emsdetten has deteriorated greatly!

We come from Rheine and go to Kaufland in Emsdetten every now and then. Afterwards we usually stop at McDonald's and I have to say I've been there 3-4 times now at a late hour and I'm always surprised at how fresh and hot The food is so unbelievable and absolutely nothing like what I know from the Mc Donalds in Rheine, plus there's this incredible friendliness. One employee in particular strikes me as so positive every time, he's often in the drive, unfortunately I don't know his name, but he's definitely super friendly . Some McDonald's could take a leaf out of their hat because that's the only reason we're going to Emsdetten.

Die Mitarbeiter waren freundlich, leider sprachen wenige deutsch und so kam es zu Missverständnissen. Man musste am Automaten bestellen, was umständlich war und länger dauerte, das lief früher persönlicher und besser. Das Essen stand dann einfach da ohne dass wir Bescheid wussten. Damals haben wir als Kinder im Bällebad gespielt etc, heute war nichts mehr da für die kleinen, sie saßen da und schauten auf einen Fernseher der an der Wand hing, das war sehr traurig. Wir werden definitiv nicht nochmal in das McDonald’s gehen, wir waren nur wegen der Kinder da, doch alles ist grau und nicht mehr Kind gerecht, es ist nicht mehr das schöne, bunte und fröhliche McDonald’s welches ich aus meiner Kindheit kenne

Er klaut seinem Bruder, dem McDonald's in Ibbenbüren den 1. Platz! Qualität und Service sind einfach deutlich stabiler und gleichmäßiger als in Ibbenbüren. Momentan der wohl beste Eckstein McDonald's! Nachtrag: Über viele Monate hat sich die Qualität stark verschlechtert. Tischservice wird angeboten aber niemals wird das Essen zum Tisch gebracht! Nach etlichen Minuten warten und kaltes essen habe ich dann geschaut wo mein Essen bleibt. Es kommen dann nur unfreundliche Kommentare.

Im MC Drive war die Konversation einfach nur schrecklich. Das Personal viel einem ständig ins Wort, bei der Bestellung. Fazit , selber kochen.. aber unsere Enkel mögen gerne so ein Kindermenü...

Ich verstehe nicht wie mcdonalds es schafft, wir haben bei Mcdonalds des öfteren bestellt und die letzten zweimale fehlte immer etwas!

Essen war kalt und die Pommes ohne Salz. Ein Mitarbeiter hat draußen den Müll aufgeräumt die Tonnen entleert mit blaue Handschuhe und dann kommt er rein Kassiert mit dem dreckigen Handschuhe hat das Essen angefasst und Wechselgeld rausgegeben ohne sich die Handschuhe auszuziehen und Händewaschen.

Leider gibt es immer weniger Service, man muss über das "Tablet" bestellen, sich das Essen selbst abholen, die Tische sind nicht sauber ... Daher auch punktabzug fürs Ambiente. Natürlich nicht mit einem Restaurant zu vergleichen .... Für einen Imbiss ok

War vorhin mit meiner Frau dort essen. Qualität der Speisen ging so. Das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis ziemlich mau. Und zum Abschluss:Der Laden war EISKALT. ICH GING MIT KALTEN HÄNDEN AUS DEM LADEN. SPAREN AM HEIZEN OKAY, ABER SO DASS MAN DURCHFRIERT ????

Ramschbude - irgendwie traue ich dem Laden gar nicht. Essen schmeckt auch anders, als in anderen Filialen.

Das schlechteste Mc Donalds Restaurant bei dem ich je war. Wobei ich dachte schlimmer geht es nicht…hier wurde ich eines Besseren belehrt. Die letzten beiden Male im Drive In wurde ich zum Warten auf den Kundenparkplatz geschickt, nicht in die dafür vorgesehene Haltebucht, obwohl niemand bzw. nur ein Fahrzeug vor mir war. Das Restsurant war auch leer. Einige Getränke waren „ausverkauft“, die Cheeseburger sahen aus als ob jemand schon eine Stunde drauf gesessen hat, beim Chickenburger fehlte der Salat komplett und die Bedienung war absolut unfreundlich und inkompetent. Wie kann sich so eine Filiale überhaupt noch halten ? Nie wieder !! Dann lieber hungrig nach Hause.

Essen halt ok...vollständig Bücher zum MeaL falsch dabeigelegt,,,, Personal spricht kaum deutsch...unterhalten sich vor Kunden 7n Fremdsprachen. Laden leer...Bestellung über Terminal, trotz 6Mitarbeiter Boden fast zum festkleben...Verbesserungswürdig!

Habe es soeben abermals, jetzt nur sicherlich zum dritten und letzten Mal versucht, persönlich etwas zu bestellen, ohne Automat, mit Worten, wieder mal ohne Ergebnis, finde ich sehr fragwürdig und keinen Service!!! Traurig, ich hoffe es lesen viele!!!

Es ist eben ein Fastfood Restaurant, was erwartet man da? Das Essen war, wie zu erwarten. System Gastronomie sei Danke, überall die gleiche Qualität. Leider musste ich sehr lange (für Fastfood Verhältnisse) auf das Essen warten und das obwohl ich über die App vorbestellt habe.

MC Donalds ist ja nicht gerade günstig, dass man dann noch Essen bekommt was nicht richtig warm ist, geht ja mal überhaupt nicht. Wenn ich kaltes Essen essen möchte, esse ich einen Salat...

War gestern mit meiner Frau Vorort. Wir haben unsere Bestellungen abgegeben und sind mit einem Bestellschild für Tischservice hingegangen. Wurde nicht beachtet. Dann sagte mir meine Frau, dass wohl meine Bestellung fertig sei, habe aber keinen Aufruf gehört. Bei Nachfrage musste ich dreimal daraufhin anfragen, ob dies mein Menü ist. Eine Frau hat mich anscheinend nicht verstanden und fragte jemand anderen. Zudem, wegen langer Wartezeit, war mein Menü schon kälter. Mein Getränk, bestellt eine Cola Zero, war nur Wasser mit ganz wenig Cola. Geschmack, kein Kommentar. Immerhin war das Menü bei meiner Frau alles richtig und warm, weil ich mich bei der Abholung hingestellt habe und verzichtet habe, erst zu essen. NIE WIEDER!
