McDonald's in Emsdetten

Hervorzuheben ist ein Handwaschbecken im Gastraum, was ich in vielen Fastfood Lokalen außerhalb der Toilette vermisse.

Gestern Abend 2 Chickenburger gegessen. Direkt im Anschluss Durchfall bekommen und Magenschmerzen die bis heute anhalten. Nie wieder werde ich den Dreck essen. Und vor allem nicht in Emsdetten.

Leider waren die Stellflächen für den Abfall bis oben hin voll, Pommes waren kalt und versalzen. Für mich nich wieder

Es gäbe viel zu sagen, aber der Service ist unterirdisch, der Geschmack ist ungenießbar, und Preis und Geschwindigkeit lassen sehr zu wünschen übrig. Wir bestellten über die App, um nicht warten zu müssen, warteten aber stattdessen eine halbe Stunde, kamen nach Hause und stellten fest, dass vier Artikel unserer Bestellung fehlten. Wir mussten also noch einmal hinfahren, um endlich um 22 Uhr mit unserer Familie zu Abend essen zu können!

Endlich ein McDonald's, der morgens geöffnet hat!

An sich einer der bessere Mäcces. Kapier nur nicht, wie man es verlernen kann das Abholsystem richtig zu nutzen. Drücken einfach wild die Bestellungen durch, und wenn was "Abholbereit" ist, fangen sie vlt 2 Minuten später erst an sie zu bereiten. Muss man nicht verstehen.

Mein Besuch bei McDonald’s in Emsdetten war einfach nur lächerlich. Für einen Laden, der sich „Schnellrestaurant“ nennt, habe ich eine gefühlte Ewigkeit auf mein Essen gewartet – und das, obwohl kaum etwas los war. Noch besser: Der Burger war am Ende eiskalt. Respekt, das muss man auch erstmal hinbekommen. Offensichtlich hat dort entweder niemand den Überblick oder es ist einfach allen egal, was den Kunden serviert wird. Frisch zubereitet sieht jedenfalls anders aus. Geschmacklich war das Ganze dementsprechend genauso enttäuschend wie der Service. Wenn ich kaltes, lieblos zusammengeschmissenes Essen wollte, hätte ich mir auch einfach etwas aus dem Kühlschrank holen können – das wäre schneller gegangen und hätte mir den unnötigen Besuch erspart.

Unfähiges Personal kommt nicht mit den Bestellungen hinterher 10min gewartet auf kalte Nuggets die schon seid 15 min im Regal lagen weil die ma es einfach nicht hinbekommen und am liebsten in Grüppchen in der Küche Kasse rum stehen. Mießer Service und kaltes Essen herzlichen Glückwunsch

Also wirklich – wenn es eine Auszeichnung für den langsamsten und unerquicklichsten McDonald’s in NRW gäbe, dieser Laden hätte sie sich redlich verdient. 30 Minuten Wartezeit für einen Burger, der geschmacklich ungefähr so aufregend war wie ein nasser Waschlappen. Man fragt sich ernsthaft, ob die Küche heimlich auf „Slow Food“-Konzept umgestellt hat – nur leider ohne den Genussfaktor. Das eigentliche Highlight war allerdings das Entertainment an der Theke: Ein offenbar dauerhaft gestresster Mitarbeiter (mit fragwürdigem Führungsstil und schwindender Haarpracht) hat seine Kollegen im Dauerbeschallungsmodus zusammengestaucht – inklusive derer, die offensichtlich kaum Deutsch sprechen. Ganz großes Kino. Wer braucht schon Netflix, wenn man so eine Live-Show bekommt? Fazit: Wer Zeit, Nerven und Geschmacksknospen loswerden möchte, ist hier genau richtig. Alle anderen fahren besser einfach weiter.

Wir waren als Gruppe da, und um 22 Uhr durften wir nicht am Haupttisch sitzen, als ob gerade geputzt würde. Der Service ist wirklich schlecht.

Unmotiviertes Personal, für ein Menü mussten wir über 20 Minuten warten...........

Chaotischer Ablauf – wir haben 40 Minuten auf unsere Bestellung gewartet. Die Mitarbeiter wirkten unsicher und wussten offenbar nicht, was sie tun. Unsere Bestellung wurde komplett übergangen und erst nach mehrmaligem Nachfragen endlich bearbeitet. Sehr enttäuschend. So schnell kommen wir nicht wieder.

Habe heute ein Bic Mac Menü bestellt und die Intelligenzbremse hat mein Tablett nur halb auf den Tisch gestellt und mir da eine 0.5L sprite über meine Hose gekippt und die Pommes sind auf den Boden gefallen. Die Evolutionsbremse hat mir danach nur eine neue Sprite gegeben, daraufhin kamen die zu zweit an meinen Tisch und haben telefoniert, obwohl sie neben einander standen.

Richtig unfreundliches manns Weib ..will nur ein Burger extra haben und die meint frech bei ihr ist keine Kasse aber 1 m daneben schon . Direkt kündigen

Unfähiges unfreundliches Personal und lange Wartezeit

Mitarbeiter kann man beim Laufen die Schuhe bestohlen. Müllwagen wird nicht geleert, obwohl wenig Kundschaft an den Tischen saß.

Fressbude, wenn nichts mehr geht und der Hunger ruft. Nur im Notfall.

Hatte ein happymeal mit naruto uno bestellt, hab dann kein Uno bekommen, also wenn ihr eure Kinder enttäuschen wollt, kommt gerne her

Wurde heute Morgen von unerfahrenem Mitarbeiter rausgeschmissen nach 80 minuten ("Das ist kein Aufenthaltsraum"). Hatte einen Kaffee getrunken. Der Kaffee war kalt und der Laden war leer. Letzteres wundert mich nicht bei solchen Mitarbeitern.

Essen ist immer schnell da, die Mitarbeiter sind sehr zuvorkommend und freundlich

Cappuccino schmeckt sehr gut doch aufgepasst sehr heiß 👌😉

An sich ist das Restaurant wie viele andere McDonald’s-Filialen auch. Das Essen ist jedoch oft nur lauwarm und besonders im McDrive dauern Bestellungen häufig sehr lange (5–10 Minuten pro Auto), während Gäste im Restaurant deutlich schneller bedient werden. Das Personal wirkt stark schichtabhängig. Mal freundlich und mal stark desinteressiert. Hygiene ist bei den einen oder anderen auch so eine Sache… Eine Mitarbeiterin tat mir leid, da sie von der mutmaßlichen Schichtleiterin eingeschüchtert wirkte, obwohl sie den Fehler selbst eingesehen hat und sichtlich bemüht war, eine Lösung zu finden. Ich hatte Nuggets mit Pommes und Curly Fries bestellt, in der Tüte befanden sich jedoch nur die Nuggets. Die fehlenden Beilagen konnten nicht nachvollzogen werden, obwohl ich die Abbuchung des vollständigen Betrags direkt auf meinem Konto nachweisen konnte. Nachdem ich den Fehler ruhig und freundlich angesprochen habe, reagierte die Schichtleitung zunächst wenig lösungsorientiert. Erst nach einigen hin und her erhielt ich mein Geld zurück. Es ging mir dabei nicht um den Betrag, sondern ums Prinzip: Fehler passieren, wichtig ist ein professioneller Umgang damit.

Essen ist ja eigentlich immer gut. Aber das man die Klimaanlage im Winter nicht ausstellen oder weniger stellen kann ist ein absoluter Witz. Komisch das es vor ein paar Monaten ging. Und jetzt auf einmal nicht mehr. Also jacken muss man beim essen an lassen. Traurig

McD ist wie immer, nichts besonderes..

Kennt man einen, kennt man alle. Leider gibt es Filialen, bei denen es schneller geht. Ja auch bestimmt welche, wo es noch länger dauert.

Unfortunately, I cannot recommend ordering through this delivery service. We've now had two bad experiences. Today we waited almost 2 hours and 45 minutes for our food. The delivery time was stated as a maximum of 1.5 hours. We ordered via Lieferando at 6:30 PM, and it finally arrived at 9:12 PM. This is unacceptable. I hope I can get a refund from the delivery service. At least we won't be using their delivery service again.

Three employees take a smoking break within two minutes of each other (visible in front of the restaurant's main entrance), come back in, and continue working without washing or disinfecting their hands. One employee at least puts on fresh gloves. All the others simply continue touching everything. (December 3, 12:02 a.m.)

A little something extra for the teenagers after a long party, but still a good McDonald's.

Maybe they should replace the management here and seriously consider whether anything other than a restaurant is suitable. There was only ONE car ahead of us in the drive-thru, and yet we waited 15 minutes. But people who go in come back out with their food after 3 minutes. Burger unwrapped, pickle lying next to it. I lifted the bun, and the patty was only 3/4 of it?! Are you serious? You can tell that when you put it on the counter. If I paid €1.50 instead of €2, they wouldn't accept it at the register, but they can easily give it to me, the customer driving away. What a joke.

Of all the McDonald's I've been to, this was the dirtiest and most disgusting McDonald's I've ever seen. Dirty tables, overflowing tray carts, overflowing trash cans, slippery floor (probably grease).

In places where friendly, helpful, and uncomplicated people work, you can't help but feel at home, and the food is delicious, too. Thank you so much!

It's McDonald's, nothing more, nothing less. I really enjoy their snacks. The staff is friendly, and the food arrives quickly.

I visited this restaurant with my family on Wednesday. I had to wait a very long time to order from the McDrive. Nevertheless, it's a very nice restaurant. We ordered takeout, and it was delicious. The prices are perfectly reasonable. We might come back.

I've been waiting for 20 minutes and nothing has happened

The outdoor area was dirty this afternoon. Furthermore, the franchisee has been completely ignoring emails for months due to missing and paid orders.

The food just doesn't taste like other McDonald's. And when you order plant-based burgers and then get meat nuggets, even though it's not busy, I find that quite outrageous. The burgers are also poorly topped and fall apart. On top of that, I now have a stomach ache from the food. Really great... I won't be going back anytime soon; I'd rather go somewhere else.

Everything was perfect, as it should be. I highly recommend Emsdetten and Gronau.

Extremely bad service and rotten food

Disrespectful employees. You politely point something out, and you get disrespectful answers and things thrown at you. It couldn't be more disrespectful!

The staff is simply rude! I ordered nuggets and potato wedges with mayo at the McDrive, but I got sweet and sour sauce. I complained at the window. With the words "It said so on the screen, I can't help it," the sauce was ripped out of my hand, a mayo packet was thrown into the car, and the window was slammed shut. We will never eat or order anything from there again.

I've been waiting for half an hour for two coffees and two chicken burgers. It's busy, but I've never experienced such slow service at McDonald's. I'm probably waiting half an hour for a decent meal at a real restaurant. This has nothing to do with fast food. If I hadn't already paid, I would have left long ago.

Ordering at the drive-thru took about 15 minutes. There were only two employees present. For me, this is no longer fast food.

The food was okay. Ordered via kiosk. Parking spaces are quite narrow for today's cars, could be marked much wider... The children's play table is great 👍🏻 Our child loved catching bugs. Why isn't this table available at other McDonald's locations? 🤔

I ordered a McFlurry with Smarties and got one without. But it was still delicious.

Underground. Since the cash register for the drive-thru McDonald's wouldn't work, I was asked to go inside and order inside... The cash register for inside is only 2 meters away and can also show 19% or 7%, depending on whether I'm eating in or taking it with me. But it was too complicated for the staff. So they yelled at me, "But it doesn't work." A tone that sounded like "you're just out of luck."

We waited 40 minutes for a Coke and a Fanta. Despite repeatedly asking them about it and reminding them of our order, 40 minutes for two drinks isn't normal.

Eat at home. It tastes best there. And you have peace and quiet.

First, they wait two hours and don't deliver, then they cheekily say they can't cancel, even though other fast food joints can! Then, when you ask for the manager's number, they just give you a rude answer and hang up. Now no one answers. It took another hour before someone else answered the phone...

A decent McDonald's, better than many others. It looks well-maintained. There's ample parking. There's also an outdoor area.

I'm so disappointed. We used to go there so often just to get something to eat, but now the staff are rude, the interior is dirty, and I don't even want to talk about the food. Either something is missing, something is wrong, or my personal highlight... HAIR IN THE FOOD (since no one there wears hairnets anyway). I wish someone would spruce this place up so we'd be happy to come back, because as of now, we'd rather have the place closed than open.

By far the worst branch I've ever visited. Starting with the parking spaces being used for some event outside of the McDonald's premises, nobody cares, and the employees are just as uninterested in how many people are waiting at the checkout to order/pay because the terminal isn't working. The order was placed at the terminal at 2:28 PM, and we received our order at 3:07 PM. A short time later, when we drove back, the same thing happened. We waited a full 26 minutes for 20 nuggets and two cheeseburgers. The service staff were simply terrible. It must be said, it wasn't exactly packed... That just goes to show, things can always get worse somewhere...

Unfortunately, the food, especially the fries, is usually cold. This is always the case at the McDrive. Sometimes the inside is also untidy/dirty.

I was there last time. Something was always missing in the last 3 orders. Plus we had to wait a long time in McDrive even though there was hardly anything going on. That used to be better.

I'm not a regular fast food fan... but when I go to a place like this, I at least expect it to be tasty and freshly prepared. For me everything else is a contradiction for what you have to pay for it. For me it will never be an option again. I'd rather spend my money on a real burger.

Wouldn't recommend the restaurant, fries were cold and not crispy at all, something was missing from the order, no napkins received... floor was dirty.

I was there today and, to be honest, was pretty disappointed. The place was quite messy. My food was then brought to the wrong table. When I asked for a refund, they didn't even replace part of it, even though the other guest had already eaten some of the fries. Nothing at all to accommodate me.

They didn't want to sell me Lipton Sparkling, even though some were still visibly available.

Eating Valla wasn't tasty and was very sticky. But the one employee with glasses is the most honorable man and very correct. Nevertheless, I'll be back next weekend in full drink.

When I've been to Münster and am driving back home, I like to stop and have something to eat there. They are always friendly and the food has always been hot. HAPPINESS? I have no idea... But I'm glad it's been like this so far.

So I can only confirm the lack of cleanliness. The storage trolley was so full that the rubbish was already falling down. We had no choice but to leave our tablets on the table. No comparison to the Mc Donalds in Rheine. People avoid this store until something fundamentally changes there. A disgrace to McDonalds reputation! The management should check the franchisee!!!

Unfortunately the quality is declining. The Curley Fries were partly raw, the Big Mac and Double Cheeseburger were no longer warm and had probably been lying around for a while, the Big Tasty Bacon that I ordered was missing the bacon...

Were there at 2 a.m. because we still had to drive for an hour. Well, I'm glad I don't live there. Staff is stupid, someone is always gone. Only one serves. Burgers were ready quickly, but it took another 45 minutes until they were in the bag and then delivered to us. If you don't want to work the night shift then you should look for another job

The food was cold and kept warm for too long, the chicken burger was burnt, honestly a few meters away there is the Burger King which is 1000 times better

Regular McDonald's, nothing special, but nice for a late night snack with the boys.

Unfortunately I have to agree. Went there for breakfast for the first time yesterday (9.30am). Nobody was there. Nevertheless the tables were dirty. It was extremely cold because the heating was probably broken. The Nutella is stored in the refrigerator and could not be used because it was extremely hard. So 50 cents for the ton. There was no cutlery and no butter. Then how should you grease your croissant? Reluctantly I was given a wooden spoon with which I had to spread the jam, which was only available twice, onto the croissant. Absolutely poor preparation. The employees weren't particularly motivated either. No hello or goodbye. It's a shame, I paid over €30 for the worst breakfast in a long time. We will definitely never repeat.

If you're different than everyone else and then you think about others that have a problem with it, you have an aoscial behavior when you come in here every time. No one needs it! Get out, Emsdetten needs someone else! Unsympathetic and zero character at the same time!
