I drove into Smack Drive, the screen was off, I called out hello several times, then drove up to the window, waited for minutes, eventually someone appeared behind the counter, I called out hello and knocked, no response, I then drove to McDonald's

Tables weren't clean, both inside and out. Trays were overflowing. The wait after ordering, even though the place was quiet, was far too long...

Yesterday the service was particularly nice and informative!

The last shop here in Detten was unfriendly and condescending with 2 employees who were nice but the rest was a disaster

What you'd expect from a Burger King. Not a 5-star menu, but fast, good, and satisfying.

Especially as a vegetarian, it's great that every burger comes with a plant-based patty. The burgers always look great, unlike other fast food chains, and everything tastes good, even if it's an exception every few months. The prices are simply too high to eat there often (for example, a single burger for €7).

I ordered a hot long chicken from the menu. Despite being advertised everywhere, there was no cheese sauce included! When I asked, I was told it wasn't listed on the receipt and nothing could be done. Outrageous!

The staff leaves a lot to be desired in terms of hygiene

After over a year of abstinence (at least from this BK), I actually went there twice in a short period of time. I had to make sure the first time wasn't a coincidence. I have to say, it's really changed for the better. My food was fresh. I received friendly service, the food was prepared in a reasonable amount of time, and even all my special requests were fulfilled. When I got home, my food was still warm. Now that's a really positive turnaround.

Unfortunately, my burger patty wasn't vegan, as I ordered. It had beef on it. There had already been problems with the preparation because the omission of the cheese on the burger had been overlooked. When I told them that my patty was made of meat, they just sent me away. Unfortunately, that wasn't nice at all, and I felt very uncomfortable. A waste of money.

Burger King itself is getting worse and worse. And every time, the excuse is a lack of staff. It's not just this branch, but the whole of Burger King. The branch on the highways is always closed due to a lack of staff. The opening hours are really crazy for a fast food restaurant. Fast food is supposed to be available around the clock, like McDonald's.

Great restaurant for hamburgers! I just don't understand why the entire rural population always meets at McDonald's 200m away. But maybe that's a good thing. There's a really great atmosphere here and you can always get a seat or be served quickly at the drive-in counter. You will even be recommended coupons to save money when ordering.

Actually zero stars. Was just there at the drive inn. There was no car in front of me, there was almost nothing going on in the restaurant, but I had to wait a whopping 15 minutes for the burgers. When asked about it, I was cheekily told that that's just how it is and goodbye. When I finally got home, I unfortunately discovered that the burgers had adapted to the staff. Unfortunately not edible. Apparently they were warmed up.

Eating at BK is like playing poker, you have to hope that the service is nice. The workforce gives the impression that they have little desire to work, except for a lady who is more motivated. Was in the drive-thru at this BK branch last night (7:45 p.m.). They didn't ask what type of milkshake they wanted, instead they simply chose vanilla. I was rudely told to drive up. At the counter I said in a friendly manner that I would like to pay for the order with a card, but even before I had said it, the payment terminal was hastily handed to me with the outrageously impudent words: “I can see that, that's why I'm holding the thing for you the face”. I've never experienced anything like that. The burgers were beyond dry and felt like they had already had several hours of life… Customer service and communication with customers seem to be a priority here, just like the products themselves.

Unfortunately, the opening times have changed (closes at 8 p.m., we were there at approx 7:35 p.m.) and we ordered take-away, we only noticed it when we got home and couldn't go back. The packed bag was slammed on the counter with the words: "Actually, we've been closed for a long time!!!" (10/20 it was at that moment) Last but not least, the bag didn't contain the goods we ordered, but rather a wrong burger and a wrong side dish (the WW didn't correspond to the price paid), Unfortunately I only noticed it in the car because I had ordered to go!!

Closed at 10:30pm on a Saturday.!? May I ask why? My children were very disappointed, so off to the competition a few meters away...🙄

After I stood in the drive in for almost 30 minutes yesterday and there were only 3 cars in front of me, I went there today to complain! For the price and the length of wait you should be able to expect the food to be warm! Drive-in wasn't served at all. Everyone had to go in there! Meine erwartungen waren nicht hoch als ich mich nach langer Zeit wieder mal dazu entschieden habe Burger King eine Chance zu geben. 20 minuten auf 1 menü und paar kleinigkeiten gewartet. Der Mitarbeiter spaziert mit seinen Pommes durch die Küche als wenn der gerade von der Kartoffelernte kommt. Zudem reden die und chillen da als wären die Gäste und warten selber auf ihr essen. Schade. Dann gehe ich doch wieder zu McDonalds wo ich Service für mein Geld bekomme.

Ein Menü Standardbestellung dauert 20min obwohl nicht viel los ist. Personal arbeitet langsam und albert in der Küche herum.

Essen hatt geschmeckt haben aber erstmal haben wir unsere Long Chickens nicht bekommen die wir bestellt haben und dann ist noch bei den Chicken Nugget Bürger viel zu wenig Süßsauer Soße. Dazu waren die Pommes teils schwarz.

Die Mitarbeiter ungepflegt und unfreundlich. Teilweise wird das Essen ohne Handschuhe zubereitet obwohl vorher andere Tätigkeiten im Kassenbereich usw ausgeführt wurden. Pommes kalt. Dort nie wieder!!!!

Never Ever. Total lustlos wird hier gearbeitet. Freundlichkeit gleich Zero. Wenn man keine Lust zum arbeiten gibt es zwei Möglichkeiten; entdweder man bleibt zu Hause und bezieht staatliche Leistung oder sucht sich eine andere Arbeitsstelle. Letzteres wäre die bessere Option.

Die Mitarbeiter sind sehr langsam...man steht 20 Minuten im Drive... unmöglich...überforderten Personal und leider auch sehr unorganisiert... Update: Es hat sich nichts geändert! Stand wieder 10 Minuten am DriveIn für 4 Cheeseburger...

Der dicke Mitarbeiter war sehr unfreundlich so wie immer, dumme Kommentare und unfreundliche Bemerkungen. Fragt einen ob man sein Leben nicht im Griff hat, arbeite ich bei Burger King oder er ? Werde trotzdem weiter hingehen, weil der Laden immer leer ist.

Leider gestern nicht so gute Erfahrungen gemacht. Kaltes Essen, obwohl nicht viel los war. Und es fehlte was. Als man das reklamiert hat war die gute Frau hinter der Theke extrem genervt. Beim zweiten Anlauf fehlte wieder was und die burger waren nicht viel wärmer.

Sehr guter Service und leckeres Essen.

Die Burger Brötchen waren sehr trocken und sind schon von selbst auseinander gefallen. Die Cola war bis oben hin mit Eis gefüllt, so daß es schwierig war zu trinken und der Geschmack war dementsprechend schlecht bzw. es hat nach Wasser geschmeckt. Das war leider ein Reinfall...sorry aber ich werde kein zweites Mal vorbei kommen.
