Burger King in Emsdetten

Noch schlechterer Service kann man sich nicht vorstellen! Lokal halb leer, Bestellung für zwei Personen ca 20 Minuten in Auto gewartet, und dann noch unfreundlich! Ohne Entschuldigung!

Bildschirme kein Signal… ungepflegt und dreckig die Räume und das Personal hat es beileibe nicht eilig die Kundschaft zu bedienen. Dieser BurgerKing ist keine Empfehlung wert. Zwei Standartburger über 13 Minuten, obwohl nichts los war? No Go.

Das Personal war sehr freundlich und die Umgebung war ruhig und gemütlich. Allgemein war alles sauber. Würde immer wieder kommen.

Die Filiale ist gut zu erreichen und die Bedienung ist sehr freundlich. Das Essen hat uns sehr gut geschmeckt. 👍

Ich war kürzlich in dieser Burger King Filiale und bin wirklich positiv überrascht! Das Essen war frisch zubereitet, heiß und genau so, wie man es erwartet. Besonders gut fand ich die schnelle Bedienung – trotz viel Betrieb ging alles zügig und freundlich. Das Restaurant selbst war sauber und ordentlich, was mir persönlich sehr wichtig ist. Auch die Mitarbeiter waren hilfsbereit und gut organisiert. Die Öffnungszeiten sind außerdem super praktisch, gerade wenn man spät noch etwas essen möchte. Insgesamt eine sehr angenehme Erfahrung ich komme definitiv wieder! 👍🍔

Essen war super und das Servicepersonal ein ein absolutes Zuckerstück. Haben sich super viel Mühe gegeben und waren super freundlich und auch hilfreich. Besonderen Dank an Susanne.

Nur zwei Terminals zum Bestellen und alle Kunden brauchen 1000 Jahre weil erstmal die komplette Speisekarte durchgescrollt und studiert werden muss.

Ein sehr sauberer Burger King, wir mussten nicht lang warten, die Eismaschine hat funktioniert und die Kollegen hinter der Theke waren super freundlich.

Das Personal ist mega freundlich! Das Essen ist immer frisch zubereitet

Ein tolles Gefühl wenn man als Kunde auch wertgeschätzt wird. Wir waren heute da und es gab dort schon vor uns Bestellungen, somit durften wir etwas warten. Dadurch hatten wir Zeit auch einmal genauer hin zu sehen ;) In der Küche, keine Hektik, kein gescheuche... Nein, es war einer alleine der jede Speise zubereitet hatte. An der Theke ein freundlicher junger Mann der jeden begrüßte und mit Sorgfalt jede Bestellung zusammen gepackt hat. Als unsere Bestellung dann auch nach einer Weile dran war, kamen wir ins Gespräch. Die beiden haben den Laden gerockt und zwar alleine ! ..In meinen Augen ist es eine mega Leistung da den Überblick zu behalten und dazu auch noch gute Laune zu bewahren. Als Dankeschön für unsere Geduld bekamen wir sogar noch ein Eis als Entschädigung, wobei wir es in dieser Filiale auch ohne Eis in Kauf genommen hätten. Also macht weiter so Thorsten und Martin :)

Hier hat sich ordentlich was getan. Essen war lecker und heiß. Die Zubereitungszeit war angemessen und das Personal freundlich zudem gepflegt. Im Gegensatz zu vorangegangenen Besuchen, war diesmal alles top. Hier wurde an den richtigen Stellen optimiert. Macht weiter so! Danke und Gruß Jan

Sehr gut aber ein bisschen zu teuer

Ich war kürzlich bei Burger King und hatte eine wirklich positive Erfahrung. Das Essen war frisch, heiß und hat richtig gut geschmeckt. Besonders der Burger war saftig und die Pommes schön knusprig. Die Bestellung ging schnell und das Personal war freundlich und hilfsbereit. Auch der Laden selbst war sauber und ordentlich, sodass man sich beim Essen wohlfühlen konnte. Insgesamt ein sehr guter Besuch – ich komme auf jeden Fall gerne wieder vorbei!

Bei diesem Burger King können Sie auch mal 5 Minuten vor dem Tresen stehen, ohne das einer der Mitarbeiter sich blicken lässt. Es wurde durchs Regal geguckt, dann schnell wieder weg... War uns zu dumm, sind dann 100 meter die Strasse runter zu McD, deren Personal hat sich nicht versteckt.

Essen war ok teilweise kalt, Obwohl der Laden leer war. Und an der Kasse stand ein ziemlich stämmiger mitarbeiter ungepflegt dreckige klamotten und kuriose weiße Flecken auf der Hose. Das sind bestimmt .....Flecken, von vor dem rechner aktivitäten. cappie nach hinten als wären wir auf einem hip hop Konzert gelandet. Rein in die Küche und essen zubereiten ohne das Waschbecken und die seife zu bemerken. Oder ohne zu wissen das so etwas existiert. Hygiene pur ,sollte mein Magen Probleme machen dann weiß ich ja woher das kommt wenn ich das Gesundheitsamt informieren muss.

Gutes Essen und man bekommt mehr für sein Geld

Mega gutes Essen Special die Pommes extrem gut gewürzt und schon frisch und knackig. Mit bestellen geht auch Mega schnell und sehr guter Service der auch schnell dabei ist. Selten so gutes Fast Food wie hier gehabt.

Es ist sehr chillig und man kann sich sehr mit Freunden inspannen, bei mittlerern Menüs bis klein kann man sogar alles so verpacken das das Tablet sauber aussieht

Ich war hier am: 07.02.2026 um 21:00 Uhr Am liebsten würde ich NULL Sterne vergeben. Es war mein erster Besuch dort und definitiv auch mein letzter. Die wenigen Minuten, die ich dort verbracht habe, bereue ich im Nachhinein. Aufgrund der Glutenunverträglichkeit meiner Freundin wollte ich lediglich nachfragen, ob die Pommes durch das Frittieren Gluten enthalten können. Der Laden war zu diesem Zeitpunkt nahezu leer. Ein Mitarbeiter stand in der Küche, hat mich gesehen, sich dann aber wortlos zurückgezogen, versteckt, mich angeschaut und auf meine Frage überhaupt nicht reagiert… Kein Service, keine Kommunikation, kein Interesse. So ein Verhalten ist für mich absolut inakzeptabel – gerade bei einer einfachen und wichtigen Nachfrage zu Unverträglichkeiten.

Our order was missing 1 burger and 2 fries. Unfortunately, the opening times have changed (closes at 8 p.m., we were there at approx 7:35 p.m.) and we ordered take-away, we only noticed it when we got home and couldn't go back. The waiting time was a little longer so we were there until shortly before the end. The staff seemed overwhelmed and uninterested.

Die Burger sehen nicht immer so aus, aber gestern Mashallah mit Liebe und ich wette 10er der Abi hat noch Küsschen drauf gemacht.

We've been there several times now, both during the week and on weekends, and we've always been greeted warmly and served quickly. The ordering terminal is a bit cumbersome for me. The burgers always taste good and are freshly prepared, and the restaurant gives a clean impression. Unfortunately, it's missing a play area for the kids, so we often go to the nearby Burger King in Ibbenbüren as an alternative.

Fast service, the food was hot and tasted just as it should at Burger King, the restaurant was clean – what more could you expect from a fast food restaurant?

Hey Burger King Emsdetten. We were there today with two colleagues. We ordered two meals and ate there. It was very clean, which is rare to see. The lady at the register was very nice and even asked us if everything was good. I only know that kind of service from full-service restaurants. Hats off to her! Thanks for the positive experience. I have been waiting for 20 minutes for a 2 chili cheese burger, the staff working in the kitchen do not use gloves.

After twelve minutes, there was still no food at the drive-thru. I drove. No food for this lunch break 🤬.

At the drive-thru, I was served by an employee who spoke very quietly. I had to ask several times because I could barely understand him. I told him that he was very quiet. He simply replied that he had already said so. It later turned out that the employee wasn't wearing his microphone properly. Unfortunately, there was no apology for his behavior. I've witnessed such unfriendly behavior from this person many times before.

Very long waiting time despite almost empty store

I drove into Smack Drive, the screen was off, I called out hello several times, then drove up to the window, waited for minutes, eventually someone appeared behind the counter, I called out hello and knocked, no response, I then drove to McDonald's

Tables weren't clean, both inside and out. Trays were overflowing. The wait after ordering, even though the place was quiet, was far too long...

Yesterday the service was particularly nice and informative!

Filthy place. The waitress (in the kitchen) was a 250-kilo man. His clothes were completely riddled with holes, even though he'd been wearing them for a few days. 🤮 Completely drenched in sweat. They put such disgusting, greasy things in the kitchen!!! Absolutely incomprehensible. I hope the health department contacts them soon! I was simply speechless. That such dirty, disgusting staff would be hired there! Never again 🤮

What you'd expect from a Burger King. Not a 5-star menu, but fast, good, and satisfying.

Especially as a vegetarian, it's great that every burger comes with a plant-based patty. The burgers always look great, unlike other fast food chains, and everything tastes good, even if it's an exception every few months. The prices are simply too high to eat there often (for example, a single burger for €7).

I ordered a hot long chicken from the menu. Despite being advertised everywhere, there was no cheese sauce included! When I asked, I was told it wasn't listed on the receipt and nothing could be done. Outrageous!

The staff leaves a lot to be desired in terms of hygiene

After over a year of abstinence (at least from this BK), I actually went there twice in a short period of time. I had to make sure the first time wasn't a coincidence. I have to say, it's really changed for the better. My food was fresh. I received friendly service, the food was prepared in a reasonable amount of time, and even all my special requests were fulfilled. When I got home, my food was still warm. Now that's a really positive turnaround.

Small Burger King with nice staff but slow and the burger patties were probably not fresh

The staff in the preparation area were dirty... and prepared the food with their bare hands... everything you could see was very unappetizing....

Unfortunately, my burger patty wasn't vegan, as I ordered. It had beef on it. There had already been problems with the preparation because the omission of the cheese on the burger had been overlooked. When I told them that my patty was made of meat, they just sent me away. Unfortunately, that wasn't nice at all, and I felt very uncomfortable. A waste of money.

Burger King itself is getting worse and worse. And every time, the excuse is a lack of staff. It's not just this branch, but the whole of Burger King. The branch on the highways is always closed due to a lack of staff. The opening hours are really crazy for a fast food restaurant. Fast food is supposed to be available around the clock, like McDonald's.

I went through the drive in counter and my card was charged twice Then fill out a form in the store and send a screenshot by email The refund took almost 4 weeks which is really outrageous If you go to Burger King to get something to eat, you can't say I'll pay in 4 weeks And when I had my food I also noticed that the mayo was missing, so I was really too stupid to go in there again Is not recommended

Unfortunately, you wait forever for your food even though the restaurant is empty. Drivers are served first even though they ordered later. Waited 20 minutes, if you hadn't already paid, you would have gone to the neighboring McDonald's.

It's just burger king but otherwise quite ok

3 menus with 2 citizens each ordered + chillichis nuggets. And once again I don't get enough. Take away. Unfriendly when complaining It's best to bring the things you received with you to prove. It could happen if it were full. True but alone in the store.

Great restaurant for hamburgers! I just don't understand why the entire rural population always meets at McDonald's 200m away. But maybe that's a good thing. There's a really great atmosphere here and you can always get a seat or be served quickly at the drive-in counter. You will even be recommended coupons to save money when ordering.

You wait an extremely long time for the food.

Actually zero stars. Was just there at the drive inn. There was no car in front of me, there was almost nothing going on in the restaurant, but I had to wait a whopping 15 minutes for the burgers. When asked about it, I was cheekily told that that's just how it is and goodbye. When I finally got home, I unfortunately discovered that the burgers had adapted to the staff. Unfortunately not edible. Apparently they were warmed up.

Eating at BK is like playing poker, you have to hope that the service is nice. The workforce gives the impression that they have little desire to work, except for a lady who is more motivated. But the highlight was that I was ultimately served a burger where the lomg chicken pattie must have fallen off and I was allowed to chew on something sandy. Apparently they don't like my nose or the hygienic standards there are subpar. I've always enjoyed eating there before, but I've never experienced anything like this. I'm thinking about giving the store and the workers there another chance, but if you treat customers like that, who try to be friendly and always leave money, then it's a slap in the face...

Was in the drive-thru at this BK branch last night (7:45 p.m.). They didn't ask what type of milkshake they wanted, instead they simply chose vanilla. I was rudely told to drive up. At the counter I said in a friendly manner that I would like to pay for the order with a card, but even before I had said it, the payment terminal was hastily handed to me with the outrageously impudent words: “I can see that, that's why I'm holding the thing for you the face”. I've never experienced anything like that. The burgers were beyond dry and felt like they had already had several hours of life… Customer service and communication with customers seem to be a priority here, just like the products themselves.
