Well, I have to say they are quick with the orders, but when you look and you notice that things are missing, I find that really sad, especially when they make the orders with just under ten people

The employees there are nice but very careless. I was there recently and my drink simply had a part of the machine in it that definitely didn't belong there. Very disgusting. As an apology we got a new drink + an apple spritzer.. Another time the meat was missing from my burger and we couldn't give it back because we ordered it at the drive-thru and then drove on. The Mc Donalds is clean, the food there actually tastes pretty good except for a few things, I just wish the employees were a little more careful and I hope something like this never happens again!

Rats run across the parking lot, burgers are cold and look like someone was sitting on them, well the fries are colder than the ice cream and there are no products that were paid for including the deposit... Die on your Halloween Fanta

With medium capacity utilization, staff were unable to maintain normal operations. E.g. Drive-in orders were not processed at the designated counter, but were brought to the customer individually if they were found or the paid order was not taken by someone else because the goods were given out on suspicion. Our order was taken via self service and not processed or ignored for about 25 minutes. Asked about it (with invoice) , they wanted to collect the bill. This could only be avoided by referring to applicable law; the service owed was delivered to the originally specified table after another 10 minutes. As expected, the quality of the ingredients was good, but the craftsmanship was maximally sufficient, or at least complete (unfortunately this has to be mentioned as a positive because it is not a standard). Would I get lost in these finals again if I got hungry on the way home around midnight? Clearly no

A total disaster. Ordering machines seem to work as well as the ice cream machine, almost never. The staff is completely overwhelmed and a big problem is the language barrier because hardly any of the employees speak German fluently. A lot definitely needs to change.

Last night we went to get food after a long time. We don't go there that often because it usually takes a long time and something is almost always missing when we take it with us. I had already visited a few McDonalds branches, you have to be careful, the ordering terminals are great and 80% of the food is made quickly, but there are a lot of problems with the organization. For example, I often ordered there and it gets close to closing I've forgotten something about every order I've made at home or on site, sometimes even whole burgers or menus with side dishes, instead of apologizing you're treated unkindly or not taken seriously, the place is extremely dirty and the tables are all I don't want to do Talk about it, the floor sticks and has been for many years!, I assume that a proper basic cleaning rarely takes place. The next problem is: the employees' knowledge of German, I think it's commendable to employ people with a migration background there and to offer a great place to work, but it becomes difficult when you as a customer can't talk to these people in either German or English, This very often leads to disputes because some employees don't even know the name of their products, so there are also disputes among the employees themselves. There is often shouting in the kitchen, people sometimes grumble at each other at the checkout, and the atmosphere is bad. I'll probably still eat here, but you have to pay close attention to what you've ordered; it's best to unpack it on site and go through it to make sure everything is there.

Food... typical McDonald's. However, the fries were only lukewarm and soggy. The shop was dirty and there was no employee in 1.5 hours.. there were enough there.. the tables were wiped or the chairs. Everything sticky and dirty. 15 minutes of waiting for two menus, which were then only lukewarm.. Well.. next time we'll try the drive.. maybe then the food will be fresh and we won't have to see the chaotic interior

The food was catastrophic again today. It was cold, the fries were unseasoned and the burgers tasted rotten. Not to forget the employees who are unfriendly all the time and give you strange looks. There was also a black hair in my cola and the sauces were missing from the order. WORST MCDONALDS!!!!

This branch gets a solid "OK". The food... Well. It's McDo. It's the same everywhere. But some are more equal. It is often possible to prepare fresh and perfect food. Personally, I experience problems too often. Sometimes the fries are no longer crispy, rarely even cold (consumed on site). Sometimes the contents of the box seem too “thrown”. The service, in terms of friendliness, is impeccable. If I add the waiting time and completeness to the service, then not. It seems chaotic to me behind the cash registers. As if it wasn't always clear who was working for whom or who was packing which order. Before I just write about the employees and what they achieve there: There's more. Too often I experience that guests approach the employees in a short manner, without a greeting (which should always be included) or simply in a rude manner. The technology is not always at its best. Sometimes the monitor with the pickup numbers goes on strike, sometimes the air conditioning... Under these circumstances I should actually give it five stars. I'll try something different: If you're not in a hurry, check your order, and remain friendly, there's no reason why you won't have a good experience.

The people here have absolutely no idea about anything. As a customer, you have to tell them how to use the cash register. Nothing at all works here in this store. On top of that, I wait 40 minutes for my order. It was the first and last time I came here 0 stars would be better

I went to the MC and a housekeeper treated me very badly just because I'm not German

We live in Castrop. Unfortunately, since we have a child, we can't avoid it. No matter when you go to this branch, the food takes a long time and is cold. What was also noticed was that things were constantly missing from the orders. Not only with us, but also often enough when other guests complained. Cars often line up in MC Drive or in front of the store to wait for orders, especially on weekends and evenings. It's not uncommon to have to wait 40 minutes or more for your order here. We came to the conclusion: poorly trained employees, apparently too few staff.

Never again will you understand something when someone orders 2 MC ribs without onions and gets 1 with and one without. The receipt says 2 without onions. At the counter you will be told you have to enter it for each one individually. I then asked to dispose of the 1, I hope they did. The staff is absolutely overwhelmed, so I'd rather stay in Harpen because they'll talk to you if you don't want to order at this terminal.

The internet says it's even open 24 hours a day on Sunday, but you can only go there from 8 a.m. So save yourself the journey and go around the corner. You can only go there from 7 a.m.!!!

This has nothing to do with fast food. Orders are marked as ready earlier so that the statistics are correct. Otherwise, nothing beats a wait of less than 15 minutes. All completely planned here.

We waited 1 hour for ONE BURGER and a few weeks later almost 2 hours for burger and fries because our receipt fell down. Plus, in the end it wasn't even good. Super unhygienic, someone coughed on a salad and did it on a burger with his bare hand. Generally very poor hygiene. Almost everyone is always excited and tense because everyone is served way too late.

I ordered to take away for 41 euros. They put everything in the bags. Call my number 222. Take it and drive home. At home I want to distribute the food and? Half is missing. Man, I'm angry. How stupid do you have to be? To only pack half. They have the order on the monitor. You take things one by one and pack them up. I think they do that extra. And at the end of the day they take the surplus home with them. And stupid me, I don't check the bag, I just trust the operator. Once and not again. The place is getting worse and worse. The three of us here and after half an hour we asked what the food was. The small orders were always brought forward and so we waited almost 45 minutes. A nice, clean location right off the highway exit. There are plenty of parking spaces in the green. There are also 2 charging stations here. The order is processed quickly. An MC Drive is also there. When the weather is nice you can also sit outside and enjoy the sun. All in all, nothing is left to be desired. Gladly again.

The WORST McDonald's branch in the world that I know of. No matter what city or country I was in - this place shoots the day. BASICALLY parts of the order are forgotten, prepared incorrectly or are simply old and therefore inedible. The staff is incompetent and simply unable to properly hand over an order to the customer… The place is dirty and the toilets are an imposition. ONE working toilet, ALL urinals (pee toilets) broken, urine everywhere and some feces on the floor and on the walls, it stinks, there is paper on the floor, no paper to dry your hands, no disinfectant and the hand dryer doesn't work either. This store simply can't continue to run like this and should better free up the space for something else. I'm also thinking about reporting the whole thing to the health department - I'm sure there's a lot to be found there...

The food meets McDonald's standards and is therefore completely ok. However, the service leaves a lot to be desired. Waiting times are ok. However, the employees seemed completely annoyed because my app showed errors and advised them to contact staff. Parts of the order were repeatedly “forgotten”. If there are promotional items (glasses, or currently pins) you always have to check and request them, otherwise they will definitely be missing.

Das ist der zweitschlechteste Laden in Castrop - nur Burger King in Habinghorst ist schlechter. Tempo kennen die Leute nur aus der Taschentuchwerbung. Bislang noch nie und ich meine wirklich NIE eine Drive-Bestellung gehabt, die auf Anhieb passt. Ich rede nicht von fehlender Soße oder so etwas. Mal fehlen 1-2 Pommes von 4, mal werden statt Nuggets die Plants verpackt. Heute wurden statt 8 Snackers nur 5 eingepackt. Also hier gilt es JEDE Bestellung zu prüfen - weil die Leute sich einen Dreck darum kümmern. Und ja es gibt Ausnahmen, 1-2 Leute sind mal da, die machen alles richtig. Aber die arbeiten nur kurz da, wahrscheinlich weil sie danach die Motivation aller anderen annehmen. Im übrigen , FastFood heißt hier „Iß dein Kram in 2 Minuten, denn sonst ist alles kalt“

I wonder why they have a Mc Drive if you only get the drinks and then have to drive to the main entrance to wait for the rest of your order.

We've actually been coming here for years because unfortunately it's the only branch near us where we could get warm food (from McD) until we got home. But every order has been incorrect for years. In fact, we have yet to receive an order that was completely as we ordered it. You learn from it and over time we got into the habit of checking the order immediately after it was handed out and complaining immediately. Because we knew that no orders were complete yet. It doesn't matter whether you ordered it in advance, in the drive or in the store. Always the same game. But now with the last order the hammer came. It was relatively empty in the store and we took our order again and checked it immediately. The only thing missing was, how could it be otherwise, the sauces for the nuggets, but they were missing. Complained and got it. Back home and found the surprise. Cheeseburgers had no cheese, just ketchup and a patty. This was the case with 4 out of 6 cheeseburgers and they were wrapped in cheeseburg paper!!!, 1 hamburger was also missing, which we missed in the store. Checking the order is one thing, but the fact that we now have to unpack all the burgers to check whether they are correctly topped defeats the purpose. Because it takes far too long and the food is cold when we get home. Therefore we will no longer go to this branch. This is really too much. Complaint sent out, but no response from store to date. Now you don't have to do it anymore. This has overstepped the mark. So to the competition after BK. We haven't even had anything comparable in terms of problems.

Then supposedly ready for pickup and when asked, the order was crammed together at the back of the table, really underground.

Unfortunately, additives such as extra meat have often been missing. But the worst thing so far was the Bigmac without sauce. Addendum... Now the employees "forgot" to pack a bigmac and the royal cheese sauce. Then the food is still cold when we check it in the branch!!! So soon I'll go behind the counter myself and after me my burge. I haven't experienced anything so incompetent at mc'd in a long time. Plus it's always dirty if you're there after 7 p.m.

I've never eaten at McDonald's as bad as it was on March 2nd. One portion was completely forgotten, which of course we only discovered when we got home. I couldn't get anything done by phone. Not again for me. Food was also cold.

The orders are always incomplete. Of course, you only notice this when you get home. So you are forced to check the delivery while still in the car. That's stupid because you're always sent to wait in front of the entrance, where you have to block parking spaces.

Here in CR, almost like at all McD's these days, getting food is more and more a kind of entertainment. Ordered yesterday at the drive in at 10:50 p.m., received food at 11:35 p.m., cold. Even the employee said “please I beg you to write a bad review” 😂

The worst McDonald's around. Slow-moving staff, long waiting times even though there are hardly any guests in the restaurant, bone-dry burgers and napkins are apparently too expensive. You'll never see me again.

My son got a Coke today. At the first sip he noticed that it didn't contain any carbon dioxide and wanted to exchange it. However, this didn't work because he had already drunk from it. How else would he have discovered that something was wrong with the drink?

I advise everyone to eat their food only with a winter jacket, due to the low temperatures in the store. Models such as Wellensteyn or Canada Goose are recommended. Then the nuggets taste particularly wintery.
