The restaurant was empty, but we still had to wait 10 minutes for our food. There was one lady serving the front and the drive-thru. The second lady only joined us when it was getting busier. We ordered food there via UberEats and then discovered that something was missing. We then called there and the employee on the phone said he had packed the order himself and that we should come to BurgerKing and pick up what was missing ourselves. We tried to explain that we hadn't ordered for free and that we couldn't even come and pick it up.
