Bad experience, not like other branches. Failed management. There are not enough employees. It is the worst branch in Germany. I think Burger King management should check this branch.

Update May 3, 2025 The CocaCola drinks machines are defective. Employees are all friendly. --------------- Drinks are great, lots of choice, I've tried everything, it tastes good, I'm going there with colleagues because of the drink. I can add photos later. Go and visit other stores too, great options there are way too many places. With workers who are a bit reserved but okay, you're a fox, use the BurgerKing app. Just be smart or they'll leave.

Incredible experience at the drive-thru. While I was about to order, the employee started waxing his armpit hair in the middle of the service - complete with a loud scream when it was removed. As if that wasn't disturbing enough, there was still wax residue on my receipt. Something like this is not only extremely unprofessional, but also completely unhygienic. I'm honestly speechless and hope that Burger King doesn't just ignore incidents like this. That was my last visit there.

Saleswoman at dive in was great

Once again something was forgotten in an order. Went back there and received the missing burger and even an additional order (for a fee of course) in no time without any problems or discussion. When I got home I realized why it happened so quickly. Both dishes were cold and in one dish the cheese was not liquid. I've always been Team Burger King, but as of today I'm out!

The restaurant was empty, but we still had to wait 10 minutes for our food. There was one lady serving the front and the drive-thru. The second lady only joined us when it was getting busier. I know that BurgerKing is an American company, but if this company opens a branch in Germany, I will assume that I will also be spoken to in the official language. Ordered a plant based cheese melt burger and got it with bacon. Set 6. Money back is undesirable, people then try to dampen their displeasure with additional burgers.

We ordered food there via UberEats and then discovered that something was missing. We then called there and the employee on the phone said he had packed the order himself and that we should come to BurgerKing and pick up what was missing ourselves. We tried to explain that we hadn't ordered for free and that we couldn't even come and pick it up. The employee became very rude and then just said “he doesn’t have any more time” and simply hung up.
