The service was incredibly friendly and the food was ready very quickly.

Unfriendly service this evening in the MC Drive, when you ask if you want something else you order something and after a maximum of 5 seconds the waitress says "Continue driving" and you order and the person claims you never ordered the things, as well as at The lattice potatoes were only filled with 4 and the fries were not cooked and were simply dumped into the bag and everything was fried in old fat. The only good thing was that the service was far too quick. Food was already cold in the drive. Even for a quick service/fast food restaurant this was sad

Like everything else, I can only rate the food with 1 star. Because 1. you never get what you ordered, or 2. nothing at all. Last time I tried to explain what I wanted to the lady with an oriental accent 10 times on the intercom. "A Junior Whopper without cucumbers and tomatoes, and a double cheeseburger without cucumbers, but double cheese and jalapenos"....I told her that 10 times. Didn't understand it. Her colleague came over at the counter and asked again. So I repeated the order three more times. She then left for a moment, but came back after 5 seconds and asked: "Without vegetables?". And then it was time for me to finish work. Then I could only laugh out loud and drove on without anything to eat. So if you don't speak Arabic, you can forget about it with your order. I wonder when the camels will be driven through the city next.

Very bad service, waited 35 minutes for the order, with two children. Of course it was drama to the power of 10. The order came incorrectly and something was missing, after being informed we received the missing items. German generally seems to be a difficult topic locally; questions were answered with a question mark on the head and were smiled away. 35 minute wait for 4 burgers and fries at lunchtime at 2pm. It has little to do with fast food. When we asked where our food was, we were initially ignored and then not understood. After paying at the window I was sent to the parking lot because the burgers weren't ready yet. I waited in the parking lot for another 20 minutes. If you've always wanted to try out what it's like to eat in the sauna, this is the right place for you. However, you shouldn't expect FAST food. I waited almost 15 minutes for my food in unbearable heat (they hadn't heard of "table service"). And at 9:30 p.m. there was nothing going on at all. The employees seemed bored and overwhelmed. Unfortunately, I was forced to eat in this sauna because I wanted to briefly interrupt my journey because I was hungry. Otherwise, it's a Burger King like any other, and the food was as usual.

Service is difficult to evaluate when you only order at one terminal. At the drive in everything is always good so far. Unfortunately, I have often had cold older burgers, which I only noticed on the motorway. 🫤 Still come back 🙂

Typical Burger King. Now they pick up where they left off last time. The wings are fried in oil for Planet Based products. It looks like Burger King and its employees are not learning from the scandal. As one employee put it, they eat everything anyway.

This is definitely the last time I have visited this store.

I have never given just one star. Premiere! Very dingy, we waited outside the door for ages (25 minutes) with the drinks, even though no one new came in. Drinks warmed up, but at home we ate ice cold + half of it was missing (sauces + flame wings). City curly fries are leftovers from the deep fryer. No receipt in the bag and of course no one answers the phone. Unbelievable, worst visit to a “fast food restaurant” ever.

So often given the store a chance. There is always something missing from the order. Things don't seem fresh. Left in the tray for a few hours and packed up. Didn't even get hot fries. I'm just upset that I keep giving it a chance and people keep expecting better - and yes, even in a fast food restaurant.

Orders from other customers are preferred because they have smaller orders. Staff says it doesn't itch. The burgers taste somehow different than you would expect from BurgerKing.

For a large order, half of it was forgotten and not seen when asked. No competent workforce.
