BURGER KING Germany in Castrop-Rauxel

35 minute wait for 4 burgers and fries at lunchtime at 2pm. It has little to do with fast food. When we asked where our food was, we were initially ignored and then not understood. We won't be coming here again and would advise others not to... service is terrible Edit: had to throw away the cola, it just tasted disgusting and was more water-filled than anything else. Of course the food was cold and soggy

If you want to go to the drive-in you should definitely bring your time. Then the order is not made correctly a burger with two slices for the top

This was the best Burger King I've ever been to!! We actually only went there briefly after we bought things for our horse and the service from the employees was so incredibly nice! We always come back here!!

You wait at least 10-15 minutes for your order because everyone works like they're asleep. Absolutely not acceptable for a fast food chain, you should rather register with slow food.

Biggest snot, you order 100€ from them and they forget things and as soon as you call and say something is missing they say “we don’t know what to do for me” They say you should pick up what's missing yourself, which I can't understand at all because that's their mistake. A real mess, the employees barely speak German, powerful, very unfriendly, highly aggressive at the counter. I waited 20 minutes for three cheeseburgers and a coke, even though there was only one car in front of me. If you've always wanted to try out what it's like to eat in the sauna, this is the right place for you. However, you shouldn't expect FAST food. I waited almost 15 minutes for my food in unbearable heat (they hadn't heard of "table service"). And at 9:30 p.m. there was nothing going on at all. The employees seemed bored and overwhelmed. Unfortunately, I was forced to eat in this sauna because I wanted to briefly interrupt my journey because I was hungry. Otherwise, it's a Burger King like any other, and the food was as usual.

Service is difficult to evaluate when you only order at one terminal. At the drive in everything is always good so far. Unfortunately, I have often had cold older burgers, which I only noticed on the motorway. 🫤 Still come back 🙂

Typical Burger King. Now they pick up where they left off last time. The wings are fried in oil for Planet Based products. It looks like Burger King and its employees are not learning from the scandal. As one employee put it, they eat everything anyway.

The ordering machines annoy me. As a customer, I should make the order, return the tray, what's next? Grill the burger yourself? And the price keeps going up.

Intercom system on drive in defective. If you have to figure it out, it's not there. Drove to the front, ordered and then stood in a queue of 4 cars in total in front of the store. This is definitely the last time I have visited this store.

I have never given just one star. Premiere! Very dingy, we waited outside the door for ages (25 minutes) with the drinks, even though no one new came in. Drinks warmed up, but at home we ate ice cold + half of it was missing (sauces + flame wings). City curly fries are leftovers from the deep fryer. No receipt in the bag and of course no one answers the phone. Unbelievable, worst visit to a “fast food restaurant” ever.

So often given the store a chance. There is always something missing from the order. Things don't seem fresh. Left in the tray for a few hours and packed up. Didn't even get hot fries. I'm just upset that I keep giving it a chance and people keep expecting better - and yes, even in a fast food restaurant.

Orders from other customers are preferred because they have smaller orders. Staff says it doesn't itch. The burgers taste somehow different than you would expect from BurgerKing.

For a large order, half of it was forgotten and not seen when asked. No competent workforce.
