I have rarely experienced such slow service. Not much going on and you're really waiting for your tires to go flat. Waited a good 20 minutes after ordering. Unbelievable. This is definitely the last time I have visited this store.

I have never given just one star. Premiere! Very dingy, we waited outside the door for ages (25 minutes) with the drinks, even though no one new came in. Drinks warmed up, but at home we ate ice cold + half of it was missing (sauces + flame wings). City curly fries are leftovers from the deep fryer. No receipt in the bag and of course no one answers the phone. Unbelievable, worst visit to a “fast food restaurant” ever.

Orders from other customers are preferred because they have smaller orders. Staff says it doesn't itch. The burgers taste somehow different than you would expect from BurgerKing.

Apart from Coke, there are no soft drinks in stock, supposedly no more payback, after ordering you are always sent to the door in your car because it takes an unbelievably long time to receive your food and probably helps the KPI. I probably won't come here again...

Here customers come back nonstop and complain because the order is incorrect or even completely wrong. The store is becoming more and more crowded, there is hardly any seating for people who take their food with them and there is an extremely long waiting time even for simple orders
