A real mess, the employees barely speak German, powerful, very unfriendly, highly aggressive at the counter. I waited 20 minutes for three cheeseburgers and a coke, even though there was only one car in front of me. That's why there's only dead pants in the shed, no employee speaks German, sad, but true, what has become of our Germany? Just 💙💙💙💙💙💙

Today I was at the drive in counter at 9:40 p.m., the employee was very unfriendly, barely spoke German and didn't respond to my questions, he also became insulting. That's an absolute no-go. Today you lost a long-time customer.

After paying at the window I was sent to the parking lot because the burgers weren't ready yet. I waited in the parking lot for another 20 minutes. It was only after I went in that I noticed that I hadn't received anything yet. Now the menu started. When the counter worker brought it out the drink was missing. Everything but highly committed specialists. (😂or 😢, don't know which is right.) 25 minutes for two chicken burgers, a fries and a cola is simply not enough. It ultimately turned out that the man from the kitchen unfortunately didn't understand everything the man at the Mac Drive counter had told him...

It's okay. Burgers could be warmer in some cases.

If you've always wanted to try out what it's like to eat in the sauna, this is the right place for you. However, you shouldn't expect FAST food. I waited almost 15 minutes for my food in unbearable heat (they hadn't heard of "table service"). And at 9:30 p.m. there was nothing going on at all. The employees seemed bored and overwhelmed. Unfortunately, I was forced to eat in this sauna because I wanted to briefly interrupt my journey because I was hungry. Otherwise, it's a Burger King like any other, and the food was as usual.

Service is difficult to evaluate when you only order at one terminal. At the drive in everything is always good so far. Unfortunately, I have often had cold older burgers, which I only noticed on the motorway. 🫤 Still come back 🙂

Typical Burger King. Now they pick up where they left off last time. The wings are fried in oil for Planet Based products. It looks like Burger King and its employees are not learning from the scandal. As one employee put it, they eat everything anyway.

Of course you may have to wait longer for your order, but it's fresh!

The ordering machines annoy me. As a customer, I should make the order, return the tray, what's next? Grill the burger yourself? And the price keeps going up.

The colleague at the counter lets children of other customers search through tablets. Waiting time for a menu approx. 20 minutes. Dirty and completely understaffed store.

I have rarely experienced such slow service. Not much going on and you're really waiting for your tires to go flat. Waited a good 20 minutes after ordering. Unbelievable. This is definitely the last time I have visited this store.

I have never given just one star. Premiere! Very dingy, we waited outside the door for ages (25 minutes) with the drinks, even though no one new came in. Drinks warmed up, but at home we ate ice cold + half of it was missing (sauces + flame wings). City curly fries are leftovers from the deep fryer. No receipt in the bag and of course no one answers the phone. Unbelievable, worst visit to a “fast food restaurant” ever.

For the first time I experienced an incredibly nice and service-oriented employee in Castrop!! Big praise & gladly again!

Orders from other customers are preferred because they have smaller orders. Staff says it doesn't itch. The burgers taste somehow different than you would expect from BurgerKing.

For a large order, half of it was forgotten and not seen when asked. No competent workforce.
