I made an order through mcdrive and when I arrived home turned out they mixed up the whole order. Instead of Mc chicken I received BigMac, instead of cheese some curry thing…

I was happy to get my midnight snack at my favorite McDonalds. Unfortunately it was a huge disappointment. Beetles and insects flying around, the kitchen looks like a mess and I don't even want to get started on the service. Very unfriendly and unmotivated. The food was not edible, the citizen was too dry, one had too much ketchup and the other had far too little. It didn't taste at all like the cheeseburger or chickenburger you're familiar with.

Main concern is cleanliness. It should be improved. The tables, floors are not cleaned. Toilets are ok for rare use.

The Mitarbeiters here first learn some manners in the school and then work in the society. There big boy with a cap who spoke very rudely to me. Who gave these two mitarbeiters right to talk to any customer like that. I am here in Germany from last 8 years, this kind of service i have never faced in my life. I went there on 22 Aug, 24 at 11:30 pm.

I went to this restaurant on 22 Aug, 24 at near about 11:30 pm. Ordered 2XNetzkartofellen. Firstly, the food was very cold. While giving order, i clearly mentioned to give me the fresh food, the girl doing kasse, had her lower lip pierced, answered me in a very bad way. Secondly, after eating my food, i left my tray on the table the same way other customers did. When i was about to leave, a fat guy working in the front insulted me saying to put the leftover in the bin. I clearly had no issue in doing so, but the tone he used was unacceptable. Who gave him right to pick any random customer and say whatever he wanted to say. He did not ask any of the other customer to put the trays back, why only me?? These two mitarbeiters did a racial thing. They used unacceptable tone with me just because i am a foreigner here, but not to the Germans. Shame on you, guys! Before working, just learn how to behave in the society. RACISTS!

Ordinary Mcdonald's: not bad, not perfect, just okay. Sometimes long queues, but it is quite small so that's expectable. Don’t come here on weekends, stuff cannot handle the number of orders in time, you will be disappointed.

The staff is friendly. The food is of normal McDonald's quality and there's nothing wrong with it. The thing that bothers me is that something is always forgotten in the order as soon as you leave for at least. 3 people ordered in one order. Unfortunately, this is the case every time. We always pick up our orders inside so we can immediately check what's missing this time and request it. However, this is always submitted later without any problems.

Always can't put the right toys that I chose in my HappyMeal. My child is always sad there.

About 3 months ago I placed a large order over the phone for clients of a facility. The pickup was extremely quick and friendly and the store manager seems to be very personable. I can't understand the bad reviews, but if you can't do anything yourself, feel free to complain :) Best regards.

On the way home we thought to ourselves that a sinful dinner wouldn't be amiss. Since we like to experiment, we tried mobile ordering. It's quite easy to place the order, but when we arrived we first had to convince the app that we had now arrived at McDonals. (Simple push of a button). Sunnyly we were shown a 4-digit code that I wanted to enter at the DriveIn. I said loud and clear that I had an order code and gave it, 1 minute of radio silence. “The coupon code doesn’t work. Do others?” (memory quote). We were a little confused because of course it wasn't a coupon. "No! A mobile order!” - “Oh, right. Enter the code again!” We did it and drove up, we got our drinks and were then supposed to drive into the separate parking lot. OK. And now we wait. And wait. Wait. 5 or 6 minutes later a young lady comes hastily over and hands us our order in a bag that was definitely not designed for the size of the order. Oh well… Set off and then the disappointment at home: - 1 of 2 fries was missing (mind you there was ketchup and mayo) - 1 of 6 chicken nuggets was missing - McRip was completely crushed (because at the bottom) - Drinks were lukewarm and without ice cubes (I would like the option of with or without) - no wet wipes (common with McRip) - no napkins A pretty disappointing experience. The two stickers didn't result in any profit either. Depressing.

I go to this McDonald's quite often. Every time I eat on site, nothing is missing but when I order something to take away, I always forget one or two things and that's getting annoying.

The most terrible service from the entire network, 3 orders were poured into one package, potatoes were poured over a pile, when asked about the drinking tubes they were told that they are not there and will not be, no napkins were put, no parking spaces available are. Not only do people have to dig through a bunch of food in a package themselves, but they also have to do it on the go because there is no parking.

The food is basically as good as any McDonald's. But the service is terrible. They didn't give us any straws, no sugar for the coffee, no napkins. Very sad. They didn’t even divide the 3 menus into packages, they just piled everything in a heap.

Unfortunately, yesterday we had to watch as a young employee (tall, dark - slightly longer hair) threw all the nuggets into the packaging with his bare hands and wiped his hands on his greasy, really dirty-looking pants after each time. When we mentioned this in a friendly manner, we only received dirty looks and the young gentleman provocatively packed our nuggets back into the warming container in front of our eyes, so that the next customer could then be happy about the nuggets they had already touched. We received a new pack, but we deliberately couldn't watch the MA while it was being prepared and our pack was simply pushed through from the back to the front. Leaves you with a very uncomfortable feeling. We are shocked by the unfriendliness of ALL the employees on site. There was no apology, no shocked face but rather an angry look towards us. Unfortunately, McDonalds is now done for us.

Unfortunately a bad overall rating! The food was ok (fries not quite cooked through), but the non-carbonated cola was unfortunately very weak. Most of the employees watched the Georgen game against the Spaniards, which is absolutely no problem for me if the rest is correct! I actually wanted to pre-order using the app, but apparently I'm too stupid to use the app (usability!). At least I got the code, which was then scanned at the checkout. Ergo: there is only one way. I'll probably take a break from McDonald's again... 😉

Bad service. The manager didn't take us girls seriously, we asked what time the store was open until (so we might get something to eat later) and all we got was a cheeky, ironic answer. Her colleague also just looked at us confused and apologized to us for it. Then we were asked for ID for no reason. (We are 18 & 22, even if you look young, you shouldn't treat us so cheekily and disrespectfully. After all, we only asked about closing times! Since when does age play a role?)

Preferably zero stars...! Firstly, there was very loud techno music in the restaurant... Then the employee cleans with her gloves and uses them to pack up the food, which is very unhygienic... Then the whole place is extremely dirty! So I've never experienced anything like that.

The Crispy Chicken bun is moldy. Absolute impudence to offer something like that.

It was very cold inside, like in Alaska. All that was missing was the skis and snow, and the staff refused to turn off the air conditioning.

Way too cold here... Employees said you couldn't turn down the air conditioning... Food was ok, was warm but got cold faster than you could see, unfortunately :(

Lousy McDonalds. Ordered a strawberry shake twice and went to the counter twice because there was no strawberry flavor in it. Then the bag with the syrup was changed and a new shake was given. That worked without any problems... but it's just extremely unprofessional and it's really a lousy quota of 2/2 strawberry shakes. The location itself isn't great either....as soon as you walk in there's a strong smell of Mäcces and so after the visit you smell like a BigMäc with fries...as if they don't have any proper exhaust ventilation....

By far the most disorganized McDonald's branch I have ever experienced. Employees are constantly fussing over customers, are stressed, forget parts of orders or even complete orders. Impossible!

Food took forever. Staff was totally overwhelmed, food was okay, ambience was very good.

Service: There is no service because the young man (drive-in + inside checkout) prefers to chat with his friends who are reaching over the counter and onto other guests' trays. Ambience: Every cafeteria in Germany is certainly not this dirty and smelly. Hygiene underground! Food: Wanted to give 3 points first. But after realizing that my burger wasn't even lukewarm, there was only one. I would really like to send the health department over here. The shopkeeper should apply to be a porter somewhere. Everyone can see here that he is not able to run such a branch properly, but please don't invest any more money. Bad, really bad!!

Again and again, you need patience and the service.... You think twice about whether it's really meant to be. 3 out of 4 terminals worked. When you're there at rush hour, you just want to leave as quickly as possible... Maybe the concept can be rethought to make it a little more pleasant.

Ordered a mcflurry and received the same amount as on mcsunday in a mcflurry cup. Unfortunately not the first time.

CAUTION!!! If you order online here via the app, points and money will be deducted. So you pay twice! It happened to me and the customer management after my complaint was catastrophic. Rip off!!!!

Despite the store being completely full, they were very nice and it seemed like they were well coordinated.

The staff here was very welcoming and friendly. The food was also good as always and it definitely isn't a bad McDonald's. I do however feel like they are very slow here, with the food taking over 15 minutes for just me and my partner while nobody else was in the store. Furthermore, it's fairly clean and it offers drive through. I went at night and didn't really like the area at that hour but I'd say this is a very average McDonald's experience.

Unfortunately this was one of the worst Mcdonalds i have ever visited. I waited 35 minutes for my meal. This is the longest i have ever waited for "fast" food. Our order was wrong, the drink and apple pie was wrong. The staff is very unproffesional, they spill food and are grumpy.

Have you ever thought that Mecces is mainly visited by parents with their children? It's nice that there seems to be a relaxed atmosphere there, but your communication with each other is anything but bearable, especially in front of your customers.
