The store is an absolute disgrace. Items are often forgotten. What kind of people work there?

Unfortunately, this McDonald's location disappoints us every time! They never serve the right sauces, forget to bring burgers, and the service at the drive-thru is unfriendly. Anyone can be in a bad mood sometimes, but they shouldn't let it show while working with customers! It's understandable now and then, but I consider it disrespectful to get rude for no reason. On top of that, they didn't give me a receipt (when paying by card).

The food Is very delicious. Service is alright, but could be faster. Overall it's a perfect experience.

Difficult place for people who speak German and ask questions.

Each table was decorated with a vase and fresh tulips, the shop was tidy, the restrooms were clean :)

Service -10, the lady who worked at the drive-in counter at 10 p.m. was very unfriendly and rude. Furthermore, a burger was forgotten, fries were fried for too long and barely salted. Better go to Burger King in Schöneweide, 100% better and everything is fresh!

I ordered breakfast products online today at 10:27 a.m. The app displayed “order by 10:29 a.m. to receive breakfast products.” No sooner said than done. Stood at the Drive IN counter at 10:30 a.m. and waited a minute until someone greeted me (usually after just a few seconds). I announced my code and drove up. At the window it says: “So at 10:32 a.m. there will be no more breakfast!” I then explained that it was specifically displayed in the app and whether an exception could be made. “No, not a chance.” It was mainly about McToast, the ingredients of which are also available for burgers at any time. Customer service is different! It would have been easy… What a shame.

I mean, "yes," it's not 5-star food, but the burgers I've been served there are terrible... Each time there was something different on it than what I actually wanted and then it was so slapped on that you couldn't tell what it was anymore... I hope something changes in the store...

Since then, my health has been completely exhausted and I can neither concentrate on my work nor on my family life. THIS IS A DISASTER! How can you present something like that to customers?! Do they even have hygiene regulations? Does ANYONE have any idea what he's doing? It is simply DISGUSTING what is happening there. I will never enter this store again. Unfortunately always disappointing. For months we've only heard the same statement here: 'No toys, we only have books.' That would be fine once, but it happens every time. Today we had enough - we had to pay up and go to another McDonald's. This shouldn't be the standard. What a shame!

It's not possible that the lady at the counter at mc Drive barely speaks German. In this industry it should be normalized that German is spoken fluently. When the lady didn't understand my order several times, I drove on and preferred not to eat anything. This should urgently be changed 👍🏾

My apology and request for some flexibility were ignored, and even the branch manager who was summoned stuck to this bureaucratic approach. After almost ten minutes of unnecessary discussion, I realized that customer service is not the focus here. Such an inflexible and unfriendly approach is regrettable and disappointing - anyone who values ​​fast and customer-oriented service is in the wrong place at this branch.

So, this visit to McDonald's was really an unpleasant experience. I drive to the ordering station, and what happens? I'm told to drive around the block again to reorder - even though there wasn't a single car behind me. But no, instead I'm sent to a superfluous round - probably to artificially increase the number of customers. And the best thing: If I had driven 500 meters further, I would have ended up at a much better Burger King. Another 500 meters and I would have stopped at KFC – definitely the more environmentally friendly decision. This McDonald's is so unnecessary, I might as well get the calories in a pasture and eat grass. Saves fuel, CO2 and nerves. Conclusion: Please go somewhere else for a bite of fast food – sustainability is being trampled on here!”

Although I didn't want to go to McDonald's again because I was disappointed by another branch, I was pleasantly surprised. The store was clean, the employees were friendly and service was good. The meal consisted of a double cheeseburger, fries and a cola. The burger was warm, well topped and tasted good too. The fries were crispy and not too salty. The Cola is just standard. All in all it was good and I would eat at this branch again.

Slow does not even begin to describe it. Come here if you’ve plenty of time and are in no rush …

The whole thing is too squashed... At the entrance directly the terminal then the walk to the toilet and only 2 terminals are not enough in my opinion. Then no kids activity so McDonald's was more pleasant when I was a child when it was all about the 🤡. Just like on highways, the slides and children's activities simply become less and less. The shop is absolutely small and the woman with the gray hair is a complete poisonous goat! You have table service and you still have to get your own food, it just makes sense.

A Mac Smart Menu took over 10 minutes to take away, even though it wasn't busy. The staff (especially a woman in a baseball cap) were rude and unhelpful. The food was cold, squashed and not freshly prepared at all. My packet of fries was half empty even though it was a medium one. The atmosphere was so disgusting and unhygienic that you could only order food to take away. Personally wouldn't go there again.

The hamburger always reminds me of the time when the US Army was still stationed in West Berlin and held regular festivals for the citizens here. A burger like a sandwich. Simple and unproblematic. 5 people wanted some breakfast behind the counter. It took about 7 minutes to be able to pay for my order. Everyone appreciated and walked past me not a single movement.!! Then I left!!! I went to the gas station next door at McDonald's and was right there. 💪👍

So this store deserves 0 stars. We waited 30 minutes for our food. Then out of three menus and a single burger, two burgers were missing and one was the wrong one. When we pointed this out in a friendly manner, we were complained about and told that we should immediately check whether there was anything else missing, in a tone that was completely unacceptable, as if we could do something about the fact that they couldn't get the order on the chain. When we were almost finished eating, we saw that there was a beetle in the bottom of the (extremely salty) fries. Sometimes eating takes too long and when it's too long, something is always missing. Things aren't delivered properly every week it feels like a new employee who can't speak German properly got a rash after eating even though I order what I always eat and don't understand the hygiene so it should definitely be checked

I was happy to get my midnight snack at my favorite McDonalds. Unfortunately it was a huge disappointment. Beetles and insects flying around, the kitchen looks like a mess and I don't even want to get started on the service. Very unfriendly and unmotivated. The food was not edible, the citizen was too dry, one had too much ketchup and the other had far too little. It didn't taste at all like the cheeseburger or chickenburger you're familiar with.

Main concern is cleanliness. It should be improved. The tables, floors are not cleaned. Toilets are ok for rare use.

The Mitarbeiters here first learn some manners in the school and then work in the society. There big boy with a cap who spoke very rudely to me. I went to this restaurant on 22 Aug, 24 at near about 11:30 pm. Ordered 2XNetzkartofellen. Firstly, the food was very cold. While giving order, i clearly mentioned to give me the fresh food, the girl doing kasse, had her lower lip pierced, answered me in a very bad way. Secondly, after eating my food, i left my tray on the table the same way other customers did. When i was about to leave, a fat guy working in the front insulted me saying to put the leftover in the bin. I clearly had no issue in doing so, but the tone he used was unacceptable. Who gave him right to pick any random customer and say whatever he wanted to say. He did not ask any of the other customer to put the trays back, why only me?? These two mitarbeiters did a racial thing. They used unacceptable tone with me just because i am a foreigner here, but not to the Germans. Shame on you, guys! Before working, just learn how to behave in the society. RACISTS!

The staff is friendly. The food is of normal McDonald's quality and there's nothing wrong with it. The thing that bothers me is that something is always forgotten in the order as soon as you leave for at least. 3 people ordered in one order. Unfortunately, this is the case every time. About 3 months ago I placed a large order over the phone for clients of a facility. The pickup was extremely quick and friendly and the store manager seems to be very personable. I can't understand the bad reviews, but if you can't do anything yourself, feel free to complain :) Best regards.

Enter the code again!” We did it and drove up, we got our drinks and were then supposed to drive into the separate parking lot. OK. And now we wait. And wait. Wait. 5 or 6 minutes later a young lady comes hastily over and hands us our order in a bag that was definitely not designed for the size of the order. Oh well… Set off and then the disappointment at home: - 1 of 2 fries was missing (mind you there was ketchup and mayo) - 1 of 6 chicken nuggets was missing - McRip was completely crushed (because at the bottom) - Drinks were lukewarm and without ice cubes (I would like the option of with or without) - no wet wipes (common with McRip) - no napkins A pretty disappointing experience. The two stickers didn't result in any profit either. Depressing.

I go to this McDonald's quite often. Every time I eat on site, nothing is missing but when I order something to take away, I always forget one or two things and that's getting annoying.

The most terrible service from the entire network, 3 orders were poured into one package, potatoes were poured over a pile, when asked about the drinking tubes they were told that they are not there and will not be, no napkins were put, no parking spaces available are. Not only do people have to dig through a bunch of food in a package themselves, but they also have to do it on the go because there is no parking.

The food is basically as good as any McDonald's. But the service is terrible. They didn't give us any straws, no sugar for the coffee, no napkins. Very sad. They didn’t even divide the 3 menus into packages, they just piled everything in a heap.

I'll probably take a break from McDonald's again... 😉

Bad service. The manager didn't take us girls seriously, we asked what time the store was open until (so we might get something to eat later) and all we got was a cheeky, ironic answer. Her colleague also just looked at us confused and apologized to us for it. Then we were asked for ID for no reason. (We are 18 & 22, even if you look young, you shouldn't treat us so cheekily and disrespectfully. After all, we only asked about closing times! Since when does age play a role?)
