The food was as expected, but the store is quite cramped and the atmosphere isn't particularly inviting. The employees are rather unfriendly—but that doesn't bother me at McDonald's. The app is usable, and most things are available.

I ordered online and waited forever, and then the toy I wanted was missing from my Happy Meal. And the ice cream was placed between the warm burgers. The manager tried very hard and was very friendly. But that can't be compensated for by the crappy ordering app. I'm cured of my MC again for a long time. 😞

Ordered from the drive-thru for the second time. Each time, something was missing. Last time, the sauces were missing, now it's the burger. So it's best to check right away to see if everything is there. It's good to trust someone, but checking is better.

I love coming here for breakfast with my child! Delicious croissants, amazing coffee, pancakes with caramel, eggs with bacon in a bun - everything is hot and delicious! The team is very friendly and hardworking! I recommend!

You pay €3.99 for a McFlurry and you get the standard size of a McSunday. What is that? When I asked the main staff member (a man with glasses, full, slightly curly hair and a three-day beard) about it, he wanted to tell me that this was a standard size McFlurry, even though the cup should be full as advertised. He also said to me in an unfriendly manner, "Now do you want to explain my job to me?" when I told him that every other McDonald's has exactly the same fill level as the advertising pictures show. On top of that, all the employees work without gloves, which is very unhygienic. Even though it was very busy and perhaps a bit stressful for the employees, they should do their job properly and not treat people like idiots. I was also told that they have to use scales these days because they sell too much and the advertising images have the wrong fill level. It's strange that it's not like this at other McDonald's.

We have bought coffee from you many times, but it always turns out bitter. I know very well what McDonald's coffee should taste like, as I have tried it in different branches. I do not claim that this is the exact reason, but I admit that the taste can be spoiled if the coffee machine is not cleaned properly. Perhaps it is worth checking this point.

The parking lot was too small and the line at the drive-thru was huge. At 3:00 a.m. on a Sunday afternoon, the employees were completely overwhelmed by the rush.

We ate there yesterday and unfortunately I have to say that everything was completely dirty. The toilets were missing toilet paper for both the men's and women's areas. It didn't look clean either. All the dish trolleys were full to the brim and rubbish was piling up on the tables outside. An employee came over and just shook her head. "Well, maybe they should empty the food more quickly?" We've been to many branches but this was the last straw. In the end, they even forgot to give us a burger.

I can't recommend McDonald's at all because our food had been brewing for 45 minutes and we didn't get what we ordered... when we asked why that was the case, the answer was, "I don't really understand," and when we spoke to someone who was halfway German, we got the answer, "Yeah, it's being forwarded" with a look that didn't work at all... I'll never go there again with my children and I'd rather spend a longer time driving to another store. All the employees are too stressed and don't serve people properly.

Completely annoyed, overwhelmed staff. You first push through several orders as finished even though they haven't even started yet, then it sits there forever and you get it lukewarm. 😤 Oh and toys were completely forgotten. It wasn't the first time we'd had such bad service, so it was better to drive a few meters further. 🤷🏼‍♀️

The filliale is always super crowded, especially at lunchtime. If you come by car, you can quickly order and continue via the DriveIn. But here too it is best to avoid rush hour.

Everyone can be in a bad mood at times, but they shouldn't let it show when they're working with customers! I ordered breakfast products online today at 10:27 a.m. The app displayed “order by 10:29 a.m. to receive breakfast products.” No sooner said than done. Stood at the Drive IN counter at 10:30 a.m. and waited a minute until someone greeted me (usually after just a few seconds). I announced my code and drove up. At the window it says: “So at 10:32 a.m. there will be no more breakfast!” I then explained that it was specifically displayed in the app and whether an exception could be made. “No, not a chance.” It was mainly about McToast, the ingredients of which are also available for burgers at any time. Customer service is different! It would have been easy… What a shame.

It's not possible that the lady at the counter at mc Drive barely speaks German. In this industry it should be normalized that German is spoken fluently. When the lady didn't understand my order several times, I drove on and preferred not to eat anything. This should urgently be changed 👍🏾

Another 500 meters and I would have stopped at KFC – definitely the more environmentally friendly decision. This McDonald's is so unnecessary, I might as well get the calories in a pasture and eat grass. Saves fuel, CO2 and nerves. Conclusion: Please go somewhere else for a bite of fast food – sustainability is being trampled on here!”

Although I didn't want to go to McDonald's again because I was disappointed by another branch, I was pleasantly surprised. The store was clean, the employees were friendly and service was good. The meal consisted of a double cheeseburger, fries and a cola. The burger was warm, well topped and tasted good too. The fries were crispy and not too salty. The Cola is just standard. All in all it was good and I would eat at this branch again.

A Mac Smart Menu took over 10 minutes to take away, even though it wasn't busy. The staff (especially a woman in a baseball cap) were rude and unhelpful. The food was cold, squashed and not freshly prepared at all. My packet of fries was half empty even though it was a medium one. The atmosphere was so disgusting and unhygienic that you could only order food to take away. Personally wouldn't go there again.

The hamburger always reminds me of the time when the US Army was still stationed in West Berlin and held regular festivals for the citizens here. A burger like a sandwich. Simple and unproblematic. So this store deserves 0 stars. We waited 30 minutes for our food. Then out of three menus and a single burger, two burgers were missing and one was the wrong one. When we pointed this out in a friendly manner, we were complained about and told that we should immediately check whether there was anything else missing, in a tone that was completely unacceptable, as if we could do something about the fact that they couldn't get the order on the chain. When we were almost finished eating, we saw that there was a beetle in the bottom of the (extremely salty) fries. Sometimes eating takes too long and when it's too long, something is always missing. Things aren't delivered properly every week it feels like a new employee who can't speak German properly got a rash after eating even though I order what I always eat and don't understand the hygiene so it should definitely be checked

I was happy to get my midnight snack at my favorite McDonalds. Unfortunately it was a huge disappointment. Beetles and insects flying around, the kitchen looks like a mess and I don't even want to get started on the service. Very unfriendly and unmotivated. The food was not edible, the citizen was too dry, one had too much ketchup and the other had far too little. It didn't taste at all like the cheeseburger or chickenburger you're familiar with.
