Insanely delicious food at reasonable prices. The brisket was incredibly good.

I arrived in Berlin with my wife and was told the kitchen was still open. Luckily a waiter who spoke Italian and other languages ​​served us, he told us, because the poor guy had to wait for us in a hurry and we hadn't even finished the appetizer, the kitchen put pressure on the waiter to bring us the second course already. The 5 Stars are for him, but really to say they are open and then make all this fuss to go home, it's a Too Bad Restaurant. Thanks to the young waiter who waited for us with all kindness and professionalism. This place doesn't deserve it.

I was ordering Goat Cheese Salad and The honey brisket. This was an experience on my tongue. I did all time hmmm wow thats good!! Check that out its really awesome

Honestly, maybe other dishes are better, but my falafel plate was simply a disgrace for €17. A relatively small portion (there are numerous pictures here - the dough shell makes it look much larger), carelessly prepared, and with ingredients that sounded like they came from a can/packet, simply bland and inferior. There were about five falafel balls that were just about OK, then cheap feta thrown in straight from the plastic wrapper, with a few sour gherkin slices, a not-quite-ripe but already dried-out quarter of a tomato, a grilled eggplant slice, and a zucchini slice that had absolutely no seasoning or any flavor other than a sooty grill pan and hummus that could have come from a can. This is how I imagine a bachelor with minimal expectations, zero taste, and zero desire to prepare it would have dinner. You'd pay a maximum of €5 for something like this at any kebab stand and not bother going to a restaurant. Although the food at the snack bar is probably even fresher and tastier. Where all the good reviews come from is a mystery to me. Maybe they're all cheap tourists with no taste. I'm giving it a second star for the friendly waiter, even though after he got his shift change with the lip fillers, he had to smoke a cigarette right next to me before starting work. But that's not forbidden, just as bad food, lack of consideration, or substandard service are not forbidden. One would still wish for something more stylish in this beautiful location. Inside, it also looked like a worn-out living room. The view of the synagogue was the only nice thing.

One of us does not eat dairy and it was easy to find suitable menu items. I had fish which was nicely prepared and very fresh. Lamb dish was tender and flavorful

Unfortunately, the menu was disappointing. We were expecting pierogi, goulash soup, and similar Eastern European dishes, or a real US hamburger, but traditional Arabic dishes seem to sell better...

I love this restaurant! Beautiful location, elegant decor, authentic Israeli food with a fusion food style, great service, and above all, the feeling of having experienced something special, created with passion and attention to detail. I highly recommend the "Trip to Jerusalem" plate, the mezze mixes, and their house specialty, the cardamom coffee (delicious, delicious, and a surprisingly good, unique taste). I first visited the restaurant around 12:20 PM without a reservation and immediately got a table for three people. If we had come at 1:00/1:30 PM, we wouldn't have gotten a table because it filled up quickly! I'll be happy to come back. :)

The shop is cool, the service is friendly and above all very competent and most importantly: the food was amazing. We'll definitely be back!

I keep coming back — this place is truly special. One of the coziest, most genuinely delicious spots around. The food is always on point, and the prices make it easy to come often or order delivery without thinking twice. Honestly, it’s a hidden gem in the neighborhood. They’ve been here for years, as I know, but I still find myself rooting for them every time. Do them and yourself a favor and pay them a visit.

The food is very small for the portions and there is a very poor selection. The price-performance ratio is really very bad, but the service was very nice and attentive. The food wasn't very filling and didn't taste very tasty (although it was probably handmade). Overall it's ok, but there are better restaurants in Berlin

An all-round successful visit to the restaurant! We were warmly welcomed and served excellently – we felt welcome from the start. The order was received through dialogue, which seemed very pleasant and honest. The live piano music in the background was particularly nice, adding an atmospheric accompaniment to the whole thing. It was also a culinary delight: the starters – matzo ball soup and hummus – were delicious. For the main course we had the Honey Brisket and the Jerusalem Grill - both tasted great and prepared with love. The whole thing was rounded off with an oat Malabi for dessert. An evening to remember – we will definitely be back!

Yes, I was in this place, but I can say that the service is not very good and the cuisine is not at all the same as it was praised, especially the manager Vladimir himself made a very bad impression, the student is a correct person and communicates in an uncivilized manner and in general is very terrible, very sad and pitiful, as if we wasted our time, what we thought would be very pleasant in this establishment, but it turned out that the atmosphere and everything else was terrible, so the impression remained very unpleasant because of the manager Vladimir.

The food and wine were very good. Highly recommended.

Had a great meal here. We chose the Jerusalem grill which is served in an oven-baked pita. It is strange that the hot and cold dishes are on top of each other on the pita, but it looks great and tastes delicious. For dessert we chose the salted caramel chocchoc which was also very tasty. Cheerful service. The decor is a bit retro 70s-like. There is also a heated terrace.

We didn't have a reservation (it would have been better), but we still got a nice table. Very friendly, attentive service. Our little dog even got a water bowl. The food was delicious. The only thing I didn't like was the abundance of herbs in my tahini and eggplant. A little less would have been more pleasant, at least for me. This won't stop us from returning. It was so filling that we had the leftovers packed away. Highly recommended!

We came here during the weekend afternoon, the cozy outdoor seats look perfect for a cocktail 🍸👀, and stepping inside felt like a warm embrace—classic red wooden chairs, dark brown tables, and gorgeous chandeliers. We had the pastramis salmons, black cauliflowers, wild mushrooms ragout, and the transitional Israeli grilled chicken & beef skewer. Overall are satisfying, the grilled chicken was one of the best chicken I had in Berlin which marinated perfectly with a medley of diverse aromatic spices. The service was amazing as well.

Great authentic decor and nice ambience. We received a friendly and warm welcome and were lucky to get a table without a reservation. We quickly received the menus with drink recommendations and then we were spoiled for choice. We opted for the homemade lemonade made from mint syrup, lemon juice and sparkling water as well as tarragon lemonade. For the main course we chose the goat cheese salad with a falafel plate and Jerusalem Grill. All three dishes were tasty and filling. For dessert there was Oat Malabi. Very good! All in all it was a nice, delicious restaurant visit. We'll be back.

I had never eaten Israeli Levantine cuisine before; So all I can say is that I really enjoyed it - I assume it was authentic too! The confit duck leg fell off the bone, the sweet potato puree was very fine and with the date red wine sauce I was grateful for the bread that was served with it so I could soak up every last drop. The price-performance ratio here is more than reasonable, the service is very attentive and friendly and the restaurant is really very detailed and stylishly furnished right down to the furthest corner. Clear top grade.

Fresh, creative cuisine, refreshingly presented and with very good service! The fact that the prices are more than affordable, there is live piano playing on Fridays and weekends and the restaurant is beautiful is almost too much of a good thing. A MUST GO, really.

We've been here twice for brunch and have always been very impressed by the atmosphere and the menu. The service was always there and very friendly. Now I tried the restaurant for dinner and it certainly won't be the last time I've been here. There was cauliflower at the front, quite minimalist but well made and tasty. Then the Jerusalem Grill. The chicken was a poem! But the rest is also excellent. Finally, a NY cheesecake. Totally recommended.

Интерьер ресторана оформлен в стиле 1920-х годов, создавая уютную и расслабляющую атмосферу. Вечером по выходным играет живая фортепианная музыка - это изюминка ресторана. Живая музыка создает особую атмосферу спокойствия и уюта. Помогает расслабиться и снять усталость. Персонал работает квалифицированный, цены вполне приемлемые.

A very nice and good restaurant in Prenzlauer Berg. The food is really excellent. There is only a minimal deduction for service because little things were forgotten, which wasn't a bad thing, but it wasn't perfect. A slight deduction for the ambience because it was unfortunately very loud, which made conversations a little more difficult. But it was also packed, which speaks for itself and so it's no wonder that there was a certain amount of background noise. The ambience itself is really nice and cozy. The price is a bit higher quality, but relatively reasonable. Gladly again!

Что касаемо обслуживания, многие официанты говорят на русском. К 21:00 ресторан стал все больше заполняться посетителями. Свободных столиков практически не осталось. Пробовали их традиционные блюда - хумус и шакшука. Бесподобно, кухня просто потрясающая! Ставлю этому заведению пять звезд, он поистине этого заслуживает!

I'll be honest - I had to give it 5 stars in all categories. Truly a unique mix of old Berlin restaurant flair and Israeli cuisine. Successful, really successful! On Friday there was live music on the piano, which made the already well-rounded experience even better. The ambience is extremely pleasant, the service friendly and attentive, and the food is simply divine. The cauliflower, lamb and chicken are particularly recommended.

A wonderful reastaurant experience between the years! First: top location in Prenzlberg, tasteful and cozy Wilhelminian style ambience inside. Despite the store being full, the service was attentive and friendly, gave us personal advice and recommended things without being intrusive or simply trying to increase sales. The cuisine could be described as a successful, modern combination of Levant and Europe: something new, unusual, but very interesting-sounding that makes you want to try the entire menu. With lots of spices and fresh herbs. What we had was very tasty, including the dessert. Overall: Fine dining at an affordable price. Gladly again! Oh yes - and there was great live piano music too

I was there with my wife spontaneously on Saturday at 5:00 p.m., without a reservation. The staff was very accommodating and nice. The food was excellent. Our mouths were watering as we ate. As a starter we had the black Cauliflower, blomenkohl with a truffle reduction. For the main course, my wife had the falafel plate and I had the Jerusalem Grill. The falafel was very tasty as was the baba ganoush and the hummus. The beef and chicken at Jerusalem Grill were buttery tender and perfectly seasoned. For dessert there was chocolate cake. Also to melt away again. The service was very attentive and quick. Definitely recommended for value for money. We'd love to come back.

For years we have visited this restaurant every time we visit Berlin, where we first came into contact with Jewish/Israeli cuisine. We always enjoy it here - the ingredients and preparation are always top notch. The food was delicious today too. We went on a trip to Jerusalem and were very satisfied with the quantity and taste - the salad with its aromas and creamy feta, the wonderfully tender chicken, the crispy latkes and the pudding stood out. The service was also friendly and very attentive. Added to this is the cozy living room atmosphere and the absolutely reasonable price-performance ratio.

Amazing jewisch/ middle eastern restaurant with a great breakfast selection. I can highly recommend the shashouka. There are great vegetarian options on the menue. The restaurant is very cozy and styles according to the 1920s in Berlin. They also have great options for children!
