Worst Food,I ever had in Germany...can't even say as indian food..felt bad that we spoiled our Christmas eve..will never ever recommend..👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻

One of the worst restaurants in the region. Just looting people's money by selling pretty bad food. Also i believe they dont know actually the concept of buffet. Please try to avoid this as much as possible. For the people who have never tried indian food. Dont waste your money here. There are much better places.

Very tasty indian Buffet food. Pay a plate (small, large and extra large) and fill it up as you like. Vegetarian menu are available. Most tasty is the chili sauce. For children there are menu that not spicy.

Das Verhalten des indischen Mitarbeiters ist nicht nur respektlos. Es ist herabwürdigend der Kundin gegenüber. Zu alledem ist er physisch handgreiflich geworden. So was sollte es auf dem schönsten Bahnhof Deutschlands, worauf wir Leipziger stolz sind, nicht geben. Dieser Mitarbeiter ist definitv dort fehl am Platz.

It's was wonderful experience. And the food was awesome. Never had this experience in this low price.

Elegimos grande después de no comer ese día y nos dijeron que nos permitieron una visita al buffet y una sola. El plato grande contenía suficiente comida para alimentar a un gorrión anoréxico, que casualmente, es como se veían los 'trozos' de pollo. Cada trozo de carne era hueso, cada uno. Picos, garras, todo estaba ahí. Una comida horrible.

I had a meal from the menu and not the buffet... It was delicious... Plenty. Staff was nice. It is and remains a train station snack bar. But one where you can go if you have a few more minutes and you want to eat something else and want to sit while eating.

Food is watery. Service unfriendly. The old man with the glasses is extremely unfriendly and becomes cheeky.

I often go to Masala Indian Food and I've always found it really tasty! The portions are a reasonable size and as a vegetarian you can find tasty meals to suit you up for a long journey! Above all, the employees are always nice!

We had spent a wonderful day at the Leipzig Zoo and since we arrived by train, we were looking for a way to have a good and quick dinner. This worked perfectly with “Masala Indian Food on Railway Station”. We (2 adults with 2 children) first ate from the buffet - 2 medium plates €9.90 each. This was great because you could load the plates as full as you wanted and eat your way through the entire buffet. So there was something for everyone. It tasted so good that we took two more dishes from the menu (32 chicken korma and 61 chicken biryani) and another portion from the buffet. In short: delicious, fresh food at a fair price-performance ratio and nice staff! We'll be happy to come back next time you visit Leipzig!

I've eaten there several times and the staff are super friendly. I really like the food, especially the chicken legs, which are very tender. The buffet is small but everything is delicious and one plate is very filling. I can highly recommend it if you want a quick Indian meal! 👍🏻

I will never go here again. The waitress is rude and the employees (especially the man with glasses) are racist. They behave as if they were forced to work and are constantly in a bad mood. Also, I got sick after eating. Other stores are trying to attract customers. Also, the positive comments only come from Indian people or maybe people who have a relationship with the owner or waitress, or even from the employees themselves. Not to forget that the new cooked food is thrown on top of the older one, with no new one Using dishes for this, which is super unhealthy. In contrast, the owner probably thinks that it is the only Indian restaurant in all of Leipzig. My 20 euros had just disappeared.

We were here for dinner. There is buffet. There are three plate sizes. The plates are named “small, large and XL”. For me, small is rather tiny and large is more of a cake plate. XL corresponds to a halfway normal size. The “large” plate costs €9.90 and the XL plate costs €12.90 The selection is rather limited. Despite the price, some things were not included and would have cost extra. The meat dishes were made with poultry full of bones. I wish I got two big pieces of meat. It then turned out that it was just three bites of meat and a big pile of bones. The plates are flat and the dishes are liquid, so you don't get a lot of food on one plate. The food tasted good, apart from the bones. I found it cramped, uncomfortable and way too expensive. The bony meat then added a negative feeling to the enjoyment of the meal. I'm not coming back.

We took the buffet where they had 3 plates of different sizes. The smallest costs 7.9, the large 9.9 and the extra large 11.9. You can fill your plate as much as you want, but you can fill only once! There were both vegetarian and non-vegetarian items, all of which were cooked nicely and quite tasty. We enjoyed the buffet....

Overall, dining at Masala Indian Food restaurant was a delight from start to finish. The delicious food, impeccable service, and charming ambiance made for a memorable experience. There chicken curry and veg as well as no veg biryani are must try.

Worst food worst taste. Too much costly as compared to other indian foods. Who keeps on boiling the curry and keeps on adding continuous water? I paid for a curry but i got a soup with unnecessary diluted water just to keep a running supply of tasteless food. Worst experience ever. Not recommended at all.

Buffet has large and small plates, difference minimal. Flat plates, little fits on them. The chicken dishes also come with a lot of sauce so that little fits on the plate. It's not about price performance at all. The taste is acceptable but for the price you can get it cheaper elsewhere

Here you can get a small, medium or large plate full to the brim with different curries and side dishes for 8, 10 or 12 euros, which you can put together or pile up yourself. For €18 you can get all-you-can-eat, but if you don't get fed up with a €12 plate or have a channel on YouTube, you should go to the doctor. Unfortunately, the atmosphere is not suitable for first-dates, and I say this because we shared a table with a first-date couple. There are no compulsory drinks at the buffet! The Mango Lassi €3.90.

I was there recently and got food poisoning from their food. I was sick for about 4 days after having my dinner there. Some items were really salty and had hair stuck in their food. The atmosphere and the service was the only redeeming quality. Would advise everyone to check their plates thoroughly as I doubt they are using gloves or hair caps in their kitchen.

Price performance is right. Recommend the mango chicken and the green curry.

What super tasty food for little money. You can choose from a buffet of 3 different sizes from Borden. We took the middle one for 9.90. You can brag once. Enough choice. Or you can order from the menu. Spice can be added yourself. Really recommended

I was last week and the buffet was very bad 👎 😕 😫 😩 I'm really very disappointed 😐 I'm a regular customer since 3 years and last year was also very good testy👍 but this year totally different, I don't know what is going there??? Really disappointed. Got the Kleiner Teller but all of the chicken was gone from the chicken curry so it was just curry sauce. To make it worse, the chicken curry sauce was very salty. You don't get much for what you pay in quantity or quality.

I had been there a while ago, the food was quite good and wanted to get something again today. At 7:15 p.m. the kitchen was closed and you couldn't order anything from the menu, only the leftovers from the All You Can Eat buffet... No thanks!!! The smell alone when you come in is amazing. I ate a large chicken leg there that was seasoned with a sweet, slightly spicy red spice for 5 euros (I think the price is very reasonable for the main station). Was very good. The employees are nice too.

Nice staff and good food. The ambience is okay, it's in a shopping center. The buffet was good, there were several vegetarian and several non-vegetarian sauces. When I arrived, some of them were quite empty, but they were quickly refilled. Delicious Indian "fast food" sauces and the biryani was very good. Unfortunately, meat on the bone was used in a sauce. Since the pieces were sometimes smaller than a chicken leg, it was difficult to separate the meat from the bone, among other things because you couldn't clearly see what you were cutting through the sauce. Otherwise the food would have been 5/5. The mango lassi was also great.
