The ambience is nice! The drinks came quickly, the pizzas were a long time coming. Unfortunately, one pizza was in the oven for too long, so that the pizza dough looked like whole grain dough and was difficult to cut. Unfortunately my pizza was too salty. When the waiter asked if everything was OK, we reported these two "defects", whereupon several waiters, instead of looking for a solution, put forward counterarguments and dismissed our shortcomings. If this is how guests are reacted, the question remains what the guest is worth here. For this reason, unfortunately not recommended at all. SHAME!

They are not kids friendly. We had to go somewhere else as they could not accommodate a child.

I've eaten there twice now and waited over an hour for the food both times. The second time we sat there for 2.5 hours just waiting for the starter and main course. The starter alone took 50 minutes. If you have a lot of time and are not very thirsty, you are welcome to sit there and wait.

The food was very tasty 😋. But the tables are very close to each other, so you hardly have any privacy.

Waited 1 1/2 for 3 pizzas and a small salad and the restaurant wasn't even completely full. The waiters comfort you with “the food is coming soon”. Unfortunately it's a shame that you have to wait so long for food.

For us it is still the restaurant with the best price/performance ratio in Schwerin. The service was friendly and accommodating. The food was delicious and sufficient. Service absolutely unfriendly and annoyed. The pizza was similar to a frozen pizza from the discount store and tasted even worse.

Waited 30 minutes for appetisers. After asking two different waiters, it turned out that the appetisers would not be ready for another 10-15 minutes. Unfortunately, we didn't have time to wait. The waitress cancelled the order for food, probably because no one started cooking our dishes, and asked us to pay for water. It was impossible to pay for water by card, as card payment starts from 20 euros. By the way, this Italian restaurant is decorated with pictures of Tony Montana from the movie Scarface, who is Cuban.

A small, cozy restaurant in downtown Schwerin. The food is tasty and good, the service is quick and friendly. Unfortunately, we weren't asked for drinks again after our meal. The space is a bit tight and the tables are small, but still 5 stars, a good restaurant must also be rated well.

I'm not one of those people who wants to complain about everything or harm others. Unfortunately, in this case I really can't say anything positive. In my opinion, the price-performance ratio doesn't fit here at all. The quality and taste of the pizzas is not good. The waiters are unprofessional, I don't want to be called "my darling" by a stranger. Maybe I got it on the wrong day, otherwise I can't explain the many positive reviews.

There is no indication that the kitchen closes at 9 p.m. and therefore the closing time at 10 p.m. has no meaning.

Salomon salad was disappointing. The pizza"s dough is not a pizza. Just a bread.

We got a seat spontaneously, the food was very tasty but in my opinion there was a bit too much oregano. Unfortunately I have to give the 3 stars for the ambience because we sat outside right next to parked cars and a street. However, inside it looked very nice and cozy.

We didn't like the pizza at all. The dough is way too thick and not good. I've eaten numerous pizzas, but this one was one of the worst and at the same time the most expensive. The service can be expanded.

I have no idea how you can only give one star here. The two of us were here on a Saturday around 6:00 p.m. Even though it was very full, we were immediately assigned a table for two. The drinks we ordered also came quickly. The pizzas were very good and definitely not frozen pizzas as claimed here. The tiramisu was also definitely homemade and good. The waitresses were friendly and quick. Attached is the menu (sorry for the quality).

When I first visited, the food was very delicious, the atmosphere was nice, and the service was friendly, so I thought I would visit again. When you order carbonated water, it comes in a pretty blue glass bottle, and it's a really lovely bottle. We sat outside and felt like we were sitting on a small side street in Italy. When it gets cooler, blankets are available. The salad is served with freshly baked and still warm small rolls and garlic butter served. Splendid. The salad is crispy and fresh and if you like tuna you definitely have to try the tuna salad. I can recommend every dish, but my favorite dish is spaghetti bolognese with delicious parmesan.

We can highly recommend this restaurant for an Italian evening for two or with friends. A reservation is advisable. The food is very tastefully prepared. The selection of drinks corresponds to our expectations. We would like to come again.

We happened by chance and were completely satisfied. My wife was of the opinion that we perhaps waited a little too long for the food, but I personally didn't feel that way. The portions are definitely filling :) It's a really, really clean store! The toilet is large and very well maintained, but there is only room for one person ^^ (disinfectant was in the toilet.) That could be annoying when there is a crowd... The prices are also right in combination with the overall quality. We ate pasta dishes and therefore can't say anything about the pizza. The staff was very friendly.

I don't know what there is to complain about. Mariellas has been at the top level for years. Always friendly, warm faces and a great atmosphere ;-)

Couldn't put a finger on either the food or the atmosphere. we arrived where it was incredibly busy, and therefore it took a little long with the bill, approx. 15-20 min. But we would still recommend this place. Dogs are welcome, we only use them at home in DK.

UBS really liked Mariella's. Unfortunately we didn't have much time left before our train was supposed to leave. But after a spontaneous reservation by telephone, we were greeted very friendly and personally. Friendly and courteous staff. Even without a reservation, you can get a place for two people on Sunday evening. Pizza tasty and with enough toppings. As a farewell there was a bargain on the house. Deduction in the B grade for the fact that the salad was out. Otherwise highly recommended, we would love to come back :-)

Great restaurant! It takes a little longer until the food is served, but it's worth it with the delicious, hot and freshly prepared food! Even if you're a vegetarian, the choice isn't small.

Unfortunately we had to wait an extremely long time for our food. The waiter wasn't Italian, so overall service was just ok. Food was OK. Pasta was better than pizza, the pizza couldn't be cut and the plate was too small. Pasta is hot at the beginning. Atmosphere was super loud, but ok. Unfortunately, the lamp on the table gave up the ghost during our visit. So overall a solid 3/5. Oh, and a bit too expensive.

Very friendly service, good portions. We had 1x bruschetta as a starter. For the main course 1x pasta with salmon and 1x pasta with broccoli and ham. For dessert there was 1x tiramisu and 1x panacotta. The price of the food is justified. We recommend.

You shouldn't always choose the first one that comes best, we were recommended another Italian restaurant where we were served straight away by the waitress 🫣. So we decided We had to get up again and leave the place 🤭 after a few meters through the city, we found this small and cute restaurant ☝️🥳🍺🍕🍜.. and were very, very surprised 😄.. Unfortunately we waited almost an hour for our food. Fellow citizens who arrived after us had already eaten and paid when we hadn't had any food yet. You could have hammered nails into walls with the pizza crust and my partner's pasta was overcooked. Nothing like this has ever happened to me. No recommendation.

The pizza was quite disappointing. It appears to have come from the nearest shop. We've been waiting for our order for over an hour! The staff was working very slowly, but it didn't help to make tasty pizza. Our expectations were not met, and it doesn't resemble Italian cuisine. It's rather a disgrace. Dirty dishes remained at the table until we left. I strongly advise you to avoid this restaurant.

Tolles Lokal in der Altstadt Schwerins. Die Pizzen sind sehr reichlich belegt und auch die Nudelgerichte kann man sehr empfehlen. Das Personal ist nett und aufmerksam. Einzig die Geräuschkulisse war recht laut.

All in all it was very good. Only the music outside had an annoying scratch every now and then. But the boss and the waiters tried very hard to remedy this.

A large place, you can also sit outside. The food was very tasty, nicely presented, and the portions were enough to satisfy your hunger. Professional service, when ordering one pizza for two people, they divide the portions immediately. A big plus is the ability to pay by card.

Very good pizza, great location close to the castle and the old town, atmospheric streets a bit like in Italy, so you can feel a bit of the southern climate. Also great bruschetta, I recommend it as a starter. Seating inside and outside. Cool.

The actually friendly waiter didn't need to apologize after my wife showed that half the mixed salad consisted of wilted, mushy lettuce leaves. My noodles weren't great either. We have eaten at this restaurant several times and have never been disappointed. The food is delicious, the service is very friendly and the atmosphere is okay. However, you shouldn't be in a hurry. The waiting time is usually a bit long. But it's worth it.

My friends and I always enjoyed going to this pizzeria. But last time we were disappointed. The food and drinks were delicious as always, but we were not informed in advance that the table was reserved. When we had eaten and drank everything, the waiter came up to us and asked if we would like to order anything else. And when we said we wouldn't do it again, the waiter told us that the table was reserved and we had to vacate it. That is, if we had ordered more, we could have continued to sit, and since we do not bring more money to the institution, it is better to take on new customers in our place. It's a shame, but although the food is very tasty, I won't come to this pizzeria again. It turns out that in this institution profit comes first, and not high quality of service.

Very very nice restaurant! From the furnishings to the cleanliness, it's really great! The service was extremely friendly and you feel very comfortable :) The food was not only delicious, but also a real treat for the eyes! You can see a lot of effort is being put into it. The waiting times are totally reasonable and you are happy to wait for the preparation and the taste!!! The starters were super tasty and the small rolls that were served with them were warm and very very VERY DELICIOUS!!! We'd love to come back :)

Since I was visiting Schwerin again, I chose this restaurant because I had never eaten here before. You can't complain about the food, it was tasty and there were decent portions. The service, however, was a complete disaster. I waited over 1 hour for my food. And after asking, I was told that I should wait another 15 minutes, although of course I still didn't get my food. And later when I got the food the staff gave the reason; The large tables are occupied and this always takes a little longer. But something like that doesn't work at all!! After ordering the food you wait less than 1 hour!!!! There's nothing to complain about about the location, it's small but nice.

Very nice, small, Italian restaurant. Great food and very nice staff. The 7th of us were here spontaneously on Easter Sunday with a wheelchair and after a very short time there was no problem finding enough space for us. All the staff here are really very friendly and helpful. The food was also great. Good portions, even if you just want something for a snack, and the prices are absolutely reasonable too. Definitely a recommendation if you are in the area and want to eat Italian.

We were here for the first time on Saturday afternoon. I had reserved a table in advance. We were 45 minutes early, but that wasn't a problem at all. The waitress was super friendly. The ambience is very tastefully decorated. Nothing worn or worn. Very clean. Tables were beautifully decorated. There were three of us. We had a starter together (bruscetta 4 different ones). Well prepared and delicious. The main course was of course pasta. The pasta came in a very nice deep plate, was very hot and had enough parmesan on it. We recommend. Reservation is always better. The restaurant was well attended despite Saturday lunchtime. Price performance top. Approx. €20 per person depending on the dish I will gladly come again.

Small restaurant near downtown. The food was very tasty. The service was friendly but not overly attentive. The prices are more in the upper midfield. For four people, pizza and two drinks, we paid just under €100 including a tip. The quality of the food was very good. Unfortunately, it is very loud in the restaurant because there are no room dividers. But the furnishings are very stylish and modern.
