When Charles was still Prince of the Welsh and not King Charles, he is said to have once said that English architects had done more damage to London than the German Air Force. What would he say if he had to see the market hall in the CCL (City Center Langenhagen)? Then—surprise, surprise—you find an authentic Greek restaurant, more like a taverna, with friendly hosts who have been bringing a touch of warmth to this desolate hall since 1991. They do this by serving delicious Mediterranean food at reasonable prices. A bifteki, the likes of which Aristotle and Jackie couldn't have had better on any of his yachts. Delicious, fluffy, superbly seasoned minced meat with—and now pay attention, you woke Greco-amateurs—not with flavorless West Frisian Gouda, but with a generous portion of feta cheese—yes, you read that right, feta cheese, as Zeus had decreed!! The salad and side dishes rounded off this culinary feast perfectly, and the Greek mocha filled our stomachs—we'll be back!

Dearest Saganaki 😍 we've been getting Saganaki, Tzatziki, etc. here for (well?) over 20 years and it only tastes this good here!!

Today, I ate lunch here for the first time by chance. We ordered a small gyro plate, a large gyro plate, and a bifteki plate with drinks. The food arrived too quickly for "freshly prepared." The gyro on both plates was very, very dry and partially burnt. Only the side salad (cucumber, tomatoes, coleslaw) tasted good. You can't really go wrong with fries. The bifteki wasn't hot, it was dry, and it was definitely microwaved. It was sprinkled with cheese. The melted cheese, which had melted during heating, stuck to the plate around the bifteki. Sorry, but for almost €41, we've had much better meals for two adults and a child. We probably won't eat here again. Unfortunately, I can't recommend it.

The owner should perhaps take a look at updating her menu prices. They don't match the real prices! The food, in our case, the bifteki, was Brandenburg style, meaning it was fried black! So, I wouldn't recommend it; it doesn't meet today's diners' expectations!

The men's toilets are the last of the last! All 3 urinals leak. You're more or less in the predecessor's piss. Sink clogged, electric hand dryer broken. Disgusting! Is there no one responsible?

Seldom eaten so badly. The food was very bland and the quality of the meat was poor. Even the Fanta tasted stale. The whole stand makes a very messy and unclean impression. Once and never again.

Great prices, delicious and great staff.

Ate there today with seven people. I ate a large portion of Giros...a friend took the small portion of Giros.....My portion was the same size!......But it was 3 euros more expensive! There were also several pieces of fat in the giro.... 😝....... My wife had a lot of knobby fatty tissue in her souvlaki! ....🤮Once and never again! No ifs or buts!

Unfortunately not recommended. I was at Manos for the second time today and was disappointed again. I was also very irritated when the food I ordered appeared in front of me just two minutes after I placed my order. The bifteki was quite dry and overall very bland. I had the feeling that the food was only warmed up for a short time, and I can't explain the speed otherwise. The first time I had the gyros and a saganaki, the gyros were burnt and the saganaki was taken out of the display, warmed up briefly and served and was therefore sticky. Tried it twice, both times completely wrong. Too bad!

A quick trip to Greece for lunch? No problem... Let's go...quick and friendly service, great homemade dishes, refrigerated counter very tempting, outdoor terrace on the market square...always a pleasure. 😋 In the photo: Gyros Micro See you again soon! ✌️

Best tzatziki in the region. Suzuki, bifteki, sheep's cheese rolls and baked potatoes also very good.

Taste good, service good too. The ambience is like that, the tables and chairs don't invite you to linger for a long time. But the price-performance ratio of the food is great! The drinks are also quite cheap. There could be a little more variety in the dishes on the menu. We were happy so far!

I visited the Spaniard El Rocio and walked past Manos, maybe next time. Very tasty food at El Rocio. 👍

Food was good, but the digital card that you scan using the QR code has incorrect, old prices. You will then be charged 20% more. On another day I wouldn't have just accepted this. It doesn't work at all, hence only 1 star!

Nette kleine Markthalle.Uns hat es besonders der Spanier El Rocio angetan. Sehr nette Bedienung und von Frühstück über Tapas bis hin zu Gerichte a la Carte bietet der Spanier eine recht große Auswahl. Jeden Mittwoch und Freitag ist Happy Hour, d.h. Tapas für 4 Euro. Besonders empfehlenswert ist die Tapasplatte. Hier bekommst du zur Happy Hour unter 10euro eine Mixplatte bestehend aus pimientos, patatas, aioli, muslitos, eingelegte Tomaten und Champignons, Datteln in Speckmantel, Frikadelle, gegrillte Zucchini, frittierte Tintenfischringe, Käse und Schinken. Das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis ist wirklich super!

Der Wein schmeckt und die Bedienung ist freundlich.

Das Essen war gut. Da das Lokal in der Markthalle in Langenhagen war, fand ich es zu laut. Dies ist allerdings immer mein Empfinden, weil man sich nicht mit Allen am langen Tisch unterhalten kann.

Bei Da Enzo superschnell und freundlich einen Cappuccino bekommen, obwohl es quasi voll war, das Team arbeitet zügig Hand in Hand, konnte dann nicht widerstehen, noch etwas Käse und Schinken, also qualche sapori e profumi italiani a la casa mitzunehmen.

Das Essen war wie immer sensationell. Egal, ob man hier am Stand etwas isst, oder etwas mit nach Hause nimmt zum Grillen. Es ist immer erstklassig. Sehr empfehlenswert!

Bei Enzo . Leckere , üppig belegte Brötchen. Toller Cappuccino. Super Omelett. So kann das Wochenende beginnen.
