This is the worst service and food quality-wise experience in Frankfurt. They offer a great city center location with really high prices which I would love to handle however offering a rusty hard to crunchy bread was unbelievably rude. We were 3 people and complained straight away, they were surprised we complained but brought the fresh bread instead. They could not even say sorry for their fault. The main courses were just so bad I hardly wanted to complain more. The issue is 100% with the kitchen. I would never recommend to go there.

I was really looking forward to the evening and was actually a little disappointed. We had the tagliatelle with scampi and truffles, as well as the truffle carbonara. Unfortunately, the truffle was absolutely tasteless and that was a real shame considering the price. The tuna sashimi for starters and the pistachio souffle for dessert were good. The service sometimes took a long time to arrive, even though it wasn't a busy evening. All in all it was okay but not worth the price of around 30 euros per main course. 3/5

Wir haben am Freitagabend zu Abend gegessen, mein Partner und ich, ein wunderschöner Ort, aber die Küche entsprach nicht dem Standard des Ortes, schlechter Service, vor allem ein sehr mürrischer, betrunkener Kellner, der mit seiner Freundin Mka flirtete, leider nicht Empfehlenswert, dorthin zu gehen. Das Einzige, was von der Schönheit des Ortes abhebt, sind die Getränke. Negroni, außergewöhnliche Margarita. Tolle Komplimente an den Barmann und den Ort

We were in your restaurant for the first time today and found it very nice. The service was nice and the food ideas were great, unfortunately the implementation wasn't quite successful. My starter (Capri) was missing pine nuts and instead of cocktail tomatoes, normal tomatoes were served, which unfortunately were tasteless. The chef denied this and claimed they were cocktail tomatoes, just chopped into small pieces ;) My main course (tuna steak) was a good idea with the caponata, but unfortunately the fish was too well done. The espresso was really bad. I paid €120 for two people, but unfortunately it wasn't worth the money. Dessert was served, which was nice, but overall I think it's a shame. The restaurant is nice and the food ideas are good, but the execution is not right. Maybe it will work better next time.

Maybe we were unlucky because we were there for a JPMCC event. The store was completely overbooked. Economically understandable, but short-sighted if it comes entirely at the expense of the guests. Food wasn't refilled or was refilled far too late, and drinks weren't brought even after an hour. Behind the counter 1-3 people for several 100 guests. The covers of the richots were stacked wildly on the buffet, and pizza brought out of desperation was wildly distributed among the empty richots. Seating situation cramped. Maybe it's different on "normal" days, but for me this visit was completely unacceptable - taking advantage of a business opportunity on the backs of guests and/or mismanagement of staffing.

Chic restaurant in a nice area in Frankfurt. We came to celebrate a friend's birthday. Although the service was okay at first, we quickly got the feeling that we weren't being taken seriously because we were a group of young people. This became apparent again when a waitress spilled a full drink on my clothes. Of course, something like this can happen, but it goes without saying that the restaurant will retaliate on its own initiative with appropriate compensation. This was missed. In addition, the food was rather less satisfactory for this price range. When paying, some inappropriate comments from the waiters followed. Overall not recommended!!

Sehr aufmerksames und gepflegtes Personal. Man ist hier im guten Händen . Italienische Küche mit Großstadt Niveau. Schönes junges Publikum . Im Hintergrund angenehme moderne Lounge Musik . Die Einrichtung wie in der Mailänder Szene. Italienisch heute , man sieht das moderne italienische Gastronomie hier authentisch umgesetzt wird .

We know Mangia Mangia from Kronberg, it was our first time in Frankfurt. Almost the same dishes are offered there. Top service, top location and very tasty food. Only my tagliatelle was a bit too salty that evening, but I still give it 5 stars. All pasta dishes can also be prepared gluten-free - at least that was on the menu, in case that was important to someone.

Naughty waiters! Pasta was still hard, not cooked through. The waiter was then asked that the pasta was not al dente and he said that they should tell you that the pasta should be al dente in a very cheeky way. The restaurant doesn't accommodate you. Never eaten so badly. Menu cost €25

I found it disrespectful to have a Wolt napkin under the bread in a “high-class restaurant”. It's not romantic there either. Food is also absolutely not seasoned. Music is too loud. Next time I'll make myself an open-faced pizza.

Everything is just terrible! The food, the service, everything was unfortunately so bad, we are super disappointed and will never come back! Above all, the service was particularly bad; we hardly received any service at all and had to constantly go to the waiter...

Mega location, great service and delicious food

Unfortunately, my fears came true - Mangia Mangia is a wannabe noble Italian. Only the exorbitant prices do justice to this. Inattentive staff, sometimes cold food, small portions, loud waitresses who constantly bump into the guest and an empty restaurant. I can immediately think of several Italian restaurants in Frankfurt that are better. No trace of the highly valued Italian hospitality. Nothing romantic. It won't last long - at least it was my first and last time there.

Pleasant and sophisticated atmosphere.

Although the restaurant offered tasty food, the overall positive experience was marred by inadequate service. Individual staff members, including an attentive waiter, made an effort to ensure our well-being, but the rest of the team seemed to have little interest in our needs. In addition to this lack of attention, errors were found in the bill, further exacerbating the disappointing experience. It's a shame that the quality of the food was compromised by the negligent customer service and the discrepancies in billing.

Very disappointed with the food and the service. I ordered pasta with Calabrian sausage in tomato sauce and burrata. The dish is marked “spicy”. My wife had tagliatelle with truffles. The dishes only came after almost an hour of waiting, and only after I asked if we had been forgotten. The waiter tried to explain to me that it was very full and that it would therefore take longer, which is generally not a problem, but unfortunately that was a lie because I saw how full the place was and strangely enough, guests who came after us got her Eat faster. When the dishes finally arrived my food was lukewarm and definitely not my dish as the Calabrian sausage was completely missing and it wasn't spicy either. It looked like another dish on the menu but when I asked the waitress about it she tried to explain to me that it was the real thing but I misunderstood that because the sauce was made with the sausage. This is also the second blatant lie for me. When I had eaten my pasta with tomato sauce and asked for the bill, the waiter asked if everything was ok and if it had tasted good. I actually said not and my wife said unfortunately something was missing. The waiter laughed and walked away without asking why or at least offering me and my wife an espresso, dessert or something else. Unfortunately for me it was the first and last time in Frankfurt. Mangia Mangia in Kronberg is worlds better. PS: According to My wife found the women's toilets completely dirty, and there was no urine or soap on the bowl, so the restaurant manager should speak to the staff.

Very nice atmosphere and my personal favorite date spot. Finding delicious truffle pasta isn't exactly easy, but they really did everything right here. You can taste the truffle well and the pasta doesn't swim in sauce. If you're in the mood for truffles, you should definitely stop by here!

Very tasty delivery food - I really enjoyed the grilled octopus, the tuna steak and the pistachio soufflé. Happy to return.

Went there in my birthday with my family and the food was amazing! Not only the main dishes but also the deserts were amazing! Would definitely recommend anyone to come here especially if you’re a truffles fan!

The food came quickly, but my friend's pasta was cooked far too hard, tasted like a cowshed and instead of strips of beef she got sliced ​​meat. Then he brought the plate again, only this time with lengthwise strips of beef. After he put the food in front of her, we could watch him pointing to our table with a colleague and talking about us. “On the evening of February 19, 2024 at 8:30 p.m. I visited the MANGIA restaurant in Frankfurt with my friend, hoping for a pleasant evening. We were both neatly dressed in high-quality, expensive clothing, and my Louis Vuitton perfume emphasized our status. Even my wheelchair, which costs 4000 euros, spoke to our tastes and our capabilities. However, the impression of the evening was completely different. Despite the polite welcome from the waiter and the offer of a comfortable table, our stay in the restaurant was short-lived. Shortly after we sat down, a short woman, presumably the manager, came up and spoke quickly and negatively in Italian, whereupon the waiter, whose expression changed, informed us that the kitchen was already closed and they couldn't serve us, even though that Restaurant was still open for three hours. This event left me astonished and bitter. Unfortunately, in a country where all citizens should be equal before the law and discrimination is a violation, I felt the opposite. It seemed to me that the rejection was related to my disabled condition, which violates the principles of equality and respect for people regardless of their physical characteristics. Such treatment in a high class establishment, as the MANGIA restaurant appeared to be, is shocking and causes great disappointment. The lack of basic respect and equality in customer care is unacceptable and should have no place in modern society.”

Mangia Mangia is by far the best Italian restaurant in Frankfurt. Me and my friend had an amazing time! Not only the food was great but we had an amazing waiter and the drink selection was impressive to say the least.

I'm very sorry I came to have dinner with a chef colleague of mine we tasted a pre-cooked pasta dish which we immediately refused to eat in my opinion the chef is not up to par

Food was tasty and came quickly. Cocktails were good but not enough content for the price. The ambience was nice, but the toilets were not clean, and that should be the case with a restaurant like this. Personally, I think the prices are a bit exaggerated. (Example: bottle of water €9)

Nice venue, white table cloth. Can easily host large parties... but the food disappoints. Not impressed by the service - when it comes to be clear about the dishes. Avoid : pasta con il tartufo, flavorless, basically tagliolini al burro. Apparently the flavors went all to the red sauce pastas that were very salty. The burrata, similarly, didn't taste like much, despite the reassurance of the server - that was the real thing. Prosciutto (cotto not crudo, make sure to check) is fine and so is the meatballs appetizer.

For what you pay I have had much better and tasty. But each of us has different tastes and therefore 3 stars are fine for me

Service ok , ambiente ok. Essen grauenhaft. Hatten die trüffel nudeln. Kaum trüffel drauf. Diese haben nach nichts geschmeckt. Die Bandnudeln fast schon ranzig. Übelkeit nach dem essen. Danke, nie wieder.

Unfortunately, our visit was a bitter disappointment. Imagine: You expect delicious, juicy pasta and instead you get dry, bland pasta that not only offends your taste buds, but also your stomach. That's exactly what happened to me - tasteless noodles that then gave me a stomach ache. An experience that I would not wish on anyone and definitely cannot recommend.

Wir waren zu viert im Mangia Mangia. Die Location hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Ein DJ hat richtig coole und angenehme Musik aufgelegt. Mich hat nur gewundert, dass es für einen Freitag Abend wenig besucht war. Die Karte war sehr überschaubar. Wir hatten uns eine Vorspeisenplatte für drei Personen bestellt. Es war alles für 3Personen, in kleinen Mengen, abgezählt. 66€ hat diese kleine Platte gekostet. Das war es nicht wert. Wir vier haben uns Salate bestellt. 3x den Exotica und einmal den hot Summer- welcher sehr gut geschmeckt hat. Der Exotica sollte ein Wildkräutersalat mit Garnelen und einem Kokos-Chili-Dressing sein. Jedoch fehlte dem Salat der Dressing. Es war nur Olivenöl drauf. Als wir den Kellner ansprachen und er in der Küche nachfragte, hieß es, dass es keinen Dressing mehr gäbe. Das war ein absolutes NO-GO. Wir sprechen hier von einem 21€ Salat. Es gab keinen alternativ Dressing. Man hat einfach versucht uns mit diesem faden Salat zufriedenzustellen. Wir haben Balsamico bekommen, somit konnten wir den Salat geschmacklich etwas verbessern. Als Entschuldigung gab es 2 Desserts aufs Haus, welche ganz gut geschmeckt haben. Außerdem schwammen in meinem Prosecco zwei größere Fruchtfliegen. Ich hatte dies kurz bevor wir die Rechnung verlangt hatten angesprochen. Es wurde kein neuer Prosecco angeboten. Ich habe dafür bezahlt! Fazit: Ambiente top, Musik top, Service sehr freundlich, schnell und gut, Vorspeise war lecker, Salat war absoluter Flop und zu überteuert.

Ich war mehrmals im Magia Magia in Kronberg und gestern hab ich erstmal das Restaurant in Frankfurt besucht. Leider war ich enttäuscht. Wann ich auf meine Freundinnen gewartet habe, habe ich eine kleine Maus gesehen, die durchs Restaurant gelaufen ist. Da war ich schon schockiert. Aber trotzdem haben ich und meine Freundinnen dort das Essen bestellt. Als Ergebnis - ganze Nacht gekotzt. Außerdem war der Burger nicht so gut gekocht.

Haben die Klammern auf der Nase, oder warum riecht das das Personal nicht und es wird etwas unternommen? Da hilft auch die schönste Fliese an der Wand nicht. Dann das Essen: Vorspeisenteller sehr lecker. Hauptgericht: Rumpsteak auf Rosmarinkartoffeln: leider wiesen einige der Bratkartoffeln (!) verkohlte Ränder auf, das Rumpsteak schmeckte nach gar nichts! Das bekommen "einfache" Gaststätten besser hin. Nachtisch: Tiramisu mit wässrigem, geschmacklosen Biskuit. Meine Meinung: Außen Hui, innen Pfui, da stimmt einiges nicht, vor allem Preis Leistung.

Preis-Leistung stimmt null. Die Umgebung im Westend prägt den Preis. Leider kommt der Service und das Essen da nicht mit. Würde es nicht weiterempfehlen.

Wir haben kürzlich dieses Restaurant besucht. Das Essen war ok, konnte uns allerdings nicht wirklich beeindrucken. Ich hatte die Nudeln mit Trüffel, die ganz gut waren, allerdings muss ich sagen, dass es weitaus bessere Varianten für diesen Preis oder sogar weniger gibt. Wir sind aus Weiterstadt angereist. War ein Geburtstagsessen. Selbst dies kann man beim Online reservieren angeben. Frage mich warum, da nicht mal danach gefragt wurde. Wir wurden eher ignoriert. Es kam nach der Bestellung nur einmal jemand an den Tisch, um zu fragen ob alles ok. Der männliche Service war freundlich, jedoch auch sehr arrogant u nicht gerade sympathisch u nicht besonders aufmerksam. Es gäbe definitiv Platz für Verbesserungen, indem man aufmerksamer ist. Ich bin selbst Italienerin u habe mich noch nie so unwohl gefühlt. Ich habe das typische sympathische Dasein vermisst. Das Ambiente in diesem Restaurant ist aber sehr schön und die dunkelhäutige Garderobenfrau war an diesem Abend der einzige Sonnenschein. Ich würde persönlich keinen weiteren Besuch planen, Preis Leistung für mich nicht stimmig. Dafür fahre ich nicht nochmal extra nach FRA. Ich hatte mehr erwartet.

Wir waren in einer grösseren Gruppe. Es war ein sehr schönes Restaurant. Gehobene Preise aber leckeres Essen und TOP Ambiente. Die Bedienung war freundlich, aber wenig aufmerksam. Wein wurde wenig nachgeschenkt, leere Wasserfalschen nicht mitgenommen. Als wir Nachtisch bestellten, wurde nur die Bestellung von der Hälfte der Gruppe angenommen und die Kellnerin ist einfach gegangen 😅. Spät am Abend wurde die Musik leider immer lauter, sodass man sich nicht mehr gut unterhalten kann. Die Musik wäre sicherlich gut zum tanzen, aber es gab nicht wirklich eine Fläche dafür.

Es war ok. Restaurant modern. Essenauswahl mäßig. Weinauswahl gut. Preise hoch (wahrscheinlich wegen der Location). Aber vielleicht nur weil ich mehr Fleisch erwartet habe.

Ein toller Workout Abend am Freitag mit exklusiver und gehobener Küche, mit typisch charmantem italienischen Personal und zum Ausklang des Abends Latino-Musik für' s Tanzbein.💃💃💃 Cooles Konzept. Kommen sehr sehr gerne wieder.

Leider sehr überteuert und der Service war nicht sehr freundlich. Essen war ganz okay. Hier kann ich nichts Großes aussetzen, kann man auf jeden Fall machen. Würde ich wieder kommen? Eher weniger. Gibt sehr viele andere tolle und authentische Italiener in Frankfurt.

Ein sehr angenehmes aufgeräumtes Ambiente. Habe zu Beginn auf meine Begleitung gewartet. Alles bestens. Tisch war auch sehr gut. Speisen und Getränke sehr gut. Bedienung sehr bemüht.

Ci siamo stati una prima volta mesi fa e siamo rimasti estasiati sia dal cibo che dal servizio e ci siamo tornati qualche giorno fa. Il cibo è musica,si mangia davvero bene, ogni piatto è fatto con grandi attenzioni e accorgimenti…complimenti allo chef! il locale è di una particolarità incredibile e il servizio davvero eccellente,veloce tra l’altro..i camerieri sono molto molto accorti nelle piccole cose e cortesi. Ritorneremo sicuramente per gustare altre prelibatezze!

Hallo, ich komme aus Italien, dieses Restaurant in Franco Forte ist außergewöhnlich. Das Essen ist ausgezeichnet und der Service auch sehr freundlich.

Wir waren zu einem frühen Abendessen dort und ich muss sagen, es war einfach super! Essen mega lecker. Kellner auch sehr freundlich. :) Zum Abschluss einen absacker aufs Haus. Wir sagen Danke und sehen uns auf jeden Fall wieder.

Ich habe kürzlich dieses Restaurant besucht und obwohl das Essen insgesamt gut war, konnte es mich nicht wirklich beeindrucken. Die Vorspeisen waren in Ordnung, aber bei den Tomaten mit Burata und Mango hat das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis nicht gestimmt. Die Mango war leider nicht mehr frisch. Beim Oktopus war der Salat noch sandig. Jedoch muss ich sagen, dass die Carbonara mit Trüffel wirklich lecker war. Hier konnten sie punkten. Der Service war freundlich, aber nicht besonders aufmerksam. Es gäbe definitiv Raum für Verbesserungen, indem man aufmerksamer ist und aktiver Getränke und andere Extras anbietet. Das Ambiente in diesem Restaurant ist schön und die Sitzgelegenheiten sind bequem. Allerdings würde ich persönlich keinen weiteren Besuch planen.

Das Restaurant ist in den Räumen des ehemaligen Vapiano im Westend. Sehr großer Raum, wirkt daher ungemütlich und kühl. Trotz weniger Tische, die besetzt waren und einiger anwesender Kellner musste man lamge warten und schließlich den Kellner suchen gehen, um nochmal was zu bestellen. Da ich das Mangia Mangia in Kronberg/Ts kenne und es dort gemütlich ist und ein sehr gutes Team arbeitet, war ich total enttäuscht von der Location in Frankfurt. Werde das nicht mehr besuchen.

Заказали антипасти для двоих, хуже я если честно нигде не пробывала. Про просекко дешевого качества я тоже умолчу. Обслуживание хамоватее и долгое . Первый и последний раз в этом месте

Sehr schön zu sitzen. Wir saßen zu Dritt draußen. Netter und gut gelaunter Kellner. Publikum gut gekleidet. Was mir immer gut gefällt: Stoffservietten! Der "Mangia-Burger" sehr lecker. Eine Empfehlung! Der Preis für den Burger war schon gehoben, aber das kennt man mittlerweile von Frankfurt. Getränke wie Spezi und Bier im normalen Preisbereich. Aber: Der Aperol Spritz für 15 Euro? Geht es noch? Als wir dies auf der Rechnung sahen, fragten wir nach der Getränkekarte, aber die gibt es gar nicht... So wurde aus dem lockeren netten Abend ein Ärgernis. wir fühlen uns abgezockt, weil das nach System aussieht: Nirgendwo ein Preis, erst beim Bezahlen die Überraschung. Damit war das leider unser letzter Besuch! Also schon eine Empfehlung, aber wenn Getränke bestellt werden, lieber gleich nach dem Preis fragen...

There was one a bit old waiter, he was not so friendly as I expected, the way he talked and his tone were a bit rude somehow. And his services were always slow because he forgot the orders. But the other waiters/ waitresses are nice, friendly and fast

Waren gegen 20 Uhr da der Laden war fast leer, das Essen war okay würde ich auch überall anders bekommen also kein wow Effekt, danach hatten die Frauen Bauchschmerzen. Nicht nochmal

Das ist nicht meine Welt, aber das muss man tolerieren. Ein etwas abgehobenes Restaurant, das Publikum passte nicht zu mir. Aber es wurde ja von meiner Tochter ausgewählt. Schon auf der Terrasse empfing uns eine sehr lautstarke Menge. Das Essen war entsprechend, teuer, aber nicht unbedingt angemessen. Auf den Spaghetti thronte zur Deko ein Krebskopf. Außerdem befanden sich Kleintiere auf dem Teller, deren Fleisch man nicht von der Schale lösen konnte. Dafür hat man für den Aperol 12,50 € bezahlt und die Flasche Wasser 8,90 €. Glücklicherweise muss ich nicht noch einma dahin.

Essen hat sehr lange gedauert und kam kalt an. Der Fisch war noch roh und kalt. Geschmacklich war es für den Preis schlecht. Das Ambiente ist schön, aber das war’s auch.

Einfach unglaublich haben reserviert auf 20 uhr und niemand wollte unsere Bestellung aufnehmen, haben 30 Minuten dort gewartet jeder vom Personal ist einfach an uns vorbei gegangen als wären wir nicht da. Hatten sogar die Zeit um nach einem anderen Restaurant zu suchen also wer Zeit und Nerven sparen will soll zum Restaurant Remos gehen ist gleich um die Ecke.

This time the flavors were somewhat weak and basic as for the price. The waitress was lovely and professional. The place is modern-chic and the overall ambient would be great if the playlist was more suitable.

Leider muss ich sagen, dass wir uns in dem Preissegment einen anderen Service und auch eine andere Qualität vom Essen gewünscht hätten. Bei einer Pizza für 21€, die kalt war und einem Spritz für 12€ erwarte ich einfach mehr. Und nicht 90 Minuten ohne Bedienung, ohne Getränke ohne Frage, ob man noch etwas möchte. Kein Nachtisch kein gar nichts. Für mich leider sehr enttäuschend.
