I was there with my family in between flights on 14th August, my aunt went to ask where we could sit and the server barely looked at her while responding. We sat and he came to take our order, he was barely looking at us and left before we could finish without saying anything to take another table’s order. After that he was really rude to us, he forgot one set of cutlery and when and tried to ask him for it he just turned around and did not listen ! After that he went to sit down it the back of the restaurant counting tips ! The food was average good and he didn’t ask how I wanted my meat so the steak was too cooked. In a nutshell, the server was rude and the food was not really good, we do not recommend.

Absolutely cannot be recommended! First I was told that my pizza was coming soon. My husband got his 15 minutes earlier. After I asked, I was told that there was no longer any pizza, only salad. I took this one too. Taste OK. The plates weren't cleared away either, even though the staff clearly saw it and walked past us several times.

Absolutely abysmal place; rude staff, dirty tables and filthy floors. I left without eating after being ignored by staff for 15 minutes while they chatted together. I went airside and head greet by professional , quality service and ambiance at Gothe’s . Save yourself a bad experience and walk right by.

A little cleaning would help, as there are many mouses around. We spot about 10 in less than 15 minutes. They are cute thought :-)

Food is okish but the service is disappointing. It takes ~15 minutes for the waitress to get the order.

I recently ate spaghetti carbonara and bolognese at Bistro Frankfurt Airport and was very disappointed with the quality of the food. Both dishes were disproportionately expensive for the price of just under €15 per portion and were of really poor quality. Particularly disappointing was the spaghetti carbonara, which tasted more like "pasta with weird sauce and 2 strips of bacon" than the classic dish. The name Carbonara was incomprehensible to me as it hardly met expectations. To make matters worse, both my companion and I developed stomach problems after eating, which raises additional concerns about quality and hygiene. It appears necessary for Bistro Frankfurt Airport to review possible health risks and improve its food quality. Overall, my visit to Bistro Frankfurt Airport was disappointing, and I hope that such experiences do not become the norm. A critical review by the establishment could help better serve future customers and improve the dining experience.

We have eaten here several times, but today was the first time that Ms. Himmelreich served us. The lady is sooo friendly, nice, personable and attentive! The best service you could wish for! ❤️

Given the prices, you could at least expect that the service would be good. But he doesn't. Slow and inefficient

Attentive is somehow different and very expensive.

Ok food, disgruntled and aggressive employees. When finished our meal we were handed the bill and told loudly, “The tip is NOT included.” First of all, we have been around a while; we know there is no serious tipping in Europe. Second, we think the American tipping system stinks and we are in no hurry to help export it other countries. Do yourself a favor, avoid this place

an eatery right in the airport, its big and has ample place to sit down and eat while you wait for your check-in. we had the margarita pizza which was really big and thick in size and it was enough for 2 people, we also ordered a burger which was a little messy but delicious in taste. the burger comes with fries which i didn't really like, then i saw a lot of people are leaving the fries at their table so it's not only me. the server was really courteous and soft-spoken, usually before check-in you have big luggages so the problem was you cant bring them with you in the restaurant, you need to leave them outside. but other than that everything was fine.

The waiters are either too tired or can't keep up. It's bad that there is no americano on the menu, potatoes and muffins are nice, the atmosphere is great, thank you

We sat down and ordered food. Before the flight to the Maldives we wanted something quick to eat and were promptly forgotten... and no one even made an effort to serve us again. Although it is more expensive in the airport!!! We then got up and left... Very unfriendly staff! Never again!!!

We had to wait a long time for our food this evening because the wrong thing was brought twice. It was the same with a drink. Prices at the upper level

Wednesday, January 24, 2024, 9:10 p.m An employee checks out. There is nothing left. What do you mean by “open 24 hours a day”??? I'm only giving it one star because otherwise I wouldn't be able to express my frustration.

Ideal location in the middle of the terminal. We had an extremely friendly and quick lady...unfortunately we didn't write down her name...She has an engaging smile.

I made a mistake of not ordering a burger like most customers. The server brought a wrong side dish. It took 10 minutes to get the same server’s attention to get my dinner bill. I only wish I had dinner elsewhere.

We were not happy with this place. We were served for a long time. It's good that the waiters there are quite friendly. The food is not tasty, the meat tastes kind of chemical, the lasagna is watery and there is no meat at all. The prices for these dishes are very high. We are very disappointed that the largest airport in Germany offers such services

Bistro airport Frankfurt.Staff very rude, unprofessional, terrible service and very slow. Food below average ,cold and very expensive. Not worth eating there waste of money and time. Definitely not recommend it.

Found hair in food, my kid threw up on the plane after eating here. Avoid pasta and schinitzel.

Unfortunately very disappointing. We were there in the spring and wanted to have breakfast, but were ignored by the staff. Well, now we wanted to give it another chance, but we were disappointed. Seats are uncomfortable and the food... well. I would have liked to have had something reasonable for the moon prices. American breakfast ordered for 15 euros and what can I say… rolls baked cheaply, fried egg cold, bacon cold. Only the mushrooms were warm. The coffee and the squeezed orange juice were ok. Staff was nice, although quite slow. Thanks but I can't recommend it. Unfortunately, decent restaurants at the airports are generally pretty poor. Things look different in other countries.

Junge Kellnerin spielt lieber auf dem Handy als nach der Kundschaft zu schauen! Dann gibt sie noch falsch das Wechselgeld raus! Natürlich zu ihren Gunsten! Der Laden ist vom Hygienezustand auch ganz schön runter gekommen! Leider gibt es kaum noch Konkurrenz, außer vielleicht nach der Passkontrolle! Mitarbeiter auch absolut lustlos!

Wir hatten ein "Bistrot Breakfast" und ein "American Breakfast". Beides war überraschend gut. Das betrifft die frischen Rohstoffe (Pilze, Tomaten, Nürnberger, Bacon und die Spiegeleier, die auf den Punkt gebraten waren) als auch die Präsentation auf dem Teller. Die Tischbedienung, eine Thailänderin, war sehr aufmerksam und zuvorkommend. Ach, der Orangensaft ist tatsächlich frisch gepresst.

Typisches Flughafenessen. Nichts Besonderes. Wurst war als Currywurst ungeeignet. Mit Pommes und 0,5l Weißbier knapp über 20€.

Lugar regular, pero mientras haces escala puedes comer aquí.

Der Service (vielleicht Schichtleiter?) war skurril. Beim Hinsetzen wird gefragt „wie gehts“ und danach ins leere gestarrt. Als ich dann fragte ob ich wohl bestellen könne bekam ich ein pampiges „haben sie denn hunger?“ fürchterliche erfahrung bei der ich fast direkt wieder gehen wollte. Essen zu teuer selbst für einen flughafen. Außerdem fast keine vegetarischen Alternativen.

Bedienung extrem unfreundlich. Wir kamen um 19.30 h an, Aussage: wir schließen, Sie müssen schnell bestellen. Wir meinten, wenn sie hiebleibt, bestellen wir sofort. Antwort: ich hab jetzt keine Zeit andere Gäste warten schon. Aha! Essen kam flott und war auch recht gut. Wir hatten einen Liter Apfelwein bestellt und zwei Gläser. Bekommen haben wir einen halben Liter in einem Glas.... Fazit: Besser vorher woanders essen.

Das Essen war okay, aber sehr teuer. Der Cappuccino war untrinkbar und schmeckte sauer. Eher nicht zu empfehlen. Das Schlimmste: der Tisch wurde mit einem ekelhaft riechenden Lappen geputzt, so dass der Tisch stank.

There when you need it in Terminal 1. Lots of tables for table service or take something from the counter and sit in the lounge area just beside it. Even when busy, the staff was efficient in getting our order and they spoke English! We had a frankfurter (can’t go wrong there), pils and apfelwein—all good.

Das Bistro liegt auf dem Weg zu den Gates. Wir hatten noch Zeit und wollten ein Essen mit Sitzplatz und haben uns daher für das Airport Bistrot entschieden. Es war ziemlich voll, wenig Personal. Die nette Bedienung hat sich auch mehrfach bei uns entschuldigt. Für uns war es in Ordnung, da wir ja noch Zeit hatten. Die Pizza Diavolo war okay. Der Teig und die Soße waren gut, leider war der Käse zu viel und hat nach nichts geschmeckt. Dazu hatten wir eine Brezel. Diese war leider steinhart. Ich erwarte kein Gourmetessen am Flughafen, aber mich wundert, dass ich das Ding überhaupt durch die Sicherheitskontrolle bekommen habe....

Ich habe Carbonara bestellt und eine scharfe Bolognese bekommen. Meine Mutter hatte irgendwas mit Oliven, wo aber keine Oliven drin waren. Ein Kellner war für alle Tische zuständig. Da ist es klar, dass es mit dem Service schwierig wird. Dieses Bistro erhärtet nur die Ansicht, dass der Frankfurter Flughafen einfach nicht schön ist in jeglicher Hinsicht.

€10.9 for a small bowl of fruit yogurt. I would expect more from power breakfast set :(

É um restaurante dentro do aeroporto de Frankfurt com uma boa localização, de fácil acesso. Bom para refeições rápidas ou mesmo petiscos. Comida boa com preço condizente.

Pommes Frittes pappig, kalt und ohne Salz. Bei Nachfrage nur Achselzucken. Die Laugenbrezel ist nicht frisch. Der Kaffe ist ok. Insgesamt nicht empfehlenswert.

Mussten 20 Minuten warten bis die Bestellung aufgegeben wurde. Personal sehr unerfahren.Haben dann auch nichts mehr gegessen.

Nach der Rückkehr aus dem Urlaub haben wir dort gefrühstückt. Das Restaurant liegt ideal mitten im Flughafen und hatte zu dieser frühen Stunde bereits geöffnet. Die Qualität des Frühstücks war gut und die Preise sind für einen Flughafen noch in Ordnung. Das Personal und der Service waren in Ordnung, auch wenn die Bedingung zu dieser frühen Stunde etwas verpeilt war. Vielleicht lag es an der frühen Uhrzeit oder weil sie alleine war. Etwas mehr Personal wäre angebracht.

The food is nice, especially considering it is located in an airport. The best though, is the service. Trung and Teo made for a very pleasant and relaxing experience.

Sauteuer und nicht wirklich gut

Ein typisches Restaurant im Flughafen. Sollte man meinen. Wirklich sehr, sehr ordentliches Essen. Und das für ein Restaurant mitten im Frankfurter Flughafen erstaunlich vernünftige Preise. Wir haben 80,- für 3 Personen bezahlt und hatten vernünftig gegessen und hatten auch verschiedene Getränke. Und was ebenfalls absolut hervorzuheben ist, ist der super zuvorkommende und freundliche Service. Der übrigens am Tisch bedient. Deutlich bessere Alternative als die üblichen Verdächtigen. Sprich Schnellrestaurants. Unterm Strich Daumen hoch. 👍

They have a very odd combination of breakfast menu items, it seems very difficult to order the breakfast that comes with both sausage and eggs. I'm not sure if this is super common but it definitely confused me! Food isnt anything to write home about, standard airport food with little pizzazz and increased prifes. It opens reasonably early which is nice if you had to sleep in the airport. The waiter also seemed determined to wait for me to be around to pay the bill instead of my wife who was actively pulling money out of her purse and wanting to pay. Seemed a little odd, but I'm not sure if it's just a cultural thing I'm unfamiliar with.

Bolognese hat super geschmeckt, super um kurz vor dem Flug noch etwas zu essen. Bedienung auf jeden Fall freundlich und hilfsbereit. Kann es absolut empfehlen. Preis war minimal höher, aber nicht überdurchschnittlich teuer wie oft andere Dinge am Flughafen.

Das essen war schnell da, es war heiß und hat gut geschmeckt. Die Portion sah auf den ersten Blick wenig aus. Aber in der hälfte merkte man, wie viel es doch ist.
