Central Park Corner in Frankfurt am Main

The service was friendly, unfortunately that was my only positive impression here. The map is too confusing and lacks structure. I don't like a "convenience store" like that - tarte flambée, salad, bowl, etc. The pasta I ordered had a ready-made pesto on it and the pine nuts that were on the menu were missing. Then at some point it became too dark for me personally

It took a really long time for someone to even take our order. After a long wait, another person came and asked us again and indicated that nothing had been recorded. It took a very long time until we got our food. The food was also very disappointing. When we asked for the bill we had to ask twice because it took a long time again. Can't recommend the restaurant at all and won't be back.

On Monday, August 5th, at around 8 p.m. I walked up Fressgass from the Hauptwache and when I passed the Starbucks, just before Corners, there were two waitresses standing in front of the bar at the entrance, one of them thin with blonde loose hair to just below the shoulder and the other a bit stockier with loose dark brown hair of about the same length. The blonde waitress (I THINK she's Russian), who has served me several times (I've never seen her smile or be in a good mood), saw me coming towards her, quickly turned to her colleague and started gossiping about me. ..I don't know what she said, but immediately the other waitress turned to me and they both stared at me. I finally passed them at normal walking pace and then when the blonde noticed that I was continuing to walk and didn't want to go into the store, she crucified herself with her hands and said to the other person, "Oh thank God!" ...according to the motto, thank God she doesn't come to us so I don't have to serve her. Then both of them burst out laughing! They laughed at me really loudly and provocatively! Since I noticed this directly from the side, I immediately turned to her and showed her that I had noticed this by standing still and giving her an angry look. She then hid behind the entrance area and continued to laugh and kept looking out to see if I was still standing there and her colleague then confirmed this to her: "Yeah, she's still standing there!" I thought about whether I should stress about it now, but then I collected myself and went on home. I looked very casual that day, not really dressed up, but very relaxed with sandals, jeans and a shirt and discreet make-up with my hair pinned up... I had just come from my grandma

Relax and sit on the inside terrace. Delicious salads and pasta.

I ordered the Poke chicken bowl and they were surprisingly generous with the avocado and chicken. Prices are average for the area

Very rude waitresses and you have to pay 1€ for the toilet even if you are a paying customer...

Waitress was completely uninterested in working and seemed annoyed we sat in the bar. The other waitress was being chatted up by some guys at a table and the guy waiter was talking to some friend beside the bar. The bathroom isn’t free to use and costs 1€ even if you sit down and order first. The drinks are much too expensive for this quality of service.

Delicious pasta and salads, very delicious Asian dishes. Great

Lousy service. After 15 minutes we still couldn't place an order. The waitresses like to walk past and shy away from customers or just chat with acquaintances.

Deze gelegenheid heeft naast een binnengedeelte twee terrassen; een buiten aan de voorzijde en een achter in een klein winkelcentrum. Wij gingen achter zitten. De vriendelijke serveerster was vlot en behulpzaam. We kozen twee stukken gebak om met vieren te delen. We kregen vier vorkjes. De verse jus zat in een groot glas en smaakte, net als het gebak overheerlijk.

Warm food until 1 am - nice service, food was very tasty.

My worst experience in Frankfurt living here for years. I have been there three times now as I live close by and tried many places in the surrounding area. In my opinion, most of their reviews are fake. One of the worst services I have experienced so far. The waitress ignore you and treat you like you bother them. The food is of worse quality and taste than any fast food place and triple the price. In my experience, living in the street for some time now, you can go to any place in the same street for better service, better quality of food and better prices.

Terrible service. The two waitresses were incredibly rude. Despite the restaurant being nearly empty, we were ignored for 20 minutes. When I asked for service, I was told “You are not alone, you have to wait.” Unbelievably aggressive. If I could give zero stars, I would. I am surprised they have any reviews above one star, they are probably fake. Save yourself the trouble and go to L’Avenue instead, they actually know how to treat people.

The food didn’t taste that well or it didn’t have any flavor. The service was rude and didn’t give a good welcoming energy back.

A nice place in the city center for a quick coffee or beer, as well as for a solid, filling and tasty meal. The selection of dishes, drinks and desserts is varied, the service is polite, the prices are reasonable, and you don't have to wait long to order.

Under all hell. You don't get served and then you're treated stupidly. So that you have to get up. Why? So that the waitress's friends can sit down. Rude, unattentive staff.

Официанты не ориентированы на клиента, принимаю заказ медленно с нежеланием. Агрессивные. Ждали официанта, чтоб принял заказ больше 20 минут, официанты девушки игнорируют иностранных гостей. Много раз посещали данный ресторанчик и каждый раз стравливаемая с этой проблемной. Фуркают, небрежно относятся к гостям

Extremely bad service. Dirty cutlery, dirty glass and wrong orders.

Actually you don't even know where to start. Just the way the boss sits in the shop and shouts while he's on the phone is unpleasant and you can't eat in peace. Many people no longer come to the store because of him. The staff isn't bad, there are some who are faster and a few who are slower, but that's completely normal. The food is overpriced because you get ready-made products, the Asian dishes taste really good, but the rest, which also includes a salad, makes you wonder how long the salad has been there. If you look at the store from the outside, it looks more like a retirement home than a place where you can eat. The bars on the left and right are very modern. Well in Overall, whether you really want to go there, probably not.

A nice restaurant with a very cozy atmosphere. Even late in the evening there is a great selection for everyone. The waitresses are friendly and nice and served us quickly. We always like to come back. :)

I had dinner with my wife and I have to say I was pleasantly surprised. We ate red curry and avocado toast and I can warmly recommend it. The staff was very attentive and friendly. We always come back.

The menu has a lot of different options for all taste: poke, pizza, pasta, desserts Cozy atmosphere and food was ok, but was that kind of service that wants you to eat fast and leave.

For me, it's a very poorly run store with a miserable cafe, at least some of the staff playing a role in the foreground and a mediocre menu of drinks and food. One also wonders what justifies the great appearance of the staff; in any case, there is no evidence of any special education or attractiveness. Basically, a woman shouldn't work in service if she feels like she's "too sophisticated" or has a constantly "grumpy" facial expression towards guests. Only an almost complete change of personnel can probably help here. I can really only advise anyone not to go there at the moment.

Good option to eat when visiting the Frankfurt opera house. Varied menu for all tastes and fair prices.

A bit expensive for a “quick” lunch. Soft drinks including water from €4, menus €16-20. Good quality but it's not an upscale restaurant so I think everything here is expensive.

Das ist ein angenehmes Cafe-Restaurant im Zentrum von Frankfurt nahe Alte Oper. Das Personal ist sehr nett. Man kann hier mit der EC Karte.

I ordered ham and cheese plate, it also came with strawberry jam, toasts and fresh squeezed orange juice. The orange juice was very sour sour. Besides that, everything else was fresh and delicious. My friends enjoyed their order of coffee and other dishes. We had a nice time dining here in downtown Frankfurt.

Sehr schönes Café direkt in Frankfurter Innenstadt (unmittelbar der alten Oper). Das Frühstück ist sehr lecker, v.a das Avocado Brot und Jerusalem. Das Personal ist sehr nett und hilfsbereit , ich kann das Café auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen.

Immer wieder gern! Besonders liebe ich es entweder tagsüber da mit Kaffee(oder anderen Getränken...gibt zb.tolle alkoholfreie Fruchtcocktails) zu sitzen und die Leute und das Treiben auf der Fressgass zu beobachten....oder nachts eine Thaisuppe(die ist so wunderbar da!!!)zu essen...Absacker dort zu trinken... Bin seit 35 Jahren da immer,wenn ich in der Stadt bin....früher war es noch das Cafe"Stoltze"...es ist und bleibt mein Stammlokal auf der Fressgass! Hier gibt es ausserdem leckeres Essen und nette Bedienung...und das Ambiente,insbesondere die Lage spricht natürlich für sich!

Sehr angenehmes Ambiente, unaufdringliches Publikum sowie zuvor kommendes Personal. Preise sind marktüblich für den Standort, jedoch nicht übertrieben. Kommen gerne wieder.

It was ok, the food was not the most delicious in my life. But seemed that not all food is fresh. For example tye waitress did not ask me about choice of bread, and I absolutely do not like grey bread. Maybe I will come back, but only for coffee

War mit meiner Frau am Sonnentag Mittag da gewesen. Wir saßen draußen, wurden sehr schnell bedient. Die Speisekarte ist verständlich und ordentlich geschrieben. Meine Frau hatte Rührei gehabt, was sehr gut war. Ich hatte ein Curry Mango Hähnchen Menü was sehr lecker war Preisleistung hervorragend für ein ehrliches, schnelles Mittagessen. Eine absolute Empfehlung.

Mit Abstand das leckerste Essen, was ich je gegessen habe! Bin immer mal wieder da und jedes mal gleich doll begeistert. Das Ambiente ist auch sehr gemütlich. Leider nur 4 Sterne, da die Bedienung und der Service an ihrer Freundlichkeit arbeiten kann. Die Toiletten sind dreckig.

Terrible service! Let's start with the fact that a year ago we found a piece of plastic in our food. But we did not blew up a scandal out of this, but politely asked to replace the food. The waitress, as it turned out her name is Oksana, apparently she is from Russia ... she rolled her eyes and did not even apologize. With a disgusted face, she brought us other food and said "happens"! So, once again we came to this place and again came across this rude woman. After 20 minutes - and only after my husband finally gave her an eye contact and basically winked her over - she decided to come up to us and said literally the following: “you are problem visitors and therefore no one approaches you. If you have any problems again today, this will be your last time in our cafe! " Me and my husband were speechless! By "problems" she meant plastic in our food. Apparently we had to eat this plastic! And we have never been rude to her! We were always polite! On attempts to contact the manager, they told us that they did not have a manager. The other waitresses listened to us, they were polite and offered us food at the expense of the house ... but, as we understood, they are all friends there and of course our complaints will not reach the manager. She knows about this, and that’s why she allows herself such behavior. It is a pity that because of one rude and unsatisfied with her life person, the general impression of the cafe is ruined. We don't go there anymore. Such places should be punished financially! When they will lose clients maybe then they will start to learn how to talk to people! Ужасное обслуживание! Начнём с того, что год назад мы нашли в еде кусочек пластика. Но не стали раздувать из этого скандал, а вежливо попросили заменить еду. Официантка, как оказалось её зовут Оксана, по всей видимости она из России…закатила глаза, и даже не извинилась. С недовольной физиономией она принесла нам другую еду и сказала «бывает»! И вот, в очередной раз пришли мы в это заведение и нам снова попалась эта грубиянка. Спустя 20 минут она соизволила к нам подойти и сказала буквально следующее: «вы проблемные посетители и поэтому к вам никто не подходит. Если сегодня у вас снова будут какие-то проблемы, это будет ваш последний раз в нашем кафе!» И тут мы с супругом потеряли дар речи! Под «проблемами» она имела ввиду пластик в еде. По всей видимости, мы должны были съесть этот пластик! При чём мы никогда не грубили ей! Всегда были вежливы! На попытки связаться с менеджером, нам сказали, что у них нет менеджера. Нас выслушали другие официантки, которые были вежливы, предложили нам еду за счёт заведения….но, как мы поняли, они там все друзья и конечно же до менеджера наши жалобы не дойдут. Она об этом знает, поэтому и позволяет себе такое поведение. Очень жаль, что из-за одной недовольной жизнью грубиянки портится общее впечатление о заведении. Мы туда больше ни ногой. Такие места нужно наказывать копейкой!

Diese eine Kellnerin die dort arbeitet, name "Oksana" ist das frechste, falsch besetzteste personal die wir in unserem ganzen Leben jemals gesehen haben. Und wir gehen oft und in vielen verschiedenen Ländern essen. Unterirdisch und richtig frech diese alte. Zuerst einmal ging es so los, dass einmal etwas Plastik in unserem essen war, ok kann passieren, sollte es aber nicht. Die Kellnerin im normalen Ton darauf aufmerksam gemacht und daraufhin ein neues essen bekommen, alles soweit so gut, aber dann mit einem Kommentar ihrerseits garniert: "man solle doch nicht so einen aufriss machen, passiert halt". Wie bitte, was? Wir haben keinen "aufriss" gemacht, sondern uns mehr als normal und fair verhalten, vor allem auch im Ton! (In anderen Ländern wie den USA gibt's bei sowas direkt Millionenklagen...). Das war damals der erste Vorfall. Gestern ging es dann weiter und zwar viele Monate nach diesem Vorfall, muss man sich mal vorstellen. Erst wurden wir draussen sitzend 15 Minuten ignoriert und erst "bedient", nachdem ich eben genau diese Kellnerin zu uns rüber gewunken habe, ihr erster Satz zur Begrüßung und zwar originalgetreu: "Wie ist die Stimmung heute, alles gut?" (kein hallo, guten tag, nichts!!!) "Ich sag ihnen warum Sie nicht bedient werden, es will Sie keiner aufnehmen. Sie sind hier als Problemkunden bekannt, die immer Probleme machen und Extras wollen und deswegen werden sie nicht aufgenommen." Ich war erstmal komplett baff und sprachlos, erster Gedanke die muss uns hier doch ganz sicher verwechseln. Auf Nachfrage ob Sie wirklich uns meint und um was es hier eigentlich geht, ihre Antwort: "Wenn es heute wieder einen Vorfall, wieder Probleme gibt, dann war es heute ihr letztes mal dass sie hier Essen." Ich habe in meinem ganzen Leben noch nie so eine freche, ekelhafte, mit ihrem Leben unzufriedene Kellnerin erlebt. Wir sind daraufhin natürlich direkt von den Stühlen aufgestanden um uns beim Manager zu beschweren, dort wollte aber niemand dafür zuständig sein, der Manager sei nicht da. Auch andere Kunden (also nicht nur wir) werden von ihr ziemlich schnippig bedient, als zwei andere Gäste etwas bestellen wollten und sich dessen anscheinend nicht sicher waren und eine Frage dazu hatten, meinte Sie nur schnippig "Vielleicht, oder Sicher?" Was ist das für eine? Läuft auch den ganzen Tag mit einem saurem, genervten Gesicht durch die Gegend, soll Sie sich lieber einen anderen Job suchen, anstatt Kunden zu vergraulen die seit Jahren - bevor diese Kellnerin im Laden überhaupt gearbeitet hat - schon Gäste waren. Fairerweise muss ich dazu sagen ging das Essen gestern aufs Haus, wir mussten also nichts dafür bezahlen. Das Essen, die Atmosphäre und auch die anderen Kellnerinnen sind alle in Ordnung, es gab nie Probleme mit denen, bis auf eben diese eine Kellnerin. Das hier geht an den Inhaber tut euch selbst einen Gefallen und feuert diese "Oksana" Kellnerin, sowas kann man im Service echt nicht auf die Menschheit loslassen! -------------- English -------------- Food is good, but worst service I've ever seen. This waitress is low level and really rude. First of all it started with a bit of plastic in our food, ok it can happen, but it shouldn't. The waitress was made aware of this in a normal tone and then got us a new meal, everything so far and so good at this point, though she made sure to garnish it with a comment: "You shouldn't make such a big deal, it happens". I beg your pardon, but what? We have not made a "big deal", but rather behaved more than normal and fair, especially in terms of tone! (In other countries like the USA, there would be litigation claims of millions directly for something like that ...). That was the first incident back then. Yesterday it continued, many months after this incident, you have to imagine. At first we were ignored sitting outside for 15 minutes and only "served" after I waved exactly this waitress over to us, her first sentence as a greeting, i quote in original: "How is your mood today?" (no hello, good day, nothing !!!) "I tell you why you are not being served, nobody wants to take you in. You are known here as problem customers who always cause problems and want extras and that's why they are not accepted." At first I was completely flabbergasted and speechless, the first thought i had she must surely have us confused here. When asked if she really means us and what this is all about, her answer: "If there is another incident today, if there is another problem, it will be your last time today that you will eat here." I have never seen such a grumpy, with her life dissatisfied waitress in my entire life. Of course, we got up from our chairs right away to complain to the manager, but no one wanted to be responsible for the fact that the manager was not there. Other customers (not just us) are served quite rude by her too, when two other guests wanted to order something and apparently weren't sure about it, she said in a rude way: "So maybe, or sure?" What kind of Service is this? If you walk around with a sour, annoyed face all day long, then you should look for another job instead of dragging away customers who have been guests for years - before this waitress even worked in this bistro. To be fair: The meal was on the house yesterday, so we didn't have to pay anything for it. The food, the atmosphere and the other waitresses are all okay, never any problems with them, except for this one waitress. This goes to the owner, do yourself a favor and fire this "Oksana" waitress, you really can't let this one go on in a customer service!
