The food and coffee were very satisfactory. But the service was another matter entirely; I've never experienced such rude staff. Never again! We were practically forced out of the café!

The food was delicious, fresh, and beautifully presented. The cocktails, in particular, were simply fantastic – perfectly mixed and incredibly flavorful. I can wholeheartedly recommend this place and I'm already looking forward to my next visit!

Overpriced, completely indifferent to guests, no advice or recommendations on dish selection. Korner frustuk is simply SLICED CUISINE and cheese mixed with ORANGE, soggy bread... for €15. Only the coffee was decent. However, the price is also inflated.

It's a place we always come back to. The staff is very friendly. They have seating areas with different concepts. It's a very pleasant, relaxing place, and perfect for conversation. I can't bear not coming here once or twice a week. The Turkish waiters are so sweet and friendly, they make you feel right at home. Hanım and Begüm are absolutely amazing, and we love them so much.

I'm only reviewing the Caesar salad. It was the worst and most ridiculous thing I've ever eaten – I've never eaten Caesar salad with cucumbers and carrots; that doesn't even belong in a salad. For just under €17, you get a mixed salad that's suddenly called a Caesar. Totally ridiculous.

Went here two days in a row for breakfast. Service was quick and friendly and the food was great with generous portions.

Worst iced coffee ever! Despite complaining that the advertised ice cream scoops were missing, the opportunity to rectify the situation was not taken! Price/performance ratio = 0

The service is truly awful. The waiters were very neutral, no smiles, nothing at all. After 20 minutes, and despite asking, we finally had to get the menus ourselves. It also took a long time to order. No one even asked if everything was okay or if we wanted anything else. The bacon arrived after we'd already finished eating and felt raw. Even though we sat there for 45 minutes after we'd finished eating, our plates weren't cleared away until we paid. This is the worst service I've ever experienced anywhere. A shame.

I had a salmon bowl for lunch for just under €17. Half the plate was filled with iceberg lettuce! It probably looked like more food. The description didn't mention iceberg lettuce, but rather seaweed salad, but there wasn't a single piece of seaweed in the bowl. I would never have ordered it with iceberg lettuce! It tastes absolutely perfect and is a cheap substitute for seaweed salad. I feel like I've been ripped off. It's completely unacceptable for me! I would never go there again. The homemade passion fruit spritzer was more ice cubes than a drink!

After a long wait (there weren't many customers), we got two drinks that tasted almost like nothing, and a salad that, unfortunately, tasted anything but fresh. The baked feta cheese came out of the fryer lukewarm and was anything but crispy. All in all, it was unfortunately not a good experience. Thankfully, there are plenty of other restaurants and cafés nearby.

Great experience for 10 Americans traveling through Frankfurt. They were open early, and have a ton of options. The server was very kind and the plates were large and filling. The pancakes are very tasty. The toast options are very large. And, you can find American style breakfast food.

Rude staff, avoids eye contact. Waited like an idiot. Trying to ask if we can take a seat, got shouted at instead ‘just sit down!’

My girlfriend and I ordered chia pudding and a Lilet drink. We were feeling very well before the restaurant. We ate and drank something there. Afterward, we both felt sick. On the highway, my girlfriend felt so bad that she had to pull the car over to the side of the road. If she hadn't done that, there definitely could have been an accident. We rested a bit and drove home. When we got home, I was vomiting and had diarrhea. I'm very angry. Luckily, we have the receipt.

The employee behaves towards guests in a manner that I consider completely inappropriate for an upscale cafe. On several occasions, she approached male guests openly and in a clearly flirtatious, sometimes suggestive manner, directly in front of their partners or other guests present. In my opinion, this behavior clearly crosses the line into respectful, professional customer service. Despite my repeated requests to please stop this, the employee shows no insight or change in her behavior. For my wife and me, this type of communication is simply inappropriate and unpleasant. It seems as if her own need for attention is more important to her than a respectful tone.

We had a very good meal, a reasonable price-performance ratio, and received very friendly service. We'd be happy to go back.

Really all of the workers, I was there often. They treat you like you're just air and don't exist. I tried tipping with expensive orders and paying the bill. But no, they don't even come to the table and ask if everything is okay, nothing. I asked for the bill several times, and they showed me a picture on my phone. They don't take taxes seriously either.

The staff is incredibly slow and completely clueless. The pinsa was absolutely inedible, tasted like frozen food, and it was during the Fresgassfest... are you serious?

I was eating scrambled eggs with my girlfriend on Saturday evening and we got food poisoning. I usually enjoy eating there and have never had any problems. My girlfriend and I ate and drank exactly the same thing. I really think this is very negligent about the health of the guests! I am pregnant and was in the hospital. I messaged the company and there was no response. I wanted to avoid a review like that, but when you can't even apologize, I have no choice. Apparently I wasn't the only one with such an experience.

The service was friendly, unfortunately that was my only positive impression here. The map is too confusing and lacks structure. I don't like a "convenience store" like that - tarte flambée, salad, bowl, etc. The pasta I ordered had a ready-made pesto on it and the pine nuts that were on the menu were missing. Then at some point it became too dark for me personally

It took a really long time for someone to even take our order. After a long wait, another person came and asked us again and indicated that nothing had been recorded. It took a very long time until we got our food. The food was also very disappointing. When we asked for the bill we had to ask twice because it took a long time again. Can't recommend the restaurant at all and won't be back.

On Monday, August 5th, at around 8 p.m. I walked up Fressgass from the Hauptwache and when I passed the Starbucks, just before Corners, there were two waitresses standing in front of the bar at the entrance, one of them thin with blonde loose hair to just below the shoulder and the other a bit stockier with loose dark brown hair of about the same length. The blonde waitress (I THINK she's Russian), who has served me several times (I've never seen her smile or be in a good mood), saw me coming towards her, quickly turned to her colleague and started gossiping about me. ..I don't know what she said, but immediately the other waitress turned to me and they both stared at me. I finally passed them at normal walking pace and then when the blonde noticed that I was continuing to walk and didn't want to go into the store, she crucified herself with her hands and said to the other person, "Oh thank God!" ...according to the motto, thank God she doesn't come to us so I don't have to serve her. Then both of them burst out laughing! They laughed at me really loudly and provocatively! Since I noticed this directly from the side, I immediately turned to her and showed her that I had noticed this by standing still and giving her an angry look. She then hid behind the entrance area and continued to laugh and kept looking out to see if I was still standing there and her colleague then confirmed this to her: "Yeah, she's still standing there!" I thought about whether I should stress about it now, but then I collected myself and went on home. I looked very casual that day, not really dressed up, but very relaxed with sandals, jeans and a shirt and discreet make-up with my hair pinned up... I had just come from my grandma

I ordered the Poke chicken bowl and they were surprisingly generous with the avocado and chicken. Prices are average for the area

Waitress was completely uninterested in working and seemed annoyed we sat in the bar. The other waitress was being chatted up by some guys at a table and the guy waiter was talking to some friend beside the bar. The bathroom isn’t free to use and costs 1€ even if you sit down and order first. The drinks are much too expensive for this quality of service.

Terrible service. The two waitresses were incredibly rude. Despite the restaurant being nearly empty, we were ignored for 20 minutes. When I asked for service, I was told “You are not alone, you have to wait.” Unbelievably aggressive. If I could give zero stars, I would. I am surprised they have any reviews above one star, they are probably fake. Save yourself the trouble and go to L’Avenue instead, they actually know how to treat people.

My worst experience in Frankfurt living here for years. I have been there three times now as I live close by and tried many places in the surrounding area. In my opinion, most of their reviews are fake. One of the worst services I have experienced so far. The waitress ignore you and treat you like you bother them. The food is of worse quality and taste than any fast food place and triple the price. In my experience, living in the street for some time now, you can go to any place in the same street for better service, better quality of food and better prices.

For me, it's a very poorly run store with a miserable cafe, at least some of the staff playing a role in the foreground and a mediocre menu of drinks and food. One also wonders what justifies the great appearance of the staff; in any case, there is no evidence of any special education or attractiveness. Basically, a woman shouldn't work in service if she feels like she's "too sophisticated" or has a constantly "grumpy" facial expression towards guests. Only an almost complete change of personnel can probably help here. I can really only advise anyone not to go there at the moment.

Das ist ein angenehmes Cafe-Restaurant im Zentrum von Frankfurt nahe Alte Oper. Das Personal ist sehr nett. Man kann hier mit der EC Karte.

I ordered ham and cheese plate, it also came with strawberry jam, toasts and fresh squeezed orange juice. The orange juice was very sour sour. Besides that, everything else was fresh and delicious. My friends enjoyed their order of coffee and other dishes. We had a nice time dining here in downtown Frankfurt.
