Everything is perfect, thank you, the atmosphere of the barbecue restaurant is wonderful, I loved it.

The food is amazing and very delicious. The waiters are very attentive and professional. I recommend it to everyone. I highly recommend the Yaprak Döner and grill plate. :-)

Finally! Finally! Finally! Finally there is a good kebab in Oldenburg. I moved here from Berlin and missed a good kebab. Unfortunately you couldn't eat good kebab anywhere here. If anything, everything was pretty mediocre. Finally a kebab in Lower Saxony that isn't stuffed with cocktail sauce and white cabbage. The price is completely justified for the quality of the meat. Very tender and really tasty. I would recommend the kebab even without sauces. You can do the same with meat, just drink it with an Ayran. The only small point of criticism is more onions and tomatoes instead of so much lettuce.

The steak kebab is good. Highly recommended. However, I personally find the ventilation much too weak. The one over the grill in particular doesn't do much good, which in turn fills the entire restaurant with smoke. Very unpleasant.

The Adana kebab was very, very tasty! Good seasoning. Highly recommended!

We ate the doner kebab with steak here. The kebab is very tasty, especially the homemade bread from the wood-fired oven. The only criticism was that customers who came in after us were served first even though they were behind us in line. But nonetheless I would eat here again as the quality of the food is very good.

After we had to wait 20 minutes for the waiter, we had to wait another 40 minutes for the food (5 simple dishes). When we paid we were treated like fools ("of course you have to know the table number"). Doner was extremely simply put together. Price performance completely missed.

Delicious food, we always stop when we pass by Oldenburg. Cheese pide, Beyti, grilled Chicken wings with bulgur and kunefe as dessert. All of them 10 out of 10. Delicious turkish tee. Nice breads. Highly recommend! 👍😉

Bad...the food had nothing to do with what I actually ordered. Still cashed in even though I didn't eat it. Too bad. Was the last time.

I would love to give it no stars at all. I ordered a kebab with extra meat. I got a mini portion, the meat was cold and completely poorly seasoned and wobbly. When I told the waitress, all she said was "aha". This store will never see me again. In my opinion the worst kebab in Oldenburg. If you do go out to eat there, you should order three kebabs straight away. Normal card payment is also not possible, so I had to pay for my meal with Paypal. Just ridiculous.

11/2024 / Iskender steak kebab mega delicious! Steak kebab plate, the meat is amazing! The side salad is also the perfect mix and tastes great too! Small point deduction that didn't just affect us: card payments only with Girocard, so we had to go to the bank specifically.

For me the best Turkish restaurant in Oldenburg. Super nice people, delicious food and drinks. Much of it is made by hand and with love. All of this at an absolutely fair price. Absolute recommendation, we are always happy to come back. Thanks for the hospitality.

Even if the food tastes great, the service when you come in is rather disinterested, overwhelmed and the restaurant is too crowded. Maybe they should have expanded or opened a second shop instead of murdering the outside facade. The photo is on a Sunday, people are sitting outside 🙈 It's a shame, the service was different and the atmosphere was more cozy.

Mangal was once different, I was just there ordering something and we had to place our order ourselves at the checkout while 10 employees were at work. After waiting 35 minutes for our food nothing came, then when we asked we were told it would come in 5 minutes. Some people came in next to us - a man and a woman got food within 10 minutes I wouldn't make any difference between people if I were you. I don't recommend anyone to go there as of today

Ordered food on site to take away (doner kebab plate) with the request not to put any tomatoes in the salad.... At home, disappointingly, I discovered that there were a lot of tomatoes in the food and neither the salad nor the kebab plate had a drop of sauce on it. ... The food is fresh and tasty, but pretty dry without sauce. Too bad :(

Really delicious food. Unfortunately we were still not satisfied (picked up to take away) The steak plate had fries instead of rice (that shouldn't happen at a price of 16.90). Furthermore, the hot sauce should only be put on the kebab if you say so. That's what we're used to everywhere. Unfortunately my wife couldn't eat her steak kebab because it was way too spicy for her due to the spicy sauce she didn't want. Could have been perfect, but it wasn't. Too bad...

The Mangal-Grill Restaurant surprised me positively. I really enjoy eating kebab and other Turkish grill specialties and I found what I was looking for here. Top quality food, cleanliness and service is attentive and quick. The atmosphere is functional, modern, well-kept and very clean! The pricing is fair and appropriate for the quality and quantity. Conclusion: Good food at a reasonable price and very good hygiene.

Es ist nicht so lange her, da gab es hier den besten Döner in Oldenburg. Davon merkt man leider heute nichts mehr. Die Preise haben extrem angezogen und die Menge im gleichen Maße abgenommen. Für mich war es das letzte Mal.

I'll start with food. The bread was so crispy that I scraped everything in my mouth. The kebab bag had meat with very little sauce and iceberg lettuce in it. For €7.90 I expect a little more. But the crowning glory is the toilet, the toilets are so disgusting and dirty…. There was either blood or 💩 smeared on the walls, and unfortunately there was no soap either. But there was always a hygiene spray on the windowsill that could be used. Once and never again.

Der Eindruck von allem war super! Man konnte sehen wie das Essen zubereitet wurde. Sauber, ordentlich und sehr frisch! Das Fleisch ist frisch gegrillt und das Gemüse auch ganz frisch zubereitet! Einfach lecker, Geschmack wie im Urlaub in der Türkei!🇹🇷 Das Personal sehr freundlich und nett und deutschsprachig. Unbedingt zu empfehlen!!!

Turkish grill restaurant Good service

I just had a quick doner pita, but it was really very good...

I waited for my order for 40 minutes and it didn't arrive, so I got up and left. The service is terrible, it's always like this.

Service disastrous, food tasteless.

I come exclusively (!) only for the excellent and special type of so-called Yaprak meat, which is of excellent quality and cannot be found anywhere else in the Oldenburg area. However, there are major discrepancies in the ordering process via telephone and on site. So far I've had the problem twice that I placed an order for a Yaprak kebab over the phone and was then told in person when I picked it up on site that it was already sold out or that there wasn't much of it left and that I therefore had to choose another dish should avoid. But since I (!) only come because of the special meat and also travel 30 km (!) and had previously ordered by phone, it is incomprehensible to me - especially not if the order was previously made by phone and nothing was mentioned . They then came to meet me and I received my original order. Perhaps the communication with the customer could be communicated more clearly so that such discrepancies no longer happen in the future. In this respect, the service is largely poor. I'll still be back because this kebab is unbeatable and absolutely unrivaled!!! I continue to accept this risk.

Unfortunately, only cash payment is accepted here. Food was okay.

The İskender with steak kebab was delicious, and the Mercimek Çorbası was also very good. I was eating at the Mangal-Grill Restaurant with 4 friends on August 19, 2024 around 7:30 p.m. When I got my kebab plate, I was shocked by the small amount of meat and fries. I have eaten many kebab plates in my life, but never have I had such a small portion. When I asked about the quantity I was told it was a normal portion. Plus, the expensive steak meat didn't taste like anything. The staff also served us an incorrect order. What annoyed me most was that a piece of the pide we ordered fell on the floor and we didn't get the piece replaced or a discount. You just hoped that we didn't notice anything. Conclusion: The high prices for such small portions and tasteless meat are not justified.

Unfortunately a very bad experience. Half of the order arrived incorrectly, no apologies were made and, even when noted, only inadequate improvements were made. A piece of the pide fell on the floor while being served, no apology here either, it was dismissed as if nothing had happened. When we asked, no new one was brought to us, nor did we receive a discount. Unfortunately, the steak meat was completely tasteless and the portions of the kebab plate were reminiscent of a “children’s plate”. Unfortunately our last visit can no longer be compared to back then. August 19, 2024 around 8:00 p.m

Vegetarian pide for 10€ not really filling. It doesn't really taste like anything, you should season it properly so that you can taste something. Unfortunately vegetables are not fresh. If you're hungry, you should order something else. Service was very attentive and super nice :)

There were 5 of us who wanted to sit outside and of course it was full then one of them wanted to get up straight away then a worker came and said no, we accepted and went in and inside it was like a sauna with no ventilation. I thought to myself that the entire order would arrive incorrectly and after about 15 minutes the order came, of course, all wrong, then said I didn't want my kebab like that, he took away the top half and gave it to me Then I said to myself again that there are herbs in the lower part of the kebab that I don't want. Then he took it again and gave me the same kebab again and lied that it was a new one. Then I ate it and lo and behold there were herbs at the bottom of the kebab instead of it Making a new one is disregarding the customer's interest, which is why unfortunately there are only 2 stars. The waiters should work a little more concentratedly and take the orders properly. Everyone just runs back and forth and has no idea about anything and the inner area should have a climate Be equipped because you really can't stand it in the summer because it was like being in a sauna. We waited 51 minutes for our food. People who came after us got their food before us. When asked, the only answer was: it would be finished now - after 51 minutes - it looked like it had just started production. That's a no go. We just paid for our drinks (we didn't have to pay for this either, due to the long waiting time) and left. The staff looked at each other perplexed and apologized. The place is done for us. If I could, after this experience, I would give the restaurant 10 minus stars.

The orders were all wrong and after letting them know, the orders were brought wrong again. The employees are overwhelmed. Unfortunately, there's no need to talk about the price, it's far too expensive. As a foreigner, I even say that the employees should take a German course, that would help a lot.

Previously my best favorite in Oldenburg. I've known this shop for about 15 years and in the last few years it has really lost its performance. Pre-ordering works almost zero point zero. The seller says it will be ready in 15-20 minutes. As soon as I get there you will start processing the order. Last time the food came back to me, I've never experienced anything like that at Mangal. The store seems to rely on repeat customers and cut back. I don't have any appetite for kebab anymore after my last order.

Now we know why it's packed here every day. Were here for the first time and are absolutely thrilled! Incredibly delicious and super fresh food. Even the simple side salad with the kebab plate was crispy. Delicious sauces, great bread. Nice atmosphere, inside and outside. Despite the music outside, you don't feel disturbed by it. Drinks are brought in cans with glasses, which we think is great! Because Cola from a can tastes better :) We are very satisfied and would love to come back!!

Food was good but a few types of meat were not grilled enough, i.e. strong fires at once on all meat but kebab meat was tasty, for drinks there is only one large, polite staff and nice but the friendliness was missing, service was partly good. All in all it was ok but not more than three stars

Very good food, family service, friendly, unstructured and always friendly with good recommendations - always a must when we are in Oldenburg. We feel comfortable and enjoy the atmosphere. Everything is lovingly furnished and people like to place the name. It's worth ordering several dishes and also getting to know the starters. And the homemade lemonade is highly recommended 😀

I'm very disappointed - I wanted to order a kebab earlier and unfortunately I didn't have any cash with me. I spontaneously wanted to eat something delicious after dialysis. The payment by EC card was declined. I find this unthinkable and not very hospitable in this day and age. Greetings Frank
