Dunya Grill in Oldenburg (Oldb)

The food is okay, not the tastiest, but it's edible.

We were there and ate the Adana plate. We really enjoyed it! We'd go back anytime.

I ordered a kebab with just tomatoes, onions, and meat. I got everything with sauce. When asked if it was tzatziki, I said no. There was no other kebab in the shop. The kebab quality was very salty, the bread fell apart quickly. All of this combined makes for a poor standard kebab. Another one that's just there but shouldn't be.

Horrible, the bread is burnt, completely soggy, and falling apart. My fries were more flimsy than spaghetti, smelled of old grease, and tasted the same. The rotisserie didn't look particularly appealing either. And that's exactly what this sandwich tasted like, completely tasteless and rubbery. My colleague's lahmacun order didn't look any better and smelled a bit strong—I'm sorry to put it bluntly, it looked like vomit. I also have to praise the restrooms; they looked clean, but smelled like any other motorway service station. The view of them from the dining area is all the better. In summary, it's a strain on your nose, your digestive tract, and your psyche. Please don't subject yourself to this stress.

The first time was okay. The second time was not so good. This refers to the food (doner kebab + roll). I won't buy food here a third time...

I had the Adana yogurt kebab, it was tough and didn't taste delicious, the tomatoes and peppers were fine :) The bread they served was stale, I think they had reheated it, it was soggy, it wasn't worth 12 euros at all. As a Turk, I praise Turkish food and restaurants everywhere, but for this price, I eat much larger portions and more delicious food at Asian restaurants. I was upset, I mean, you're losing money with service like this. Would I go again? Never, for example :) I wouldn't recommend it. Maybe you could try pizza or pide, but the pide ovens didn't look bad.

We ordered through Lieferando. When the order arrived, a pita was missing. That's always really annoying. So we called again straight away and were told the pita would be delivered. We also had a vegetarian dürüm, a halloumi dürüm, and fries. The vegetarian dürüm was full of liquid and tasted of nothing. I specifically ordered it without cucumbers, and they still included cucumbers. The halloumi dürüm tasted a little better, but it fell apart completely. At €9, it was way too expensive. The fries were super wobbly and greasy. Absolutely not tasty, a complete disappointment, and almost €35 wasted.

I really liked the Adana plate because: the meat wasn't over-seasoned, maybe even a pinch too little salt, but you can taste the good, fresh meat. If you want, you can add more salt. You can also order another piece of meat from the start. The staff was also very friendly. If I ever come back to Oldenburg, I'll be happy to stop by again 👍

Your homemade bread is burnt, and bread that dry is simply unpalatable. It's like stone. The chicken wings on your plate are just old meat. It stinks!!! How can you sell smelly meat? I just tried it, and it was the worst thing I've ever eaten. Never again.

Best pizza in town. Deliciously baked in a stone oven! The Halumi doner is also a real treat every time! The meat is always tender and delicious! The service is 5/5 for me! Even though I live two streets away, I've never been told they couldn't deliver. The shop itself is cozy and clean, but unfortunately relatively quiet, even though Dunya offers more than just a snack bar.

I've been searching for a good food spot in the area for a long time, offering delicious food and friendly staff. A friend's recommendation prompted me to visit this place. I'm beyond thrilled with this fantastic restaurant. The service was top-notch, the food incredible, and the place is beautifully decorated! Due to the negative reviews I read online, my expectations for this place weren't that high. Several people mentioned the poor food and a supposed "language barrier." However, the staff spoke perfect German and were attentive to my needs and requests. I recommend this place to anyone looking for a good kebab, dürüm, or even just a pizza!

Great prices, good quality, and very friendly staff. Tuesday was kebab day (6) and Thursday was pizza day. I had a 30cm Dunya pizza. It was delicious, with lots of vegetables and chicken on it. I was completely full and enjoyed the authentic clay oven flavor. I was thrilled with the selection of grilled dishes.

Horrible place! It smells of grease! But luckily there's a free view of the toilet. Unfortunately, due to the language barrier, my order was completely misunderstood and brought to the table. The Turkish taco I ordered fell apart faster than nuclear fission. Every ingredient was scattered all over the plate and around it. The staff's phone conversations were incredibly loud and in an incomprehensible language. My question about paying by card was answered forcefully and directly with, "No way, it's broken. I have to pay in cash." Because of this, this dump deserves 0 stars in every respect. Please think twice about whether you really want to go to an establishment like this. Update: I had severe stomach and intestinal problems shortly afterward.

Rarely have such bad food been delivered. When unpacking the bread fell into two parts, the kofta was completely dry and the supposedly large fries were a normal portion and were charged €6.50 for it.

It is definitely my favorite restaurant in Oldenburg! I've been there several times and ordered often - the food is simply fantastic! Fresh, tasty and perfectly prepared. The delivery person is always friendly and the food arrives quickly and hot, which always makes me happy. The service in the restaurant is also top – incredibly friendly and attentive. The ambience is cozy and inviting, perfect for a relaxing evening. I always enjoy coming back and can only recommend Dunya Grill for both a visit and a delivery!

The two of us were here on a Friday shortly after 6 p.m. It wasn't busy and we were served promptly. We ordered a Köfte plate and the Beyti Kebab. There was also a beer and a cola. The food was served quickly and we ate on site. We enjoyed it and were satisfied.

We had lamb plate and Adana plate. The accompanying salad wasn't that nice and had no dressing. The bread was warmed up and wasn't anything special. The meat was okay so far.

Unfortunately the kebab there wasn't very tasty. Doner kebab was very poorly layered and didn't really taste good either. The quality of the meat wasn't particularly good. I can't recommend kebab there!

We come from Dortmund and ordered grill plates for 4 people here in Oldenburg and have to say that the food was very tasty and fresh!

The food comes extremely quickly. Always warm and every order so far has tasted great. The portions are quite generous for the fair price. Always happy ☺️

Today I was here for the first time and enjoyed a perfect chicken kebab. My wishes: with white cheese and hot sauce but not too hot 😀, were perfectly taken into account. The local people are incredibly friendly and quick, the atmosphere is functional and clean. Good value for money. I'll be back!

The Dürüm was ok. But eating here only means a place to sit. Any other service like decoration on the plate or something like that is nonexistent. I wouldn't have imagined eating it in aluminum foil like this when I was eating it on site.

We took the platter for 2 to go and were very happy with it. Great fries, nice roasted flavors and a filling portion. Gladly again.

My son and I went here for dinner this evening. He had a small Margherita pizza, I had a kebab skewer with fries, tzatziki and coleslaw. The man who took the order and prepared it was very nice. Unfortunately the food wasn't good. The skewer was hard and dry, the pizza was limp. Fries were good, tzatziki probably a ready-made product, as was the coleslaw. We won't be coming back again, even though the idea of ​​the charcoal grill is actually a good one. But the products used seem industrial and not homemade, which is a shame.

Original Turkish minced meat skewers, kofta, lahmacun - everything at a high-end level - a poem. The "boys next door" are social and chatty, and also make the best food. Of course with a real charcoal grill (ambience!) and stone oven. In any case I can communicate with the kebap house. Oldenburgers know what that means! Conclusion: Always happy.

We ordered four pizzas, but unfortunately that was nothing... The meat was completely dry and partly burnt. Also, the pizza was almost cold. It was probably because it took 15 minutes to find the right address. A quick call would have helped. Too bad about the money 😒

Ich hatte das Vergnügen, das Angebot von Dunya Grill in Oldenburg zu testen und möchte meine Erfahrungen teilen. Zunächst probierte ich letzte Woche Freitag das Kalbfleisch in meiner Dönerbox. Leider war das Fleisch etwas trocken, was den Gesamteindruck beeinträchtigte. Trotzdem waren die Knoblauchsoße und die Pommes ein Genuss und retteten das Gericht. Diesen Freitag entschied ich mich dann für das Hähnchenfleisch und wurde nicht enttäuscht. Es war sehr lecker und verbesserte mein Gesamterlebnis bei Dunya Grill erheblich. Insgesamt würde ich Dunya Grill eine Bewertung von 4/5 Sternen geben. Die Qualität des Kalbfleisches war der einzige Kritikpunkt, aber ich bin zuversichtlich, dass dies beim nächsten Mal verbessert wird. Wenn das der Fall ist, würde ich ohne zu zögern eine 5/5 Sterne Bewertung geben. Ich freue mich auf meinen nächsten Besuch bei Dunya Grill und kann es kaum erwarten, mehr von ihrer köstlichen Speisekarte zu probieren. Gerne wieder!

Habe sowohl essen abgeholt als auch liefern lassen. Sehr lecker! Lammspieß und verschiedene Gerichte mit Falafel sind sehr zu empfehlen. Preise sind auch angemessen, besonders im Blick auf die gute Qualität. Komme leider nicht aus der Gegend sonst wäre ich definitiv öfter hier. Die Räumlichkeit könnte vielleicht ein paar Zimmerpflanzen vertragen, ist aber sonst gemütlich.

Das Essen war super und die Jungs waren auch alle super nett. Ich kann also nichts aussetzen. Ich persönlich empfinde nur die Einrichtung etwas lieblos. Natürlich ist alles da (Stühle, Tische) aber es wirkt doch recht kühl und da fehlt mir ein wenig der Hauch Besonderheit, wenn doch der küchenbereich mit dem Ofen schon so viel her macht :)

Ein wirklich toller Laden. Wir bestellen ziemlich oft hier, holen uns das Essen immer selbst ab und es klappt immer alles hervorragend. Egal ob Pizza, Döner oder mal eine Dönerbox - es schmeckt alles sehr lecker und ist auch warm. Die Mitarbeiter sind auch immer alle sehr freundlich.
