Ich möchte meine extreme Unzufriedenheit und Frustration über den schockierenden Service und die respektlose Behandlung, die wir in Ihrem Restaurant erfahren haben, zum Ausdruck bringen. Schon zu Beginn unseres Besuchs fanden wir zwei Haare im Essen meiner Frau. Als wir diesen eklatanten Hygienemangel der Besitzerin des Restaurants ruhig und diskret mitteilten, erhielten wir lediglich eine müde Entschuldigung – ohne jegliches Angebot, das Essen zu ersetzen. Stattdessen brachte man uns nach etwa zehn Minuten ein Eis als "Entschuldigung", obwohl meine Frau nach diesem Vorfall verständlicherweise jeglichen Appetit verloren hatte und keinen Wunsch nach weiterer Nahrung verspürte. Der absolute Tiefpunkt ereignete sich jedoch beim Bezahlen: Zu meinem Entsetzen stellte ich fest, dass der Preis für das zurückgegebene Gericht, in dem sich die Haare befanden, dennoch berechnet wurde. Als ich freundlich Einspruch erhob, reagierte die Besitzerin des Restaurants in einem herablassenden und unverschämten Ton. Sie befahl der Kassiererin, die Kosten für das Essen "einfach zu streichen", bestand jedoch darauf, dass das Eis bezahlt werden müsse. Noch schlimmer, sie ignorierte uns vollständig und verließ uns ohne ein Wort des Abschieds oder einen Hauch von Höflichkeit. Diese demütigende Erfahrung war besonders enttäuschend, da ich an diesem Abend Gäste bewirtete, die ich seit 15 Jahren nicht gesehen hatte. Es versteht sich von selbst, dass ich unter keinen Umständen jemals wieder Ihr Restaurant betreten werde und es jedem dringend davon abrate, dort zu speisen.

The food was really tasty and good. The meat is very tender and juicy. We even got the salad for free. The service was very perfect and courteous. The waiters saw that the wasps were bothering us and quickly lit a fan and something to keep the wasps away. I recommend this restaurant. Would go again and again.

In a kind of park there is a Persian garden pavilion that looks like it comes from another world. A lot of things are improvised, and there may only be two dishes to choose from instead of the dishes on the menu - but these are extremely tasty and served with amazing hospitality. Dear restaurant team, Unfortunately, we were dissatisfied with our experience. First of all, the quality of the food was very disappointing. The dishes were of inferior quality, unappealing in taste and sometimes even inedible. Only one choice of food for a very large celebration like Nowruz is really disappointing. Furthermore, we were extremely disappointed with the way we were treated as guests. It seemed like we were treated like animals instead of as paying customers who wanted to have a pleasant time at your restaurant. In particular, the statements you made at the entrance that we should be happy to have the chance to take part in the Nowruz celebration hurt us deeply and were completely inappropriate. The service and friendliness of the staff also contributed greatly to our negative impression. We were treated rudely and there was a complete lack of professionalism in the service. This further marred the entire experience and made us feel unwelcome. —> We simply threw €49 into the trash can for the Nowruz festival

The main course (Soltani) was okay. It took the team 1 hour to serve the food, which I found quite long. The bread was neither homemade nor freshly prepared. The side dishes were in very tiny quantities. The music was European; Iranian music should also be played in an Iranian restaurant. The variety and quality of the grilled food was impressive. Every piece of meat was cooked to perfection – crispy on the outside and juicy on the inside. The side dishes and sauces complemented the meat harmoniously and rounded off the taste experience. Despite our initial enthusiasm and courageous commitment, the portion was so generous that we ultimately couldn't manage everything. Kudos to the kitchen for its generosity and quality! Service played a big role in making our positive experience. The waiters were not only nice and friendly, but also attentive and efficient, which made the visit even more pleasant. Her recommendations were spot on and helped enrich our culinary adventure. Another advantage of this restaurant is the free parking, which is anything but a given these days. We went for Norouz and paid 59 euros, by far the worst Persian restaurant so far.

I don't usually write reviews but this time I feel annoyed. On Saturday, March 26th, 2024, we were at Mana Restaurant with many friends and family members to celebrate Noruz (the Persian New Year). The Mana Restaurant flyer announced a celebration with live music, an appetizer buffet and free choice from the menu. We were there on time and what an experience we had! First of all, the food was not the main menu at Mana Restaurant, it was just a few items listed on a piece of paper that are usually inexpensive. I usually eat barg or soltani (lamb fillet with rice) but these were not available. For some of our friends, the amount of food was also very small compared to normal. Now about the music: The music wasn't bad, but the singer only sang 2-3 songs at a time and then took a 30 minute break before singing 2-3 songs again. In total we received a meal for €59 which is normally available at this restaurant for €20. We are very disappointed overall and now when I see other comments I realize we are not the only ones.

The restaurant charged people 49 euros for the new rouz. Food and non-alcoholic drinks were included. We had participated from another city for the Nowruz celebration on 21.03.2024. The music and dancer program was good. But unfortunately the management was very poor and the dinner was served at around 11:00 PM and the quality was very poor and the food was chicken rice and the chickens smelled so bad that my family and I could not eat and we came out hungry at that time. I can say that it was awful.

Wir haben das Vaziri und Soltani bestellt und waren wirklich zufrieden mit dem Essen. Das Tschenje war sehr saftig und alles sehr köstlich. Als Verbesserungsvorschlag würde ich empfehlen, den Service zu optimieren. Der Kellner räumte eine Flasche und einen Teller vorzeitig ab, als wir alle noch nicht fertig waren, was den Eindruck erweckte, wir müssten uns beeilen. Auch die Person, die uns die Menüs brachte und am Ende für die Bezahlung zuständig war, könnte freundlicher sein.

Wir waren zum ersten Mal dort, nachdem wir den Laden zufällig entdeckt hatten. Wir wurden sehr positiv überrascht, da das Essen sehr lecker ist und die Atmosphäre sehr schön. Der Service ist ebenfalls sehr gut gewesen und die Mitarbeiter sehr freundlich und aufmerksam!

Sehr gemütliches Restaurant – eine Perle zwischen all den Möbelhäusern und riesigen Geschäften. Das Essen ist authentisch - sagten die Perser, die mit uns dort waren. Für mich war ein Geschmacks-Erlebnis! So viele köstliche Gewürze, die ich noch nicht kannte. Besonders empfehle ich den Reis mit säuerlichen Berberitzen, dazu eine Art Fleischeintopf mit Walnüssen (den Namen konnte ich mir leider nicht merken). Einfach köstlich! Mana, die Wirtin, ist sehr herzlich und gibt gerne Auskunft über Zutaten. Ihr Mann bedient nicht nur die Gäste, sondern singt auch noch persische Hits. Wer kann, singt mit, der Rest tanzt einfach. Super Stimmung zwischen Haupt- und Vorspeise und danach!
