On a busy Saturday night we managed to book in at relatively short notice. The place was humming busily, a d you could tell it was a well run and popular restaurant. QR codes revealed the menu, and we plumped for focaccia with tomato and burrito as a starter (I'm a poet, don't you know it!), which was delicious...some of the best burrata I've ever had...requiring more bread to mop up. Pizza mains were accompanied by a decent Berlin IPA for me, a sarsaparilla for our daughter, and Italian white wine for the missus. My wife cooks a mean pizza, and we were lucky to be sitting next to the oven and prep area, so there was good spectacle watching a well-drilled pair of chefs keeping the hungry patrons fed in double quick time. I ordered the catchily named "Disco Inferno", topped with nduja and a spicy salami, which was pretty pokey. Wife's pizza was margarita with mushrooms and bacon jam, which was v tasty, and daughter had the normal salami. I have to say these were some of the best pizzas we have ever had (and we LIKE pizza!). I left a decent tip, and my wife plugged them for their dough recipe. Highly recommended.

A truly exceptional pizza selection. Every variety I've tried so far has been absolutely delicious. Unfortunately, the service for pickups isn't always great, and you often have to ask several times because they don't let you know when your order is ready.

I don't understand where the good reviews come from?! The pizzas were all bone dry; only one had a little sauce, but all of them definitely had far too little. Compared to other, similar pizza places, this one had much, much less sauce on similar pizzas. Very disappointing… I ordered delivery, and when the pizzas arrived, they were cold, so I had to heat them up in the microwave—plus, some were badly burnt. The sourdough was far too tough and significantly worse than at other pizza places. Overall, a very bad experience; I won't be ordering from here again :(

This is hands down the best neapolitan pizza in Prenzlauer Berg — their sourdough crust is perfect every time. But what truly sets them apart is how kind they are. A relaxed and friendly atmosphere with high-quality food!

Truly delicious pizza! Original Italian flavors. A true dive into Italy. The dessert was also a highlight. The place is crowded and somewhat noisy, but that reflects the Italian experience. I'd happily return.

One of my favorite pizzerias in Berlin. Very, very tasty, unique pizzas with unique toppings and ingredient combinations. The wine is also very good. It's very cozy at the front by the windows, especially in summer; the back, on the other hand, is unfortunately not as aesthetically pleasing, and the acoustics are a bit poor. The staff is always VERY friendly! Overall, a high recommendation!

Super delicious pizza, great service, very fast and attentive. Unfortunately, the QR code for the menu doesn't work, but luckily they still have physical menus. Absolutely recommend it, it's so delicious.

The Pizza here is great! Has a big size, but you don't feel bloated afterwards because they have a pretty "light" dough. Prices are more on the above average side, but given the quality, it's worth it. All in all can recommend!

Awesome pizzeria, I’ve eaten at some of the best pizzerias around the world and this rates with the top.

We had a reservation, and especially during the weekend the waiting line can be long. We were seated quickly and the staff were accommodating about where we wanted to sit. The food is really great, we had Mashroomaniac, Poppy truffle and Salami. The sourdough is fluffy and light and the ingredients fresh. It is a must try.

Delicious, beautiful, very light. Found by chance while walking, the pizza is super good, tasty, flavorful, but light because it has risen perfectly.

We stumbled upon Mamida Berlin by chance – and wow, what a stroke of luck! 😍 Incredibly delicious food, a super relaxed atmosphere, and truly friendly service. You immediately feel welcome, even if you're not from Berlin. Great value for money, and the taste is spot on. I'd go back in a heartbeat!

Pizza is very good! However, it would need more generosity on the ingredients to be perfect. I felt it was just the bare minimum.

Great pizza so we'll keep coming back, although service can be hit and miss, and the inside seating area leaves a lot to be desired (a bit loud and many seats feel like you're just sat in the hallway)

Delicious Neapolitan pizzas, crispy crusts, thin bases, vegan and non-vegan toppings…there's something for everyone. It would also be nice to have a vegan dessert on the menu as standard. The background music could be a little quieter to facilitate conversation at the table.

They only serve pizzas here, and even then, there isn't a huge selection. It was quite loud in the restaurant, and the background music further disrupted conversation.

Super delicious pizza and not as "heavy" as Neapolitan pizza can usually be. There are classic varieties like bufalina, but also some great, creative creations. For example, we had a pizza with zucchini, fior de latte, ricotta, truffle oil, and poppy seeds. Absolutely delicious! The pizzas are large—three of us shared two pizzas and were quite full. The service was friendly and quick.

We had the bacon blues and disco inferno pizzas, and limoncello spritz and raspberry spritz. The drinks were ok, no straws, presentation was not great and taste was just ok. The bacon blues pizza had almost no bacon, we think it’s a joke to call it bacon pizza. Tasted good though. Disco inferno tasted good. In short, wasn’t anything extraordinary.

Avoid if you are not white, the staff is racist. We were waiting outside, got the attention of a waitress while she was taking orders from another client and waited patiently at the entrance. I pointed to a table and she winked, noting that she saw my group and would come right after. Another group who came much later intercepted her as she came our way, and gave away the table I had pointed to straight away. She then came over to us and said we could have a table in the back, and had just given away the table we had supposedly wordlessly agreed on. My family is of mixed origin (not white), and the later group was all white. It is difficult to say anything other than that the staff is racist. We were there first and should have been served first. We were well behaved and patient, the other party just barged in between the tables. There was no reason for her to give them the table when we had already been waiting for it.

A truly great pizzeria! We stumbled upon it by chance and were pleasantly surprised. Super friendly staff, pleasant atmosphere, and the pizzas are a bit unusual but incredibly delicious. Highly recommended. If I ever come back to Berlin, I'll definitely go there again.

Unfortunately disappointing. Charred floor – carcinogenic and tasteless. Tiramisu was boring. No hot drinks. People waiting for a table constantly stared at your plate. To top it all off, the bill was incorrect. Not again...

Delicious pizza with a very thin crust. Unfortunately, we had to sit inside because it was so busy, but that was still OK. Our recommendation: House white wine✌🏼 One star deducted because the toppings were a bit meager. Still recommended 👍🏼

This is such a beautiful restaurant! My wife and I came here for a date and the service was impeccable. We ate the burrata to start, which was delicious, and 2 pizze (disco inferno and bufala bloom) and it was a perfect amount to satisfy our hunger. Everything was perfect, we will definitely come back🫶

The pizza was good. Interesting flavors worth trying. I went for the Bittersweet Symphony — a hint of apple on a pizza was new for me (I’ve had pear before). They also have a good drink selection, from craft beers to natural wines. The only downside: we had to wait an hour for the pizza.

Great food - terrible service. I've been sent away countless times at 9:15 p.m. when the restaurant is open until 10:00 p.m., even though they clearly communicated that they only wanted to eat a pizza for 15-20 minutes.

The food is solid, just what you’d expect from a Neapolitan pizza spot, like the thousand other spots in Berlin. The atmosphere, however, could use some work. It gets so loud that you almost have to shout to have a conversation.

What an incredibly great pizzeria. The pizzas were absolutely delicious. But we were almost even more impressed by the staff. I said I'd share the pizza with our three-year-old. And what happened? The pizza came in two equal portions on two plates :-) They really listen to their customers here. We'll definitely be back! The pizzas are absolutely reasonable, too. See you soon!

The best pizza restaurant. Pizzerias sometimes have too much salt in their dough, but this pizzeria has the best dough. I would go back and I would definitely recommend this place.

Mamida is a great spot for creative and unconventional pizza. They offer some truly unique flavor combinations, one of the most surprising (and yet delicious) I tried featured peanut butter. Their homemade lemonade is also refreshing and highly recommended.

I dined at this lovely local spot when I visited Berlin with friends in September 2023. The food was tasty - i had the Salami Express pizza with green olives as a side. The pizza, in my opinion, was generous in size and portion. The prices were reasonable. The service was good, as were the vibes

While visiting Berlin back in June of 2024, I came to Mamida to rescue me from a terrible tasting brunch I had an hour earlier. I had never had a sourdough pizza before but I know I love pizza and I know I love sourdough. So this was a very ideal meal for me! I ordered the Bacon Blues and a glass of beer to get rid of the terrible taste that had been left in my mouth. The pizza was very good, cooked just right and everything on it was excellent and made my tastebuds cry tears of joy! The staff were so friendly and my meal and beer were great! Thank you Mamida for saving me from sub par food!!

I love this place! The pizza is incredibly delicious, not typical like in other places, but the best thing here is the pizza dough. It is the best I have ever tried.

Of course they have good pizza, but you would not expect that they also have PHANTASTISCHE HOME MADE PEANUT BUTTER ! And lovely service!
