Das Essen war gut und kam auch, bei 6 Personen, zeitgleich an den Tisch. Bei der Bestellung gab es einen kurzen Moment, in dem die Kollegin nicht wusste, dass es Spaghetti mit Pfifferlingen auf der Karte gibt (da in ihrem Buchungssystem Spaghetti con panchetta e finferli steht) und als wir zahlen wollten, hatte keine Bedienung Zeit für uns. Ansonsten gut und ok!

Das Essen war sehr sehr lecker! Tolle Auswahl und frische Zutaten! Leider hat der sehr freundliche Service lange für die Bestellungen gebraucht. Sonst hätten wir sicher noch mehr bestellt.

This was especially unpleasant, as the restaurant was very hot too. A waiter was rarely in sight to even ask for updates on our food. The pasta’s itself were fine, nothing special, as I’m sure you would find a better Italian restaurant in Hamburg. Would not immediately recommend, unless you’re looking for basic food with bad service.

Wir waren mit 16 Personen da,war problemlos möglich. Zur Auswahl gab es die üblichen Speisen und einige interessante Pizzavariationen. Geschmacklich war es ok, die Bedienung bemüht.

Das Gericht Avocado Bruchetta für 11,80 Euro eine Frechheit - Avocado nicht frisch, Bruchetta ohne Biss. Auch der Salat Mini Mista eine Zumutung. Pizza Bianca Caprino für 15,50 Euro sehr spartanisch belegt, Teig in Ordnung aber schwer zu schneiden. Einzig positiv war die freundliche Bedienung Liza-Marie. Aber das allein wird uns dort nicht noch einmal hinziehen.

The pizza was very thin and difficult to enjoy, no free WiFi, service a bit unfriendly, at least the European Championship game was on a large TV. The price was too expensive.

Service very friendly and helpful. When asked by Algerians, they seemed very safe and were able to help. All in all a very good restaurant with reasonable prices.

We came here because almost all dishes are also gluten-free and lactose-free and we found our food very good. The service was also very friendly and the ambience was nice too.

We were in Hamburg for a weekend and spontaneously came to this restaurant. Luckily we got a seat without a reservation and were served very friendly. The food was also great. We had pizza and pasta, both were great. If we are in the area again we would eat there again.

Nettes italienisches Lokal im Herzen von der HH. Wir haben super gegessen. Wenn es voll ist, dann versteht man sein eigenes Wort kaum noch.

We ate there for the first time yesterday. Unfortunately, the store couldn't convince us at all in terms of taste. And we found it extremely expensive for system catering. Drink prices are very exorbitant at €5.50 for 0.4L.

It's enough, it doesn't leave you hungry. There's no need to wait too much....

Good service and food. Seating, especially near the windows, is a bit cramped.

We had dinner there today. It was super tasty, the service is a dream and I can only recommend it to everyone. Price-performance is top. Portions are nice and big, so you feel full and don't feel hungry afterwards. There is a large selection and the food from the neighboring tables also looked very tasty. Care was taken to finish the starter before the main course was brought. We were also asked beforehand whether we would like it that way. So overall 10/10 I'd love to come back :)

First, I like to share that it is kid friendly. Before eating, the children are given a few things to paint. This means that children don't get bored. The quality of the food there is really high. You'll definitely notice it. They're delicious too. We usually order pizza there. I also think the service is really good and quick. I definitely recommend it.

We went there a lot before the pandemic. It was one of our favorite restaurants. Now we were there again at the weekend after a long time. It was Saturday work and it was at most half full. We still stood in the reception area for almost 10 minutes because neither of the two service staff felt responsible. It took some time before someone came to the table. Apparently there is no more bread to bridge the waiting time, which was always special for the children. The children's menu was given to us upon request, with the statement: "I think there is one." submitted later. We got the drinks. The glasses were both dirty with leftovers from the previous guest, so I got new glasses. After ages the food arrived and upon request we were given the cutlery so we could eat. It wasn't until quite late that I noticed with our son that what he was trying to say to Mom, the friend tastes different, tasted completely like dishwashing liquid. So I complained about the children's drinks, especially one. We received free drinks and an apology. The dishwasher was probably broken that day. Unfortunately, that doesn't change our minds and we won't eat there again.

I ordered a Tuna pizza...that wasn't my thing. I think the pizza was a frozen pizza.....that for 16 euros...I don't think it's great and I waited a long time too

Essen war sehr gut, aber leider bekam die Bedienung das nicht mit den Getränken geregelt. Sowohl an unserem Tisch als auch an den Nebentischen wurden falsche nicht bestellte Getränke serviert. Als dann endlich der bestellte Weißwein serviert wurde, war er leider zu warm. Preis-Leistung-Verhältnis war aber insgesamt völlig in Ordnung.

Nice restaurant with classic Italian dishes. Antipasti and pizzas were good, the pasta was a bit too soft and a little seasoning was missing. But overall a cozy dinner after a long day. Unfortunately there are no main courses with fish or meat.

The pizza bianca was very tasty, the pizza Hawaii unfortunately not so much. The rest, such as a salad, a children's pizza and the tomato soup were good. The person is very nice. We didn't have to wait long for the food, the children had their own card with a picture to color. The restaurant is decorated in a very friendly manner, unfortunately the acoustics are not good, it is very busy and reverberant. But we enjoyed it, it's great for families with children and it's very centrally located.

Gemütlich ist anders! Aber mit 11 Personen, darunter 4 Kinder 3-9 Jahre, ein sehr angenehmer Aufenthalt. Kurze Wartezeit und freundlicher Service. Preise für dieses Ambiente gehoben, aber für Hamburg wohl normal. Pizza sehr gut. Auf Nachfrage gab es auch Kinderportionen die nicht auf der Karte standen.

This restaurant is strongly discouraged for those affected by celiac disease! Unfortunately, my gluten-free pizza was definitely not gluten-free, so I became very ill after visiting the restaurant.

We will remember the very tasty food, especially the gluten-free pizza and the freshly topped “Pizza Fina” in various variations!

Very bad food. The pizza was very Think and tasteless. The cremebrulee was likewise and the sugar on top wasnt evne burned.

The food wanst god at all. It ins’t value for money. The pizza was så thin that i dindt ecen thing it was a pizza. They used totillia as the dough. The cabonardas taste wans’t there . Overall really bad food, but a nice location. Disgrace for an italian like me.

Been there again for a long time. Maybe unlucky but doubtful whether I will ever go there again. Caesar salad ordered large for EUR 12.90. A normal large bowl came with chopped lettuce leaves. 1.5 cherry tomatoes and 4 snippets of Grana Padano. Really disappointing at first glance. Then discovered that the croutons were also missing. I then complained and requested dressing, tomatoes and croutons. I think I conveyed that nicely, but in my reaction I almost felt guilty about having to point out the grievance. It has been improved. There were no croutons. Instead, 2 small slices of toasted bread with herbs to cut into small pieces yourself ;-). Man man man. That's why the one star for the food, although price/performance… But what I found most stupid was: No apology. Nothing. I think it doesn't cost any effort and can recapture disappointed customers. But it wasn't in here. A pity. I'm not coming back. But that's probably intentional :-)

Caesar salad ordered = only leaves + 1.5 pieces of cherry tomatoes + not enough dressing + Grana Padano No bread croutons at all Accordingly complained, no apology and only reluctantly received more tomatoes, dressing and toasted bread with herbs to tear up yourself when asked. In short, we won't be coming back.

Unfortunately I can't judge the food and I actually just wanted to have a coffee. We had to leave the shop after 10 minutes because of the musty smell and endure the grim look of the waitress. A smile costs nothing.

A large restaurant, seems very standard. The food was also unspectacular to disappointing. I only had a salad but unfortunately it wasn't fresh. One! Cherry tomatoes in the salad and then soft and overripe, lettuce leaves wilted/brown and sometimes mushy. Little variation. The drink/house soda was very tasty. We only went there because the restaurant we wanted was full and unfortunately there is no more than an alternative option...

We waited to get a table, waited to order, waited for the food for 40 min. Sodas were warm, the pizza tasted like cardboard/dough and wouldn't call it a pizza. Our pasta dish with steak tasted like nothing and the meat was very tough/difficult to chew. When we complained about it, the waiter just ignored us and we had to wait again to be allowed to pay! We left there very disappointed. Will never come again and will not recommend to anyone.

The food isn't bad but it's nothing special either. You can actually cook for yourself at home. The service is a disaster. There were a few things missing from the order. After several inquiries, a waitress arrived. Instead of picking up the things straight away, the orders are taken at 3 other tables. Another 10 minutes later, after the food was cold, the rest of the food came. That was the first and last time I ate here.

Unfortunately, the taste of the food wasn't that good. I had spaghetti with salmon, which had relatively little salmon in it. The waitress didn't even ask us how we found the food and was unfriendly. After I gave her a small tip, she was also direct I left without saying goodbye, I actually wanted to tell her again that the food didn't taste so good. And it actually reminds us of a canteen, we definitely wouldn't go there again.

I like being here. However, it remains system gastronomy and therefore always a little behind others in terms of taste.

Es war wieder sehr lecker, die Bedienung freundlich, allein die Rückenlehne der Sitzmöbel fehlte uns am Abend.

The pizza was topped relatively sparingly, completely different to the pictures in other reviews: Pizza Hawaii with (few) strips of cooked ham and canned pineapple pieces). After we mentioned that, we at least got an espresso “on the house”. Great and thank you for that. The service was very attentive and nice. Modern restaurant, but seems a bit sterile.

I like the friendly, clear and unfussy atmosphere as well as the deliciously prepared food. There is pizza, pasta and various desserts. A large number of them are vegetarian and some are also vegan.

Nice service, very helpful when asked about gluten-free food due to celiac disease. In general, all pizzas, pasta and some other dishes can be prepared gluten-free and after two malignant visits I can say that it is safe. Clear recommendation.

Das Essen war, wie in jeder anderen Filiale von mama trattoria, super - gerade für Leute mit Unverträglichkeiten ist es perfekt. Pizza mit Dinkelboden aus hellem Mehl in Kombination mit veganem Käse und dennoch Salami - das sucht man woanders vergebens. Die Bedienung war mega nett und freundlich. Unsere zwei Söhne (1&6) hatten Bewegungsdrang und erkundschafteten neugierig jeden Gang im Restaurant, was bei allen Gästen augenscheinlich für gute Laune sorgte. Die Bedienung band sich immer mal wieder in das Spiel der beiden mit ein, was dazu führte, dass unser Großer sie nun als 'meine Freundin' betitelt. Wir kommen definitiv wieder.

Man bekommt nicht das, was man bestellt hat. Das Essen gleicht eher Kantinenessen… es ist nichts besonderes. Das Ambiente gleicht auch eher einer Kantine und es ist viel zu laut. Es ist eigentlich ein Abklatscht von Vapiano und auf gar keinen Fall zu empfehlen! Die Preise sind ebenfalls nicht gerechtfertigt!

In entspannter Atmosphäre haben wir hier gut gespeist. Der Service war freundlich, aufmerksam und das Essen kam schnell. Das italienische Ambiente wird durch eine schöne Einrichtung gegeben.

Staff were slow, unprofessional and inattentive. Ordered drinks when we first sat down, only one showed up and refusal to serve tap water. Waited another 30 minutes before the we had to ask for a server to take our order. In context the restaurant was a quarter full and there were six servers all chatting, laughing and taking smoking breaks every 5 minutes. Once the food eventually arrived, the pizza and calzone was undercooked, bland and doughy. The garlic bread proceeded to be cut and shoved into a basket infront of our eyes. Once this whole ordeal was over. The bill was another mission we waited an age for. If you’re hungry just avoid. You will be disappointed otherwise. If staff spent less time messing about and more time concentrating on customer then restaurant might be full!

An Silvester Abend vor Ort gewesen. Die Pizza war sehr lecker! Auch die Nachspeise (Piccolo duo) ist zu empfehlen. Die Angestellten waren sehr zuvorkommend und interessiert. Einzig negative sind die kleinen Hocker, auf Dauer wird das schnell unbequem. Trotzdem sehr empfehlenswert!

Freundliche Mitarbeiter und schön eingerichtet. Leider sind wir bissl untergangen und mussten 20 Minuten warten, bis wir unsere Bestellung aufgeben konnten 🫣 Geschmacklich war es gut

Wunderbar, besonders die Pasta und das Risotto. Wir waren mit sechs Personen da.

Ich muss sagen, sehr zufrieden, das Essen geschmeckt und der Bedienung einfach spitze. Zum entfielen.

Das war leider nichts. Wir haben bei nicht einmal vollem Restaurant um 14 Uhr eine Stunde auf zwei Pizzen und ein Pizzabrot gewartet. Letzteres war dann trocken wie indisches Naanbrot und total langweilig gewürzt. Da haben dann auch die zwei Dips (der dritte war nicht mehr vorrätig) nichts mehr retten können. Die Pizzen waren kaum gewürzt und der Teig war ähnlich wie beim Pizzabrot. Die Bedienung kam nicht einmal vorbei, um auf die lange Wartezeit hinzuweisen, oder nach weiteren Getränkewünschen zu fragen, geschweige denn dafür um Entschuldigung oder Verständnis zu bitten. Ja, es war ein Tag nach Weihnachten und das Restaurant vielleicht noch nicht mit voller Mannschaft am Start. Aber wenn man öffnet, sollte man auch bereit sein. Denn Gäste waren viele da; so viele, dass die Lautstärke eine normale Unterhaltung kaum ermöglichte. Positiv, dass es glutenfreie Alternativen gibt (deswegen sind wir hier eingekehrt). Auch, wenn das Topping unserer glutenfreien Pizza recht langweilig war. Schade!

Leider war extrem viel los, dementsprechend laut und der Service war vermutlich unterbesetzt. Lange Wartezeit für Karte und Getränke. Meine glutenfreie Pizza ist leider später als alle anderen gekommen, da die falsche Pizza gemacht wurde. Leider nicht so wie man sich schön essen gehen vorstellt. Dafür hohe Preise.

Netter Italiener in der Innenstadt.

Waren schon zum zweiten Mal da. Ohne Reservierung direkt einen schönen Tisch am Fenster bekommen. Pizza war wieder sehr lecker und reichhaltig belegt. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder. Vielen Dank und weiter so.

Nicht lecker aber ok keine weiterempfehlen Wir hatten Pasta. Wir waren als paar hier und es war auch leider nicht so ein cooler vibe. Personal war aber freundlich und unsere Gerichte waren schnell da. Leider keine gute Qualität.

Ein schönes Restaurant mit gutem Essen und glutenfreien Alternativen. Viele Nudeln und Pizzen gibt es als glutenfreie Alternativen. Die Pizzen sind definitiv hand gemacht und schmecken super. Das Personal ist auch sehr freundlich. Hier könnte ich definitiv ein weiteres Mal essen gehen.

Sehr gut besuchtes Pizza-Restaurant mit glutenfreier Pizza. Die Pizza war lecker. Das Essen wurde sehr schnell gebracht, das Personal war freundlich und die Speisekarte bot eine große Vielfalt und Variation an Gerichten an.

Trotz vollem Restaurant und ohne Reservierung konnten wir hier ein sehr schönen Abend zu zweit verbringen. 👍
