Super schöne Lage! Sehr sehr gute Spaghetti Bolognese! Service nett. Die Wartezeit auf Getränke und Essen war etwas länger.

Beautiful outside in the evenings at sunset. There are homemade lemonades. The pizza exceptional and very crispy.

In any case, you can eat very well there. The price-performance ratio is very good. And in our case, it's definitely recommended before a visit to the Elbe Philharmonic Hall. There are outdoor seating areas and a green area right outside – from there you also get a great view of the Elphi, as it's so close. We were there at 5 p.m. when the restaurant opened. At that time, there was obviously only one waitress in the restaurant. Accordingly, it took a little longer to order. But everything was fine. A short time later, several employees came over. The main course was very good; the dessert, "Tiramisu," was tasty, but a bit bland and seemed a bit like it had just been taken out of the refrigerator. Next time, I'd go for the warm chocolate cake. Otherwise, everything was top-notch, the service was very friendly, and the price was really good for the location. I would definitely eat there again.

We were there as part of a city stroll and ate some delicious pasta dishes. Unfortunately, the only pizza toppings our three-year-old likes – corn and peppers – were apparently out that day. But otherwise, it was very nice.

We were there yesterday and didn't make a reservation, but got a free table straight away. We ordered pizza (see pictures). This was very tasty and highly recommended. There are also very tasty pasta dishes and pizza bread. Worth a visit if you like Italian food.

Very disappointing. We had to wait a long time for the pizzas we ordered and then they were only lukewarm. The spinach on the pizza was even cold. A whopping €16 for a pizza is simply too expensive. Since we were sitting close to the kitchen, we could see our pizzas sitting on the counter for about 15 minutes. We didn't even dare to speak to the service anymore because we only received annoyed responses. It's a shame because the pizzas actually taste good.

We came here late on a Sunday evening. We had previously discussed eating here and had always shied away from this place due to the rather bright light that is persistent in the whole restaurant. It has definitely got the vibes of an operation theatre. This is not a place for people who hate the „big light“ - neurospicy people might want to consider other options. The food is solid, nothing more than that. It is filling and hot food that arrives fairly quickly. The carbonara is prepared with cream, which is a sacrilege in my opinion. It was really oily. I had the tiramisu as a dessert. It was bland and nothing I would invest calories in again. The Creme brulee was good. Service was friendly. Come here if you want quick food. It’s also a good place for eating with kids. Apart from that, not something I would repeat unless necessary.

Priced just within the range. Spaghetti Bolognese was delicious, as you would expect. Unfortunately, no pizza rolls were served. We then ordered pizza bread and it came in the form of a pizza.

The menu offers a wide variety of options, which is great for everyone’s taste. The portions were generous, and I left feeling very satisfied.

Like Mama's, the food and ambience are typical and good. Which I thought was a bit of a shame, maybe I was there at the wrong moment... lots of tables without guests but not yet cleared away, so there was a longer wait until we were taken care of. During the meal I thought feverishly about the last time I ate something in a restaurant that I didn't like so much, I couldn't think of anything... We will definitely never come to this restaurant again and it is a mystery to me how so many people still eat there.

There's not much to say about the five stars. From the starter to the main course to the espresso, everything was worth 5 stars!

Very nice modern restaurant. We were there spontaneously and received a very friendly welcome. The service staff was very nice and attentive. We were there with two adults and two children, the selection of food was great and there were special offers for the little ones. After a short time we received our drinks and were able to order food. I asked for a recommendation and was given a good suggestion, which I also ordered. The food was very tasty, everyone was satisfied and full. All in all, it was a successful visit and we'll eat there again when we get the chance.

When we entered the restaurant we had to wait without anyone feeling responsible. The dining room seemed untidy; both cutlery and napkins were missing from our table. When we entered, we (three people) were sent to a corner with two individual tables - with the advice that you can push the tables together yourself. We waited 20 minutes for the service to come, nothing. The table next to us was reoccupied and served. I spoke to the waitress and was told twice that someone would be coming soon, but again nothing happened. After 35 minutes of waiting, someone finally came, not exactly friendly, and took our wishes into account. Instead of spagetti I ordered fussili. After what felt like 20 minutes later our food arrived, with spagetti of course. I didn't want to have to change again because of the waiting time. The spaghetti had no seasoning, a few parsley seeds on it and 8 shrimps. Really not good quality in terms of taste. We won't go there again. Maybe you should work on the number and quality of service so that you can do justice to a full shop.

We were guests there as part of a tour of the Speicherstadt. Although we hadn't made a reservation, after a short wait we were assigned a place for 4 people. The offering will bring something to everyone's plate. The only criticism was the waiting time for the food. We waited almost 60 minutes for 3 pizzas and a pasta dish.

Cool location in the port city, huge store with lots of space and cute decor. Staff okay, food unfortunately not that tasty. I took the Bolognese because there was a star next to the dish in the sense of "Guests Favorite", but unfortunately it tasted oversalted and not particularly good. Too bad!

It is a cozy and nice restaurant with delicious dishes. However, the step to the dining room is poorly lit, so I fell. Luckily nothing happened.

I had lunch there with two children and it was just great. The portions are normal and the taste is simply awesome for a suitable price. :-)

Die Mitarbeiter und das Restaurant sind wirklich sehr nett. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und würden auch jederzeit wieder kommen. Ein großer Pluspunkt sind die vielen glutenfreien und vegetarischen Speisen. Das Essen war sehr lecker, besonders die Salate waren frisch und knackig. Nudeln und Pizza konnten ebenfalls überzeugen. Leider war der Service etwas durch den Wind oder es gab Probleme mit dem Bestellsystem - mehrmals mussten wir nachbestellen, weil Getränke vergessen oder nicht übermittelt worden. Auch die Wartezeit auf die Getränke war etwas zu lang. (aufs Essen hingegen war sie vollkommen in Ordnung) Die Reservierung über die App lief auch ohne Probleme. Ich freue mich schon auf das nächste Mal.

Das Essen und der Service waren super. Es hat nur gestört, dass nach dem Besuch die Kleidung sehr nach Essen gerochen hat. Das ist in anderen Restaurants nicht so. Ansonsten alles top

It felt like we were served a frozen pizza. The ingredients seemed to be of lower quality, and the next morning we were proven right as we all got sick from the food. The pizza with pumpkin had some kind of white sauce that tasted similar to the garlic sauce you’d find at a Döner shop. The pasta was very basic and completely lacked flavor. The risotto looked so unappetizing that I’m not sure it should even remain on the menu. Overall, the food was below average, and we wouldn’t come back. However, the service was friendly and quick.

Unfortunately we had to wait 1 hour for our salad and pizza. Then everything came at once. The pizza was then cold. Even though the restaurant was only half full. However, the waiter tried very hard.

Classic Mama Restaurant with famously good food. Got a table without a reservation on Saturday evening. Service very good

The ambience is bright and spacious. The seating in the middle on the stools and benches is uncomfortable, especially for tall people, but you can bear it. The food varies greatly in quality. The pizzas were good and tasteful. The pasta dish was rather moderately seasoned and in Fussili con Pollo the meat was almost black on one side and just barely seared on the other. Parmesan was not provided independently. The minestrone was almost too salty. The biggest disappointment was the dessert. A tiramisu that didn't deserve its name, it had virtually no taste, the consistency was quite unusual, possibly due to the layering and the quantities can vary from half full glass to full glass. All in all, the Tirmisu is not recommended, you have to season the pasta yourself and the pizza is good. Now we come to the biggest points of criticism. It was a Saturday evening and there was no gluten-free pizza available and all but one flavor of ice cream was out. That shouldn't happen and this isn't about fresh food, like fish or similar. Furthermore, the service was quite slow. Maybe they had already had a long day, but then management should reschedule it. A dish was forgotten when ordering. Despite having enough staff and a small number of customers, it takes a while for the order to be taken and delivered. Both the drinks and food took forever to be delivered. We were a group of 6 people and only had our food almost 60 minutes after ordering. It should be noted positively that criticism was received and, as far as possible, implemented directly.

Unfriendly high ten. Despite pre-ordering and only 30% capacity, we queued for almost ten minutes. The staff passed us several times without paying any attention to us. The restaurant also looked pretty dingy. No response even when asked. We then left again because no one felt responsible! Here it was clearly shown that there was no desire and that there was enough money in the till.

Zieht wie Hechtsuppe, Bedienung mässig freundlich, kennt die Speisekarte nicht, erzählt, dass der Insalata zur Pizza kein Salat wäre sondern eine eigene Speise. Dauert ewig bis alles kommt, geschmacklich mittelmäßig maximal. Den Weg kann man sich getrost sparen!

Essen und Bedienung sind super, wenn gleich unser Nachtisch vergessen wurde. Das Licht ist aber viel zu hell, man fühlt sich eher wie in einer Cafeteria, gerade wenn es draußen dunkel ist. Und an den Tischen im Eingangsbereich fühlt man sich wie abgeschoben bzw. auf dem Präsentierteller. Hier könnten Raumteiler oder Pflanzen helfen, den Eingang und die Wartezone für Abholer zu separieren und bessere Stimmung aufkommen zu lassen.

Essen wa teilweise nicht mal lauwarm. Waren schon ein paar mal da aber dieses Mal war das Essen echt nicht gut.

Were there with friends, after entering the restaurant the ambience looked okay, I was there at 5:50 p.m. and ordered food, the food didn't arrive until 7:15 p.m. and I thought that was absolutely not okay, when the food came it was Even worse, it looked like an 8 year old child was standing in the kitchen trying to cook, the meat wasn't even cooked through, the food looked like it had been eaten before, we were really pissed off, I felt like I was being ripped off, never again there.

The food was already cold when it was served. I had to wait 1.5 hours for the food. People were often put off with “in 10 minutes”. In addition, after 45 minutes of waiting, we were informed that the Bolognese had run out. It was very disappointing. Not again.

I don't understand why there is an option to reserve a table when I arrived on time for my reservation and was told to wait. I saw them preparing a table for our group in front of me, we had to wait 15 minutes. About the same amount of time could have been spent waiting without a reservation. Very irresponsible! Also, it is impossible to ask the waiters for anything, I kept hearing "I'll call a colleague". The food was good, but nothing special. The starters lacked spices, it was bland for me. Note that we visited the restaurant on a Friday night at the rush hour, this place definitely has potential!

Das Essen ist sehr weit entfernt vom Italiener. Nudelgerichte zu Salzig und Pizza na ja....Die Mama Kette ist mehr ein Imbiss aber kein Restaurant.

Wir fanden es Mega, dass man bei Lebensmittelunverträglichkeiten hier trotzdem ein leckeres Essen bekommt (Gluten/Laktose). Es ist allerdings dort nichts für ein gemütliches Essen zu zweit, da es dort sehr laut ist. Und was wir sehr schade fanden, war, dass wir unsere Vorspeise zusammen mit dem Hauptgericht bekamen. Es war schon alleine eine Herausforderung auf einem Tisch diese Speisen zu sich zu nehmen.

Essen war sehr lecker und das Personal sehr freundlich . Die Stühle sind sehr unbequem auf Fragen haben wir eine Decke als Polster bekommen. Bitte besorgt Stuhl Kissen.

Das Ambiente ist geschmackvoll, Essen auch gut und wird alles frisch zubereitet. Personal etwas überfordert. Unser Essen kam ewig nicht, statt dessen erhielt dieses ein anderer Gast, die bestellte Suppe passte aber nicht zu dessen Bestellung. Somit ging diese zurück und stand dort ewig herum bis man sich erinnerte,wer das bestellt hat. Leider war diese dann kalt und wurde zurückgegeben. Etwas mehr Aufmerksamkeit dem Gast gegenüber wäre toll. Getränke wurden nur von uns eingefordert. Ist doch auch im Interesse des Gastgebers??

Wir waren sehr zufrieden und kommen auf jeden Fall wieder.

Busy restaurant that's good to go to as a family. The food is good, sometimes surprising and unconventional, the service is very nice and attentive even when the house is full like on the day of our visit. Nevertheless, a little more staff in service would have been good, but it didn't hurt the overall impression.

The location and ambience were great, but there was a very long wait between the drinks and the food. Otherwise all in all very satisfactory. Gladly again :)

The food is terribly bad, both in terms of taste and in its preparation (soggy noodles). Really not recommended at all. Sauce watery and the whole meal tasteless. We came to Mama Trattoria spontaneously and without a reservation on Saturday evening on the way to an event and were happy to get a table. The ambience is bright and modern with a touch of “canteen”. The service welcomed us in a friendly manner, but was then very slow and inconsistently pleasant; Unfortunately, we had to wait over an hour until our food was brought (after repeated requests and after guests who had arrived significantly later had already received their food). Unfortunately, the food itself was nothing more than “okay”. Unfortunately, no real recommendation from us.

The room where you sit is quite large. Because of that it wasn't that comfortable. Otherwise the space was nice. It was clean and everyone was very friendly. The food was fantastic :) Gladly again!

¿Qué puedo decir... El servicio no juega un papel. Los servidores hacen todo lo posible, pero solo pueden trabajar con lo que tienen. La cocina aparentemente no tiene suficiente personal. Calidad de la comida horrible. Dip de aguacate simple no disponible a las 4 pm un domingo. El helado no se puede servir porque la cocina no tiene suficiente personal. A todo le falta el toquecito que lo hace especial. No vale la pena el viaje...

Unfortunately disappointing. Neither the atmosphere nor the service were convincing - inattentive staff, long waiting times and a lack of knowledge of the menu. The food was correct, but the seasoning was boring and the pizzas were average at best. You won't find comfort in bright light either. It's a shame, we can't recommend the trattoria.

We had reserved, which was absolutely necessary. The store was super crowded, which is good for a Saturday evening. But we waited over 1 hour for 1 pizza and 1 pasta dish, and our neighboring table with 3 adults and 1 small child waited almost 1.5 hours. Unfortunately that was really too much and we would have expected an apology and if it was really good even a gesture of apology. Therefore unfortunately only 3 stars. Food was ok and service was also ok. But unfortunately no waiting that long in the system restaurant.

The pizza here was just average and nothing special. The disappointing part of our experience was the handling of an extra charge. We called ahead to ask if it was okay to bring our own cake for a birthday celebration and were told it would cost 10€. Even this seemed a bit much for just serving few more plates, we agreed. However, when we arrived, they unexpectedly raised the fee to 15€, which felt unwelcoming and unfair. This lack of consistency and friendliness left me with a negative impression. I wouldn’t recommend this place.

La comida era buena y relativamente barata. Buena ubicación en Hafencity. Tenían buena variación en el menú con platos vegetarianos. También tenían un menú para niños que es una ventaja. El servicio estaba bien, bastante lento y el personal tenía mucho estrés y difícil de conseguir. El ambiente era algo bueno, los asientos al aire libre estaba bien, pero había gente que fumaba a nuestro lado. Podría haber sido mejor, el lugar estaba bien. Algo recomiendo.

The service was okay, pretty slow and the staff had a lot of stress and hard to get. The atmosphere was okay, the outdoor seating was okay but there was people that smoked beside us. The service is chaotic and overwhelmed. You wait forever to be able to order, and drinks and food also take a long time. Ready meals sometimes sit on the kitchen counter for minutes until they are picked up by the service staff and become cold. The atmosphere is rather uncomfortable - loud, bright spotlights and deep tables that make it uncomfortable to sit at. The pizza was ok, dips tasted bland. Wouldn't go again.

The location is great if you sit outside with a view of the Elphi. But apart from a very good dough, the pizza has very little that is worth eating.
