We were there today, and everything was PERFECT! The staff is very friendly and helpful. The pasta and pizzas are delicious 😍 & the Nutella pizza for dessert is a must-try; it tastes incredible.

We ordered food for delivery through a company. The pizza arrived super quickly and was delicious. Unfortunately, my order had chili on it by mistake – it was delicious – but I could only eat one slice because I can't tolerate it while pregnant. I called the pizzeria, and the service was fantastic. Totally kind and understanding! And they even sent me another pizza without chili, which I'm currently happily eating, and it's also incredibly delicious. Great service and delicious pizza.

Simply Mama Mia, very, very tasty. We ordered the Sucuk pizza with extra hollandaise sauce. Simply mega. Plus the hollandaise broccoli chicken pizza, simply wow. Dazzled by the great reviews and plagued by hunger, I came here specifically and ordered two pizzas to go. Since I lived nearby anyway, it was a good fit. It looked good, and the staff were very friendly and accommodating. But to be honest, I expected more in terms of taste. It was and is only a mediocre pizza. There are one or two frozen pizzas that taste even better. It was bland; despite the tuna and onions, the strong flavor didn't come through. No herbs, I had to ask the kitchen for them. I'm very sorry, but the second Champions Pizza also had the same sad, bland taste. Thank you for your effort.

The pizza wasn't great, but it was okay. The pizza base was a bit bland. The capriciosa salad, however, was unfortunately completely flavorless. Please try your ingredients. The olives, for example, weren't good at all. The atmosphere was actually okay. But a doner kebab would have been much better with the Turkish music, lol. I've been ordering from Mama Mia for a year now and have always been satisfied. Last night I ordered pizza rolls and now I have diarrhea. It can happen because I ordered it before and there was nothing there. And now I order it and I'm having intestinal problems. But what makes me fume the most is the incredibly disrespectful and unprofessional manner of the employee named Melissa who wrote to me: "Who do you think you are and you just want to eat for free again?" She wrote AGAIN because there were problems with the tiramisu and there was free food to make up for it. But that wasn't my thought, that I wanted something for free now. But this rude little one reacted so cheekily and tactlessly that I called the store and the man on the phone didn't even apologize or anything. No understanding at all. Sorry, but not like that. No understanding at all and this girl is anti-social, sorry but there is no other way to say it. I've never experienced anything like this before. I'm speechless.

Today I was at MAMA MIA Steinofen Pizza with my friend, everything was nice. all employees were friendly and nice shop neat and clean.

I ordered a Caprese pizza this evening and when I came to pick it up after 10 minutes, it was already ready😊 The pizza tasted great, good dough and neat toppings! The owner and the employees are also super nice and even gave us cookies and offered a coffee :) Definitely coming back!

I have to say, this visit really impressed me! As soon as we entered the pizzeria we were greeted warmly. The store was squeaky clean, and you could see that attention was paid to details - from the cozy decorations to the little accents on the walls. The service was simply great! Our waiter not only had a super friendly manner, but also knew his way around the menu. He even gave us a few personal recommendations that perfectly suited our tastes. You could tell he was really passionate about his craft. And then the pizza came… oh my god! I had the “Margherita Speciale” and my partner had the “Hollandaise”. The dough was as thin and crispy as I remembered from my last vacation in Rome. The tomato sauce tasted fresh and aromatic, and the mozzarella was just melted perfectly. With every bite I felt like I was transported back to a small trattoria in Italy. At the end we even had a short conversation with the chef. That gave the whole experience a personal touch. Conclusion: This pizzeria is not just a restaurant, but an experience. We feel like part of the family here and will definitely come back. Thank you

Absolutely loved the pizza. We called in advance and ordered 2 pizzas ( Diavolo and Cherry) both were delicious and fresh. When we picked it up the chef asked me if I want it spicy and being an Indian how could I say no - so the extra chilli oil and garlic made the pizza heavenly! Thanks for the conversation and cola!

The pizza is simply a 10/10. I have never had such good pizza in Cologne. Of course there is probably a better pizza at the expensive 5 star Italian restaurant, but here the price/performance ratio is 100%. You can really eat here every weekend. The waitresses were also very kind and accommodating. As a farewell, we were even given panna cotta, which was also very, very tasty. I wish the new pizza shop the greatest success! I will 100% come back.

I have been a loyal customer of Mama Mia Pizzeria for 2 years, but since the change of ownership I have been very disappointed. 😞 The quality of the pizza has noticeably decreased - it tastes bland and carelessly prepared. 🍕 The taste used to be great, but now that certain something is missing. The prices have remained the same, which is not justified given the deteriorated quality. 💸 The positive thing is that delivery continues to be quick, so I give it two stars. 🚚⭐️ Unfortunately, I will no longer be a customer for the time being. It's a shame what this pizzeria has become. 🙁

More like a thick flatbread with too much sauce and too much cheese. Doesn't have much to do with an Italian pizza other than the name of the delivery service. Lean and bland in taste. It is better to make the dough a little thinner and perhaps adjust the dough recipe. Somewhat higher quality ingredients. Then it should work.

When a chef called out the name “Melissa” it was very unfriendly. Didn't take our wishes into account at all, after we asked the young lady about it she said in a not nice tone that it wasn't your problem and that we should order it again and pay extra. Ordered regularly from Mama mia a year ago, now again for a long time. Unfortunately the order didn't arrive after almost 2 hours. After two calls we were promised a new, fresh delivery. The food came lukewarm at most and in contrast to before there were only 4 pizza rolls instead of 9, which were larger but 90% had dough and a bit of salami. In addition, the herb butter we paid for was also forgotten.

To all nervous orderers. We're really working hard here. Live nearby and ate locally. The guys give it their all and are very customer-oriented. The pizza was also really good. Just be more relaxed! You can always complain quickly from the couch!

I ordered online and accidentally gave the wrong name (my girlfriend's name instead of mine). The supplier was unable to deliver the order. When I called an hour later and the restaurant pointed out my completely stupid mistake, they were very courteous and nice. Within ten minutes they prepared my order again and delivered it. Instead of charging me for the mistake, they even added a free drink on top. The pizza and salad were - as always - excellent. We ordered the food online and they forgot the sauce on our pizza rolls, which we ordered twice. Mistakes can happen to anyone, which is why we called and asked that we receive the sauces. We were promised that we would receive it and in the end no one came. First you bring a meal to the customer that is not complete, then you make a promise that you don't keep. Hoping that you could eat the food with the sauce, the food became dry and cold. Never again.
