Ich hatte ein tolles Erlebnis im Ma'Loa Poké Bowl. Das Essen ist immer frisch, lecker und wunderschön angerichtet. Die Mitarbeiter sind freundlich und zuvorkommend und bieten einen exzellenten Kundenservice. Das Restaurant ist sauber und die Atmosphäre angenehm. Ich kann Ma'Loa jedem wärmstens empfehlen, der eine gesunde und schmackhafte Mahlzeit sucht. Weiter so!

Ich hab vor 2 Wochen Dort eine Bowl gegessen und mir eineb Magen-Darm-Infekt eingefangen den ich so noch nie hatte (Campylobacter) und über das Essen übertragen wird. Eigentlich finde ich den Laden sehr nett aber das hat es mir total versagt ich lag 2 Wochen flach inklusive Fieber, würde also niemanden eine Bowl mit Fleisch oder Fisch empfehlen da in der Küche scheinbar ordentlich was schiefläuft

Mittelmäßige, überteuerte Bowls. Ich habe extra Lachs bestellt. Er hat mir den Preisunterschied nicht genannt, aber dann 5 Euro extra für wahrscheinlich 50 g Lachs berechnet, die er sonst weggeworfen hätte. Hätte er wenigstens gefragt, wäre es ja noch einigermaßen verständlich gewesen. Eine peinliche Art, mit Kunden umzugehen. 20 Euro für diese Bowl! 😕

Wunderschöne Gegend, netter Service und gutes Essen

Ich war am Mittwoch da. Ich habe lange nach einer guten Poke Bowl in Berlin gesucht und habe sie hier gefunden. Das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis stimmt. Ich habe für meine Lachs Bowl mit Avocado 13,80€ bezahlt. Die Mitarbeiterin war äußerst freundlich und sogar richtig gut gelaunt, wodurch man sich direkt wohlfühlt. Es gibt drinnen und draußen Sitzplätze und wir saßen draußen. Dort muss man nur mit dem starken Straßenverkehr rechnen, was aber nur leicht gestört hat. Die Bowl hat sehr lecker geschmeckt und war von den Zutaten her frisch. Kartenzahlung war auch möglich. Ich komme gerne wieder!

Mmmh, lecker! Der Obstsalat ist superlecker, so lecker, dass mir das Wasser im Mund zusammenläuft!

Während meines einwöchigen Aufenthalts in Berlin im Juni 2024 habe ich dort gegessen und das Essen war gut. Ich kann es wirklich empfehlen, wenn man etwas Frisches und Nährstoffreiches sucht.

Das Essen ist wirklich gut, und die Bowls sind schön angerichtet und bieten eine vielfältige Auswahl.

Die Bowl mit Kimchi und Koreanischer Soße war vom Geschmack her genial. Allerdings stimmt schon, "bissfest" gekochter Sushireis ist schon bisschen merkwürdig. Der Lachs hätte etwas frischer sein können. Trotzdem gerne wieder, wenn ich wieder in der Gegend bin.

Wir hatten eine mega liebe und süße Bedienung. Selten sind wir so offen und herzlich begrüßt worden. Uns wurde sofort Hilfe angeboten, und wir haben uns super mit ihr verstanden!!! Das Essen ist super frisch und schmeckte auch sehr lecker.

Wow, der Laden ist einfach nur geil😍 wir haben 3 vegane bowls gekauft und alle schmeckten sooo gut! Der Service war so lieb und nett und die Ambiente ist wunderschön. Ich werde definitiv wiederkommen !

Super frische Zutaten und gute Auswahl an Toppings, ich habe mir eine ganz tolle PokeBowl selber zusammengestellt. Die Mango schmeckt mal nach Mango, der Fisch war frisch, gute Avocado, alles bestens! Die Bedienung war sehr freundlich. Schön eingerichteter Laden, leider gehen ja alle lieber zu McDonalds, dabei gibt es hier Qualität und gesunde Frische! Und es gibt Kombucha! Ich kann den Laden nur empfehlen!

Gehe super gerne zu Maloa Poke Bowl, vor allem wegen der Smoothies. Sie sind immer frisch zubereitet, unglaublich lecker und fühlen sich richtig gesund an. Perfekt für einen kleinen Boost zwischendurch.

Die Lachs-Bowl hat mir sehr gut geschmeckt. Der Service war mittelmäßig und die Musik aus der Computeranimation zu laut.

Today, my experience at Ma'loa was absolutely incredible. I loved the food, especially the service. The girl who took my order was very humble and friendly. I loved how calmly she explained everything to me, since it was my first time. A great experience.

My husband and I have been wanting to try this place's bowls for a while. Today we ate there and know it will be the first and last time. The Indian employee kept staring at us as if we were disturbing her and her tone was unfriendly. We were the only customers, yet we waited a long time because she was engaged in a personal conversation. Very unprofessional. They should also consider hiring someone who speaks German. Not everyone speaks English, and in Germany, you should be able to order your food without having to speak a foreign language. When she was finished preparing the food, she called us over, annoyed, to get the bowls. Regarding the food: she skimped on the rice because she said she only had the sushi rice left. The portion was small overall, and we were hungry, so we went nearby for a bite to eat after the disappointing experience. The second employee was nice.

We ordered three rice bowls to our home, and what was missing was the rice. After we called and were told, "Yes, the rice is gone and we can't make any more now," we had to make some ourselves at home. Extremely rude service, and simply leaving out the rice, even though that's Maloa's policy, is completely unacceptable! Not even a refund or a voucher. Nothing.

30€ for the wrong ingredients in my bowl and 1.50€ for two pieces of avocado is a bottomless cheek, how can you be so bold

The food itself was very tasty, but the service left something to be desired. I've been there several times, and the service was very friendly, but she made me wait a long time both times. She was in a private conversation and didn't mind.

Rice was too dry and hard. Ingredients were generally not fresh, especially salmon. Poor seasoning. I've never tried such a bad poke bowl before. For the price of €14.90, the quality is too low. Hopefully, the quality will improve soon. At least I liked the music and decor.

Supper delicious food was very warm in the store they could not make iced tea and had no change

I go to the store quite often. You could almost say I'm a regular customer. Sometimes I'm out and about in Steglitz and don't know where to eat, so I go there. The prices are incredibly expensive for what you get. From today on, however, I won't be visiting the store again. If an employee goes to such an unholy lengths to give me a portion that barely fills my stomach from 12 p.m. to noon, then I don't see any point in going to that store anymore.

A very inviting place to linger, right on Schlossstrasse opposite the Forum. There's always something to see and a friendly, harmonious clientele, as well as conversations. The food is a very good mix of fiber and vitamins. And of course, selenium-rich foods, with a little or more sweetness. My favorite is the delicious mangos with dried bananas. Good seating and a clean atmosphere. And yes, there are always dissatisfied people with too-high expectations. Quote: Doing the same to everyone is an art that no one has mastered.

Unfortunately, it was a huge disappointment. The chips were soggy, the rice and chicken were cold, the falafel was mushy—and the avocado cream turned everything into a mushy mess 🥑. Overall, not recommended.

I was there on the evening of May 29th. The rice was still a pile of dry, overcooked lumps. After complaining to the staff, they just shrugged and said "Sorry." The chicken in the bowl was lukewarm.

Never again. I ate a bowl and felt sick very quickly. When I went to the toilet I didn't know what was worse, the cramps in my stomach or the abnormal toilet. You have to be afraid of catching something when using the toilet. Since visiting this restaurant, I have been lying in bed in severe pain or sitting on my luckily clean toilet for ages. My companion is feeling similarly bad. We're never coming back

I was there today and wanted to eat something. The employee (there was probably only one) saw me when I came in the door. She sat at a table in the restaurant and read. I was looking at the menu and at some point she came running towards me and shouted at me to ring the bell somewhere. I didn't understand what she wanted at all. She just kept telling me very impatiently, loudly and in broken German "SIE MUST KLINGELN!" I turned on my heel and left again. The food there is definitely good, like in other Maloas.

For me it was my first experience with a Hawaiian bowl. I think the idea of ​​choosing your own ingredients is great. All in all, everything tasted delicious

We ordered. For €15.40 I received a falafel bowl without falafel. Plus a nice handful of beetroot nachos that were so old and sticky that they were simply impossible to chew. Contact the company? I've written there twice since the end of November and haven't even received a response. Would NEVER order there again.

We took two ready-made bowls. Since we didn't like some of the ingredients, we were able to swap them out without any problem. Food was very tasty. What we didn't like was that the service only spoke English. Unfortunately we didn't understand everything about the ingredients.

Ordered takeaway here today and have been disappointed by the store several times! The sellers are always alone and every time something has to be filled up and taken out of the cellar for at least 10 minutes. Every time the proportions are different and today was the lowest point when, when I asked, the saleswoman said that the topping was kale and I took it and only realized when I got home that it was coriander and there is nothing I hate more than coriander. For the price and the poor service - you are often not understood at all because the sellers only speak English - definitely only one star. Please work on your skills and pay the waitresses more, they seem super demotivated, sad and don't have a high standard of work.

As a regular customer, I was disappointed that I wasn't allowed to put together my bowl myself via Neotaste this time and instead had to choose a pre-made option, even though there were several ingredients in it that I didn't like. So I didn't buy anything and redeemed the promotion for free. I had to redeem the promotion after the employee asked me to do so before placing my order. The last time I visited through Neotaste it was possible to customize my bowl and the price was the same. It seems inconsistent and it makes no sense that I am not allowed to choose my own ingredients. The employee was also very unfriendly and kept me waiting for a long time. You have definitely lost me as a customer.

Store is supposedly open until 9 p.m. Before 8:40 p.m. in front of a locked door and the employee cleans up inside.
