Ein wirklich tolles kleines Poke-Restaurant. Alles dort war superlecker und frisch, inklusive des Gemüses und des Räucherlachses. Die Preise finde ich absolut fair. Einziger Kritikpunkt: Der Reis im Poke war etwas zu heiß, wodurch auch das Gemüse etwas wärmer war, als es sein sollte. Nicht weiter schlimm, und ich war kurz nach der Öffnung da, vielleicht ändert sich das später noch. Insgesamt aber ein super Laden.

Essen Schmeckt nicht und dafür viel zu teuer und das personal hatte null bock auf uns und hat mich in einer sehr dummen Situation gebracht indem man mich bloßgestellt hatte weil ich nicht wusste was kimchi oder wie das hieß wusste

Ich war jetzt zum zweiten Mal in dieser Filiale und hatte danach einen flauen Magen. Obwohl wir bereits um 11 Uhr morgens dort waren, sahen die Produkte in der Auslage nicht frisch aus und der Algensalat schmeckte, als hätte er einen Stich. Ich bin eigentlich ein großer Fan von Poke Bowls, werde sie hier aber definitiv nicht mehr essen. Wer Bowls in diesem Preissegment mit frischem Gemüse und rohem Fisch anbietet, muss absolut verlässlich auf die Qualität und Frische achten. Der Service war freundlich und aufmerksam.

Leckere Bowle in guter Lage! Besonders die Schaukel am Fenster ist als Sitzplatz zu empfehlen.

Die Proteinmenge ist sehr gering, meiner Meinung nach ist sie den Preis nicht wert.

Schlechtester Service! Wenn ich nachfrage, warum meine Bestellung nicht fertig ist, sagen die indischen Angestellten, ich solle die Bestellung stornieren, und verhalten sich dabei sehr unhöflich. Ich werde wohl in Zukunft kein Essen mehr über Uber Eats bestellen.

Gestern Abend bestellten wir über die Website des Restaurants Essen zur Abholung um 21:00 Uhr (die auf der Website angegebene Zeit, die mit der Schließzeit des Restaurants zusammenfiel, obwohl wir bereits um 20:00 Uhr bestellt hatten). Obwohl die Mitarbeiterin unsere Bestellung noch nicht erhalten hatte und um 20:50 Uhr verständlicherweise gerade mit den Aufräumarbeiten beschäftigt war, packte sie sie trotzdem schnell für uns ein. Wirklich ein tadelloser Service!

Das Essen war hervorragend. Die Speisekarte bietet eine große Auswahl an verschiedenen Pokéball-Varianten (Huhn, Garnele, Thunfisch, vegan – vielleicht habe ich auch einige Kategorien vergessen). Man kann sich dort auch seinen eigenen Pokéball zusammenstellen. Die Preise sind für einen Pokéball üblich (wir haben alle 15 € bezahlt, sogar meine Freunde, die ihren Pokéball selbst gemacht haben).

Das Essen an sich war so semi,es hat nach einer Bowl geschmeckt die auf schnelle Welle Zuhause zubereitet wurde.Der Reis war etwas kernig nicht mein fav Reis und als Salat gab es Rucola wo man wieder sagen muss das es Geschmacksache ist aber ich eher dachte das jetzt ein Eisbergsalat dabei ist.Was ich auch sagen muss ist ich dachte nur Menschen können ein Catfish sein doch ich wurde komplett überzeugt das es auch mit Essen so sein kann.Die Bowl‘s waren absolut nicht Vergleichbar mit den Bildern die auf der Karte angezeigt wurden.Auf den Bildern schauten die Bowl‘s viel größer aus und Soßen waren abgebildet was im Endeffekt dann nicht da war.Es kam auch so rüber das es eher ohne liebe Servier wurde,so hab ich es wahrgenommen.Ich muss auch leider sagen das man sogar teilweise etwas komisch angeschaut wurde wenn du gesagt hast das du etwas nicht auf der Bowl haben möchtest.Toiletten gab es nicht was ich jetzt nicht irrelevant finde aber trotzdem wollte ich es erwähnen.Ambiente war eig ganz gut Es gab Sitzplätze die wie schaukeln aufgebaut waren (nur zwei Plätze) und das war schon echt schön,es war auch schön dekoriert,sehr Grün muss man sagen.Abschließend muss ich dann doch sagen das mich das ganze nicht überzeugt hat,Ich gebe dem ganzen trotzdem zwei Sterne weil es ja trotzdem noch sein Geschmack hatte und man ja natürlich nie weiß was bei dem gegenüberliegenden Menschen gerade los ist .

Ich liebe Maloa für ihre frischen, abwechslungsreichen Poke Bowls! Die Zutaten sind immer knackig und geschmackvoll. Besonders toll finde ich, dass man sich seine Bowl individuell zusammenstellen kann — perfekt, um genau das zu bekommen, worauf man gerade Lust hat. Klare Empfehlung für alle, die auf frische und gesunde Gerichte stehen.

Sehr kleine Lokalität. Wenige Sitzplätze auf engem Raum. Das Personal freundlich und ruhig, man benötigt Zeit bis die Bowl fertig ist.

I have been a long-time customer of Ma'loa, but the last few experiences have forced me to stop getting my poke bowls from this place. The quality has gone down significantly. The protein portions are insufficient, the assembly is messy, and the ingredients are not very fresh. For example, I recently received a bowl with sour-tasting and crushed tomatoes. I advise going elsewhere.

The restaurant was busy. The server was very friendly. We assembled our own poké bowls – they were delicious and fresh! At around €18 per person, they were a bit pricey, but the portions were generous. The smoothies were also tasty, but nothing special. We particularly liked the thoughtful concept and decor – the menus on surfboards and the swings used as chairs were a real highlight. All in all, a lovely, delicious visit with a Hawaiian flair 🏄‍♀️

I generally like MA’LOA and have been to this one only once and found the staff impatient - there were no labels to the food so i asked what was what and the person just impatiently went on the sauce. I felt like i came back with half a bowl instead of the full.

Last night (October 13th), I was at Maloa on Oranienburger Straße in Berlin-Mitte and had a truly wonderful experience. Two employees – a young man and a young woman – were incredibly friendly, attentive, and hard-working. Such great service is rare in Berlin. Kudos to them both! 👏 The food was also excellent; I'll be back 😊

I ordered the Sesame Me Tofu Bowl to go. Unfortunately, it didn't live up to my expectations or the pictures shown here, and the salad has seen better days. Personally, I didn't like it either, and I had a stomach ache afterward, although that's always a personal preference 🤞🏻 The atmosphere was cute and the staff friendly :)

As always, delicious and highly recommended...especially if you're vegan...

I ordered online in advance. My order didn't arrive by the pickup time because it was overlooked, but the employees were so nice and took care of it right away. For the price, I think the size is okay; it could be a bit larger, but it's still within the acceptable range.

It was warm and stuffy in the shop, despite the temperature outside being only 20°C. The service was slow; one of them spoke only English, the other a bit of German. For €15, I could easily go to a restaurant where I get table service. The ingredients all looked fresh.

Due to the lack of German language skills, a proper ordering process was impossible. The entire process of assigning individual ingredients to each dish was flawed. Detailed questions about individual exotic components were impossible in German. The seating and ambiance were minimalist/unappealing. The "Crazy Lime Flavor" ingredient in the "LÃNA'I TUNA BOWL" tasted like dish soap and ruined the entire dish. Conclusion: Overpriced and, as so often, in keeping with the spirit of the times, a misguided attempt to be "hip" without at least being able to offer the basics.

You can put together your own bowls

We stumbled in here by chance and tried three different vegan bowls. The ready-made bowls from the menu are incredibly delicious, large, and varied. The seating area is mostly clean, and the staff were very patient and friendly with us, even though our ordering was a bit chaotic. We'd love to come back next time we're in the area!

I like to order a bowl that I put together myself. It's a bit more difficult to do in person, so I chose one from the menu. It was still very tasty.

Salmon and tomatoes were not fresh, pineapple was tasteless.

I had a food intoxication with (tuna bowl) this evening at 19:45. It's 22:06 now an I still have stomach ache! Shame on you. You ruined my night with my partner! She had stomach ache, too, and we only ate by you tonight. Also, pay a bit more your poor workers, because it can be seen. Shame on you. Terrible, eventually.

The food tasted ok but the price is not worth it and the place did not have AC and the younger girl working here was rude to me when i had hair inside my food. I do not recommend this restaurant at all

The food was below average and the avocados were not ready to eat. On top of that i found a strand of hair in my food and when i told the staff they said “but you already ate most of the food how could you not see” not even a proper apology or they did not offer anything in retun. Not reccommended at all

Very slow. At the same store in Frankfurt, there are only two employees at the counter, and it's always considerably faster. I'm writing this while I've been standing here waiting for 30 minutes (it's still not my turn).

A seventh alternative to escape the monotony of sandwiches and grilled meat... The place is small but with a few seats inside, also offers take-away packages. The price of the poke does not depend on the size but on the number of ingredients you add. You can choose the base (full-bodied) the protein (scarpetta) and the additional gradients (onions, tomatoes) the sauces and finally the topping where you find avocado, wakame etc etc. They also have several proposals for vegetarian or vegan Bowls A good opportunity to eat some vegetables and with a decidedly low price

Friendly staff - super delicious bowls

Some business owners believe that gastronomy is easy. Buy a franchise and rely on employees. But no. Salmon was frozen (literally) avocado was hard as a stone, rice warm/hot (not the way to go on the pokee er bowl). Employee not happy to be there, but I guess it is pretty natural when it is summer outside and no AC in, so it’s even hotter. DON’T COME INSIDE. Let’s not support horrible business

Large portion good flavors good selection

Premium food and huge portions. I was very hungry and could only just finish the meal, so I highly recommend it. Plus, it's healthy.

We go there regularly, even for birthdays, because the food is really good. Yesterday, however, it was different: some ingredients were missing, they served cardboard bowls instead of the beautiful stone bowls, cutlery was only available upon request, and everything was prepared rather carelessly. The bowls usually look really nice, but yesterday everything was just slapped together. It's a real shame. For three people, paying over €60 for carelessly prepared food from cardboard bowls, I think that's a really bad development.

Got food here to go about a week ago and wouldn't recommend. Staff were super nice, friendly and fast but food wasn't very nice. All the ingredients were bland and the salmon was funky.

By 7 p.m., the place was very crowded, so we couldn't get a seat and had to take our bowls to go. There are several options for takeout containers. However, the only cutlery provided is chopsticks—there are no forks or spoons. The food was delicious, but the portions could have been larger for the €11-15 price tag. The salesperson only spoke English.

Actually a really delicious bowl, but when we saw the salmon we had a strange feeling that it was thawed frozen salmon, well after eating the bowl and the salmon we unfortunately didn't feel well, so be careful with the raw fish there Apart from that, I think a bowl for just under €15 is really expensive

I love Maloa for their fresh, varied poke bowls! The ingredients are always crunchy and tasty. I think it's particularly great that you can put together your own bowl - perfect for getting exactly what you're in the mood for. Clear recommendation for anyone who likes fresh and healthy dishes.

I ordered to pickup, the shop looked very cute and the staff member behind the counter seemed very friendly. I got a bowl with tempura shrimp, avocado etc for around 17 euros (which is already pretty expensive). Which would’ve been fine, if there would’ve been more than 4 tiny tempura shrimp on top. Felt a little ripped off. Oh well

I got food poisoning after eating at this place! Very disappointed, because i liked the concept and the food tasted nice, however i had to spend the rest of the afternoon, evening and night in the bathroom. I ate the “Vul’cano Chicken Bowl”, i think the chicken had gone bad. Such a shame!

Recliner service was super fast! Unfortunately, the food quality is really not that good... the avocado was hard and not yet ripe and the cucumber and spinach were mushy. It's a real shame that the fish didn't taste very fresh anymore...

It tasted great. Light vegan food with a wonderful color. The spring rolls were great.

I say “not that much sauce” but so much was poured in that the bowl was more reminiscent of a soup. There was no tea either, although tea boxes were on display.

I was at this Ma’Loa restaurant to eat with my girlfriend last week. First of all, the food was really nice and the restaurant clean. Unfortunately, I overheard a conversation of the man working there and he complained about working with women. He kept saying they work bad and that’s why he doesn’t not like to hire women. How can this be? My girlfriend felt so uncomfortable that we left and finished eating outside. We will never go bag to that store. What an awful worldview in such an openminded city as Berlin.

The food was very tasty, the service deserved a five, but unfortunately my beetroot was forgotten. Not that tragic either, secretly I don't like them that much ;)
