MALOA Poké Bowl in Berlin

Sehr ärgerlich. Schon zum 2. Mal hatte man um 19:30 h keinen Reis als „Base“ mehr. Dann bereitet man mehr vor oder schließt früher. Aber geöffnet bis 20.00 Uhr heißt 20:00 Uhr und nicht 19:30 Uhr. Sehr kundenunfreundlich!

Das Essen war sehr lecker. Die Inneneinrichtung ist modern und passt perfekt zum Flair des Restaurants

⭐⭐⭐⭐☆ Sehr leckere Poké Bowl mit frischen Zutaten und gutem Geschmack. Das Personal war außerdem super freundlich und herzlich, sodass man sich direkt willkommen fühlt. Einen kleinen Punkt ziehe ich nur für die Optik der Bowl ab – sie hätte etwas ansprechender angerichtet sein können. Schade, dass man bei Google keine 4,5 Sterne vergeben kann, denn die Bewertung wäre hier eigentlich passender. Insgesamt aber definitiv eine Empfehlung!

Schöne große Bowl in der Nähe der Museumsinsel. Haben sie to go mitgenommen. Bette Mitarbeiterinnen, auf wünsche wurde eingegangen und die Bowl hat köstlich geschmeckt.

Das Essen ist einfach jedes Mal Mega Lecker. Es gibt draußen weniger Sitzmöglichkeiten aber dafür ist es super ruhig die Gegend und sehr angenehm. Das Ambiente innen ist super und die Mitarbeiter nehmen einen alle super mit durch den Bestellvorgang. Eigentlich gibt es nichts auszusetzen an dem Laden.

Wer proteinreiche, kohlenhydrat- und fettarme Gerichte sucht, wird hier fündig. Besonders gut gefiel mir die Möglichkeit, die Mahlzeit individuell anzupassen. Die Auswahl ist riesig. Absolut empfehlenswert!

bestellt um 18:50, uber eats fahrer wartete 1/2h vor dem Restaurant (es hatte die Anfrage angenommen) … 20:00 war es noch nciht fertig und wurde wohl vergessen, der fahrer ist um 20:15 weg gefahren und wir hatten kein Abendessen und warteten hungrig die ganze Zeit ! Das ist unentschuldbar (zuvor bereits mehrfach solcher Art Probleme gehabt … unprofessionell und nicht kundenfreundlich!)

Wie immer super Lecker und super Frisch! Leider ging es etwas langsam, da gerade jemand angelernt wurde.

Für den Preis bekommt man kaum Fisch, nur Reis. Der Geschmack ist auch nicht besonders gut. Und es gibt keine Toilette.

Große Portionen, tolles Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis und sehr höfliches Personal.

Im Großen und Ganzen ist es ein nettes Lokal, das Essen ist gut und die Leute sind sehr freundlich. Allerdings ist am Wochenende immer nur eine Person am Tresen, was zu riesigen Schlangen führt und man ewig auf sein Essen warten muss. Für so ein Lokal ist das wirklich schade, denn ich habe keine Zeit, 20 Minuten auf meine Bowl zu warten. In solchen Fällen gehe ich einfach woanders hin, und ich bin nicht der Einzige. Es ist wirklich schade, ich verstehe nicht, warum nur eine Person da ist und die Kunden so lange warten müssen. Vielleicht lässt sich das ja ändern.

Ich hatte hier ein tolles Erlebnis. Die Bedienung war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit, das Essen war lecker und sättigend, und die Schaukelstühle am Fenster waren einfach super!

Hervorragendes Essen und außergewöhnlicher Service

Das Essen ist wirklich hervorragend – frisch, lecker und genau das, was man sich zum Mittagessen wünscht. Aber es gibt einen großen Nachteil: Manchmal spielt das Personal Musik über einen tragbaren Lautsprecher, und die ist ehrlich gesagt unerträglich. Sie ist laut, schrill und wirklich nicht das, was man in der Mittagspause hören möchte, wenn einem der Kopf schon schwer ist. Bitte schalten Sie die Musik entweder ganz aus oder stellen Sie sie leiser und wählen Sie etwas Neutraleres. Ansonsten wäre der Laden nahezu perfekt.

The poke bowls are super fresh, perfectly balanced, and really filling without being heavy. The ingredients taste high-quality, and you can tell that they place a lot of emphasis on quality. Plus, the service is friendly and fast – my absolute go-to spot for healthy, delicious food.

The food was okay. Unfortunately, my soup was only lukewarm, and my friend had plastic in her bowl. We pointed this out to the employee, but all they said was "Sorry."

We were there on Sunday evening and received excellent advice from Beatrice. The portion was generous and the price was reasonable. It was absolutely delicious!

Although there was still 10 mins left, they did not accept my order. We already saved from Neotaste. She was unfriendly.

Even though the closing time was 8:00 PM, we arrived 10 minutes early and still weren't served. Then please change your closing time to 7:45 PM.

I had a homemade bowl, and maybe that was a mistake, because I didn't like it that much. At least the vegetables were fresh, though. The staff member was friendly enough.

It's a good place to eat lunch: clean, bright, food was tasty, vegan options. Not a place to go on a date 😄. They were flexible with changing the fixed dishes which you have to apriciate in Germany 😉

We arrived relatively late (around 7:30 p.m.), but it was still no problem getting the bowls we wanted. The price of €13-15 per bowl is justified considering the portion size. We'd be happy to come back :)

It's friendly even to turists. They have english menu in shop so look for it. You can sit outside or inside and waitress was nice and understands english which helped a lot.

My friend and I came for lunch (23 Juli), and sadly both had severe food poisoning (including repeated throwing up) afterwards. We work in a nearby office and mentioned this to a colleague, who replied that he had had experienced the same some weeks earlier. It’s a really nice place and we love the menu, but don’t want to get sick and so sadly won’t come back :-(

A lot of rice for a lot of money, and it doesn't taste good either

We actually just wanted something healthy to eat quickly. What we didn't like: expensive, hair in the food (which clearly wasn't mine), an incredible amount of onions and very little tuna, and an inhospitable atmosphere.

Feeling a bit peckish, I stopped here for something to eat after a long walk through Berlin. Instead of a poke bowl, I chose a frappe/smoothie with protein and fruit. It wasn't a large glass, but it was okay. Not like in the US where the serving size is larger. Also, the smoothie was a bit too cold. But I still enjoyed it because I was thirsty. Not much of a party atmosphere since there were only two of us. But the waitress was nice. That helps.

Absolutely sensational, we were there for lunch so we waited a while for service, but the food was quickly prepared right in front of you. Payment by card only. For three bowls and three drinks 50€, but it's worth it.

The atmosphere of the restaurant is quite sophisticated, even if the terrace is not really that. The service is fast. On the other hand, big penalty on the acai bowl. If it were only the fact that there is a huge amount of acai for an insufficient dose of muesli and coconut for my taste, it would still be okay. But the mango was absolutely inedible with a taste between hydroalcoholic gel and lemon, too bad I spent more time removing the mango than eating my dish. However, I cannot advise you on the other proposals because I have not tasted them.

The bowls are a bit generic and for me personally a bit too expensive for what they contain and how they are made, but it tastes quite good and if I had enough time for lunch I would definitely stop by again.

My partner and I had two great previous experiences dining at the Ma'loa bistro near Charlie Checkpoint. Therefore, we decided to visit this branch, even though we had planned to dine elsewhere. While the food was still excellent, we believe we were served smaller portions. I recall receiving half an avocado in a dish at the other branch, but here I was only given a quarter. In general, there were fewer salad leaves, chicken cubes, and other ingredients. The other branch offered zucchini spaghetti, which was absent here. Despite having rice as the base of our dish, my partner and I were hungry again within two hours.

Extremely expensive for what you get served which is a small spool of tuna…. The rest is just rice and fluff. 20€ for this is ridiculous!

I had the poke bowl, but unfortunately, the sushi rice was too soft for my liking. It was a very different experience compared to the poke bowls I’ve had at Ma’loa Poké in Kreuzberg, where the texture of the rice was much better. I’m not sure if they can standardize the rice quality, but it would definitely improve the overall dish.

After 19.30, they only give take away service. They refuses to serve :(

The bowls are delicious. We ordered chicken vulcan. The bowls are very healthy and enough to fill you up. The ambience is nice and the staff is nice. One star deducted because the bowls are extremely expensive. €14.5 for a bowl! Unfortunately it's not worth it at all.

We were there for dinner and a very friendly employee (short brown hair) served us. The employee was super friendly and fulfilled all of our wishes, the food was super tasty and was a very large portion that definitely filled us up. The restaurant is highly recommended.

Well I had to try it since its located just opposite of my office. the Sushi rice was absolutely tasteless and overcooked. Had the Maui Bowl and a Mineral water for 18.80 Euro. Too high for a business lunch alone. will not come here again. While I was ordering it, a lady came in with her dish and complained it has a spoiled taste...I was brave enough to still go for it...

Very unfortunate. Here for the first time, I made my way here specifically. No more rice and no fish at 6 p.m. That's bad if these are essential parts of the bowl. A pity. Not again.

Ordered there. The tempura shrimp just weren't fried. They were packed completely raw in a cold dough coating into the bowl. Disgusting and dangerous as these shrimp are not intended to be eaten raw.

Incredibly slow. After a considerable wait in line, we had to leave without eating because the lunch break was coming to an end. The waiting time was not due to the rush, but rather to obvious deficiencies in the organization and the individual employees.

For €14.40 I think the amount of salmon in the bowls is really small. You often get a lot more for less money. The overall taste was also just okay.

Super pricy place. They charged me extra for everything, 41 euro for 2 bowls and sodas, this is madness for an office lunch. I asked for avocado, and they gave me a quarter of an avocado for 1,5 euro ..... Not worthy... I gave them 2 stars because the food was fresh and the taste was ok.

If I could rate this zero stars I would. The woman serving is extremely rude and impatient. Avocado was old and stringy - politely asked for a replacement and the woman started to argue. Do not recommend. Do not come here - overpriced, not fresh, rude staff and frankly not worth the visit. Disgraceful behaviour.

AVOID this place. The lady serving was rude and unhelpful. The avocado, which is extra cost, was bitter and brown and when I asked for it to be replaced she took my avocado and tasted it then tasted fresh avocado and said it was the same. I repeated I wanted it changed so she did. As we left the door the man told us to bring our bowls to him and when we declined as we were already out the door and she was so rude we didn’t feel any obligation (and this was not something they had asked before) he followed us down the street and said that if we ever came back we would not be served. SERIOUSLY!! Extremely threatening behaviour and completely unnecessary.
