We were very excited to try this Knafeh place after reading such positive reviews, but unfortunately, it fell short of our expectations. The Knafeh itself was just okay - nothing special and not nearly as good as we were hoping for based on the reviews. In an effort to salvage our visit, we decided to try the ice cream as well. Unfortunately, it was way too sweet and unpleasant to eat. The overpowering sweetness masked any other flavors that might have been there. Overall, this place was a letdown and didn't live up to the hype. We left feeling quite disappointed.

My visit to the Place left me with mixed feelings, as the whole Sonnenalle atmosphere leaves me with the same feeling always. While the sweet treats were delicious, the overall experience was marred by several issues. Firstly, the hygiene standards were below par, which is concerning for a food establishment. Secondly, I observed instances of disrespect towards customers, which created an uncomfortable atmosphere. What was particularly alarming was witnessing workers engaging in heated arguments, even resorting to cursing each other, which is highly unprofessional. Despite the tasty offerings, these shortcomings significantly detracted from the experience. With improvements in hygiene and staff professionalism, Maled Al Konafeh has the potential to earn a higher rating. However, based on my experience, I can only give it a rating of 3 out of 5.

I had a künefe in bread here and it was really delicious! The atmosphere reminded me of Jordan and my friends said the rest of the things were also great!

الكنافة طيبة لكن نرجو العمل اكثر على نظافة الشخصية ونظافة العامة بشكل عام

الأكل ممتاز و النابسلية بتتسخن قدامك و لكن الشب يلي عم يقطع النابلسية غير محترم و لا يرد السلام و معاملة سيئة جدا جدا. و غير ذلك الملابس متسخة بشكل مقرف مع الأسف.

Unglaublich leckere Künefe. Diese wird frisch und lauwarm serviert - auf Wunsch mit Pistazien. Die Portion ist für einen alleine kaum schaffbar. I don’t recommend it at all, the quality of the desert is really bad, it had nothing to do with the tasty real authentic kunafah. If you’re an Arab you would tell that this not a tasty kunafah, if not it would easy to recognize that there is something wrong with it. لا أنصح بهذا المحل للأسف ، الجوده سيئه والمذاق لا يمت بصله للكنافه الأصليه

If you really miss the authentic taste of real Knafeh from the Middle East and Turkey, this place is for you! Not very sweet and cheesy! Don't pass by and if can't eat right now, make it "take away". مع الاسف اخر مرة من يومين اخدنا نابلسية كلها قطر ومدلوقة حاطت ع وشها قريشة وشيء لايذكر قشطة أصابع الست بايتة حلاوة الجبن حاشيها متل القريشة وليس قشطة.. اخي رفعت سعرك كتيير وليش خففت الجودة.. ملاحظة : بكل محل حلو المفروض حسن الاستقبال بضيافة قطعة حلو صغيرة للزبون للأسف حضرتك ماعندك هيك شي .. كان عندي ضيوف سود وشي... تقبل مروري

Die syrische Künefe und Halawet Eljibne sind ein Traum!!Ein sehr kleiner Laden, der wenig anbietet aber dafür sehr 100% das beste vom Besten. Sehr freundliche Mitarbeiter!!!! Wir waren öfter da und kommen gerne aus Hessen wieder. Schön wären paar Sitzmöglichkeiten draußen! Vorallem im Sommer bestimmt super....

لا تستطيع أن تسمي مكان عملك بالملك إن لم تكن كذلك ، و هذا المكان كان لديه من الثقة ما يكفي كي يسمي نفسه (ملك الكنافة) ، و هو بكل جدارة يستحق هذا الوصف . لن أزيد على أصحاب التعليقات السابقة شيئًا سوى أنه أفضل من صنع الحلويات الشرقية على الإطلاق. (ملك الكنافة) تتصدر المشهد كل ما ذكرت برلين أمامي. من أطيب المرات التي تذوقت بها الكنافة على الإطلاق. المعاملة جميلة لطيفة و بشوشة للغاية. و لكم شعرت بخبرته عندما رأيت صورة لصاحب المكان منذ تسعينيات القرن الماضي و هو يعمل في الحلويات في قلب عاصمة الحلويات (دمشق). أوصي بهذا المكان بشدة .
