Magic Pizza Minden in Minden

Also ich wurde Magisch enttäuscht, haben Essen bestellt und müssten mehr als eine stunde auf die Bestellung warten, der Fahrer hat sich verfahren und wir müssten ihn suchen gehen. Das Essen leider sehr labbrig, die Burger waren einfach nur eklig, Pommes waren auch nicht richtig durch also sorry einmal und nie wieder

Wir haben vor etwa einer Woche bei Magic Pizza über Lieferando um 20:48 essen bestellt. Lieferando sagte uns dann, dass das Essen um 22:10 bei uns ankommen sollte. Habe dann als das Essen um 22:25 noch immer nicht bei uns war, bei Magic Pizza angerufen und nachgefragt, ob unser Essen bald kommt. Ans Telefon ging ein Mitarbeiter den das nicht weniger hätte interessieren können, dass seine Kunden auf ihr essen warten (scheint keine seltenheit für ihn zu sein). Er sagte mir dann am telefon "Jaja Fahrer fährt gleich los, ist nur noch die Fahrt. 10-15 Minuten." Habe dann eine weitere halbe Stunde bis 22:50 gewartet, bis ich nochmal und diesmal bereits ziemlich genervt dort angerufen und ein weiteres mal nachgefragt habe wo unser Essen bleibt und dass mir vor einer halben Stunde gesagt wurde, es wäre in 10 bis 15 Minuten hier. Zu den falschen Zeitangaben hat er sich überhaupt nicht geäußert, es kam nur "jaja tut mir leid, heute viel los" und ein halbherziges Wiedergutmachungsangebot von einer Sprite aufs Haus. Hat dann nochmal bis 23:40(!) gedauert, bis das Essen dann bei uns war. Der Fahrer wusste nichts von der Verspätung, das Essen war ok, hat aber nach anderen Dingen geschmeckt, die garnicht in unserer Bestellung enthalten waren beispielsweise eine Wunschpide, die man sich selbst gestalten konnte. Diese war mit Sauce Hollandaise, Brokkoli und Mozzarella, hat aber so sehr nach Pilzen gerochen, dass meine Freundin beim Essen vorsichtig war und trotzdem geguckt hat, ob Pilze dabei sind. Geschmacklich war das Essen ok, aber die Wartezeit und Nerven definitiv nicht wert! Werden hier nie wieder bestellen!

Seit er geöffnet, bestelle ich nur noch bei ihm. Beste Geschmack, beste Lieferant, tolle Team. Lieferung ist immer Pünktlich. Das Essen ist immer frisch. Einfach 10/10 Dankeschön!!!!❤️😘

Absolut enttäuschende und ärgerliche Erfahrung! Wir haben 15 Pizzen für über 160 € bestellt und direkt per PayPal bezahlt. Von Anfang an hieß es, die Lieferung dauert etwa 2 Stunden. Am Ende haben wir jedoch von 20:00 bis 24:00 Uhr, also ganze 4 Stunden, auf unser Essen gewartet! Nach 2,5 Stunden haben wir selbst nachgefragt – uns wurde gesagt, es sei „gleich soweit“. Danach folgten immer neue Ausreden: Nach 3 Stunden plötzlich ein angeblicher Stromausfall und dass erst die Hälfte fertig sei. Nach 3,5 Stunden sollte der Fahrer dann „unterwegs“ sein. Besonders dreist: Man hatte die ganze Zeit das Gefühl, hingehalten und angelogen zu werden. Es wurde sich kein einziges Mal von selbst gemeldet, um Bescheid zu geben, dass es länger dauert – wir mussten jedes Mal hinterhertelefonieren. Als das Essen dann endlich kam, war es einfach nur eine Katastrophe: Die Pizza war labbrig und geschmacklich höchstens „naja“, dazu auch noch kalt und insgesamt absolut nicht genießbar. So ein unzuverlässiger und unseriöser Service ist wirklich nicht akzeptabel – vor allem bei so einem Bestellwert. Schlechte Kommunikation, widersprüchliche Aussagen und am Ende miserable Qualität. Definitiv das erste und letzte Mal. Nie wieder!

Despite ordering with a specific time, the pizzas arrived half an hour late. They were lukewarm and some were burnt.

I think: ONLY Italians should cook Italian food! ☝️ The spaghetti carbonara I ordered was so overcooked that you couldn't even twirl it on a fork, let alone pick it up. The carbonara sauce was a carelessly thrown-together concoction of cream and a few slices of cooked ham. I ate it out of sheer hunger. The salami pizza rolls took the bad taste out of the pasta. Thank goodness!!! Absolutely not recommended!!! Furthermore, I ordered online. Don't bother writing anything in the "Remarks" section; nobody reads it anyway. I explicitly stated where I could be found, but I still received a call saying the driver was outside and didn't know where to deliver. That's pathetic!

A really delicious restaurant, the pizzas are really good and not at all overloaded with oil, I will definitely come back, I can highly recommend it 🫶🏼🫶🏼🫶🏼

Now that I know the owner has changed, it all makes sense! Waiting time was easily 2 hours. Taste-wise, it was a complete disaster.

What can I say… I'm starting the year 2026 with a looming case of food poisoning. At least, that's what the food tasted like. After the food arrived almost two hours late, and the delivery guy then delivered the wrong thing (which looked just as awful), he came back after a phone call to exchange it. At that point, I started wondering which would have been the lesser of two evils. My fries tasted like old frying oil, and the burger was equally disgusting. Not to mention the pizza and pasta. The only tasty thing about the order was probably the packet of mayo. From that point on, I'd rather just go hungry.

Ordering was a disaster. The pizzas weren't magic, the fries were rotten and full of water, the pasta looked disgusting, and the burger looked better if a four-year-old worked at McDonald's.

I ordered a pizza there again. I can't comment on the taste. But unfortunately, I didn't get the size I paid for! I paid for a 32cm pizza, but only received a 27cm one... Sorry, but that's unacceptable and clearly a defect. If it had just been 1-2 cm too small, as is often the case, I wouldn't have left a review. But this was definitely too small.

Ordered at 6 PM, delivery time according to Lieferando was 50 minutes. Arrived cold after almost two hours. Distance to the pizzeria according to Google: 750 meters.

How can you possibly cut a round family-sized pizza into square slices? And the dough was extremely thin – almost papery. A bit more base would have been much better.

We ordered for the first time today. First we waited two hours for the food and then the sweet potato fries were completely soaked with fat, which means they had definitely been put in the fryer three times and the regular fries were also really soggy. The pide with tuna, broccoli and hollandaise sauce was completely dry and, above all, everything we ordered in terms of pizza and pide was seasoned with herbs de Provençale and that doesn't go with pizza or pide at all!!!!! Please rethink this and don't deliver such food to people. You pay a lot of money for it and in the end it's just food and money wasted. Unfortunately, only 2 stars for that, the chili cheese nuggets were awesome.

Small pizza delivery service. It's not a restaurant, so the rating criteria don't really apply here. That's why I'm giving it 5 stars for ambience; otherwise, the rating would be distorted. The ambiance simply doesn't apply here. Now to the point: we ordered in and took the pizza to go. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. We received a free drink while we waited. The pizza was prepared in front of us with fresh ingredients and tasted delicious. It took a bit longer, but the wait was worth it. The prices are also very reasonable, especially for the quality. Classic pizzas like the Margarita, Salami, Funghi, Tonno, etc. are available for just 9.90. We will definitely order from here again; fortunately, they also deliver to Porta.

Unfortunately, they seem to have forgotten the order or weren't well-organized. We had to wait 1.5 hours for the pizza. The order was supposed to take only 30 minutes, and after a call to find out where the order was, they promised it was already on its way. But that couldn't have been true, given the short delivery time. We expected more from the pizza; it tasted okay, but not my taste.

In my opinion, this is the best pizzeria in all of Minden-Lübbecke. The place has a wide selection: burgers, pizza, and pasta. I've tried many different dishes, and so far, they've all been a 10/10. Plus, the owner is very friendly and welcoming. And almost every order comes with a little something extra (a drink, sauce, etc.). This place definitely deserves a visit and I highly recommend it.

We ordered pizza with breadsticks and dip. The pizza and breadsticks arrived... but the dip was missing. The driver said he'd bring it later. After an hour, we were still sitting there disappointed, with cold breadsticks and no dip. When we called the restaurant, they said there was nothing they could do.

So far, the best pizza delivery service in Minden! The pizzas have always been delicious! They also helped us very quickly with a small issue. We were able to order on New Year's Day even though MP was closed; there was probably a glitch in the external app. I then called yesterday during regular business hours; the gentleman on the phone was extremely friendly and had already taken care of the problem. When I ordered via Lieferando, the restaurant confirmed delivery at 7:00 p.m./7:10 p.m. After 40 minutes late I call where the food is? The gentleman on the phone was super unfriendly! He also threw out lies that we had placed the order incorrectly. Over 140 minutes waiting time! Pure disappointment! No apology from the restaurant nothing… Pizza cold, delivery faulty! Doesn't work at all...

We came here spontaneously, were just in the area, didn't expect anything, and were pleasantly surprised! Pizza was very tasty, the base was very good, not flimsy, and very nice people! Absolute recommendation!

Over an hour ago I called and asked where the order was and was told "we'll finish it now and then it'll go out". 1 hour after the pre-ordered delivery time. Now we're almost at 2.5 hours. That's it for now. Update: The pizza didn't come at all. Without information. Payment was made via Paypal, I complained about payment. I hope this has consequences.

I live right around the corner and ordered takeaway pizza for the second time today for the children, wife and I. Since I have been making pizza for over 15 years, whether at a snack bar or straight from the stone or in the stone oven in the garden, I can only say a big compliment to my old friend from school and football who owns the pizzeria. Dough super crispy, thin, beautifully baked from the stone. Everything is super fresh and the pizza chef and his dad at the oven fulfill every wish. People and if the pizza takes longer, it's not a problem because they make every pizza freshly baked from the stone and not the thick sheet pizza that you know from several pizza delivery services. So thank you again.
