Great restaurant. Something for everyone. Super friendly staff. I'll definitely come back whenever I'm in Minden.

We waited 50 minutes for overcooked "fine" frozen vegetables. The pork medallion was so overcooked I felt sorry for the poor animal. The Béarnaise sauce was the worst I've ever had and tasted very much like ready-made food. My husband's rösti tasted like pulled pork from three weeks ago that had been reheated and was also inedible. The only positive thing was the waitress, who seemed genuinely sorry and only charged us half price. We won't be coming back and wouldn't recommend it to anyone.

I haven't eaten this well in a long time... The sauces, the meat, the service, the atmosphere... everything is just perfect! 👍🏻

If you enjoy delicious, good, and fresh food, this is the place for you. The menu and products are fantastic. I particularly like the fact that many dishes are available in smaller portions! Friendly staff. A bit shaggy, but still good! We'd be happy to go back!

Friendly service, a wide selection of food and drinks, a great atmosphere, and good value for money.

Unfortunately, I can't recommend it. The wait time was stated to be 45 minutes, but we actually had to wait 1.25 hours, and that was with small children. Then we ordered hollandaise. It came cold at first, but then it took so long to heat up that we were already finished. So, given the value for money, I'd say I won't order it again!

The selection of dishes is very diverse. A cozy, quaint atmosphere. Reservations are recommended. Opening hours could be longer.

This time, we had the summer bowl, a delicious vegetarian option with a mango dip. It was plenty, even for a meat-eater like me. I found it really tasty, especially because of the fruity flavor. And the service was very friendly. I definitely recommend it; the ambiance could be a bit better in one or two places.

Very nice beer garden. The staff was quite quick, friendly, and attentive. Prices were average. The food was very well presented and delicious. One criticism, given the price: is this really a ready-made schnitzel? Not even a nice homemade schnitzel? Does it really have to be factory-made schnitzel with breading? A shame.

Very good and generous, hearty portions. It's much bigger inside than it appears from the outside. The beer garden is okay, but everything inside is top-notch. There's even a playroom for the kids, who can't sit still at the table these days.

I'd easily give it one more star for the service, but five is the end of the line. Great restaurant, our food was very good, very large portions, too much for me, which I particularly liked. The service notices when the glasses are getting empty and asks if you want anything else. Where else do you find that? Six stars for that. We were in Minden by boat, about a 20-minute walk away, so it's easily accessible. Dogs are allowed, which is also worth mentioning, so another thumbs up for that. The ambiance is also very nice, inviting you to linger.

A lovely restaurant for families with children and groups. There's a playroom with plenty of toys for the little ones. Our little dog was even allowed to join us. The menu consists primarily of traditional, home-style cooking with seasonal dishes. The Knolle doesn't even claim to be a Michelin-starred restaurant. Nevertheless, it gets five stars because the food was delicious, we and our family felt completely at home, and the service was excellent.

I chose dish number 83 on the menu. Almost €26.00. Mindener Pfanne or something like that. The pork medallions were absolutely terrible, overcooked. The chef had also pounded them flat. A no-go for pork medallions. Instead of three as described on the menu, I only found two on my plate. The fried potatoes were mushy and very salty. The waiters (the ladies) were very friendly and the atmosphere was very good. Very cozy. The waiter greeted each guest with: GOOD MORNING. We were there at 6 p.m. It was probably meant to be funny, but I found it rather odd. Not in keeping with the restaurant.

We discovered this tuber spontaneously after a doctor's visit! A small family in front of us asked for a free table and were reminded to always make a reservation first! This happened to us too; we're not from Minden and didn't know the restaurant, but there are other ways to do things. It just left a bad aftertaste. Too bad, first impressions are always the most important! Quaint shop with a lovely beer garden. For starters, my wife and I shared the potato pancakes with salmon. >Very nicely presented and very tasty< Next up was spit roast for the gentleman. Too bad about the fried potatoes, my annoying problem. Why are they called fried potatoes, not fried, hardly any seasoning! The roast was nice and juicy. My wife had potato casserole. >There are two sizes to choose from! Take the smaller one, the other is much too big (you can take the rest with you). It tasted good!

Despite making a reservation, I got a children's table in the middle, so the service deducted. The potato pancakes were soggy and greasy. The casserole was difficult for the body to process. The salmon was dry and bland. The side salad was truly delicious, and the service at the table was excellent.

Despite the very warm weather, I only went to the beer garden and drank a cold Barre Pils. It was a bit too warm for dinner today, but I'll make up for that later. "Die Knolle" is tastefully and comfortably decorated. I've eaten at "Die Knolle" several times and have never been disappointed. However, today was my first time in the beer garden.

Here you'll find solid, home-cooked food at reasonable prices. Drinks are relatively expensive, just like everywhere else these days. We came here for lunch on a Sunday and managed to get a table without a reservation, even though the restaurant was busy. The service was friendly and attentive. Unfortunately, we had to wait almost an hour for the food, but it tasted good.

The Knelle is truly recommended. There's a reason why so many guests come here. When it's busy, you have to be prepared for the rush. The kitchen is running at full speed. Therefore, everything is fresh and delicious.

You definitely have to visit this restaurant if you want to eat in Minden. A very nice, friendly and attentive service staff always served us with a smile. The ambience was very rustic...everything was made of wood and well maintained. There is also a small, quiet beer garden in the courtyard.

I like to eat at the Knolle, it's super tasty, unfortunately a lot of other people know this too and the only thing that sometimes stops me from booking there is the long wait for the food. The service is very good and ensures that the waiting time is shortened. Anyone who likes it rustic will love it.

Was here for the first time this evening with work colleagues. Food very tasty and also a lot of choice of vegetarian options. The service was very friendly, although perhaps a little more staff would have been good - it always took quite a long time until the next drink order was taken. I can't recommend the baked potato with herb sour cream for the price. The potatoes were already old and reheated, and they didn't taste good at all. The herb sour cream and salad, on the other hand, were good. The fried potatoes were very black in places.

The food is thrown together quite carelessly. Expect quite long waiting times for service. The ambience needs a refresh - some chairs almost collapse on their own.

Anyone who comes to eat spare ribs is in the wrong place! The meat is tough as a rock and not well seasoned. You can bring as much as you want, but it's not worth it. The court pharmacy in Bückeburg is MUCH tastier. They know something about ribs!

Once again I drove over 40 km to eat dinner in die Knolle. I like this place, the meals are always fresh and plentiful. The service was wonderful. It is worth remembering to book in advance, especially for the weekend. The only minus is the lack of parking.

Unfortunately we visited this restaurant on a birthday that was ruined for us. We didn't like the cuisine because the meat was ice cold, the small portion of ribs came without salad and the taste was a lover's. But the service was even worse. A few potatoes fell on my mother's head. Long waiting time. There was an item on the bill that wasn't brought to us. And it is very sad to see that there is still racism among people...... Therefore, I advise all foreigners to avoid this place unless you want to get a dose of vindication at a huge price.

Spare ribs. I had to use all my strength to pluck the meat from the bone. tough and basically inedible. Selling something like that is a disgrace. Meat products are not recommended anyway. The convenience potato products are okay. The fish plate with "butterfly scampi" is a bad joke, as it is forbidden by law to sell shrimp as scampi. Instead of real scampi (land lobster), there are cheap, battered prawns on the plate, like the ones I get frozen from Costa. Service is OK.

On a Tuesday night we went with a large group to the Knolle. The Knolle is a typical “German Wirtshaus” restaurant. Local beer and German food such as Schnitzel and hearty food in general dominate the menu. The beer and wine is highly recommended as well. The portion size is very good, you can easily feed even hungry teenagers here. An also the taste is brilliant. I can’t wait to visit this place in the future.

Steak not recommended. Neither are spareribs. The fish plate was a joke for the price. Especially since the menu says scampi, but it's just shrimp. Writing something like that on the card is prohibited by law. Only real Norway lobster may be sold as scampi. The baking tubers taste good. However, the card is far too big, so it's much more convenient. You can eat there for various dishes. However, most of it is only intended to fill you up. Restaurant chains. The dressing on the side salad is really good. Potato products are okay to good. Unfortunately, meat and fish are a failure three times over now.

The quality of the food does not match the prices. Apparently my chicken was warmed up in the microwave and you couldn't skewer it with a fork. I had a sweet potato chicken bowl. The sweet potato cubes were also partly banned. Ah yes, we still had to wait over an hour for all of this.

We were in the area for further training and tried Knolle Minden based on a recommendation - and it was absolutely worth it! Today we had enough ribs, and the ribs were simply perfect: super tender, deliciously seasoned and really well prepared. The service was quick and very attentive, we never had to wait long. A special compliment to our waitress Inga, who rounded off the evening with her friendly and warm manner. Thank you for the great recommendation – we’ll be happy to come back when we’re on campus!

Finally a truly family-friendly restaurant where children are not only tolerated, but welcome (playroom, free drink for our 2-year-old daughter). We received a warm welcome and, despite being busy, drinks and food arrived quickly. The quality was good and the price was fair. We can definitely recommend the restaurant!

Rustic, that's how the tuber is. The food, good home-style, tasty, but don't expect anything extraordinary. It tastes good and the staff is super nice. That's the main thing. If you don't know where to eat...you can't go wrong with the tuber.

I've been to the Knolle several times for celebrations. The Seoses are all solid, there is something for every taste and every budget. The portions will definitely fill you up. The service is always friendly and attentive. So far we have always been there with around 20 guests. The food came to the table almost at the same time - not every restaurant can do that. The furnishings are rustic without seeming “old”. The outdoor area is also really cozy. I like coming here to eat.

The menu is extensive and good, you don't get many variations in other restaurants. Unfortunately, everything was fried very dark to black, but you could still eat it. The service is nice but sometimes forgets to hand over the appetizers or cutlery or hand over the plates in the shorter way and as you would expect. But as a guest you are flexible.

I ate delicious food in the tuber today. I came up with the idea spontaneously. You will be warmly welcomed. (without reservation) I had half a tuber of Lady style and half a tuber of Flammkuchen style. The food is delicious and, above all, the service is very, very nice and courteous! Yes, I can recommend this place. The only problem is the parking spaces. You can park opposite the church, otherwise at Klausenwall. You just have to take a few steps. The price to performance ratio fits. The atmosphere was also pleasant. The staff was very relaxed and nice.

We cannot recommend this restaurant at all, even though the shop was busy. Rustic atmosphere which had many dingy, dusty areas throughout. The food itself had no taste, the “tubers” were overcooked and completely mushy. The accompanying salad was a selection of various ready-made bucket salads, which only had freshness from the garnish on top. The schnitzel we ordered could not be recognized at all due to a greasy layer of onions on the plate.

Highly recommended. There were two of us there and we were warmly welcomed and the service was excellent. The portions are more than generous and are served hot. I had a small portion and was happy about it because I couldn't finish it all myself. At our neighboring table there was a larger group of around 20 people who were all served their food at the same time. The price-performance ratio is also absolutely fair and the waitresses are very courteous and friendly. There is even a small games room for the children. If we're in the area again, we'll be happy to come back

Great quaint restaurant. A total of 15 people were guests for professional reasons. Everyone was very satisfied. The service was very nice and accommodating. Despite the quantity, the food came very quickly and tasted fantastic. As soon as we are guests in Minden again, the tuber is a must!

Were there yesterday and I have to say it was really good, the conditions were friendly and our two schnitzels, I had a cordon bleu and my father had a schnitzel with champion cream sauce were really tasty, the inside of the restaurant is really nicely designed, we would like to come back :)
