Great..just go there and judge for yourself..really thought it was great

Today I was in Minden in the Italian basement restaurant "L.A.basta-pizza e pasta", it is located on Obermarktstrasse (on the market side). The restaurant is tastefully and comfortably furnished. I ate Italian stuffed beef roulades in a dark gravy Montepulciano, with potato gratin and a salad with balsamic vinegar. I really enjoyed the food. The waiter and waitress were very friendly and attentive. I can highly recommend the restaurant L.A.basta-pizza e pasta.🙏🙏💕 💕Now something unessential :The dishes in the menu are written very small, I took a photo of the menu and then enlarged the font because I didn't have a reading card with me, maybe you can enlarge the font a little when printing the next menu.

The food is simply delicious, especially the stone oven pizza and the homemade pasta, made only from fresh ingredients. You can taste the quality in every bite! The ambience is warm and inviting, ideal for a relaxed evening for two or a cozy meal with friends and family. The atmosphere feels like a mini vacation in Italy. The service also deserves high praise - the staff is very friendly, attentive and has excellent knowledge of the dishes and wines. Every visit here is simply an all-round successful experience. I can highly recommend La Basta to anyone who loves Italian cuisine and wants to treat themselves to a break from everyday life. An absolute insider tip in Minden!

Unfortunately, I was extremely disappointed with L.A. Basta. The prices are absolutely exorbitant (pizza tuna with jalapeno for €27) and what you get for it is simply not worth it. For what is charged, I expect a much higher quality, but the pizza was a total disappointment in terms of taste. On top of that, I had to go to the bathroom several times after eating, which made my experience even worse. What particularly bothered me is the fact that L.A. basta advertises with photos of celebrities to justify their prices. But the food itself is absolutely not worth this high price. This marketing strategy is deceptive and leaves a bitter aftertaste. My recommendation: Save your money and look for another pizzeria that offers better quality at reasonable prices. I definitely won't be coming back. All joking aside, it's better to order a pizza from the Dönermann, the pizzas definitely taste better there

Very tasty dishes, with fresh ingredients and clever execution. The ambience was also convincing, but the service was completely overwhelmed. After the starter it took almost an hour and two requests for the main course to arrive. The prices are okay for the quality, but communication and service are subpar.

The pizza was okay and tasty. The prices are absolutely outrageous! In the end it remains a pizza or pasta that doesn't cost any money to produce. €23 or more for pizza or pasta is completely excessive. And charging €7 for a normal glass of homemade lemonade, which ended up being just water with too much syrup poured on, is a rip-off.

Pretty average pasta, I was told my first choice wasn't available and tried the arabiatta which was just a tomato sauce. Maybe the pizzas are better! Staff were nice though and service was fine.

Sehr freundlicher Service, der Gruß aus der Küche war sehr lecker. Die Pizza haben wir uns geteilt, weil wir keinen großen Hunger hatten. Die Pizza war sehr groß und hatte keinen Rand! Endlich mal keine 08/15 Pizza. Vom Geschmack her war sie unglaublich gut! Nun zur Einrichtung die sehr kreativ und Geschmackvoll war. Auch die Toilette war sehr sauber und vom Stil her sehr ansprechend. Wir würden jeder Zeit wieder dort essen. Danke für den netten Abend.

The price is a bit high, the service is friendly and the location is very central in Minden city center. I personally don't like the interior design, it's very cluttered and a lot of styles are mixed into one. The space offers a lot of potential for beautiful design... Still a recommendation!

Die Location ist nett, aber Preis-Leistung stimmt nicht. Eine Carbonara die ohne Eigelb ( es war eine helle Sosse, die Nicht gelb war und auch keinen Parmesan enthielt)!serviert wurde kostet dann einmal mit € 21,00 sicher €4,00 - €5,.00 zu viel! Die Pizzen sind mächtig und speziell (mit Kartoffeln und Sauce Hollandaise oder mit Rindfleisch und Hoisin Sauce, aber das ist Geschmackssache! Nur der Pizzaboden ist zu dick und dann nicht knusprig! Man hat es dort einmal probiert, man muss allerdings nicht noch einmal hin! Schade!!

4.20 for a cappuccino from Melitta I have catering experience, service was nice. But calling this stuff cappuccino is a joke. Unfortunately the complaint was not addressed!

We visited this restaurant after a day trip and sat outside. You have to put up with the cushions on the wooden chairs and the tables on a slope. The carpaccio with “air-dried beef” didn’t get any better because it was topped with a thick ball of mozzarella and lots of pesto. The Quattro Formaggi pizza was okay, but not for €23. The pasta was very little, not hot and actually just spicy for an all arrabiata, but tasteless. At a restaurant with these prices, you actually expect good to very good service. This needs to be reworked urgently. All in all, a dinner that was definitely not worth its €80. A pity.

Pizzen für bis zu 26 € sind (selbst) für Minden zu hoch gegriffen, zumal die Scampi jämmerlich belegt ist. Da ist der sehr freundliche und aufmerksame Service auch keine Rettung mehr - schade !

A nice restaurant with a great atmosphere. The food was OK, but unfortunately nothing more. We had spaghetti bolognese and it lacked flavor and definitely salt in the food. At €21 for a few noodles I would have expected more.

Nice atmosphere, very nice service. Unfortunately the price-performance ratio was not right. 19€ for Pasta Aglio e Olio? The pasta alla arrabiata for €19 was completely tasteless. We've also had better mixed starters, although the dips with them were very good. The spinach ravioli were very tasty. Conclusion: If I spend a lot of money, I have to be sure that the quality of all the food is right.

We tried something new and were pleasantly surprised. Cool location, delicious large pizza, cheese platter, tiramisu and very good wine. We'll definitely be back!

We were at Labasta yesterday on a wonderful evening and were simply surprised by everything - great service, incredibly great ambience with live music and the food was absolutely outstanding! We definitely come back more often and absolutely recommend it!

Disco music too loud. There is a loudspeaker in the restaurant directly above the tables. Waiter was unwilling to turn down the volume.

It was definitely homemade and tasted good, but because of the price we won't be coming back. Price/performance can still be adjusted.

We now wait an average of around 1-11/2 hours for the dishes. Plates are not cleared away, service does not ask, etc. In terms of taste, €21 for a pasta dish is not appropriate. There is also only a very limited selection of vegetarian dishes. Location great, ambience also nice, but unfortunately no longer suitable for us in terms of price-performance ratio. I have been to this restaurant three times, but each time my impression of it was destroyed. The first time I really liked the food, we came in the evening and the cook knows his job, the only downside I can say is that it is very expensive. Then we came again in the afternoon and were very disappointed. The service was terrible, as if we had come home to this waitress and demanded food. I ordered carbonara and I swear, I have never eaten worse. Just fried pork fat and cream. But I decided to give this restaurant a third chance. I ordered spaghetti bolognese and was very disappointed. the pasta was overcooked and there was almost no meat there, just like there was no bolognese sauce. she was dry. I must pay tribute, the drinks there are at a good level and 2 out of 3 times the service was excellent. but unfortunately I won’t go there to eat again.

We had dinner there yesterday with a group of 9 and the entire visit was a highlight. The service was very friendly and attentive, every special request when ordering the food was implemented meticulously and very quickly. The pizzas are very large with a diameter of 40cm and, typically Italian, nice and thin, topped with very good ingredients and very balanced in taste. The menu offers a large selection, including alternatives for vegetarians/vegans, while the drinks menu offers a nice overview of local beers as well as typical Italian drinks, but also cocktail classics and soft drinks. The tiramisu is first class, the panna cotta is excellent, the atmosphere is warm, very welcoming and despite it being busy, it's not too loud. The food is beautifully presented on the plates, invites you to take photos and enjoy it, and the ambience tempts you to simply forget about time.

La Basta has been one of my favorite restaurants for several years, I still think the pizzas are great, the service is great, the atmosphere is great. Attracted by the colorful artificial plants at the entrance, we treated ourselves to something new. The decor seemed a bit cluttered and for me personally there was too much macrame everywhere, but the music in the background made up for it. We all decided on pizza and were overwhelmed by the 40cm plus size. The taste gave us a nice treat in a slightly different style of pizza. Whoever came up with the idea of ​​putting Asian food on a pizza so flavorful should be kissed. Pizza Pho made me float. Fantastic. Finally something different that made you curious for “more”. Tolles Ambiente, sehr leckeres Essen, super nette und aufmerksame Bedienung, schönes Geschirr, saubere Toiletten mit Handlotion etc Die Pizzen sind sehr groß, so dass wir uns zu viert Vorspeisen und Pizzen geteilt haben. Das war überhaupt kein Problem. Die Pizzen sind nicht 0/8/15 belegt und äußerst lecker, schön dünn und knusprig. Wir haben ca. 3 Stunden im L.A. basta verbracht und fühlten uns sehr wohl.

One thing first: My overall rating refers to the prices that have now been quoted. Yes, everything has become more expensive, but in my opinion a slightly wider rolled out pizza dough doesn't justify completely exorbitant prices. Basically: The food tastes good, the atmosphere is nice, the service is friendly. However, if you take a look at the menu cards served, you would like to get up and leave again. Despite all the recent price increases, in my opinion the prices border on usury. If the PIZZA with some toppings costs between 21 and 25 (!) euros, that's crazy. Plus a normal wheat beer (yes, 0.5 liters, not a beer mug) for a mere 6.50 euros (!!!!) - unfortunately that was our last visit to La Basta. Background: We have been to Minden sporadically over the last few years and also to La Basta from time to time. It's always been a bit more expensive, but it used to be just about reasonable. Now it tops all the prices I know of from Bavaria (even in Munich it's hard to find something that expensive). Sure, you have to take it from the living, but prices like that are almost cheeky. It's a shame, because the location and the food are generally quite good. Conclusion: You can spend a nice evening here with the right amount of money. Everyone has to know for themselves whether it's worth it. Luckily, there are still one or two fairer alternatives for normal people in Minden.

Facility of horror! Really really bad kitsch! But the pizza is really great and big and they have varieties that you can't get anywhere else!

Diese Pizzeria ist einfach fantastisch! Die Pizza war köstlich, perfekt gebackener Teig, großzügige Beläge und ein Geschmack, der meine Erwartungen bei weitem übertroffen hat. Aber nicht nur das Essen hat mich beeindruckt, sondern auch der Service war hervorragend. Das Personal war freundlich, aufmerksam und schnell. Die Atmosphäre war gemütlich und einladend, was meinen Aufenthalt umso angenehmer machte. Ich kann diese Pizzeria uneingeschränkt empfehlen und freue mich schon darauf, wieder hierher zurückzukehren.

Die Pizza ist einfach köstlich! Frische Zutaten, knuspriger Teig und großzügige Beläge machen jede Auswahl zu einem Gaumenschmaus. Auch die Pasta-Gerichte sind sehr lecker und werden stets al dente gekocht. Das Personal ist freundlich und aufmerksam. Die Bestellungen werden zügig aufgenommen und das Essen wird schnell serviert. Gelegentlich kam es zu kleinen Verzögerungen, aber insgesamt war der Service gut.

Waiting over 2 hours is just too much

Nice atmosphere, great, friendly staff, tasty food. Unfortunately the prices are far too high. The pizza hangs over the edge of the plate and rests on the table. This is very unhygienic. It's better to offer a normal-sized pizza at "normal" prices. Drinks are outrageously expensive! A pity.

Schönes Ambiente, sehr freundliche Bedienung, aber Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis der Speisen und Getränke nicht i.O: 3x kleine, einfache Vorspeise, 1x Spaghetti, 1x Pizza, 2xCola, 2x Bier, 1x WW Schorle fast 150 Euro... Vielleicht einfach mal die Preise checken und anpassen 😉

The ambience was nice. We had planned 2.5 hours for a pizza and got it 10 minutes before we wanted to leave. One dish was forgotten, one pizza was incorrectly topped and one was half burnt. After some negotiations there was a small discount for free drinks for the forgotten ones and the certainty that we would never come back.

3 stars for the tasteless setting of a wedding table and my pizza. I would have expected much more than NOTHING from a restaurant like this. Otherwise a very decorative, tastefully decorated restaurant. Not your average pizzeria. The prices speak their own language. Very expensive! When I ordered Loretta's Meatballs pizza, I found it a bit of a shame that the edge on one side was a little burnt and that apart from the meatballs there was nothing else to crown the pizza. That looked a bit puny and for 22.90 euros I expect a little more. But the taste was good. The starter plates were immensely large, tasty and plentiful. In our case the Antipasti MistiTeller. The pizza sticks with aioli were also very tasty.

It was really wonderful to spend the afternoon of the wedding day here with family. Only one star is deducted because there was a fairly strong smell of olive oil in the air (at least where my husband and I were sitting) and this led to a subtle headache on my part and an uneasiness in my husband's stomach. The pizza was quite good considering the ingredients. But! Way too big. It hung over the plate and lay there on the table. That is not how it works. Because it was too big, it quickly got cold. :-( It's better to also offer smaller pizzas for normal eaters. ;-) With these sizes it's better not to have eaten anything the day before. The chairs are too soft, you sink down 50 cm in them and smaller people are basically stuck at the table in the basement. Not nice. And, (I don't accept the topic of VAT increases as an excuse! Gastronomy received subsidies during Corona, VAT was reduced, the customer pays twice as much) the prices are utopian. I'm not sitting in the Riz. I'm based in a smaller location in Minden! For a non-alcoholic wheat 6.50 euros - hefty. Even still water is too expensive! The food is also too expensive. We paid an impressive 54.00 euros for 2 pizzas with small drinks. :-( Conclusion: We won't be coming back. There is a steakhouse restaurant in our immediate vicinity where we have a super delicious steak, 300 gr., with a huge salad, garlic bread and dip including a large one! Get drinks for 2 people for 40 euros.

Good service, very nice atmosphere. The prices, in my opinion, were set a little higher. I ordered sweet potato gnocchi. I couldn't taste the taste of the sweet potato, only the strong taste of gorgonzola. But tastes are different. I can recommend the homemade strawberry lemonade, very tasty. The starter was good.

Absolutely great ambience...very nice, courteous service...the menu is innovative and not mainstream...the price-performance ratio doesn't suit me. The prices quoted are too high. Therefore no full points. Spaghetti Bolognese for 20 euros doesn't work...even if you call it beef ragout.

Service and ambience are good and cannot be criticized. When it comes to pizza, however, I wonder whether there is simply no food culture in Minden. This has little to do with pizza and is more of a tough, hard cookie, but I feel kind of sorry for that because the topping variations are quite good and harmonious. I don't know what's wrong with the dough, but it should be 00 flour, water, yeast and salt. 72 hours 12°C, pull, do not roll. That just wasn't good, it's a shame, I have no idea where the positive 5 star ratings came from... Why you would deface a small leaf salad with canned vegetables remains a secret from the chef. That simply has no place in a restaurant in this price category. A real vinaigrette please, crema is decoration! The fillet was done, cut the onions thinner and shake off the flour, then there won't be as much "crumble" and the straw onions are crispy. The jus was surprisingly good, why mess it up with the bag of hollandaise, I have no idea.Minden? The cocktail was very good, maybe a little too sweet, but that's a matter of taste, but still a highlight. The tiramisu was very heavy, more egg foam and whipped, the sponge cake needs more espresso. There is also a middle ground between drowning and dry, frozen. Leave out fruit. It's nonsense. Use Weck jars and period. Pana Cotta, a third less gelatine (was it homemade? if so, sorry, no offense intended) and no strawberry sauce from the bottle, that devalues ​​the dessert. Sehr leckeres Essen und freundlicher Service. Die hausgemachte Limonade war wirklich ausgezeichnet. Das Fleisch war schön zart und saftig und die Salate frisch mit leckerem Dressing. Dies alles bei einer appetitlich aussehenden Anrichtung, spricht für eine sehr gute Küche.

Hier bekommt man wirklich eine ausgefallene Pizza im Verhältnis zum deutschen Standard. Interessantes Ambiente & tolle Pizzas. Das was Euch auch ausmacht. Tatsächlich bin ich schon seit mehren Jahren Kunde & muss einfach sagen, dass ich eine Preisanpassung in der Form noch nicht erlebt habe. Teilweise Gerichte 2022 auf 23 um 1-2 € zu erhöhen, okay. Gerne zahle ich für gutes Essen im passenden Ambiente auch 1,2 Euro gern mehr… aber 2023 auf 2024 Preise mit Anpassungen um bis zu 8 Euro. Schwierig. Cocktails sind so lala & der Standardwein ebenfalls.. der Gruß aus der Küche ist immer gleich, also könnte der Gruß auch mal gewechselt werden. Für uns war es tatsächlich der letzte Besuch.

Ich bin wirklich kein Mensch, der gerne eine Rezension tätigt, geschweige denn sich mal beschwert, aber was zu viel ist, ist nun mal zuviel. Wir hatten als Vorspeise eine Burrata (17€), von der Qualität nichts besonderes, mit ein paar Cherrytomaten und einer weißen Balsamicoreduktion, war ganz okay, das Brot hat es aufgewertet. PASTA im Hauptgang mit Trüffel (für 29€!!!), hat leider nach nichts geschmeckt. Für Mindener Verhältnisse ist das leider einfach zu viel, in Hannover zahlt man bei einem guten Italiener 24,00 - 26,00€, auch wenn die MWST gestiegen ist! Der Trüffel konnte nichts, die Pasta konnte nichts.. und wir gehen sehr gerne sehr oft gut essen. Die Pizza war außen knusprig jedoch in der Mitte noch roh und nicht gut gebacken, für eine Quattro Formaggi (21,90). Alles in allem ist noch sehr viel Luft nach oben für den Preis den man hier zahlt. Bitte beachten Sie diese Rezension, entweder die Preise runterziehen (-15 bis 18%) , oder die Qualität immens steigern, denn für Qualität zahlen wir sehr gerne.

Ein sehr gemischter Eindruck gestern Abend - der Service war wirklich gut und aufmerksam aber: Was ist denn mit euren Preisen passiert ??!! Pizzen und co so drastisch zu erhöhen ist wirklich unverschämt. (Pizza Nonna von 21,9 auf 29 Euro sind wieviel Prozent? ;-))) Wir haben Verständnis für das Thema MWST, aber bitte nicht so …

Am 03.01.2024 gegen 1900 über Lieferando bestellt: Pasta, Pizza, Salat und Vorspeise. 1 Stern Bewertung, da Pizza Parma bestellt und Flammkuchen Elsässer Art geliefert. Lieferung war schnell und das Essen an sich 4/5, aber aufgrund der komplett falsch gelieferten Pizza nur 1 Stern.

Wir gehen sehr gerne hier hin. Preislich allerdings ist es unsere persönliche Schmerzgrenze. Die Pizza Pho ist meine absolute Lieblingspizza

An excellent place for an Italian meal. My favorite is the Pho pizza. It's Italian with a touch of Asian cuisine thrown in. Try it!

We had a wonderful pre Christmas dinner with my aunt and uncle at La Basta and Ray Pasnen played music and sung Christmas songs beside some non Christmas songs. Thanks to the great staff who made our evening even nicer ❤️ we had a fantastic time and we highly recommend L.A.Basta!

Alles gut und lecker gewesen. Nichts Besonderes oder außergewöhnliches Geschmackserlebnis gehabt, daher die 4 von 5 Sternen. Wenn ich Lust auf die Gerichte habe würde ich aber jederzeit wieder einen Besuch im Restaurant erwägen.

Tolles Lokal mit wirklich leckeren Essen. Die Bedingungen sind sehr freundlich und machen einen super Service. Vielen Dank für den schönen Abend an das gesamte Team.

Das Essen war gut, die Bedienung seht freundlich, das Ambiente passt. Jedoch die Preise für eine Pizzeria überteuert, Pizza (ragt über Tellerrand hinaus und schön dünn) mit Schiken und Pilzen für 18.90 € und Pasta mit Pesto ebenfalls 18,90 €, kleine Cola 4,50 €, das erste und letzte mal dagewesen bei den Preisen passt Preis-Leistung nicht, eine Hausnummer weiter gleiche Pizza mir gleicher Qualität für 12,90 €.

Wir wurden freundlich und warm begrüßt, platziert und man reichte uns zeitnah die Karten. Sehr umfangreiche Karte mit exotischen Pizza- und Nudelkombinationen. Ich habe die Lachspizza bestellt. Die Pizza war wirklich sehr groß und frisch. Auch an Lachs wurde nicht gespart. Meine Pizza kostet knapp 20€ und das ist es mir absolut wert. Dazu bestellte ich einen Primitivo Wein - ebenfalls sehr lecker. Das Restaurant ist sehr stilvoll und schön eingerichtet, die Musik bei angemessener Lautstärke. Der Service ist flink und ruhig zugleich. Hervorragendes,leckeres, frisches Essen, tolles Ambiente. Wir haben nun ein neues Lieblingsrstaurant! Danke euch, für den tollen Abend! ☺️
