Highly recommended. Delicious food. I've been there several times under the new management (= new owner) and have never been disappointed. Attentive, friendly, and attentive service. I'd go back anytime.

Great relaxed place to eat, with delicious food and great service! I enjoy the music in the restaurant. You are able to have a conversation without others listening in. They have games to play while you wait for your food. So fun!

Top-notch sushi! A rather spontaneous decision to dine at Madame Bui. Excellent advice regarding the quantity and the trust in the kitchen – we were pleasantly surprised and pleasantly overwhelmed. Beautifully presented, served with an eye for detail and absolute freshness. We felt completely at home and can highly recommend this gem in Taunusstein.

Over the past six months, I've ordered takeout or dined in from Madame Bùi several times – and each time it's been an outstanding experience. The quality of the food, the freshness of the ingredients, and the attention to detail are consistently high. The sushi is always artfully prepared, flavorful, and clearly made with care. Equally noteworthy is the reliability. Whether picking up an order or dining in, the service is always warm, efficient, and professional. This consistency is rare and deserves special recognition. I highly recommend Madame Bùi. It's a place you return to not just for the food, but also because you know it will be excellent every time.

Madame Bui is a sushi restaurant worth every visit. We'd been planning to visit this restaurant for a while, and today was the day. No wait and a fantastic selection of specialty sushi rolls. We opted for the platter for two. This platter was excellent in both quality and quantity. I haven't eaten such good sushi in a long time. The value for money is also absolutely spot on, and the visit is rounded off by excellent and attentive service. This was definitely not our last visit; we'll be back ;) I won't drive far for good sushi anymore; you're really lucky to have this restaurant nearby.

Great sushi selection. The sushi is fresh and are generously sized. We are very happy to have such a nice place so close to where we stay.

Delicious sushi, fresh, aromatic, beautifully presented, and friendly service. The only downside I found was that the seaweed salad portion was much too small. It was simply a few bites served on a saucer. Despite this, I'll definitely be back.

I highly recommend this small restaurant. A young team brings their concept to life with creative ideas. The food is very high quality. I had the avocado salad and tuna tartare, very lovingly prepared; it wasn't a one-size-fits-all dish. The wine was also very good. All in all, very good value for money. An absolutely outstanding restaurant! From the super friendly service to the outstanding ambiance – everything is just perfect here. The food is a true masterpiece: fresh, flavorful, and perfectly prepared. I highly recommend it if you want to enjoy a special evening. Great food. Despite ordering right before closing time, the staff was very friendly and provided excellent service. They also accommodated special requests well, and you could tell the staff really enjoyed preparing the sushi. Everything was absolutely top-notch! The value for money is also excellent! We received a very friendly welcome from the nice atmosphere and the friendly service on site. You can literally taste the passion and heart of the owners. I can especially recommend the fried sushi with salmon or chicken. I look forward to visiting again.

This is the third time we have ordered and we are thrilled with the taste of the food and the promised delivery times! Craziness!!! Finally a first-class sushi restaurant in Taunusstein. We made our first order today and were blown away by the taste and freshness of the food. Without exception EVERYTHING was great! We will never order our sushi from anyone else again! UPDATE: We have now ordered our sushi from Madame Bui almost 10 times. Every time it was just as tasty as the first time. So the quality is consistently at a very high level! A pre-order for a family birthday the day before was also delivered on time... the highlight here was “birthday sushi”, which was made especially for us and cannot be ordered on any menu. We stayed true to our decision and haven't bought sushi at Rewe since our first order. :-) UPDATE: Unfortunately the quality has deteriorated. An honest review that we submitted on another account was “warned” by Google. So only 4 or 5 star ratings seem to be desired here. Everyone is welcome to form their own opinion. In our opinion, this delivery service no longer deserves 5 stars.

It is sensationally good and delicious, all combinations and so delicately presented that it is pleasing to the eye. I can only recommend it!!! On top the owners, very friendly and lovely. The sushi is always great. If you can't decide, you don't have to worry about choosing something wrong. The new owners of Madame Bui know their stuff and are always warm. You notice what you get for your money here.

The food is incredibly delicious! Price performance is also very good and the waitresses are incredibly friendly. The new owners of Madame Bui have only taken over the shop a few months ago and I would therefore recommend that anyone who was last there a year or more ago give it a try. The only drawback is that I can't eat sushi every day xD

As soon as you enter the restaurant you can feel the warm and inviting atmosphere, which is primarily characterized by the two owners. Their commitment and passion for Japanese cuisine can be felt in every detail.

We discovered Madame Bui by chance and walked in without further ado. The sushi is absolutely amazing! Eye-catching and taste-wise the best sushi we've eaten so far. Friends and acquaintances of ours were no less enthusiastic when we visited Madame Bui with them. Service is very important in every respect. Dogs are immediately offered a water bowl and our 1.5 year old daughter is spoiled with cute little things from the kitchen. We will definitely eat there often with our friends.

I received a warm welcome from the staff and generally enjoyed the best service. The food was prepared so beautifully and lovingly and it tasted just as good. Very nice little restaurant in the heart of the Taunus. The atmosphere really appealed to us and the service was very attentive and helpful.
