The kebab came with just a side of lettuce and nothing more. On top of that, you're pressured to pay in cash instead of by card. A no-go.

Extremely friendly servers, I loved ordering from them. The only downside is the flatbread, which really tastes like industrial flour. Every bite is good, if you forget about the flatbread's dusty taste. I think it's better to order a plate rather than a shawarma. Still, it's a highly recommended place.

I always thought that Falafal was boring but good reliable food. I never imagined it might be the best thing I ever tasted. Order 29, it is AMAZING.

The food is excellent. Relaxed and the prices are reasonable. There's only one very, very grumpy one; almost all the employees there are really nice. One wasn't. He didn't want to sell a shawarma without bread for the same price and got a bit aggressive when I asked him why not... I didn't think that was very nice. But otherwise, it's a great place.

What followed felt like the opening scene of a surreal courtroom drama set in a kebab shop. We got exactly what we ordered: food and beers. But the bill? Oh no — it had ambitions. It included mysterious drinks we neither ordered, received, nor spiritually connected with in any known way. Sparkling water of the Fourth Dimension? A metaphysical Sprite? We’ll never know. When we pointed this out, the cashier reacted like we’d accused him of war crimes. Denial. Defensiveness. And then, in a dramatic flourish, he hurled the coins we were owed back at us — as if performing an exorcism — while yelling in Arabic. The coins clattered around us like the final act of a Shakespearean tragedy. Somewhere in the distance, a kebab slowly rotated, unimpressed. Highlights: • Delicious kebab (while you’re still allowed in the building) • Surprise charges to keep you humble • An interactive theatre experience with aggressive change-flinging Would I go back? Only if I’m craving grilled meat and unresolved emotional trauma.

Food is good but the staff is rude, we got something else then we ordered (which we didn't realise because it was not really mich different) and had to pay extra for it. The guy won't listen to your explanation and say he doesn't understand English. Again, food was good but the rest of it is terrible and I bet there are more places which have good food but better people working there

Super friendly and good food for a great price

I had a shawarma halloumi plate, which was truly delicious. Unfortunately, my appetite was somewhat diminished afterward when I saw an employee go out for a smoke and then, instead of washing or sanitizing his hands, immediately prepare the next meal.

I've been there twice, and both times the falafel was simply made without love. The salad was super watery, the falafel wasn't evenly distributed, and the wrap was ripped everywhere – unfortunately, not good compared to Berlin.

Mega falafel and such a great kofta bread

I can only recommend that you try out the many delicacies and ideally come over with friends/family.

Not a good shop now. The service is very rude and snaps at you for no reason and the food is on the lower level, no real nuances and two pieces of cucumber and tomato with a lot of very tasteless sauce. There's a sticker on the door saying that card payments are possible, but of course that's not the case. The waitress also “accidentally” calculated the order incorrectly (more expensively). No recommendation. ADDITION: The store is trying to delete negative reviews!

Today the kebap was a bit empty and I was forced to pay by cash, even if it was possible to pay with card. Quite disappointing.

Shawarma wasn't good unfortunately

Came here because of the good reviews and was handed a cold shawarma. The oven was already off, which was a strange sign and then we got really cold meat. Cold fried vegetables were also served, which was like an ice cream shawarma. The taste is not good or fresh at all. I didn't think you couldn't make a shawarma. In terms of appearance, the shop actually looks familiar, but the food doesn't at all. The guy was so pushy that he didn't even bother to look at the menu just to give me an ice cream shawarma. Sad

Mediocre shawarma with several unchewable meat pieces. The meat was bland. I love pickled turnips but these tasted foul and I could not eat them.

Best falafel!! My girlfriend tried all over Berlin to find the best falafel and after 6 years she finally found it!! It was so incredibly delicious and we had a lovely conversation with the boss. We came back again on the same day hehe. 🤭

Incredibly delicious. The smell lured me into the store. The Dürüm came fresh out of the oven, the salad looks really fresh and the salad bar was easily cleaned twice while I ate my shawarma. The tea came so that you could enjoy it with caution after 5 minutes and the staff are extremely friendly. Really cool shop!!!

A great little snack bar with a very good selection. We were the only guests on site at lunchtime today. The staff, two employees, were friendly and accommodating. The service was great. All of the food was excellent and extremely tasty. Highly recommended. A well-stocked bar is available for mixed drinks. A large selection of well-chilled beer and non-alcoholic drinks are available.

Yoghurt sauce that, true to its name, only consists of what it is. In addition to the lack of taste in the sauce, a lot of onions and falafel, which are only seasoned with cinnamon, serve to compensate for the spoiled taste. Even the one strip of halloumi that was booked for 2 euros couldn't save this pitiful vehicle.

I usually come here and bring people with me. Unfortunately today the shawarma was so extremely salty that it was inedible. Couldn't even finish eating. I only complain when there's something really wrong with the food. Unfortunately, this wasn't addressed at all, a few squeezes of lemon were recommended, but didn't help. I would have liked not to have to pay for the food and ideally to have had a liter of water to wash down all the salt. Sorry guys, that was really not okay.

The place is ok, but the food not that good, the bread of the durum was rambling, not enough meat was like a salad with sauce and also too spicy for my taste. Also I was with someone else and they didn’t accept to pay in half.

Buen sitio para probar comida libanesa en Berlin. Recomendable el Shawarma (muy buen tamaño y sabor), y el falafel. Las patatas fritas (rizadas), también muy buenas, así como la pizza de pepperoni. Además probamos como postre unas bolitas de colores (no recuerdo el nombre), que están en el mostrador de exposición, y están más buenas de lo que a priori parecen. Las bebidas son self service, tienes que ir tú al fondo del establecimiento y cogerlas del refrigerador.

The man (bald with a failed transplant) was rude when I ordered and picked at his ears... disgusting. Food cost €13.50 and was not much for it. Insufficient for Berlin conditions, I think. There really are a thousand times better stores that are much better and much cheaper. I'll never, ever go there again, I feel really sick afterwards. PS: In his answer he is accusing me of lying. He picked at his ears WHILE I WAS EATING and even gave me that blank stare. Impudence! Everything I said is 100% true.

the food may be ok but the service is very bad as i visited this place again today and decided to eat inside which i regretted very much. firstly one of the cooks who is bald treats his guests badly, secondly he touches your food with his hands instead of putting it on with a special utensil which is very unpleasant and thirdly he had the audacity to come to my table while i was having my meal and took half of the napkins that were on the table saying i took too many napkins. next time take your own napkins with you.. and usually shawarma is cut but he just put it on in pieces hoping i would eat it to go... ugh that's awful.

I received an order that wasn't mine with an aggressive attitude that it was mine and I should take it. Cold kebab, sauces not what I ordered, generally - everything was wrong. The place is crowded and no one can control it, and all you need to do is enter the numbers to make changes. It's hard for me to recommend it, it's just not worth it.

Top shop, my falafel was freshly prepared, everything was generally super fresh and very tasty. Service was also super nice, special requests were fulfilled.

The food there is super tasty and the people there are really friendly and just nice. The graduates who always work until the end are super friendly. I go there twice a week and always order Dürum shawarma with fried vegetables and have never been disappointed. Great store. I can only recommend it.

They sell shawarma in a pie and potato pie

The shawerma wrap is mainly a salad wrap and it barely includes a 5% uncooked chicken and the rest is just salad Would be a nice sandwich if I just wanted to order a salad sandwich 😅 Also the service is poor. It seems they never heard about greating the customer with "hello, good afternoon. What can I get for you ?".

This is the best shawarma and falafel I've ever tried. Previously, Ive had middling experiences with middle eastern food trying restaurants in the US of A; however these two experiences at Luxa has changed my mind. The plate is filled to the brim with fresh hummus, salad, juicy/flavorful chicken. The flavors combine so well. The falafel is made fresh from beautiful green balls of bean and fried to a crispy exterior and soft, warm interior. I'll be back !

I would particularly like to highlight the warm hospitality of the owners - they are incredibly nice and make you feel at home straight away. It's nice to see how much love they put into their restaurant! Another plus point is the option to pay by card, which makes payment super convenient. All in all just great! I can't wait to go back!

The food was the main point and did not disappoint in any way, top quality, delicious to get into the biksen. Although you would think that it was mainly some shawarma and kebab that should be good here, they managed to make a pizza that could compare with real Italian restaurants😩😩😁🥰

Tasteless and the unfriendly service ever. Wanted to cheat by several euros when billing. Special requests were not taken into account and the sauce was only on top of the sandwich, the rest was just cold fried vegetables.

I went because of the good reviews. Big mistake, the food was cold, old, tasteless sauce and thrown carelessly. My requests about what shouldn't be in the food were ignored and shrugged off when spoken to. I was also charged several euros too much. Pay attention to your bill!

We were very pleasantly surprise by the food here and the friendly people who work here. It was the only thing open this late in the morning. They are open until five am in the morning. Plenty of seating areas inside and out. The chicken shawarma was very juicy and not dried out. The prices are very reasonable. In fact, they are the cheapest I've seen in Berlin so far. There are a lot of drink options here. They even have a full bar with alcohol. They have bathrooms here, however, they are very tiny and not too clean. I would definitely come back here and try other things On the menu. - The Laughing Lion on Youtube 🦁

Expensive prices for average food. Should pay as much for a vegetarian plate that is not on the menu as for the one with meat. (15€) “There’s nothing you can do.” The iced tea wasn't on the menu either and was more expensive than all the other drinks. “You just can’t put everything on the map.” There are many much better shops in Berlin.
