I ordered a kofta and shawarma to take away here. It was very delicious. Meat was juicy and flavorful. The food was ready quickly and the chefs were friendly. Price-wise, completely okay. You will definitely feel full and it was nutritious too.

Amazing small, cozy, place to have middle eastern food! 100% recommend it! I went with some friends and had an amazing time! We had the shawarma Halloumi (because we heard it was the star dish) and it was exquisite and just costed 6 euros but we still got completely full. The staff is so nice and welcoming as well, always making sure we were doing alright and they were ready if we needed anything. Didn’t get to try the falafel, so we will go another time for sure:)

The Köfte plate and the Schwawarma grilled cheese sandwich were delicious and plentiful. The black tea worked like that - but it wasn't as bad given the delicious food. The order acceptance and processing of orders is sometimes a bit difficult to understand. It's worth paying attention so that you don't forget your order. :-) Friendly service and fair food prices. Gladly again

Had the chicken shawarma and it was amazing - tasty and filling. I was told the chaloumi was also very good. One note that detracted from the experience was that the guy who prepared the food also handled the money, without washing hands in-between.

nicht geil aber geht schlimmer ! Falafel war innen noch kalt. Das Brot etwas trocken. Da gibt es in der Gegend bessere Auswahl, keine 200m weg. ABER dafür groß. :S

Leider in letzter Zeit schlechter geworden. Früher 4 Euro für nen guten und gefülltes hallumni/falafel Sandwich. Nun (wegen inflation vermutlich) direkt eine Preissteigerungen auf 5 Euro + neue günstige Füllmittel ( 4 halbe Kartoffeln). Bitte nutzt lieber Salat und sonstige vegetables.

Zufälliger Fund bei einem Spaziergang durch das Kiez. Der Laden geht leider etwas zwischen den anderen Restaurants in der Straße unter, aber der Besuch ist es umso mehr wert. Es gibt ein paar vegane Optionen, welche echt gut geschmeckt haben. Das Personal ist super freundlich und herzlich; die Preise (5 Eur für einen Falafel) wirken etwas hoch, aber da alles wirklich gut geschmeckt hat, ist es das definitiv wert!

Die Sandwiches sind sehr gut. Mein Favorit ist das Köfte halloumi Sandwich. Kann ich jedem empfehlen. Leider finde ich die Tellergerichte überteuert und die Portionen ziemlich klein. Die falafeln schmecken auch eher durchschnittlich. 100m die Straße runter bekommt man mehr geboten für weniger Geld. Daher kann ich hier nur die Sandwiches empfehlen.

Sehr leckere Falafel und Shawarma ! Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und höflich. Es wurde sehr auf meine Scharf Allergie geachtet. Ich habe schon öfters Falafel gegessen, aber da schmeckt die Sauce nochmal anderes. SEHR EMPFEHLENSWERT!

Instead of getting freshly cut meat right from the stick, they gave me something what they had stored in a box on the right side of it. Full of chicken skin and greasy. Had 1 bite and had to throw the schawarma in the trash bin. There are so many better alternatives around.

Kommen schon seit Jahren... heute leider etwas enttäuschend Essen war geschmacklich gut aber leider fehlte bei mir der Reis und Köfte war im Sandwiches mehr als auf dem Teller.

Habe ein Falafelteller zum mitnehmen bestellt, alles wurde ohne ordnung zsmgeworfen, falafel wurden nicht frisch zubereitet und 2min später als ich zuhause war war alles kalt :/ sehr schade ist in der regel empfehlenswert aber nächstes mal schau ich, dass ich auch frische falafel kriege keine alten kalten

Ordered a Falafel Halloumi Sandwich, it was good, it's a big sandwich and you have a lot to eat for only 4,50€. I only waited 5 minutes to get it.

Qualität der Speisen ist gut. Bei der Zubereitung sollte man am besten genau beobachten was sie da machen und ggf. intervenieren ansonsten kann es auch mal sein dass überhaupt keine Saucen rauf kommen. Die Mitarbeiter sind freundlich und professionell im Umgang mit Kunden.

Das Shawarma Halloumi Sandwich ist einfach unfassbar gut. Preis-Leistung passt hier sehr gut und auch geschmacklich war es ein Traum. Da der Laden klein und nur wenige Plätze hat, macht es Sinn zum Mitnehmen zu bestellen und dann im Park am Boxi zu essen. So hat man auch noch eine bessere Aussicht.

Preis/Leistung ist hier super. Ein echt kleiner Laden, der sehr gutes Schawarma macht und auch das Personal ist sehr freundlich. Zum Schawarma gibt es mehrere Saucen zum wählen, die auch alle sehr lecker sind.

Hatte "Falafel im Brot" in vegan. Super lecker, durch die vielen Kräuter hat es super frisch geschmeckt und für die Größe 3,50€? Unschlagbar. Die Falafel waren auch sehr lecker - nicht trocken. Max. 3 Minuten gewartet. Super nettes Personal. Würde ich zu 100% weiterempfehlen.

That shawarma was a religious experience. I had the wrap that comes with halloumi, hummus, chicken and greens. It was a perfect combination of flavours and textures. All ingredients were super fresh and tasted amazing individually. The wrapping bread was crunchy, thin and layered. Oh and it was only 4 euros. Will go back for sure.

Mein lieblings laden was schawarma und Co angeht. Mega lecker und ich werde sogar mit einem schawarma im Brot satt. Das kommt bei schawarma selten vor, weil die Portionen generell sehr kommt.

Das Schawarma hier ist mega lecker. Besonders gut hat es mir mit Halloumi geschmeckt. Es ist alles super frisch und auch die Soßen sind sehr gut abgeschmeckt. Der Preis ist bei der riesen Portion mehr als fair.

Hab hier zum ersten Mal das Schawarma probiert und finde es genial. Super lecker, schön frisch und würzig und für den Preis eine super Portion. Auch zu empfehlen mit Haloumi, auch wenn ich vorher skeptisch war.

Falafel war kalt und ohne die Sauce die ich haben wollte. Ich habe meine Falafel zurückgegeben und bin zu einem anderen Laden gegangen. Nie wieder.

Pretty good. Wrap had been nicely toasted which gave it good crunch. Fillings were no different from what you usually find in other vendors. Whilst definitely not enough to even remotely consider it “spicy,” the sharf sauce tasted nice where it did appear. Meat quality is a league below some of the Syrian vendors in Neukölln. My only issue was that the meat had been cut of the spit a while ago, so he actually reheated it on the grill before putting it into the wrap. Not sure about this? Other than that, good enough for 4*.

Im Rahmen des abendlichen Besuches des Kiezes passiert es ja doch des öfteren Mal, dass einen der Hunger zu Übermannen droht. In diesem Fall ist Al Gazali seit Jahren ein, zu Recht, beliebter Ort für einen Imbiss. Der Laden ist klein, sauber und das Essen ist hervorragend. Schawarma, Falafel, Hummus - alles schmeckt sehr gut und trotz des reichhaltigen Angebots an ähnlichen Läden im Kiez ist dies immer noch eine meiner ersten Anlaufstellen. Der einzige Kritikpunkt ist vielleicht die längere Schlange, die sich ab und zu bildet, aber das ist eher der Qualität der Speisen anzulasten, und nicht dem Tempo der Mitarbeiter, welches völlig in Ordnung ist. Also: Falls es einem nach einem Imbiss verlangt, ist dies eine perfekte Anlaufstelle!

Unfriendly as hell! Not a single smile. Told everyone they had to sit down while waiting. Wouldn't give me a 2nd scoop of yoghurt sauce on that very dry "baguette". The food was lackluster.

Nice food but disgusting person! I enter the "bistro" with a mask, I said "Hello" but he ignored more for like 40 seconds (it doesnöt sounds much it it felt a lot). Then he asked me "What you want?" Seriously? No Hello, no what can I do? I ordered a Shawarma. After some minutes he shouted that me order is ready. It was on the counter and he said "Here your Falafel". I told him that I ordered a Shawarma and he answered "No, here your Falafel" I was so suprised about his rudeness, I paid and left. These guy is more than unfriendly and rude. One time and never again! His only luck is the location because otherwise people would never go there. #dissgustingunfriendly

I bought a falafel and he didn't even ask me what sauce I want inside or if I want is spicy or not. I was just sitting thinking he would ask me these when he's doing my falafel (as food places normally do here), but he just called me that it's ready. The falafel of course turned out pretty bad, it had some sauce inside that I didn't like and it was spicy which I don't like either.

Friendly staff! Great food, the baguette sandwiches (Köfte and/or Halloumi) are huge and very good! Boxhagener Platz is quite expensive but here you get lots of good food for an affordable price!

My favorite place. I'm going there since 8 years and its just the best. Other places chanced developed negative but here.. Very good food for a absolutly fair price and the staff is super friendly as well. Love it and i recomment it !
