It was the best decision to order food from Jakoub for my farewell party at work!! Delicious falafel for a very fair price. I had the 4-piece combo plate with vegetables, falafel, halloumi and hummus. Everything very tasty! Only the bread we got was a bit tough, which was a shame. But very tasty for the price of €12! The service seemed a bit stressed, I had the impression that I had to apologize for wanting to order something here. Definitely just having a bad day. I'd love to come back!

Tastes delicious, there is a lot to choose from. You can combine pretty much everything and also choose from different sauces. The falafel have something cinnamony about them, if you don't like that that much, then use halloumi or makali instead :)

The owner of the shop initially ignored us when we arrived and then tried to lecture us that we weren't being served because we had no manners because we didn't say 'Hello, dear sir' straight away when we arrived. He then treated subsequent customers harshly, whereupon some simply left again. You shouldn't be treated like that. I wish you all the best for your business. Karma is gonna hit hard!

I have never eaten such delicious falafel and in combination with baba ghanoush it was so delicious that I went there to eat twice in a row!

Amazing falafel and amazing dressing. The bread quality is very nice and Ahmed the chef is very nice and friendly. Highly recommended if you are in Berlin. I took one with Halloumi cheese and added extra hummus it was super delicious.

I always enjoyed coming here, sometimes driving for a long time because it was my favorite shop of its kind. The last time, however, was really like it was suddenly a different store. As always, I had a kafta halloumi, now instead of 4 euros it was 5.5 and no Babba Ganoush there was also +1 euro instead of +50 cents. But that's probably hard to avoid. However, my kafta was ice cold, didn't taste like cinnamon anymore and the halloumi was completely forgotten so my sandwhich was half empty. Getting less and paying more doesn't feel nice. I find it strange since it wasn't even late in the day and the place was pretty empty, whereas when the restaurant was full I never actually got the wrong thing.

Today we had an extremely unpleasant experience with the staff here. They took our order incorrectly and were very rude to me and my 7 year old son afterwards. In the end they asked us to leave without giving us our order. I am very disappointed, we used to enjoy visiting this place. I have never experienced such rude behavior anywhere. I definitely don't recommend this place. We were at your place on March 26th around 4:00 p.m. and were served by two men

Banging falafel, schwarma and halloumi sandwiches at unbelievable prices. Nice amount of pickle. Recommend getting with tabouleh for that parsley kick, and hummus for saucey goodness. One of the best restaurants in Berlin. Seriously.

I probably have been to this restaurant 1000 times! Extremely price friendly; Very fast serving; Schawarma Makali sandwich is my all time favorite. The only downside of this place: Shawarma is so popular that it always already sell out around 7pm:) But I don’t mind to order Shish Tavuk cuss it’s also tastes nice😋

The owner is an honest person and he makes the food with heart. Nothing to complain about in terms of taste. Very authentic and delicious food. Only point deducted. Unfortunately, the köfte are warmed up in the microwave instead of freshly fried. Absolutely brilliant food for the money. The bag is particularly worth it, everyone leaves the store full and satisfied.

The price is really low and reasonable. But it’s a little bit oily. Many times shawerma finishes earlier that 9 pm. But in general recommended to vegetarian and felafel fans.

Used to be a pretty good place but I go there less than before. Lately they ramped up the prices a lot which is ok but the amount of food they put into a sandwich or a plate have significantly decreased. Ate a shawarma there yesterday which was 80% green salad and it's been like this since a while. Also the people are super grumpy. Two three years ago they were very nice. Not sure what happened. Sad to see a place change for the worse so much.

There are several similar restaurants in the area that are more worth it. the old man is very rude and disrespectful. This is the second time I've come and he acts the same with the customers. I strongly do not recommand this restaurant. Es gibt in der sector noch mehr ähnliche Restaurants wie in der Region. Der alte Mann ist sehr unpolitisch und respektlos. probably best shawarma I have ever had in Berlin, however, I was very disappointed when I saw that also here the people who make the sandwiches take money from customers just before making the sandwich (most restaurants do the same btw, this critic is not only for you) anyways maybe this could be improved, but again excellent food. What I meant to say is that you could avoid touching money (which are very dirty) just before preparing a sandwich. anyways again, amazing food, amazing quality, amazing prices, sorry for the misunderstanding

Ein schöner Laden! Ich bin immer gerne zu Falafel Jakoub gegangen. Es ist die Freundlichkeit und der Respekt der Mitarbeitenden, welche den Besuch immer angenehm macht. Das Essen ist selbstverständlich auch gut. Hätte ich das vor ein paar Monaten bewertet, wäre diese Wertung bei fünf Sternen gewesen. Ich habe das Gefühl, dass entweder das Fleisch anders ist oder zu viel Öl verendet wird, da die zimtliche Würze von einem Tag auf den anderen verloren gegangen ist. Das ist so schade. Dennoch bleibt es für mich eines der besten Lokale, die Berlin zu bieten hat. Danke, dass ihr unsere Stadt so bereichert! 🥙❤️

Hallo, es war hier super lecker und ein wirklich guter Preis, auch für vegane Menschen gibt es wirklich aller beste kost und es schmeckt wirklich sehr besonders gut, viele Soßen und generell viel Auswahl. Personal sehr nett und geduldig auch schön eingerichtet. Ich kann es nur mit bestem Gewissen empfehlen:))

Ich habe eine sehr unangenehme Erfahrung dort gemacht, mit vermeintlich schlecht gewordenem Essen (Humus) welcher mit dem kompletten Gericht an einem 30 Grad Tag nochmal in der Mikrowelle warm gemacht wurde. Ich mache das bewusst nicht so ausführlich weil ich selber aufgrund der Bewertung mal testen wollte und niemanden was schlechtes wünsche. Das Essen war an dem Tag aber so dermaßen schlecht, dass ich lange überlegt habe ob ich eine schlechte Bewertung schreibe. Jeder sollte sich sein eigenes Bild machen! Aufgrund meiner Erfahrung sehe ich ab dort nochmal essen zu gehen.

Very good falafel! I like it a bit crispier than this and depending on what sauce you get, it could be a little on the salty side, but otherwise excellent! The fries are really good too! Bit of a wait to order if you get unlucky and come at the wrong time, but they get the food ready FAST when you get the order in.

We've been frequent customers of Falafel Jakoub while living nearby. The falafel baba ghanoush sandwich is our go-to order - so fresh and filling, you can easily customise which sauces and salad you like too - I like the mango, peanut and chili :) Friendly service, and really decent prices too!

The best falafel in Germany. Location access is good, good price, great quality. Friendly staff. Traditional interior design, tables and chairs on the sidewalk. Everything is ready to eat a healthy meal and enjoy. I suggest you always try chicken and meat shawarma other than falafel. All sandwiches are unique.

Best falafel you can have for this price!

Just happened upon this place and was drawn in by the 5,50€ price for a beef shawarma. We ordered two with garlic sauce and was really happy with the size and flavors but I did add a few dashes of olive oil and lemon since I love the combination. We got a can of Mezzo for 1.50€ (not bad for a restaurant) but the place us self-service. The bathrooms were okay, not super clean but I think a lot is just old. They don’t have paper towels for drying your hands, just an old air blower. Good falafel sandwich, good atmosphere, service is ok but can be better & not enough hygiene .

This used to be my favorite falafel and shawarma place for years. Super tasty and super nice guys. But since months the plate portions are really small and ungenerous, often the bread is only half-filled compared to before. I don't mind that it became a bit more expensive, as everything got more expensive but the portion sizes just don't fill me up anymore. Besides the service is really unfriendly and aggressive for no reason, which wasn't the case before. Very sad it became this way, hope it changes back to how it used to be. Still delicious, though.

Top Essen! Ich habe bereits verschiedene Gerichte dort gegessen und jedes mal war es köstlich. Die Zubereitung geht immer sehr schnell, selbst bei größeren Bestellungen muss man nur wenige Minuten warten. Die Preise sind wirklich super und man kann schon ab 4€ etwas Leckeres bekommen. Die Speisen werden gut vorbereitet und schmecken ausgezeichnet.

Bezüglich des Essens, wie immer ein Genuss! Jedoch muss ich sagen, wie die Beiden im Service, auf meine Fragen reagierten, da ich nun Mal gerade aus Ägypten kam und dort andere Menüs hatte oder meist nur sagen musste: "Falafel, Fool, Baba Ganush, Vegetables Mix Sandwich!" Anscheinend hatten sie nen genervten Tag! Fand mich unfreundlich behandelt! Deshalb gibt's für den Service nur zwei Sterne!
