Lutfi Zeneli Gaststätte in Bergkamen

We were there for the first time today – according to the friendly waitress, the restaurant opened about seven weeks ago under new ownership. The ambiance is truly appealing and inviting, and the menu definitely makes you want to eat. The service was also very friendly and attentive. Unfortunately, the food didn't live up to expectations. We had the honey-flavored meat "Kyss" and the wild boar "Buri." Instead of the advertised carrot mash, we got frozen carrot cubes, the potato side dish was more like fried potato halves than deep-fried slices, the braised onions were partly raw and very greasy, and the advertised salad was completely missing. Overall, the meal was unfortunately very disappointing – there's definitely still a lot of room for improvement.

So we have known Luigi since he was in Oberaden. But actually all recent orders have been a disappointment. Today again and it will stay with the last order. Delivery should take 60 minutes. After 90 minutes we called to ask when the pizza would be delivered and it came after 130 minutes! My pizza was very dry and burnt. The pizza maker probably also noticed this (Luigi didn't because he wasn't there today according to the driver), as some places were removed. We gave feedback directly over the phone. The feedback was that the pizza was just a little burnt and we could have a new one delivered. Since the first delivery had already taken over 2 hours, we politely declined. Sorry, but that won't work for us anymore.

A pub that you can hardly find anymore. Decent Pilsner, super-friendly service and, what is important to me, a completely stress-free and relaxed crowd. Thanks for a really good evening.

We were there again. The new restaurant owner only started 5 days ago. Things are a bit bumpy, but the service is charming. The food is delicious and plentiful. Good food, friendly service, and reasonable prices.
