Pizza was horrible, toppings were missing, arrived cold, limp and tough, tasted like absolutely nothing... and then waited another 2 hours even though you ordered for a specific time... once and never again

Worst pizzaria there is within a 50 kilometer radius!!! She used to be good Now you have to wait even though you're told the food is ready, the cold food tastes shitty Never again would you rather have meces and warm food

Will never order there again. I wonder how all the positive reviews on Lieferando come about. Last time pizza was cold and burnt all four. Today was the highlight: several hairs were found on my son's pizza and my calzone was completely crushed and a symbiosis with the packaging was achieved.

Ordered there for the first time today, definitely not the last time. Ordered schnitzel and pizza. Was very tasteful.

Portions so large that you can eat them for 2 days.

My in-laws' food felt like it was swimming in oil, my partner vomited all night after eating, even vomited in the toilet after a few bits in the restaurant (he only had schnitzel and fries) and I had a bad stomach ache after the carbonara

Ordered to pick up. The pizza was burnt and there was a hair in the food. When I tried to remove the hair from the pizza, the pizza piece dangled from the hair. Very disgusting and not recommended at all.

The best pizza I've eaten in a long time. Very tasty dough, baked just right, not so salty/over-seasoned and delicious with toppings. No comparison with the typical “delivery service pizzas”, but a pizza “like before”. Here it really tastes like I imagine an Italian pizza.

Unfortunately, the salmon that was delivered was completely overcooked, making it dry and hard and inedible for me. Very unfortunate. Maybe you should rethink the delivery service thing.

We ordered from LaRomantica for the first time yesterday and were very satisfied. Delivery came faster than stated, was hot and super tasty. We ordered 4 large pizzas, all of which had good toppings - not overloaded, the base was also thin, as we like it, and still crispy despite delivery. We will definitely order again! Top 👍🏽

We always enjoyed ordering. Sometimes even once a week. Now we're at the point where we probably need to look for something new! Pasta in cream sauce now made with cheese again! If we wanted it that way, we would have ordered it. The last few times nothing worked. Ingredients that were ordered and paid for separately will not be processed. Drinks that you order are not delivered. Since, as I said, we ordered once a week, we always found a solution. It can happen sometimes. Last time we picked up the food and suddenly had to pay almost double for our Vitamalz! We should get two for free next time. Just ordered, apparently there is now a little more Vitamalz. But you can still order. Pasta in a cream sauce, as I said, with cheese again. We're pissed! After every order you have to call and complain. I don't have the nerve anymore. Unfortunately, we lost regular customers and the whole thing was more than unnecessary.

Unfortunately the quality is declining. I always enjoyed my pizza because it had so many baked vegetables. This time they put 2 slices of zucchini and a slice of aubergine on it and it was €11 more expensive than one with seafood. But no matter was really so disappointed :( I think it was my last order there.

We ordered there for the first time and were very disappointed. Never again!! It's a disgrace to deliver something like that. The edges of the pizza are black, the buns are burnt! We ate the “best” of it because it was simply too expensive to throw away. 1 1/2 hour waiting time with a journey time of 10 minutes. Not anymore for us

Ordered via Lieferando. According to Lieferando it should take 30-45 minutes. The bottom line was that it was 2 hours 10 minutes. It's understandable and okay for me that it takes longer on a Sunday evening. But what is absolutely not possible is that when a customer calls, you don't answer the phone and even push the customer away! Worst service I've experienced in a long time. Will never order there again!

The first time we ordered we were thrilled! The next 4 times the order was always incorrect. The 5th time we called and it was reported that half of the salad was missing as well as the inside of the galzone. They apologized and said it would be charged next time. Today tried to order everything stated 1 salad, 1 galzone, 1 tortelini everything should take 1 hour. After 1 hour and 30 minutes we called and we were told food would be coming soon... 30 minutes later still not there! Then we had to leave too! Then of course we got a call and were told that the order was there..... But we weren't anymore.... It can't be that you have to wait over 2 hours for your food where you live about 8 minutes away . We were then told we couldn't order anymore.... We don't want to thank you either

Ordered for the first time, after about 25 minutes the food was there!!! Pizza is delicious, salad is fresh and tastes good. Everything fine

Very tasty 🤤 both pizza and pasta. I can only recommend. The pizzeria is quite small. So if you want to eat on site, you should make a reservation during peak times. One room is beautifully decorated for guests but there is very little on the outside and it is directly on the street. But you can only say positive things about the food 👍🏻

Ambiance cannot be assessed due to delivery, but it was positive that it was not standardized standard goods. A little too tomatoey in taste for my taste, but other people just liked it. What we found negative was the rather large unlined edge and the herb butter, which didn't taste like much. Maybe caught a poorly seasoned portion.

We were just passing through and found THE perfect restaurant. Pizza, pasta super delicious. Staff very friendly. Everything very clean and well-kept. Thank you for the great experience.

Food was very tasty, there were 13 of us there, it was a bit much for the service, but still very nice staff.

So far we haven't eaten on site but have ordered. Either have it delivered (the time varies depending on the day and time) or pick it up yourself. The pizzas are really delicious as well as the antipasti!! The staff is very friendly! It was a pleasure!!!

The best pizzeria in the district, highly recommended!!! Service is very fast and I was treated very well I felt like I was at home!!! The waiter does his job perfectly! We don't have to talk about the food, it's sensational!!!!!

The food is simply great, my wife loves the La Romantica salad.

As always, we ordered there. Had a pizza with Parma ham and rocket and pine nuts. Despite the fact that I also chose pine nuts and paid a fair amount extra for them, there wasn't a pine nut on the pizza. Very unfortunate. Otherwise delicious as always.

So the food was absolutely delicious. But the delivery person was so incredibly unfriendly. First he doesn't greet me properly and then he holds this delivery box out to me and I have to get it out myself. I couldn't do it that easily and then he asks, pissed off, "Should I just do it?" I've never met anyone so unfriendly.

Ordered third time to try again: Wrong again - what a miracle... Order from Gino soon. :) Previously: Second review from me: Wrong delivery again, new delivery promised in 15 minutes, delivered in 30, everyone else already finished eating. Regular orders amounting to Min. 50 euros, the owners don't seem to care. It's a shame - then I'll soon drive 20 minutes to Kamen or call them, so I can get what I want and also get a "thank you" in the quantities that we order.

I ordered through Lieferando, you can track the food there and it should take an hour, the food was ready after 20 minutes because I'm very satisfied and it's a really great restaurant.

If we order food out, it's here! The food is always fresh, arrives warm, and my “extra requests” for toppings are taken into account every time. The suppliers are always very friendly. Bruschetta here is different than you know it, but just so delicious!

Super, klassischer Italiener, lecker!

Von 4 bestellten Gerichten wurden 3 geliefert - mal schauen ob wir das fehlende Gericht noch nachgeliefert bekommen. Die Pizza Diavolo war leider Zero Scharf, Pommes haben leider keinerlei Salz oder Gewürz gesehen - grundlegend aber alles essbar wenn man auf Gewürze verzichten kann (nach wie vor eine leicht unterdurchschnittliche Pizzeria). Ladenlokal ist ansonsten schick, hoffentlich bekommen sie noch Kurve!

Das ist das beste italienische Restaurant was ich kenne.

Vor Ort essen ist ok. Lieferung besser nicht. Öfter bestellt und war oft nicht so toll oder es fehlt auch oft etwas.

Das Essen war in Ordnung, aber es war definitiv besser in der Vergangenheit. Die Lieferzeiten sind entweder sehr kurz oder sehr lang, es gibt kein Mittelmaß. Die Mitarbeiter sind freundlich. Besonders das Pasta-Hühnchen-Curry war bei meiner ersten Bestellung hervorragend, aber nach etwa 10 weiteren Malen ist die Qualität deutlich gesunken. Es schmeckt nicht mehr nach Curry, da zu wenig Curry verwendet wird, und das Hühnchen ist leicht zäh geworden. Zudem ist alles jetzt extrem versalzen. ps.Noch dazu ist es deutlich teurer geworden

Habe liefern lassen und war mit Abstand die schlechteste Pizza die ich je gegessen habe, den anderen Rezensionen nach hab ich wohl einfach Pech gehabt aber ändert nichts daran das es so war

Das Essen dort ist astrein, Pizzen sowie Nudeln kann man dort, wie beim echten Italiener zu erwarten, genießen. Ich empfehle das Essen abzuholen statt es liefern zu lassen, da es sonst schon mal vorkommt das etwas durcheinander gerät. Die Menschen dort sind super nett und ich kann den Laden nur empfehlen.

Essen war soweit gut Service könnte aufmerksamer sein Gastraum ist naja 80er könnte man besser machen Nudelgerichte schmecken zuhause anders als im Restaurant ( hat nach meinem Geschmack Star nach Geschmacksverstärker geschmeckt (Tortellini Soße)

Waren heute zum ersten Mal dort und wurden nicht enttäuscht. Die Pizza war definitiv eine der besten im Umkreis. Frischer Belag und toller Teig. Die Nudeln waren gut, es fehlte vielleicht ein bisschen an Salz. Pizzabrötchen und Kräuterbutter top. Wir kommen/bestellen bestimmt wieder.

Heute über Lieferando bestellt, wir hatten 2 Pizzen und 1 Schnitzel mit Pommes und Salat. Die Pizzen sind sehr lecker, aber leider hat auf der einen Pizza die Hollondaise Sauce gefehlt obwohl ich extra dafür bezahlt habe.. das war sehr schade. Das Schnitzel war ziemlich klein und mit sehr viel Sauce aber es war auch trotzdem lecker. Dazu Pommes die etwas labbrig waren aber ich fand das nicht so schlimm. Schade das die Hollondaise Sauce gefehlt hat ich hoffe das kommt nicht mehr vor

Die Pizza schmeckt sehr lecker. Obwohl eine Pizza falsch geliefert wurde, wurde diese ohne Probleme sehr schnell nachgeliefert. Nur zu empfehlen!

Wir bestellen seit Jahren nicht mehr woanders… die Pizzen und Nudeln sind einfach immer gut! Wir lieben das Essen!

Leider war das bestellte Nr. 52. Pesto Verde Basilikumpesto italienischer Art, Parmesan einfach nur eine billige Sahnesauce mit bisschen Basilikumgeschmack :( Bin sehr enttäuscht bei diesem Preis 8,80€ so wenig Basilikum Geschamck zu bekommen...schmeckte nach Nudeln mit Sahnesauce.

Wir haben heute vier Pizzen zur Abholung über es das Online- Tool bestellt. Dies hat sehr gut geklappt und wir konnten die Pizzen nach 40 min abholen. Sie waren sehr groß, gut belegt und direkt auf dem Steinofenboden ohne Form gebacken. Die Mitarbeiter vor Ort waren sehr nett und wir werden sicherlich noch einmal dort bestellen.

Die Portionen sind sehr groß! Die Pizza sehr lecker und der Sevice super in Ordnung. Das Ambiente ist in Ordnung, rustikal gestaltet aber nicht gemütlich. Die Luft in dem Restaurant ist eine Katastrophe, sehr stickig und alles stinkt nach Pizza ofen! Das Preis Leistungsverhältniss ist aber mega gut! Für uns eher ne Pizzeria zum Essen abholen, statt gemütlich dort zu essen!
