Das Essen war das Beste, was ich in den drei Jahren, die ich in Deutschland lebe, gegessen habe. Die Angestellten waren sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Die Atmosphäre war ruhig und angenehm. Während unseres Essens hatte ein Gast einen medizinischen Notfall, und die Angestellten halfen ihm, ins Krankenhaus zu kommen, ohne dabei den Service zu beeinträchtigen. Absolut empfehlenswert!

War sehr lecker,Service war super,waren immer da um zu helfen.

Mein Partner und ich fuhren mit gemieteten E-Scootern durch die Stadt, genossen einfach die Fahrt und die Sehenswürdigkeiten, als wir zufällig direkt vor dem Restaurant anhielten und spontan beschlossen, dort zu essen. Wir wurden sehr herzlich empfangen. Nachdem wir eine Weile überlegt hatten, was wir bestellen sollten, entschieden wir uns für den Hot Pot – wir hatten so etwas noch nie zuvor gegessen. Unsere Kellnerin war unglaublich freundlich und erklärte uns alles ausführlich: wie der Hot Pot funktioniert, welche Zutaten sie uns aufgrund unserer Vorlieben empfehlen würde und wie man ihn richtig zubereitet und genießt. Es hat einfach fantastisch geschmeckt. Wir können uns ehrlich gesagt nicht erinnern, wann wir zuletzt so lange satt waren und uns dabei so gut gefühlt haben. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder, um den Hot Pot zu probieren. Wir waren unserer Kellnerin so dankbar für ihren tollen Service, dass wir ihr unbedingt Trinkgeld geben mussten.

Was für ein toller Ort! Mein Partner und ich sind zufällig auf dieses Restaurant gestoßen, als wir die Stadt erkundeten. Wir haben uns für Hotpot und zwei verschiedene Sorten Teigtaschen entschieden. Die Bedienung war unglaublich freundlich (ich wünschte, ich hätte ihren Namen erfahren!). Es war unser erstes Mal Hotpot, und sie hat sich die Zeit genommen, uns alles zu erklären und uns ungefähre Garzeiten für die verschiedenen Zutaten zu nennen. Sie war die ganze Zeit über sehr hilfsbereit und hat immer wieder gefragt, ob wir noch etwas nachbestellen möchten. Ich hoffe, wir können bald wiederkommen!

Richtig gutes Essen zu einem richtig guten Preis. Das All-you-can-eat-Hotpot-Angebot sollte man sich auf keinen Fall entgehen lassen!

Seit jeher unser absoluter Favorit!

Die Ente mit Pfannkuchen hat uns sehr gut geschmeckt. Das frittierte Hähnchen mit süß-saurer Soße war lecker, fast eine doppelte Portion. Sehr knusprig. Fast alle anderen bestellten einen Eintopf, vielleicht ist das hier also der richtige Ort dafür. Wir waren wegen der Ente mit Pfannkuchen da.

Das war mein letzter Reisetag in Berlin. Ich wurde von einem heftigen Regenguss überrascht und hatte keinen Regenschirm dabei, also ging ich ins Restaurant, um etwas zu essen. Die Bedienung war unglaublich nett – sie gab mir Taschentücher zum Haaretrocknen, schenkte mir heißes Wasser ein, bot mir sogar einen Föhn an und gab mir einen Ersatzschirm vom Restaurant. Was für eine herzerwärmende Erfahrung! 😭 Die Rindfleisch-Chow-Fun schmeckten genau wie authentische Guangzhou-Küche, einfach köstlich. Auch die Kokosmilchsuppe war ein Genuss. Ein wunderbares Restaurant! Ich komme auf jeden Fall wieder, wenn ich die Gelegenheit habe, Berlin noch einmal zu besuchen. (Chinesen lügen nicht unter Chinesen: Die Rindfleisch-Chow-Fun waren unglaublich lecker, die Kokosmilchsuppe war reichlich und die Kellnerin war wunderschön, freundlich und hilfsbereit. Ich wünsche allen im Restaurant alles Gute!)

Wir gehen seit Jahren in unregelmäßigen Abständen hierhin, was allein schon für den Laden spricht. Die Beilagen zum Hotpot sind vielseitig und die Bedienung super herzlich. Das ganze für mehr als faire Preise.

Ich war zum ersten Mal dort um zum ersten Mal Hotpot zu essen. Die Bedienung war ausgezeichnet. War aufmerksam, hat gefragt ob wir es kennen, uns Tipps geben und alles erklärt. Wir waren uns nicht sicher ob die Schärfe der Brühe zu doll ist, da meinte sie gleich das wäre kein Problem, sie bringt gern noch mal milde Brühe zum auffüllen oder macht es schärfer. Sie hat uns zu allem erklärt wie lange was braucht und was in welcher Brühe besser passt. Also Service perfekt. (das das gas zwischendurch leer war, hat trotz lauter anderer Kunden sofort jemand gehört) Das Essen war super, wir konnten auch noch einmal etwas bestimmtes in kleiner Menge nach bestellen weil wir nicht so viel wollten. Die Toiletten waren sehr sauber was man in Berlin leider selten sieht. Wir waren also rundum zufrieden.

Wir waren nun schon zum zweiten Mal hier und das Personal war beide Male sehr freundlich. Man kann dort einen köstlichen Hotpot probieren, bei dem man verschiedene Fleischsorten, Meeresfrüchte und Gemüse so viel man essen kann – und das zu einem sehr günstigen Preis.

Hab jetzt zum zweiten Mal hier Hot Pot gegessen und war wieder super. Haben zu viert dieses Mal die Curry-Brühe (würzig und mit Kokos) und die Klare Brühe gewählt. Die klare Brühe war dann doch etwas zu dezent im Geschmack, um sie mit der würzigen Curry-Brühe zu kombinieren. Qualität alles super und lecker😋

Leider nicht so lecker und schön wie erhofft. Kamen auf Empfehlung. Können diese leider nicht bestätigen.

Wir hatten einmal die Ente mit Gemüse und einmal Ente mit gebratenen Nudeln, es war beides sehr lecker.

Dieser Laden ist echt super! Wir waren dort, um Hotpot zu essen, und der war so lecker, dass meine Freundin die Brühe am Ende wie eine Suppe ausgelöffelt hat 😁. Der Service war auch klasse. PS: Der Laden hat ein wunderschönes Siegel, also schaut unbedingt mal nach oben!

Von den unzähligen Besuchen, die ich hier schon hatte, kann ich gar nicht sagen, welcher der beste war, denn alle waren einfach unglaublich lecker! Der günstigste All-you-can-eat-Hotpot in ganz Mitte, den ich je gegessen habe, und die Qualität ist wirklich hervorragend! 10/10, bringt eure Freunde und Familie unbedingt mit, es ist einfach spitze! Und die À-la-carte-Gerichte sind erstklassig!

Good food, often sticky because of the hot pots, but very tasty.

A fantastic hot pot restaurant, offering a variety of dishes as well. Whether you're a couple or a larger group, the all-you-can-eat hot pot is available for everyone. All the toppings for your hot pot are included in the price, and you can enjoy them as often as you like. The staff is incredibly friendly and attentive, but not pushy. I've been here many times, and they always cater to individual requests. It's always a wonderful experience.

We ate hot pot here for the first time and were absolutely delighted! The food was delicious. All the ingredients were fresh. Everything was explained to us. The service was excellent – ​​courteous and attentive.

Very tasty, especially for the hot pot, and a great price too. Only downsides: it was very loud, which isn't necessarily the restaurant's fault, but the waitress kept passing the hot liquids over the stroller with the baby, even though she was asked not to and her colleague had already spoken to her about it.

Good value, service was also excellent. Would have wished that the broths tasted a bit more, couldn’t distinguish the taste much but otherwise was pretty satisfied.

Delicious food and good service. Hotpot doesn't have as much choice as other restaurants, but it's served quickly. It gets noisy when it's busy. Because of the hotpot, which is a popular order, the place is quite warm. The hotpot is all-you-can-eat and affordable.

I have been going to Lucky Star for almost 10 years now. It’s still the only place in Berlin that charges very little for all you can eat hotpot. All this time they have only changed the price once. The hotpot is delicious, everyone who works there is great, kind, polite, and honestly the best. As a foreigner in Berlin there aren’t many restaurants where you are treated well, but here I always have been. They can speak many languages so you’ll be well taken care of. I highly recommend it.

We ate hotpot with both clear and curry broth. Everything was delicious, and they brought us as many refills as we wanted. Anything ordered in excess was charged separately, which we thought was great.

If locals eat there, it must be good… Authentic flavors, friendly staff, and a cozy, clean atmosphere. The food is rich, flavorful, and full of depth. Craving something warm and spicy, but made with love and care? Ideal for 3-4 people, that want to share dinner or just want a comforting meal, you won’t leave disappointed.

The hot pot is highly recommended; we haven't tried anything else yet. Very friendly and attentive service, a young clientele, fresh and delicious. Refills come when requested. It was enough for us. The appetizers, cucumber salad, and dim sum were also delicious! Extremely tasty, beautiful, and relaxed. I love it! It's also great that you can get a table at short notice, especially during the week. Highly recommended!

This is some of the best Chinese food I’ve had. I especially recommend the hot and sour soup (if you like something spicy). It’s really reasonably priced for the amount and quality of the food. The staff are also very friendly and attentive.

Lucky Star is a must-visit in Berlin! The dim sum are fresh and perfectly steamed, and the all-you-can-eat hot pot (€22.80 per person) is outstanding—tender meats, crisp veggies, and rich broths full of flavour. The staff are fantastic, the service is fabulous, and the value is unbeatable. Sadly we were only visiting, but if you’re staying central it’s absolutely worth it. We’ll be back next time we’re in Berlin.

We usually only go here for hot pot, but recently it was so warm that we decided to try something from the lunch menu. It came with a soup first. I had vegetable soup, my companion had hot and sour soup. Neither was particularly tasty. The vegetable soup was rather bland, and the hot and sour soup was so thick that I would have called it a sauce. The taste wasn't to our liking either, let alone the consistency. The main courses were okay. But I wouldn't order them again. We'll stick with the hot pot instead, which is really very good.

Been there for the second time. Even though the place is packed, the service remains calm. Everything is simply delicious, and the price is fair.

Don't be put off by the "hot pot all-you-can-eat" advertising and the touristy location at Friedrichstadtpalast: This restaurant offers truly excellent Cantonese cuisine! Even though most guests order hot pot, it's definitely worth choosing one of the delicious dishes from the menu. The restaurant made a welcoming, clean impression, and the service is extremely friendly and attentive.

We had our first hotpot and were thrilled. It tasted amazing, and the service was top-notch! Very friendly and helpful. We highly recommend Lucky Star. We reserved a table in advance.

One of the best shops in Berlin

1) The food is extremely delicious, varied, and plentiful. 2) The service is first-class. If you don't want something (especially with hot pot), the first question is whether there's an underlying allergy to avoid contamination. These sensitivities are also taken into account with sauces, etc. Service is fast, friendly, and attentive without being intrusive. 3) The prices are definitely reasonable. It's not a regular spot for me, but as a treat every few months or to have a good time with loved ones – perfect.

The food was clean and delicious. The waiters were very friendly. The portions were already large, so I couldn't get a refill. I recommend the mushrooms and meatballs.

Absolutely not recommended. The soup that came as an appetizer had no flavor and was too slimy. The dishes weren't spicy enough, and the supposedly crispy meat wasn't crispy enough. While the service was quick, it seemed unfriendly. However, the prices were very good.

The staffs are very considerate and kind. We went for hotpot which is amazing and worth the price. The broth is soooo good as well. Definitely recommend it!

The staff deserves 10* and they were extremely attentive and helpful. Great hotpot that runs as a buffet that you can keep on ordering from the different options. So far the best hotpot in Berlin that is worth trying and returning. Credit card payments are possible and reservations are possible although not necessary

The food is really great and we all love hotpots . Alos the services are warm and the staff are really good at English , German , Chinese , plus super friendly. Highly recommended if you want to enjoy real Chinese food and hotpots .

I ordered fried noodles with duck. The duck was a bit dry and not that tasty overall. The price was also overpriced. I was told it would be 9.20 on the phone, but I paid 19.20.

Hello, our daughter really wanted to try hot pot, so we chose Lucky Star, and we were extremely satisfied. Good advice for beginners, a great list of ingredients, and it was delicious, too. We had a "regular" meal, which was also delicious. Friendly staff and excellent service.

Delicious, authentic Chinese food with very friendly staff who cater to all your needs. I go there regularly with my family and can especially recommend the cucumber salad and the recommended dishes on the menu.

10/10 - Can only recommend the restaurant! I've been here for hotpot over 10 times now and it's always been delicious. The waitresses are all super friendly and accommodating and there is always a pleasant atmosphere, regardless of whether you appear alone or with several people. You choose the broths you would like from various broths and get a constant supply of vegetables, meat and fish (all-you-can-eat). You can always specifically ask for something specific, more or less. I recommend the clear broth (like a salty vegetable/pork broth) and the curry broth (slightly spicy, Asian curry paste flavor). Unfortunately I can't say anything about the à la card dishes. But they always look delicious from afar.

Unfortunately, I became a bit sick during my visit to Berlin and was therefore looking for a real soup. Didn't have high expectations, just wanted soup... The lady who took our order was a real big sister, offering us napkins so we wouldn't stain our robes with the rich coconut curry ramen. Very clean restaurant and both my stuffy nose and headache were cured by the delicious soup! :) If I lived in Berlin, I would definitely come more often!

I can only report here about the All U Can Eat hot pot offer at this Chinese restaurant. I have never tried the other main courses on the menu. The hot pot can be ordered for two or more people, for which you first have to choose two broths, although the level of spiciness of the chili broth can be agreed upon with the service staff. The menu includes a wide selection of vegetables, meat, pasta and some seafood. In fact, one course with three plates was enough for two people. But you could have ordered more (note: according to the menu, uneaten food will be charged extra). You also get a bowl of peanut sauce, which you can mix with the soy sauce and chili paste to create the classic hot pot dip. Unfortunately, this doesn't offer as much design options as other hot pot restaurants. The dishes offered for the hot pot are also quite standard, but certain specialties are missing. Nevertheless, a visit to Lucky Star is definitely worth it.

The hotpot hotspot. Truly delicious and highly recommended. What I really like is that the portions are adjusted so there aren't too many leftovers. They refill as needed, which is quick. Attentive and very friendly staff.

Very tasty food and great service

This restaurant was a complete disappointment! Way too expensive for what you get. It is advertised as an “all-you-can-eat” buffet, but in reality the system is designed in such a way that you should order as little as possible because you cannot fill it up yourself and have to call staff. The portions are tiny, the meat is sliced ​​paper thin, and there are hardly any side dishes, just a few sad pieces of vegetables. In addition, there are far too few staff, which suggests that the employees here are being exploited. The service was slow and inattentive, probably because the staff is completely overloaded. In the end, the three of us paid over 80 euros and still remained hungry. Absolutely not recommended, save your money and go somewhere else!

When it comes to the ambience, it's more of an objective opinion, but because the ceiling is so high, the room seems a little uncomfortable and it gets a little louder after a certain number of guests. We went to Lucky Star on Friday evening to finally eat hot pot. We walk past the restaurant every day and, especially in summer, you can easily see the guests' tables. That made us very curious. Our curiosity was rewarded. We were greeted by a very friendly and competent waitress who gave us great advice on the choice of soups and also knew straight away if we had an intolerance and eliminated certain products for us. The food was incredibly delicious! We could hardly stop eating. Luckily, the food wasn't that difficult. The only thing we still need to practice is eating noodles and soup with chopsticks. My shirt was pretty dirty, but of course the restaurant can't do anything about that. We will definitely come back and recommend a visit to our friends.
