Pleasant Place: Highly Recommended This restaurant's theme and decor are amazing, reminiscent of stepping into a Lucky Luke cartoon. The staff are very friendly and efficient. Although we had to be patient, the owner was very honest and transparent, informing us upfront about the wait. The food was delicious, and the atmosphere was very nice. Highly recommended for a delightful dining experience.

A real stroke of luck! Very nice staff and harmonious atmosphere. The meat was wonderfully tender, the spare ribs practically fell off the bone themselves and the sauce was also great. All around great, gladly again!

Very nice restaurant. It was rather by chance that we stumbled into this very attractive restaurant about three quarters of an hour before closing time. Nevertheless, we were warmly welcomed and given the menu. The food was great and the little chat with the host was very nice. Even though we had clearly exceeded the well-deserved end of the day with our meal, there was still a gift to take with us as a souvenir of Eisenach. Unfortunately we are leaving again shortly, otherwise there would definitely be a second visit.

If you don't know your way around, you can eat really well here... nicely done, but not for gourmets, unfortunately. Cooking point doesn't matter, sometimes cold, too salty, frozen goods (which doesn't have to be bad)... too expensive. Plus point, though for the fact that my food was taken off the bill without asking, even though we only expressed ourselves discreetly...mistakes happen, you own up to them...unfortunately I just have the feeling that that's standard here...but the nice guests we tore it out at the neighboring table, greetings to you 2 👋

We were a group of 5 people. The food was tasty and the conditions were good. However, we have a few things to improve. We weren't informed that we had to pay in cash and were a bit shocked and had to get cash first! A note when making the reservation or at the table would be appropriate! There was probably a sign, but it was slightly hidden. The prices of the steaks are of a high standard. Here it would have at least been appropriate to provide steak cutlery. Furthermore, in my opinion, it is appropriate that the high-quality steak is not in the sauce. The taste of the steak is masked by the sauce... Unfortunately, no one asked how they would like the steak to be fried. In the end it was lucky that it was okay. And in the end there was a bill for everyone. We know it by asking the customer whether they are separated or together. Overall it was okay, but not what we expected.

The ambience is really great and with lots of details. This is also great for children. However, you should invest significantly more in employees and less in decoration. 2 waitresses, only one of whom can take orders because the other doesn't understand German. A cook. And that on a Friday evening and for 2 floors. The waiting time, even for drinks, was far too long. You had to order drinks several times to get a load. (Only a waiter can't catch that.) The burgers were great, my steak was poor. To get the weight, several pieces are thrown together. Quite a bit. I was not expecting that. I wanted my steak medium, it came out rare. So it went back. Then one came without any side dish. (You pay extra for both and not a little!) From the way it tasted, the meat was not prepared before cooking. For example, the silver skin was not removed. The result: You're chewing on a tough shoe sole (€30) instead of a juicy, tender steak. The fried potatoes are more like potato wedges with oil and rosemary. Not what you imagine - potato SLICES FRIED until crispy. Unfortunately, the price-performance ratio is not right here. The restaurant has potential. So increase your German-speaking staff, get at least one more chef who knows about meat preparation and preparation (or change your butcher) and use this potential! Then the reviews will get better.

I can only absolutely recommend it! We went there spontaneously on a Saturday evening, and even though the staff was short, the service was top! Very nice and accommodating! Food came very quickly and was very tasty! Location is also awesome!

Unlucky Luke trifft es hier wohl eher. Keines der Essen hat durch Geschmack überzeugt. Kaltes oder komplett rohes Fleisch (wurde Medium bestellt) waren nicht die Ausnahme. Selbst einfache Speisen, wie Chicken Wings oder Zwiebelringe haben eher an TK-Ware erinnert.

So if you want to eat cold meat from cold plates, grilled vegetables soaked in oil and sage sausages, you've come to the right place. Unfortunately, the fries were very sticky and the meat was very well-done and served cold. The cow would have had a better life at Burgerking, where it would at least have been served edible. Furthermore, contrary to what was stated on the website, card payment was not possible. All in all, unfortunately, very Unlucky Luke.

We entered the restaurant at 5:00 p.m. and were immediately “asked out” with a wave of the hand and incomprehensible language, even though the Google opening hours AND the sign in front of the restaurant said 5:00 p.m. Already a good start. At 5:40 p.m. we made a second attempt and sure enough; we were allowed to sit down. After looking at the menu, we ordered from the waitress. Starter, main course and drinks for three people. As soon as we ordered, we noticed that the waitress had difficulty writing everything down, let alone understanding us. Hardly any answers were given to questions about the courts, and when they were answered, they were rather superficial and hardly understandable. So we placed our order. 15 minutes later the first part of the starter arrived. Only 5 minutes later the second part. A dish was brought twice; the other dishes were not the ones we ordered. The waiter who brought the food didn't speak German, so the waitress from the beginning had to come to answer our request. We thought: “Something like that happens sometimes” and continued to remain calm. After that, a whole 35 minutes passed. Guests who came to the restaurant after us already received their main courses while we were still, mind you, waiting for the starter. After remarking to the waitress, we were told that the food would be coming soon. Another 10 minutes passed and our starter was brought. Lo and behold: It wasn't what we ordered. Anew. The composure disappeared and the mood largely sank into the basement. The waitress, who now reacted irritably to us and rolled her eyes, blamed it on a programming error in the cash register. I looked around and saw the sad looks on my family's faces. It was clear: after waiting 65 minutes, we weren't prepared to wait any longer for our food. I clarified that the rest of the starter + main course should be canceled; we pay for what is on the table and then leave the store. Half-hearted apologies and renewed blame-shifting were made by the waiters, now two of them. We were left with a hefty 90 cents on the bill for the inconvenience. Generous. While waiting for the bill, a smaller man in his late twenties appeared behind the bar and asked in broken German if everything was okay. I replied with a “No,” to which he frowned. He asked “Why?” and I replied that he should please ask his colleague because I no longer felt like justifying myself again when I was in a bad mood. He barked at me with the words “What colleagues?!” and I realized that I had been misunderstood. I tried to calm him down and explain the situation to him. But after the first few sentences, I gradually noticed that I wasn't being understood. Not in the sense of insight, but entirely in terms of language. Great. I'm taking the time because it's my right to share such an experience. Because this was really beneath all dignity. Finally being said goodbye by the cook to the barman: “Let them go, they should fuck off”, is not fair. Do not get me wrong. I don't want to hate anyone here just because someone can't speak German well. What's more is that in this restaurant the customers are treated with such arrogance, unprofessionalism and intrusiveness that you are at a loss for words. Because that was by far the worst customer treatment I have ever experienced in a restaurant. Mistakes happen to everyone. And I'm not a monster not to forgive something like that. The only thing missing here is a real contact person to whom you can turn with such concerns. As it is now, the restaurant seems dubious, impersonal and you feel alienated. It is therefore clear that I cannot recommend this restaurant.

Ambience very appealing, suitable. Only finding out about the obligation to pay in cash from the person sitting next to you at the table is not possible! Staff friendly. The food is underground!! Frozen goods baked in probably older frying fat. Creepy aftertaste, brrrr. The normal fries and burgers were served almost cold and completely tasteless. Food was not served at the same time. Waiting time longer than usual. Recommendation: replace the chef, prepare the goods fresh and then the prices would be ok. been.

A real disaster! Due to the experiences and reviews here that the opening times were incorrect, I called two days before our planned visit, asked about the actual opening times, reserved a table and left my telephone number. Nevertheless, on the day of the planned visit to the restaurant we found ourselves in front of closed doors. And as we could read on the sign at the entrance, they won't open again until March.

The reservation turned out to be a little more difficult than expected. But it worked great. The large room on the 2nd floor is beautifully designed. There is a variety of starters and lots of great main courses to choose from. The conditions are always nice and friendly. We'd love to come back

Either the website is updated, or you stick to the opening times! Today we drove an extra 40 (in words, forty) km only to finally find ourselves in front of a locked door, contrary to what was stated! Really very customer friendly!!!

Great atmosphere, opening times were not the same as those on Google. No card payment. And the service seemed very disorganized. Food was OK.

Wäre eigentlich nur spontan essen, aber würden angenehm überrascht. Personal freundlich und fix. Essen kam überraschend schnell und war echt lecker. Ambiente gut gestaltet, leider passt Kaptain Jack Sparrow nicht nach Texas. :) Die Deutschlandfahne sollte mal richtig aufgehangen werden. Eigentlich ein NO GO. 🤭

Gestern Abend haben wir uns unsere eigene Meinung gebildet.......... Service 1 A höflich,nett aufmerksam alles super . Die Vorspeisen sind zeitgleich und heiß serviert worden sehr lecker . Hauptgericht war auch super lecker ,es gab nix zu auszusetzen. Und das Ambiente ist wirklich bis ins kleinste Detail super umgesetzt wir stehen drauf und kommen wieder

TK- Essen nach fast 2h Wartezeit. Für Kinder nix. Pommes waren kalt und Service nur nach Aufforderung. Überteuert und keine Qualität! Ambiente top!

Naja, Ambiente war sehr toll aber das Personal war nicht so der Hit.

Bedienung verwirrt ,teilweise nicht deutschsprachig und das Essen war leider auch nicht sehr gut . Bestellte Speisen sowie Getränke kamen garnicht an . Rechnen scheint auch nicht ihre Stärke dafür gab es Lutscher umsonst und die Toiletten waren sauber . 👌🏻

ABSOLUTE ENTSCHÄUSCHUNG! Es hat sich absolut nicht gelohnt ,in diesem Saftladen einzukehren. Das Essen hat nicht geschmeckt, viel zu lange gedauert und dazu , ist es einfach überteuert gewesen. Das Servicepersonal war auch die reine Katastrophe. Das einzige was gut gewesen ist, war der VodkaLemon...den ich auch definitiv gebraucht hab, nachdem ich mit Essen bekipppt wurde. Satt ist man auch nicht geworden....schlechte Laune gab es allerdings gratis. Da sieht mich niemand mehr!!!!!!!!!! Tschüsssssii

Perfekt eingerichtet für ein WildWest Restaurant. Das Essen war in Ordnung und heiss. Leider war das Personal komplett überfordert bei 2 belegten Tischen. Kann man mal besuchen.

Das Ambiente im Restaurant ist ganz nett. Die Servicekräfte waren auch sehr bemüht. Leider konnten die Burger, Salat und Vorspeisensuppe nicht überzeugen. Für das Essen kann man nur 2,5 Sterne geben. Die Gemüsebrühe mit Eierstich und Parmesan hat stark nach einer Fleischbrühe geschmeckt. Im Eierstich war zum Teil grober Pfeffer, was leider beim Essen keine Freude war. Im Salat mit Tomaten und Büffelmozzarella war leider nur normaler Kuhmilchmozzarella. Zudem war der Salat kaum gewürzt. Die Burgerbrötchen waren leider ungewöhnlich hart. Das Fleisch trocken und fest (totgebraten). Der Cheddar war nicht vorhanden, dafür eine aufgewärte Nachosauce als Ersatz. Insgesamt auch leicht zu salzig alles (Meinung von 5 Personen). Es hätten auch ruhig ein paar mehr Pommes dazu sein dürfen. Der Fleischersatz eines vegetarischen Burgers war auch übersalzen und beinhaltete Champignons aus der Dose. Lobend muss man erwähnen das auf Nachfrage vor der Bestellung ehrlich gesagt wurde, das die Spareribs nicht selbst eingelegt wurden sondern es sich um Fertigware handelt.

Mache es kurz... Heute das erste Mal im Lucky Luck. Bestellt Essen Nr. 97...Steaks und Co. für 2 Personen. Dauer zwischen Bestellung und Lieferung...ca. 40 Minuten. Ergebnis: Das Angus war wie Carpaccio...ca. 4-5 mm dick und Trocken. Das Hähnchen...sowas von Trocken. Das Rippchen...SCHWARZGEBRANNT...Würg. Keine der 4 Mädels vom Service hat je nach unseren Wünschen gefragt. Klar...Samstag...erstes Wochenende vom Monat...erstes Advent Wochenende...da steppt der Bär!!! ... Unser Fazit: Wir bekamen als Rechnung nur 40zig statt 56zig Euro berechnet...haben als Entschädigung 2 Grappa bekommen...trotzdem noch 5 Euro Trinkgeld gegen aber werden das Lucky Luck nicht weiter empfehlen. Da gibt es andere Restaurants die trotz Stress einen 1 A Service bieten.

Cooles Ambiente…. Freundliche Bedienung…. Leider ist nicht alles toll…. Kinderschnitzel aus der Tiefkühlung und nicht appetitlich angerichtet…. Aperol Sprizz ohne Eiswürfel .. lässt es zu wünschen ….

Das Steakhaus Lucky Luke im Zentrum von Eisenach ist im amerikanischen Western style gestaltet. Eine sehr individuelle und gelungene Einrichtung. Es bietet so viele Alleinstellungsmerkmale, dass man gar nicht weiß was man zuerst ansehen soll. Man hat das Gefühl in einer anderen Welt zu sein. Es ist sehr liebevoll gestaltet. Ein absoluter Hingucker. Wenn man Eisenach besucht, sollte man sich dieses Steakhouse unbedingt ansehen und das Essen genießen. Wir sind nur durch Zufall auf das Restaurant aufmerksam geworden. Bei unserem nächsten Besuch in Eisenach, wird es kein Zufall sein, dass wir garantiert wiederkommen. Es war ein richtiges Erlebnis dort zu essen. Absolut zu empfehlen.

Sehr zu empfehlen!!! Tolles Ambiente, nette ,aufmerksame Bedienung. Wir wurden sehr herzlich empfangen und so toll bedient, das gibt's kaum mehr. Das Essen war hervorragend, beste Qualität und extrem lecker. Reservierung würde ich empfehlen, da es sich sicherlich sehr bald noch deutlich mehr etablieren wird. Wir wünschen Lucky Luke viel Glück 😊 und Erfolg und hoffen sehr auf ein Wiedersehen in weiteren Städten.

Wir sind aus Gotha angefahren und haben vorher extra angerufen ob es noch Steak und so gibt. Dies wurde mit Ja beantwortet. Als wir 20 Minuten später ankamen wurde uns gesagt das die Küche bereits geschlossen hat. Wohlgemerkt wir waren zwei Stunden vor Ladenschluss da. Ambiente ist gut aber das man da so verarscht wird ist nicht schön. So mal wir vorher angerufen haben und gefragt haben ob das alles noch geht. Naja einmal und nie wieder leider.

Sehr lecker. Klasse Ambiente im Stil des wilden Westen. Selbst die Kellner im Stil angezogen. Größe der Portionen vollkommen ausreichend. Für Kids teilweise etwas zu groß aber nicht zu viel. Kommt auf das Kind an. Kann man nur empfehlen. Ein imaginären Stern Abzug ;) es fehlt die Lucky Luke Figur draußen

Von außen ansprechend, leider konnten die Speisen nicht halten was versprochen wird. Unter Cheese Macaroni stellt man sich etwas anders vor als Mini Rigatoni mit Käsesoße. Das Steak von echt schlechter Qualität, dafür die Preise ziemlich heftig. Schade, leider keinen Besuch wert.

Sehr schön hergerichtetes thematisch passendes Ambiente. Essen war lecker Servicepersonal freundlich. Preislich nicht ganz billig aber wie heißt es so schön: "Man gönnt sich ja sonst nichts"

Wir haben das Restaurant bei unserem Rundgang durch Eisenach entdeckt und haben dort gegessen. Das Essen war hervorragend, der Besitzer toll und aufmerksam, zum Schluss haben wir noch nett geplaudert. Auf jeden Fall zu empfehlen, wir sind begeistert. Schöne Grüße aus dem Ruhrpott 😉

Super Lokalität, tolles Essen und sehr nettes Personal

Wenn man Lust auf Burger (klassisch, doppelt, mit außergewöhnliche Zutaten), Steaks, spareribs, pasta usw hat, dann seid ihr hier richtig! Finde das Essen gut und die Atmosphäre sehr angenehm. Personal super freundlich! War hier auch mit Kollegen und alle waren sehr zufrieden.

Hammer Location, super freundliches Personal und Chef, absolut einen Besuch wert!!! Ps: machen auch Whisky tastings…;-)

Heute waren wir erstmals im Steakhouse - wer gerne unfassbare gutes Fleisch essen möchte (diese Qualität kannte ich bisher nur aus der USA), aktuell - leckere Pasta mit Spargel oder einfach mal einen guten Burger, dann ist jeder im Lucky Luke genau richtig. Das Ganze zudem bei detailgetreuer Einrichtung und perfektem Service. Hier hat sich die neue Geschäftsführung richtig bezahlt gemacht. Ich kann nur jedem empfehlen das Lucky Luke Steakhouse regelmäßig zu besuchen. ,

Wir waren eben zur Geburtstagsfeier mit Enkeln und Familie hier. Alles super! Hervorragender Qualität der Speisen, das ganze Team aufmerksam und freundlich . Empfehlenswert,weiter so und nochmals Dankeschön!

Eigentlich eine coole Location mit freundlicher Bedienung. Leider war bei einem unserer bestellten Burger noch das Papier am Pattie - dieser wurde also damit gebraten und so im Brot serviert. Entsprechend wurde das Papier erst beim Verzehr bemerkt, was nicht gerade angenehm ist. Kann passieren. Jedoch gab es seitens Bedienung oder Küche weder eine Entschuldigung noch einen Preisnachlass, was bei deutlich über 10,-€ pro Burger bei ansonsten eher durchschnittlicher Qualität schon recht enttäuschend ist. Die anderen Gerichte waren ansonsten aber in Ordnung. Ich hoffe, dass sie beim angepriesenen Tomahawk Steak die Folie vorm Braten entfernen. ;)

Ganz toller Laden! Nach Re-Opening mit neuem Inhaber: Stimmungsvolles Ambiente, tolle Atmosphäre, super Service mit italienischer Gastlichkeit, sehr charmant und sau leckeres Essen mit reichhaltigen Portionen! Wir kommen definitiv wieder und können es nur weiterempfehlen. Reingehen lohnt sich!

Totale abzocke, Preise sind nicht gerechtfertigt für dass was man bekommt. In dem Bürger waren Haare drin und das Patty war trocken. Vom dem 1,2 kg Steak war die Hälfte Knochen, Fett und Sehnen. :(

Unglaublich schnelle Bedienung und super leckeres Essen

Die Ausstattung des Lokals ist sehr stilecht, mit viel Liebe zum Detail dekoriert. Die Bedienung war sehr aufmerksam, freundlich und schnell. Die Speisekarte ist toll gestaltet und die von uns bestellten Speisen und Getränke waren qualitativ in Ordnung. Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Abend mit Livemusik. Allerdings nur bis am Nebentisch ein größerer Hund Platz nahm, was leider unseren Abend damit sofort beendet hat. Tierliebe hin oder her. Es gibt auch Gäste die kein gutes Verhältnis zu Hunden haben oder bereits schlechte Erfahrungen gemacht haben. Schade, bis dahin war es ein schöner Abend. Daher ein Stern Abzug. Wir wünschen dem Team vom Lucky Luke Steakhouse alles Gute und viele zufriedene Gäste!

Wirklich sehr sehr gutes Essen und sehr freundliche Bedienung!! Die Einrichtung und alles drum herum ist ebenfalls sehr passend und außergewöhnlich. Eines der besten Restaurants in denen ich je war.
