Food, service and ambience are excellent. But a 0.5l beer for €6.30 is unfortunately a deterrent. You're already thinking about whether you want to eat OR drink. It's a shame, because everything else is made with great attention to detail so that you feel comfortable. But for many, the price of beer has crossed a limit!

Mega friendly and competent staff. The food was super tasty and just the right amount. I can only recommend a visit there to everyone. We will definitely come back!!! Keep it up 👍

We received a very friendly welcome. I made a reservation by phone that same evening without any problems. If you like meat and whiskey, you'll definitely get your money's worth here. Gladly again.

Positiv - die Nudeln waren ok Negativ - wir haben ewig gewartet, die Speisen kamen sporadisch, das Fleisch war durch und nicht medium gebraten, auf Hinweise reagiert man hier mit Aggressivität. Das Personal zeigt wenig Interesse daran, die Gäste zufrieden zu stellen.

Wir waren 6 Personen zu einem Gerschäftsessen. Zunächst wollten wir spontan telefonisch oder per Email einen Tisch reservieren, was leider nicht möglich war. Das Restaurant macht von der Einrichtung her einen sympatischen Eindruck. Die Speisekarte erinnert nicht unbedingt an ein amerikanisches Steak-House. Nachdem wir bestellt haben, warteten wir zunächst 20 Minuten auf die Getränke. Eine Kollegin fragte dann freundlich nach, ob man uns eventuell vergessen habe. Mit der etwas aggressiven Antwort der Oberkellners, dass wir wohl nicht alleine auf der Welt seien und uns wohl gedulden müssen, hat sie nicht gerechnet. Nach einer Stunde bekam der erste Kollege am Tisch sein Steak. Nach weiteren 10 Minuten servierte das Personal zwei Nudelgerichte. Drei von uns warteten nach wie vor auf die Burger. Nachdem die ersten drei Personen unserer Gruppe fertig waren, wurden nach und nach die Burger serviert. Bisher kennen wir es nur so, dass die Speisen für alle Personen zu der möglichst selben Zeit an den Tisch kommen. Dies bemängelten wir bei dem Oberkellner, der uns dann recht forsch angegangen ist und mir mit Lokalverbot drohte. Wir haben dem Oberkellner klar gemacht, dass wir das Lokal wärmstens weiter empfehlen.

Ich habe so einen unverschämten Kellner noch nicht erlebt. Schon bei der Bestellung gab er in einem unangemessen Ton Sprüche ab.

Steakhouse in Eisenach. The positive first. My Black Angus steak with pepper sauce was delicious and medium rare. But that was about it as a positive thing. The four of us had to wait 80 minutes for our food, even though it wasn't fully occupied. The waiter asked twice if everything was OK, and we hadn't received anything to eat apart from the drinks. There was no such thing as an appetite stimulant before. The usual question in a steakhouse about how you would like your steak was not asked. The side dish had to be ordered separately with the steak, 4 euros for a portion of fries, no salad, nothing to pay for everything. With this in mind, we leave the places to others. Thanks

perfect food, perfect service and very good beer

Food was really good. Service 0 points and arrogance that is hard to beat!! Waited 1.5 hours for our burgers. When we asked several times, we were told that we were lucky that we were "accepted" without a reservation. The store wasn't even fully booked. Forgot your drink order. Got a stupid answer there too. I'm actually stuck with reviews like this, but last night's just isn't possible. I just hope for the restaurant's sake that it was an isolated incident.

Leider ging das essen gestern schief nach fast einer stunde Wartezeit kam mein flank Steak lauwarm zu mir geht gar nicht obwohl man sich bemühte mir ein frisches Steak zu schicken was auch funktionierte war irgendwie die Lust raus unser Kellner war auch nicht sehr bemüht. Also ich denke ich werde es mir nicht mehr antun hier essen zu gehen.

I didn't regret the visit. The selection on the menu is reasonable and not overloaded. A great offer. I had the number 62, burritos with beef strips, really good. Taste and quantity very good. The price-performance ratio is definitely there. The waiter is very attentive and completes the concept. I felt very comfortable, I ate very well and had a great time. The next time I'm on a course in Eisenach, I'll definitely come back. Thank you.

Unfortunately only 5 stars can be given. This steakhouse is absolutely recommended. It is extremely rare to find such an atmosphere. The service was great, it couldn't be more comfortable. The food was to die for!

A spontaneous visit. After we were quickly served drinks, we were told that the food might take a while... after about 45 minutes our order was taken (burger and cutlet) and served for another 20 minutes. Well prepared and tasteful. Overall, there were very few visitors in the restaurant, about 1/3 full on Friday from 6:30 p.m. to 9 p.m. The unpleasant surprise came when paying. According to the menu, the cutlet was supposed to cost €14.90, but was charged €19.90. When asked, the reason given was a printing error. Next shock: No card payments, only cash. So off to the nearest ATM. That ruined what was otherwise a lovely evening for us. Basically, the design of the restaurant is original and stands out in the city. But based on our own experiences, improvements are to be desired, which is why only 3 stars for the service.

We were here during our short vacation and were more than satisfied. A great restaurant with a great team. When we arrived we were informed that Lucky Luke values ​​quality over speed and I can only agree and support that. The food still came in a reasonable time frame and was simply delicious. Chicken wings, burgers and burritos - all fresh and super tasty! The service was attentive and quick and extremely friendly. I rarely go out to eat and be so satisfied! The ambience of Lucky Luke is also harmonious - from totems to covered wagons, wanted posters and much more - a cozy atmosphere like in the Wild West. He responded to my request and put a beautiful bouquet of flowers there.😇 We spent our parents' wedding anniversary comfortably. Each of us had three drinks. The four of us shared the carpaccio and the Lucky Luke starter platter, and each of us had a delicious steak as the main course. The food was an absolute culinary delight. ❤️ The atmosphere is a cozy, rustic restaurant like in the Wild West. You have a lot to look at and just feel good. 😊 And a HUGE thank you for the great service. Very cool restaurant bar in western style. Service very friendly. Dogs welcome. Not just water but also treats. Service is in a good mood and they enjoy their job. Soft, pale and without any trace of roasted aromas. You almost wish that the long waiting time had at least been a sign of quality. Spoiler: she doesn't. And finally the ultimate retro twist: no card payment possible! Exactly, in the age of digital wallets and contactless payments, you are charmingly catapulted into the past. So, not only have enough patience, but also bring a lot of cash - because the food takes time. Conclusion: If you're looking for good entertainment, have plenty of time and happen to have cash with you, then you've come to the right place. For everything else: better go somewhere else!

Very nice restaurant. It was rather by chance that we stumbled into this very attractive restaurant about three quarters of an hour before closing time. Nevertheless, we were warmly welcomed and given the menu. The food was great and the little chat with the host was very nice. Even though we had clearly exceeded the well-deserved end of the day with our meal, there was still a gift to take with us as a souvenir of Eisenach. Unfortunately we are leaving again shortly, otherwise there would definitely be a second visit.

We were a group of 5 people. The food was tasty and the conditions were good. However, we have a few things to improve. We weren't informed that we had to pay in cash and were a bit shocked and had to get cash first! A note when making the reservation or at the table would be appropriate! The burgers were great, my steak was poor. To get the weight, several pieces are thrown together. Quite a bit. I was not expecting that. I wanted my steak medium, it came out rare. So it went back. Then one came without any side dish. (You pay extra for both and not a little!) From the way it tasted, the meat was not prepared before cooking. For example, the silver skin was not removed. The result: You're chewing on a tough shoe sole (€30) instead of a juicy, tender steak. The fried potatoes are more like potato wedges with oil and rosemary. Not what you imagine - potato SLICES FRIED until crispy. Unfortunately, the price-performance ratio is not right here. The restaurant has potential. Unlucky Luke trifft es hier wohl eher. Keines der Essen hat durch Geschmack überzeugt. Kaltes oder komplett rohes Fleisch (wurde Medium bestellt) waren nicht die Ausnahme. Selbst einfache Speisen, wie Chicken Wings oder Zwiebelringe haben eher an TK-Ware erinnert.

We entered the restaurant at 5:00 p.m. and were immediately “asked out” with a wave of the hand and incomprehensible language, even though the Google opening hours AND the sign in front of the restaurant said 5:00 p.m. Already a good start. At 5:40 p.m. we made a second attempt and sure enough; we were allowed to sit down. After looking at the menu, we ordered from the waitress. Starter, main course and drinks for three people. As soon as we ordered, we noticed that the waitress had difficulty writing everything down, let alone understanding us. Hardly any answers were given to questions about the courts, and when they were answered, they were rather superficial and hardly understandable. So we placed our order. 15 minutes later the first part of the starter arrived. Only 5 minutes later the second part. A dish was brought twice; the other dishes were not the ones we ordered. The waiter who brought the food didn't speak German, so the waitress from the beginning had to come to answer our request. We thought: “Something like that happens sometimes” and continued to remain calm. After that, a whole 35 minutes passed. Guests who came to the restaurant after us already received their main courses while we were still, mind you, waiting for the starter. After remarking to the waitress, we were told that the food would be coming soon. Another 10 minutes passed and our starter was brought. Lo and behold: It wasn't what we ordered. Anew. The composure disappeared and the mood largely sank into the basement. The waitress, who now reacted irritably to us and rolled her eyes, blamed it on a programming error in the cash register. I looked around and saw the sad looks on my family's faces. It was clear: after waiting 65 minutes, we weren't prepared to wait any longer for our food. I clarified that the rest of the starter + main course should be canceled; we pay for what is on the table and then leave the store. Half-hearted apologies and renewed blame-shifting were made by the waiters, now two of them. We were left with a hefty 90 cents on the bill for the inconvenience. Generous. While waiting for the bill, a smaller man in his late twenties appeared behind the bar and asked in broken German if everything was okay. I replied with a “No,” to which he frowned. He asked “Why?” and I replied that he should please ask his colleague because I no longer felt like justifying myself again when I was in a bad mood. He barked at me with the words “What colleagues?!” and I realized that I had been misunderstood. I tried to calm him down and explain the situation to him. But after the first few sentences, I gradually noticed that I wasn't being understood. Not in the sense of insight, but entirely in terms of language. Great. I'm taking the time because it's my right to share such an experience. Because this was really beneath all dignity. Finally being said goodbye by the cook to the barman: “Let them go, they should fuck off”, is not fair. Do not get me wrong. I don't want to hate anyone here just because someone can't speak German well. What's more is that in this restaurant the customers are treated with such arrogance, unprofessionalism and intrusiveness that you are at a loss for words. Because that was by far the worst customer treatment I have ever experienced in a restaurant. Mistakes happen to everyone. And I'm not a monster not to forgive something like that. The only thing missing here is a real contact person to whom you can turn with such concerns. As it is now, the restaurant seems dubious, impersonal and you feel alienated. It is therefore clear that I cannot recommend this restaurant.

Gestern Abend haben wir uns unsere eigene Meinung gebildet.......... Service 1 A höflich,nett aufmerksam alles super . Die Vorspeisen sind zeitgleich und heiß serviert worden sehr lecker . Hauptgericht war auch super lecker ,es gab nix zu auszusetzen. Und das Ambiente ist wirklich bis ins kleinste Detail super umgesetzt wir stehen drauf und kommen wieder

TK- Essen nach fast 2h Wartezeit. Für Kinder nix. Pommes waren kalt und Service nur nach Aufforderung. Überteuert und keine Qualität! Ambiente top!

Bedienung verwirrt ,teilweise nicht deutschsprachig und das Essen war leider auch nicht sehr gut . Bestellte Speisen sowie Getränke kamen garnicht an . Rechnen scheint auch nicht ihre Stärke dafür gab es Lutscher umsonst und die Toiletten waren sauber . 👌🏻

ABSOLUTE ENTSCHÄUSCHUNG! Es hat sich absolut nicht gelohnt ,in diesem Saftladen einzukehren. Das Essen hat nicht geschmeckt, viel zu lange gedauert und dazu , ist es einfach überteuert gewesen. Das Servicepersonal war auch die reine Katastrophe. Das einzige was gut gewesen ist, war der VodkaLemon...den ich auch definitiv gebraucht hab, nachdem ich mit Essen bekipppt wurde. Satt ist man auch nicht geworden....schlechte Laune gab es allerdings gratis. Da sieht mich niemand mehr!!!!!!!!!! Tschüsssssii

Perfekt eingerichtet für ein WildWest Restaurant. Das Essen war in Ordnung und heiss. Leider war das Personal komplett überfordert bei 2 belegten Tischen. Kann man mal besuchen.

Mache es kurz... Heute das erste Mal im Lucky Luck. Bestellt Essen Nr. 97...Steaks und Co. für 2 Personen. Dauer zwischen Bestellung und Lieferung...ca. 40 Minuten. Ergebnis: Das Angus war wie Carpaccio...ca. 4-5 mm dick und Trocken. Das Hähnchen...sowas von Trocken. Das Rippchen...SCHWARZGEBRANNT...Würg. Keine der 4 Mädels vom Service hat je nach unseren Wünschen gefragt. Klar...Samstag...erstes Wochenende vom Monat...erstes Advent Wochenende...da steppt der Bär!!! ... Unser Fazit: Wir bekamen als Rechnung nur 40zig statt 56zig Euro berechnet...haben als Entschädigung 2 Grappa bekommen...trotzdem noch 5 Euro Trinkgeld gegen aber werden das Lucky Luck nicht weiter empfehlen. Da gibt es andere Restaurants die trotz Stress einen 1 A Service bieten.

Das Ambiente im Restaurant ist ganz nett. Die Servicekräfte waren auch sehr bemüht. Leider konnten die Burger, Salat und Vorspeisensuppe nicht überzeugen. Für das Essen kann man nur 2,5 Sterne geben. Die Gemüsebrühe mit Eierstich und Parmesan hat stark nach einer Fleischbrühe geschmeckt. Im Eierstich war zum Teil grober Pfeffer, was leider beim Essen keine Freude war. Im Salat mit Tomaten und Büffelmozzarella war leider nur normaler Kuhmilchmozzarella. Zudem war der Salat kaum gewürzt. Die Burgerbrötchen waren leider ungewöhnlich hart. Das Fleisch trocken und fest (totgebraten). Der Cheddar war nicht vorhanden, dafür eine aufgewärte Nachosauce als Ersatz. Insgesamt auch leicht zu salzig alles (Meinung von 5 Personen). Es hätten auch ruhig ein paar mehr Pommes dazu sein dürfen. Der Fleischersatz eines vegetarischen Burgers war auch übersalzen und beinhaltete Champignons aus der Dose. Lobend muss man erwähnen das auf Nachfrage vor der Bestellung ehrlich gesagt wurde, das die Spareribs nicht selbst eingelegt wurden sondern es sich um Fertigware handelt.
