We had a wonderful lunch at Restaurant Zum Hasen! The service was extremely friendly, attentive and quick - you really feel welcome here. The waitresses are very courteous and always with a smile. Very pleasant! The food was excellent – ​​fresh, tasty and prepared with a lot of love. The prices are absolutely reasonable and appropriate for the quality. A little tip: If you are coming with a larger group, you should definitely call in advance to reserve a table. We will definitely be back and can fully recommend Zum Hasen.

It's hard to believe that there are still restaurants today that are so careless about their guests' wishes. After three orders from your restaurant all I can say is that I am extremely disappointed. When I first ordered, I noticed that even though arugula was specifically mentioned as an addition on the menu, it was still included in the salad dishes. Thinking it was a one-off mistake, I specifically requested that the dishes be served without arugula on my next two orders. And lo and behold – everything was full of rocket again. This is not only annoying, but also dangerous. If anyone has allergies or special dietary needs, you're simply out of luck at this restaurant. It seems like the safety and health of guests isn't really a priority. Where is the customer service here? It is really disappointing that such basic requirements are not taken seriously. I doubt I will order again in the future as the chances of being disappointed again are far too high.
