The food is very tasty and in my opinion the price-performance ratio is also good. When it came to deliveries, they were always there quickly and completely. I will eat there again and again, great!

Update: Now we've had enough!!! We have specially planned after opening hours so that we can order from you. So we placed our order for a delivery time and were really looking forward to the food. 20 minutes before delivery our order was canceled for no reason. The store is suddenly no longer accessible and was set to “temporarily closed” at short notice. This is really customer service that no one needs and nothing is being done here to improve it. So if you want to order something to eat in a planned manner, this is definitely the wrong place for you! I don't recommend anything here anymore, even if you did well at the local festival when it comes to further orders. You died for me!!! ________________________ After the reopening we were absolutely thrilled and ordered a few times. Of course, there were a few mistakes (it can happen) and professional remedial action was immediately taken. Unfortunately, it was dismantled just as quickly and the errors piled up - but no one reacted to them and corrected the deficiencies. It's a shame - not anymore for now.

I think 7€ for a kebab that is barely bigger than a hamburger is outrageous, the taste was quite ok

We weren't served for 40 minutes and then had to wait another 30 minutes for our food.

I ordered via Lieferando. Delivery between 20 and 45 minutes was stated on the page. You could also specify the delivery time. I ordered at 7pm to 7.30pm and it was confirmed. Shortly afterwards I checked again and suddenly 7:30 p.m. became 8:30 p.m. A bit annoying, therefore 1 star deducted. What was more annoying was the quality of the food. Rarely have I had such tasteless food. Very unfortunate. Doesn't speak for high quality let alone valuable products.

Ordered once for delivery and once for collection. Very friendly staff and every time it was delicious. Had the kebab plate with salad and fries. Meat was very juicy and the fries were well seasoned. Salad was very fresh and crunchy. The sauces are also very tasty. Had a good kebab plate for a long time. I can personally only recommend it. I will only order here in the future.

Fries were over-seasoned and not edible, and parts of the order were not delivered and only delivered after about 5-10 minutes. Other products weren't really that convincing in terms of taste either. I personally wouldn't recommend it.

We ordered from Active Kebap today and I have to say that I was thoroughly pleasantly surprised. The baked kebab plate was a real taste experience - the meat was juicy and excellently seasoned, garnished with fresh, crunchy paprika, which rounded the whole thing off perfectly. The chicken nuggets with fries were also largely convincing. The fries were crispy and tasty, while the chicken nuggets were nothing special but still okay. The garlic dip was another highlight, really very good! Compared to our experiences with other suppliers in Laupheim recently, Active Kebap clearly stands out in terms of quality, taste and freshness. The portions could be a bit larger for the price, but the use of high-quality, fresh ingredients justifies this in my opinion. The price-performance ratio is therefore absolutely okay. The food arrived quicker than stated - we were able to enjoy our meal after just 40 minutes, quicker than expected. Based on this consistently positive experience, I will definitely order from Active Kebap again and can highly recommend it to anyone in Laupheim looking for high quality and delicious food.

According to Google, the kebab shop is open until 10 p.m. So we went there and were surprised shortly after 9 p.m. that the kitchen was already closed! Just bad - just change the opening times!
