We were able to enjoy the New Year's Eve kitchen party and had two wonderful days with very delicious food in a very friendly atmosphere.

Amazing food and amazing service at the hotel and restaurant! The schnitzel was absolutely perfect! A huge compliment to Ines for her service.

A great hotel, we received a voucher and were very happy. It's very stylishly furnished, with a fantastic bridal suite. However, something that didn't work for us, and never will, is the glass door to the toilet. I'm deducting two stars for that. Otherwise, the hotel is a very, very nice and upscale hotel with very modern furnishings. The service is superb. And the bed was sooooo comfortable. The pillows were great. We slept just like at home, which is amazing. The bed is also a great size, so you really have plenty of room. All in all, a great hotel.

I stayed at the Akzent Hotel Laupheim for two weeks and can wholeheartedly recommend it. The hotel is modern, extremely well-maintained, and exudes a pleasant, welcoming atmosphere from the moment you arrive. Service & Breakfast The staff is exceptionally friendly and helpful. I would particularly like to highlight the flexibility at breakfast: despite the official start time being 6:30 a.m., it was possible to have breakfast at 6:15 a.m. after a brief inquiry – a service that one wouldn't expect, yet was readily provided. The breakfast itself was exceptionally delicious and of high quality. Rooms & Amenities I've stayed in many hotels, but this room is definitely among the best I've ever experienced. I had a studio with its own kitchen and even slept better there than at home. I used the sauna frequently during my stay – a very nice, relaxing area that further enhances the overall feeling of well-being. The fitness room is adequate, but could be improved with a few additions. A rack, a barbell station, or a cable tower—essentially a small "CrossFit box"—would significantly enhance the workout experience and perfectly complement the hotel's offerings. Conclusion: An excellent hotel that sets standards in many areas. Thank you for the wonderful stay—I would gladly return anytime I'm in Laupheim or the surrounding area.

Everything was simply perfect. I arrived at the hotel around 7:45 pm, but was still able to enjoy the set menu I had ordered. Check-in was very modern. The single room was beautiful and modern, with great decor. It was quite small, but perfectly adequate. As for the food… everything was simply perfect… From the service to the dishes, everything was excellent. Breakfast was also perfect (you can even squeeze your own orange juice). I would gladly come back. My only complaint is that the €12 for the underground parking space seems a bit steep for hotel guests.

I was only there for one night, but it was absolutely perfect, nothing to complain about. The food in the restaurant was great, the breakfast buffet was plentiful and delicious, and the service was attentive and very friendly.

Modern and comfortable, breakfast buffet very good 👍, staff friendly and helpful

Service staff entered the room without notice. We were in the room at the time. Despite booking a late checkout (surcharge: half the room rate), service staff entered the room twice. A complaint to the reception desk was met with indifference and answered with "the late checkout was communicated to the staff." The staff member couldn't even bring themselves to say "I'm sorry, this shouldn't happen." Once, and never again.

I stayed here for a week on a business trip and am almost thrilled with the hotel. The rooms are nice, large, and well-maintained. There were no complaints about the bathrooms either. The bed is comfortable, and the air conditioning made my stay much more bearable. The only thing that doesn't do the hotel justice is the evening service. I don't mean the quality of the food/drinks, but the service itself. Waiting 30 minutes for a beer I ordered twice is unbecoming of a hotel of this class. The following evening, I had to order at the bar, as only food service is offered at the tables. All in all, I can recommend the hotel; the location alone is wonderfully central. If I have the chance, I'll be back.

Everything was OK, a decent business hotel. More like a 3.5. In my case, the soap in the bathroom was empty, and the blackout curtains were only moderately dark. I also think it's a shame that there aren't any pretzels for breakfast in southern Germany, and the selection could be wider for €15. All in all, though, it's OK for one night.

I stayed at the Akzent Hotel in Laupheim for a week (from June 30th to July 5th) with colleagues for work – and it was simply fantastic! The breakfast was fantastic – super delicious, with a wide selection, and always freshly prepared. The entire hotel team was incredibly friendly and welcoming; you immediately felt welcome. And the rooms? Simply beautiful, modern, clean, and incredibly comfortable – perfect for relaxing after a day at work. We all felt very comfortable and would love to come back. A truly feel-good hotel!

As always, we had no reason to complain. The staff is very friendly, the rooms are clean and air-conditioned. We highly recommend this hotel and would be happy to return.

Their TVS are old technology and therefore make it very difficult to watch Prime etc.

We only visited the restaurant. The service was excellent, and the food, as always, was very good. I highly recommend the steaks; the sauces are amazing, and the doneness is always perfect. I ordered rare. We'll be back :)

A very modern, beautiful hotel with a great restaurant, sauna, and fitness room. The rooms are a good size and of high quality. There's a really good hairdryer, so ladies, feel free to leave yours at home. The only drawback is that the shower is modern, with full glass and located in the middle of the room. However, if I were traveling with family members or something similar, I would find it very uncomfortable to always have to ask the other person to leave the room to shower. So, traveling with your partner is the only option.

The restaurant is good. The rooms are well decorated. However - the service and comfort is absolutely appalling. The breakfast, for the additional 15 euros, is morbidly disappointing. I arrived and there was a massive hole in my bed (the planks beneath the mattress were broken). The side of the bed without the hole left me with a sleepless night - it was genuinely one of the most uncomfortable mattresses I had ever slept on in my life. I asked to switch rooms to a more comfortable one, but was told that all the mattresses were the same (all unbearably uncomfortable apparently). The bed was then fixed the next day, and my room was left a mess - no room service or cleaning. I proceeded to ask the reception to clean while I went out for a walk - only to come back to a mess and a "free drink token." I would never come back here and would warn my colleagues from ever booking here again.

A great business hotel. Rooms large and clean Hot shower and infrared light. Shower has a large glass panel to the bed. Good breakfast spread, with make your own fresh orange juice. Hot food is limited but ask. Sacrifice your room cleaned and get a free drink from the bar. Car park underground

The rooms are a stunner, very nice and modernly designed. The mattress is just ok for me, but it seems to be quite worn out. I found the ventilation noises at night annoying. Unfortunately, I couldn't find anything to turn it off. The thermostat on the wall has some functions, but I couldn't get to grips with the controls. The service at reception and the bar was super friendly. I also find it positive how the room cleaning is handled. The location in the city center has advantages and disadvantages, although the parking situation is important to me. Unfortunately, you cannot reserve a parking space in advance in the adjacent parking garage. All in all a very modern, recommendable hotel. I would love to come back.

Nice hotel in the heart of the city. The rooms offer everything you need in a hotel. The rooms in the new part of the hotel in particular are an absolute dream. At the beginning I had a room in the "old" part, which was small but very functional and clean. Only the shower head in this room left a little to be desired. Unfortunately, it was quite calcified and just needed to be cleaned properly. Therefore a star deduction for the room. The staff is very friendly and helpful. A quick and excellent solution was found for my wish to extend my stay by one day, even though the hotel was relatively busy. The breakfast is very rich and you get everything your heart desires.

Terrible service at the restaurant during dinner and terrible treatment as a customer despite having stayed there several times. Too many young kids not properly educated.

We were here for dinner today (Boxing Day) and had made a reservation. We were seated in a large hall. We arrived around 1230. Unfortunately, the expected ambience was not as pleasant as in the expected “normal” restaurant. There was a menu to choose from from which a three or four course menu could be put together. The options were very good, two dishes each for the first and second courses and four for the main course, as well as two desserts. Everything sounded very tasty. I took the chestnut soup, the game ragout and the speculoos cheesecake. The first service was very friendly, attentive and quick. Since one of the guests had a small child with him, our attention was drawn to “breaded schnitzel with fries”. Of course we jumped at the chance to get the little one here. The chestnut soup and the other starters came 40 minutes later, unfortunately one was wrong, but it doesn't matter, we eat it anyway. My soup was incredibly delicious! Now somehow nothing happened anymore. We tried to order more drinks, which was only possible by going to the bar after half an hour. The main courses came around 1430 - and of course only those for the adults. The child had to wait another long 10 minutes and was the last to receive the food. The food was only lukewarm when it was delivered, actually almost cold. But the taste was very, very good - it was a shame that it was cold. My cheesecake was a poem. Conclusion: Unfortunately, compared to before, I can no longer recommend the Laupheimer Hof, especially not with children. The service was very nice and tried hard, but the overall concept failed. But we played well and gave a good tip because I don't think the service staff here can do anything about it. The management may have to think about something organizationally.

Love this Hotel and the staff has been welcoming, only thing is if you are not a mega early riser you’re hosed for breakfast lol! It ends like 9:30am and then the restaurant doesn’t open till like 5pm again, we have noticed several days it’s not open. It’s ok though because there are many places to eat within a 5 minute walk.

Couldn’t be more positive about this place. Great rooms, fantastic food and Natasha and team are just wonderful! The place to stay in Laupheim.

Most expensive and toughest roast onion I've ever eaten in a restaurant. We were there in a group of 15 people and everyone who ordered the onion roast was equally dissatisfied with it. At almost €35 (without salad) you should expect top quality. In addition, the size of the meat was rather small and the food was not prepared exceptionally. Blunt knives should also not be there and are an additional nuisance under these conditions. However, the staff and ambience were very good. Unfortunately, a high price doesn't necessarily mean a good meal, which is a shame about an otherwise lovely evening.

We were there for dinner. There was hardly any heating and anyone who wasn't wearing a super thick winter sweater was freezing. The food was good but not exceptional. Certainly of high quality, but relatively lightly seasoned and the portions are relatively small. The prices are an absolute disgrace. Insanely expensive and you won't even get full. If you want to be full, you have to order three courses - although the side dishes are usually not included and have to be ordered separately. Once and never again.

Great location in Laupheim very near the center of town, close to shops, and restaurants. The parking area is great. The hotel restaurant has really good food, fresh, and local specialties included. The breakfast spread every morning is a huge plus and above all, the staff is incredible - friendly and prompt!

The food is of high quality, but unfortunately the food was cold and the service was poor due to a lack of staff. We sat there for a very long time without drinks and we received no explanation or apology when we pointed it out. Very unfortunate. The ambience and also the food have potential. As a note: customers understand a lot when you inform them 😉. Even in difficult staff times, you can gain a lot of understanding through friendliness. I often help friends in the catering industry. Viel zu teuer für das was abgeliefert wird! Service unterirdisch. Fleisch grundsätzlich gut, aber wir haben Medium bestellt und es war durchgebraten. Hätte ich nicht so Hunger gehabt, hätte ich es zurückgehen lassen. (Wir haben 45 Minuten gewartet, bis wir das Essen überhaupt bestellen konnten). Nachdem der Gruss aus der Küche vom Ober unter dem Tisch gelandet ist, wurde es nicht aufgewischt, abgetragen wurde nach dem Essen erst nach Aufforderung. Der Service hat uns den ganzen Abend gekonnt ignoriert. Nie wieder.

Sehr schönes Ambiente, Bedienung sehr freundlich aber total gestresst. Das war einfach nicht zu verbergen. Nachdem das Essen, das durchnittlich war, hingestellt wurde, haben wir die Bedienung nur am Vorbeirennen gesehen. Keiner der mal freundlich gefragt hat, ob alles in Ordnung ist oder noch was gewünscht wird. Zum Bezahlen haben wir 20 Minuten gewartet. Keine Empfehlung. Da gibt es bessere Restaurants im Umkreis.

The modern, high-quality, family-run Hotel Laupheimer Hof, which is also completely barrier-free, is an absolute recommendation with slight drawbacks. The barrier-free rooms really deserve the title of being absolutely barrier-free - except for the small thing that the mirror in the bathroom is placed far too high for wheelchair users. Otherwise, the barrier-free rooms are very spacious, equipped with a wooden floor, which is worth mentioning and praiseworthy, and have comfortable beds that are also at a pleasant height for transferring out of a wheelchair. The bathroom is also spacious and very well equipped. The sink is accessible, the shower is easily accessible and the toilet can be driven over with a wheelchair. A small drawback is the carpeted floor in the corridor between the elevator and the rooms, which, as is often the case, is very difficult to navigate with a wheelchair. And the surcharge for an additional baby bed of €20 per night is far too high. There are also two disabled parking spaces at and near the hotel. The staff is very courteous and helpful, both in advance of booking and on site with all matters. All in all, a clear recommendation with the slight drawbacks mentioned.

Super great, lovely staff, whether at the reception or in the service area, especially the girls in the restaurant are super friendly, quick to serve and super attentive. Everything is clean and tidy.

We chose the hotel on booking because it has a restaurant directly. Unfortunately it was not clear that this would happen until September 1st. is closed. Parking also costs the full price for motorcycles, so unfortunately not recommended for motorcyclists.

We had a delightful two-night weekend stay at Hotel Akzent. From the moment we arrived, the staff at reception gave us a warm and friendly welcome, making us feel right at home. The hotel's restaurant exceeded our expectations with its incredible food, and breakfast was equally impressive. The waitstaff were attentive, friendly, and always ready to help. Overall, our experience at Hotel Akzent was fantastic, and we highly recommend it for anyone looking for a comfortable and welcoming place to stay.

On the homepage a distinction is made between the main building and the main building, the latter being the old building. The photos don't even begin to show how bad the room I was assigned is in. Dark wood, which was covered in paint chips, tiny room, the bed gave the impression that someone had just gotten out of it - old, dingy and an imposition for business travelers. I wanted to change the room, which was apparently not possible and then I had to pay for the room too, RUDE!!! I even had to argue to get the parking fees and the unused breakfast refunded because my only option was to leave extremely disappointed. This has never happened to me in decades of field service... great on the outside, bad on the inside... but it's nice that the tax rate for the hotel industry has been reduced...

Positive: The rooms are nice, the service is nice. Negative: Parking costs an expensive €12 per day and the hotel wanted an additional €20 for a baby cot, even though it said when booking via Booking that our child could stay overnight at no additional cost.

Thanks to the competent and friendly team at Laupheimer Hof. All of our wishes were fulfilled. Due to the local festival in and on site, parking spaces for cars were somewhat scarce. Maybe the community can find a solution for all guests?

We celebrated our small wedding at the Laupheimer Hof (in the hall) and couldn't be happier. We were able to enjoy our menu in advance at a rehearsal dinner, and it was simply indescribably delicious both at our wedding and at the rehearsal dinner. The service was excellent, many thanks to the hard-working and always friendly service staff. The biggest thank you from the bottom of my heart goes to Ms. Ute Gaupp. She was the greatest treasure, not only in the entire planning phase, but also in the wedding itself. We can't thank her enough! We also booked two nights in the hotel (new building). The rooms were super nice and clean, and we were completely satisfied. The breakfast is manageable, but we didn't miss anything and everything was very delicious and fresh. We are completely happy and would recommend the Laupheimer Hof without reservation.

Hier wird mit viel Liebe gekocht. Die Gerichte sind in ihrer Zusammenstellung spannend und originell (z. Bsp. das selbst hergestellte Brot in Tontöpfchen, Blattsalat mit fruchtig-säuerlichen Erdbeeraroma). Die Gerichte sind fein abgestimmt, die Zutaten hochwertig. Kochkunst auf hohem Niveau. Herrlich! Hab schon lange nicht mehr so gut gegessen.

Gorgeous hotel! We found this hotel by chance and have never regretted it, super clean, the bed felt like home, I slept just fine. The woman at the reception was very nice and explained everything to a very high level. If there are more such hotels in Germany, then travel will always be successful.

Sehr modernes und geschmackvoll eingerichtetes Hotel mit super freundlichem Personal. Das Frühstücksbüffet ist gut bestückt. Lediglich die Zimmerdame sollte morgens klopfen bevor sie ins Zimmer eintritt. Etwas störend war das Wassergeplätscher nachts im Innenhof.

Sehr entspanntes Ambiente. Schön eingerichtet. Die Karte ist übersichtlich und ich denke für jeden etwas dabei. Augenmerk liegt natürlich beim Wagyu Rind! Die Bedienung war sehr nett und flott unterwegs! Wir kommen gerne wieder :)
