L’Osteria offers delicious pizzas and other dishes in a lovely, pleasant atmosphere. The food was consistently high quality, and overall I had a very positive experience there. Only occasionally were some of the waitstaff not quite as helpful. Aside from that, it's a highly recommended restaurant that I would gladly visit again.

The service was very friendly and excellent. It was a bit chilly in January due to the size of the premises. The pizzas were very good, as always. The lasagna tasted okay, but you couldn't really tell it had béchamel sauce. That's because it wasn't made on-site. It wasn't a big deal, but I wouldn't order it again. When I mentioned it, they gave me a complimentary espresso. So, overall, I'd gladly come back.

You can't really go wrong with L'Osteria, but each location has its own charm, or not. The food was fine as always; I had gnocchi with shrimp, and the "homemade" panna cotta was good, but I'd give it one less star in the food category. Perhaps that's unfair, since I had homemade panna cotta last Saturday at Casa Maria on Hasestraße, and it was absolutely amazing. Back to the most important thing: the ambiance and service. I was certainly "lucky" that it wasn't as busy as usual at 8:30 on January 1st, 2026, but I still didn't feel lonely. There was a steady flow of customers, and the staff checked on guests regularly without being intrusive. With P., who looked after my table, I was lucky enough to have a student who is actually a trained restaurant manager—friendly, competent, and sociable. I sat in the far corner of the huge dining room, ordered a shandy first, and five seconds later, the gnocchi. P. turns around, is about a step and a half away from the table, and at that moment the bartender (next to the entrance) places the shandy on the table. It's like Amazon, shipping your package before you've even ordered the item. In those three seconds of thinking, P. had already transferred his main course and drink to the bar. Where professionals work... Respect and hats off to them. In conclusion, everything was perfect, expectations exceeded, we had a lovely evening despite a hangover from the New Year's Eve party, and I'll definitely be back.

I was there with friends, and we were drinking and each ordered a pizza. We wanted garlic and chili on ours. The can of garlic was half full and stank. The mixture inside was spoiled and disgusting. The waiter apologized after smelling it. Later, the team leader came and said no, that wasn't true, and that it was a normal smell. We found his reaction so disgusting, especially since we hadn't complained. And I wouldn't have written a review if he hadn't denied it. So, in conclusion: disgusting, both the food and the team leader's reaction 👎🏽👎🏽

The food was delicious and the service was excellent. Rasmus, our waiter, gave us great recommendations and created a wonderful atmosphere. We'd love to come back; we had a great experience with both the service and the food!

Rasmus is a very friendly waiter. He created a great atmosphere and had good food recommendations. He also showed a lot of empathy and understanding since we couldn't decide what to order.

The pizza here is usually delicious, but sometimes the place is so busy that the wait times are quite long (which is still acceptable), and sometimes the pizza arrives cold. The prices are reasonable. The staff is always incredibly friendly, except for one waiter who seems to have no idea what it means to be a waiter, as he's always in a bad mood and doesn't listen when you order. Apart from him, the staff is really great!

L’Osteria at Neumarkt has a lovely atmosphere with pleasant background music. In summer, sitting outside with a view of the Hase River is highly recommended. The friendly service is particularly noteworthy. I've always encountered friendly staff there, which has led to some truly enjoyable and fun evenings.

L’Osteria is already fantastic: huge pizzas, thin crispy crusts, toppings piled high, pasta just like in Italy, and portions so large you'll wonder if you'll need to eat tomorrow. The atmosphere is loud, lively, exactly as it should be. But: the real star of this place is Rasmus. Rasmus isn't just a waiter – Rasmus is an experience. Friendlier than an Italian nonna's smiley face, faster than the pizza chef during the final stretch in the oven, and cooler than sunglasses at 11 p.m. inside. Wishes are fulfilled before you even ask them, empty glasses vanish as if by magic, and you feel like a regular, even if it's your first time. In short: Pizza: incredibly good 🍕 Service: world-class 🌍 Rasmus: legendary status 👑 If L’Osteria is a reason to come here, then Rasmus is the reason to come back. Highly recommended.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ The best waiter ever – Rasmos is a legend! Our evening at L’Osteria was fantastic, but the absolute highlight was our waiter, Rasmos. I'm not exaggerating when I say: this man is a service miracle. So friendly, so attentive, so charming – I'm pretty sure he was sent directly by the gods of perfect customer service. Rasmos didn't just serve us, no – he made our evening an epic experience. He probably would have even served us the pizza himself on a cloud of gold if it had been possible. You can feel it in every word and every smile: he lives and breathes this job. He IS L’Osteria. If there were an award for the best waiter in Germany – Rasmos would win it. Unrivaled. Without competition. I give him 5 stars, but he really deserves at least 10.

Fantastic food, always a treat! The atmosphere is lovely and cozy, and the entire team is very friendly and extremely attentive. We were particularly impressed by the service: We said we'd wait a bit before ordering another beer, but would like one later. The response was, "I'll keep an eye on you." And that's exactly what happened – as soon as our glass was almost empty, the next beer arrived. Now that's attentive service! We'll definitely be back again and again. 🍽🍺

The receptionist we encountered was overwhelmed, despite our reservation. The food and service were delicious. It was very crowded and therefore very noisy, hence only 3 stars for ambiance.

Always busy on weekends, so make a reservation. Fast service. Delicious pizza. Still a good value for money. We received the leftover pizza neatly packaged.

The food was very good the second time. The first time I received a cold pizza 🍕, but it was immediately heated up. The ambiance was really nice, but very loud, making it impossible to have a proper conversation. The service/waitresses were perhaps overwhelmed. Several orders had to be reordered. So, for dishes in this price range, one would expect more. It was a nice evening, but I wouldn't do it again.

Delicious, but you're often seated at the bar until a table becomes available. Once you finally get a table after half an hour and have ordered, it will almost certainly take another hour for the food to arrive, and by then your drinks will have finished...

I recently went to L'Osteria and was very disappointed. I ordered a Sprite, but it didn't taste like Sprite at all—more like stale, disgusting sparkling water. This wasn't just the case with my drink, but also with my cousins. We both could barely drink anything. It's a real shame; I expected much more from a restaurant like that.

Unfortunately, the service was disappointing. The waiter brought the wrong pizza and then reacted rudely after we didn't leave a tip due to the mistake. He cleared the table hastily and didn't say goodbye. Overall, the service was only mediocre – the food, however, was of good quality and tasted fine.

There were 13 of us for lunch. The food arrived all at once, no one had to wait. I hadn't been here in a long time and was pleasantly surprised.

Hello, I was with you on October 24, 2025, and ordered the dish "zoodles." I asked the young lady what they were because I wasn't familiar with them, and she said "zucchini noodles." Unfortunately, the dish didn't match the description or expectations. I thought it was noodles, but in fact, the dish consisted only of zucchini, was very spicy, watery, and presented unappealingly. I could barely eat it. It was very spicy and watery. I politely asked for a different dish, but was told I had to pay for both. I found that disappointing, as I barely touched the first dish and I'm still sitting here with an empty stomach. No leniency, even though the dish had barely been touched. The taste and service were unfortunately disappointing. This was my first time here, and after this unfriendly and unwelcoming atmosphere, I won't be coming back again. Unfortunately, I can't recommend it to anyone.

Unfortunately, our visit was disappointing. The music in the restaurant was far too loud, making it almost impossible to have a relaxed conversation. When we asked about it, we were simply told that "unfortunately, nothing could be done about it," which gives the impression that little consideration is given to guests' wishes. The food was also disappointing: The Caesar salad was far too salty, and the lasagna had a floury, pasty taste that quickly spoiled one's appetite. Overall, it wasn't a pleasant experience—a shame, because the ambiance would actually be nice if one could feel at home there.

We love going here. The atmosphere is great. The food is absolutely delicious. It's great that you can share the pizza. Reservations are important, especially on weekends! Customer requests are also taken into account. We're already looking forward to our next visit.

A very large restaurant with a correspondingly lively, open-plan atmosphere. The kitchen is open. This fits the bill and has style. During our visit on September 29, 2025, the service was very attentive and friendly. The salad was crisp and freshly prepared. The pizza I ordered was truly large. Perhaps less would be more... The ingredients looked a bit lost on it, but they were very tasty. The dough had a great consistency, a thin base, and a slightly crispy crust. Thank you very much.

I just spontaneously ordered takeaway... lunchtime... there was nothing going on in the shop... and still had to wait 40 minutes... for tasteless aglio olio... it has garlic... olive oil, a bit of chili, and tomatoes (normally), but somehow still no flavor. No cheese on it, nothing... I also ordered antipasti, which was okay... can't complain, except they said I'd get extra bread because I waited so long... (and of course, there was still no bread). Really disappointed... waiting 40 minutes. I could go home and cook myself... it's quicker and tastes better.
