L'Osteria Osnabrück in Osnabrück

Anything other than pizza is forgettable. The table service was good until there were problems with the voucher. As a result, I was cheated out of €8… the subsequent telephone and email communication was unsatisfactory. I should come to the restaurant for a replacement voucher….

We reserved a table for 10 people. After about 10 minutes we were welcomed at the entrance. However, the employee gave our table to another group, which he didn't want to admit at the beginning. We were told that because we made a reservation we had 2 hours. Personally, I find it very cheeky because it took the waiters 25 minutes just for the first beer. After a good 40 minutes we were allowed to go to our planned table. With the waiter we hit the jackpot. No greeting, extremely unfriendly and annoyed. He wanted to take our food order quickly, even though we hadn't been at the table for two minutes. After ordering the food, you didn't see the waiter again. He ignored us and ran past us throughout the evening. We had to find other waiters to take our drink orders. We got a free shot but sorry, that can't be an excuse. Overall the general service is very poor. The waiters run all over the place without any sense of direction and thus cause themselves stress. At the bar they are completely overwhelmed. The only thing that was really good was the food. I haven't been there for something like that in a long time. Well, nothing has changed.

It was my first time there and I absolutely loved it. Great team, delicious pizza, cozy atmosphere. I will definitely come back :-)

Unfortunately, more than 5 stars can't be given, we've probably eaten here 30-40 times and it's always been great. It is and remains my NO. 1 when it comes to pizza. We were there with our company on Friday last week and all our colleagues were so excited. The staff and kitchen are all just great. Until next time, I'm looking forward to it.

Great food and nice ambience, gladly again

Nice Italian food restaurant. I really like the pizza at this place, large portion, thin dough, variety of toppings. Unfortunately, like 99% of Italian restaurants in Germany, they add cream to my favorite pasta Carbonara here, but the other pastas (especially with gorgonzola) are very good. My wife and I go to this restaurant quite often, so I can recommend it. It is advisable to book a table in advance, otherwise you will have to stand in line. Nice Italian restaurant. Very nice, centrally located restaurant with a great ambience. The pizzas are very large and really tasty. Small extra requests such as walnuts with honey on the rocket pizza were also fulfilled. The employee who was responsible for our table was very friendly and attentive. We had a great evening and will definitely be back! 😊

We came to this restaurant many times. Everything was excellent. But recently, waiters of oriental origin began working there, I have nothing against it, I come myself, but my opinion must be respected, the waiter was arrogant, we waited a very long time for the order. So that not a very good impression was left from our last visit.

Unfortunately I have to change my rating due to the service. I don't want to go into what happened here. However, I won't eat here again. It's a shame because I've always enjoyed eating here.

Unfortunately, my visit to L’Osteria Osnabrück Neumarkt was very disappointing. The waitress was extremely rude and disrespectful. Although I asked several times to be screened, it was ignored. Instead, I got a cheeky answer: “I’m older than you.” Such behavior is inappropriate in a restaurant and ruined my day with my work colleagues - there were over 30 of us. The food was without question excellent, I would give it 5 stars for that. But the waitress' treatment was so rude that I can unfortunately only give 0 stars for the service. I definitely won't be returning to this restaurant again.

We were there on November 2nd, 2024 and experienced very poor service. It took a very long time for the order to be taken. Then, after waiting half an hour, we discovered that our order had not been forwarded to the kitchen. We then ate around 10:15 p.m. At some point no one from the service staff came to our table and we had to go to the bar to finally be able to pay. Conclusion: The food was okay, but due to the poor service we won't come again.

A great restaurant with a cozy atmosphere and very attentive service (Michael). The food was fantastic, but what we were most impressed by was the super friendly service. We were looked after very well. Always my pleasure:-)

Very tasty and very large pizza. Unfortunately the acoustics are very bad and it would be difficult for us to converse in a group. Otherwise we had a nice 1.5 hours because by then the table was already reserved for the next people. We had a nice but short and loud evening.

The best pizza I've ever eaten. In addition, the service was super friendly and we recognized us immediately on our second visit, even though it had been a while since our last visit. Great way to eat out with our daughter who is in a wheelchair. She has a genetic defect and therefore also mental limitations. But when we go out to eat there, she is thrilled 🫶

Been there twice so far and tried pizza and pasta. It tastes incredibly delicious. The pizza was huge and filled me up. The pasta too! I can only recommend it. It's also flavorful and puts me in a good mood. Food makes you happy and that was definitely the case here for me :)

The pizza was very tasty, the service was not good at all. Room very loud. Despite a reservation, I was greeted with an unfriendly “you have to leave in 1.5 hours” and then waited over 20 minutes to be able to order. The staff argued in front of the guests about who had occupied the tables incorrectly and how. No questions about additional drinks, dessert or whether everything was OK. Overall just unprofessional!

It wasn't the first time we visited this restaurant. We have always liked it. But this time everything was bad. The spaghetti carbonara was dry and had little parmesan cheese, which we didn't even get in the bowl on the table. My pizza was dry. The edges were so hard you couldn't even chew them. There were a few empty tables in the restaurant, but we still waited a little over 30 minutes for our food. But what struck me even more was the disorder. These cobwebs and spiders everywhere. Above the table on the lamp, on the wall next to the table, above the windows. It was terrible. After this experience I should avoid this restaurant for a while. Very disappointing.

If you're seeking authentic Italian cuisine, steer clear of this place. Despite branding itself as an "Italian restaurant," the food quality is shockingly subpar. The pasta tasted like it came from a low-quality supermarket package, and the pizza was a soggy, flavorless disappointment. The ingredients lacked freshness, and it was clear that no care was taken in preparing the dishes. To add to the disappointment, the service was equally poor. The staff was rude, inattentive, and showed little respect for their customers. We waited over an hour for our meal, and when we politely inquired about the delay, we were met with condescending remarks. No apologies or attempts to resolve the issue—just an unprofessional attitude that made the experience even worse. In short, this place does a disservice to Italian cuisine. Save yourself the trouble and find a restaurant that values its customers and serves real, quality food.

Great shop and the pizzas are super big here too. Because the dough is very thin, you can easily make the pizza as a “normal eater” and that includes the edge. Simply delicious. Only the wooden chairs are not very comfortable but there are alternatives. Always my pleasure

Reviews, if at all credible, correspond to today's oh-so-hip clientele. Waited 25 minutes for drinks, 50 minutes for a simple pizza. And the store was sparsely full at this point. For every sensible, and above all REAL Italian, this sort of thing happens sensibly, even when it's full. The concept is ridiculous: a touch of nothing on the pizzas, prices are outrageous. Anyone who eats at a real Italian restaurant knows how silly this concept is and what they get for the price is decent. But the main thing is hip. This is just representative of all the shops: Stay away!!! Unfortunately 1 star is mandatory

The food was very medioker. Pizzas were large but nothing special, had pasta and it was OK.

We were there for dinner yesterday. Of course it's pretty loud and lively, but that's just typical Osteria😊. The service was quick and friendly. The restaurant is very child-friendly! There is a star deduction for the following reasons: 1. our bruschettas were very salty.. I would ask the chef if he is in love😂😅 2. the plates for the pizzas are very laborious... I know there is a wow effect when they are lapped all over the place, but it is extremely laborious to cut

After we had to wait 30 minutes for a table despite having reserved a table, we were invited to the table. On the way there two waiters collided and I got my feet wet because a drink fell. Unfortunately, the waiter ignored the incident. The pizza was okay, but 5 pieces of pineapple on a Hawaiian pizza is very manageable. It was very loud and very chaotic, which dampened the mood. The staff was very overwhelmed.

We visited the restaurant with a wheelchair user, which I had specified when making the reservation. We were led through the entire restaurant to a table in the farthest corner. The disabled toilet was blocked with full tables. The food was served before the drinks. That was definitely our last visit there.

No matter what city we are in, we like to visit Losteria. But what we experienced with you today is something we have never experienced before. According to the bill, we were served by the lady “Anas…”, despite the low occupancy of the restaurant, she seemed very stressed and annoyed. When she simply asked if we could have three small plates, she rolled her eyes and reacted annoyed, and her negative behavior didn't change until she left the restaurant. Facial expressions, gestures and communication left a lot to be desired and almost seemed cheeky. All the other employees who brought us the drinks or brought them to the table were super nice. One thing is clear, you have a bad day sometimes, but you shouldn't treat guests like that.

Frozen food: Unfortunately my lasagne was still partially frozen. So it turned out that there is only frozen food here. Food is therefore not recommended. The service was very nice and the location right on the water is also very appealing.

Went for dinner as a couple, ordered 2 pizzas, so far so good. After a while only a pizza came. Without any comment from the waiter. My boyfriend initially waited for me to eat, but then at some point started eating so he didn't have to eat them cold. Little by little, the tables next to us who ordered after us received their pizzas. I then asked where my pizza was. The waiter asked what I had ordered and then walked away. Then came back after a minute with my pizza, with the comment that he had lost the note and didn't know where the pizza had to go. When I got my pizza, it had been sitting there for 30 minutes and was cold and hard and therefore inedible. If you lost the piece of paper, you might have been able to look around and see where something was missing. When he brought the first pizza I was able to ask what I had ordered again. Unfortunately, nothing like that happened. Definitely won't be going to the restaurant again.

The dining room is very large with a visible kitchen. There are also smaller tables. You can also sit outside. When you enter the restaurant you are greeted warmly and escorted to your table. You will be served very quickly. The food was very tasty. We only had to wait half an hour for half our pizza, even though there was almost nothing going on. The chocolate souffle with the mango papaya ice cream with the salty chocolate crumble underneath was soooo delicious. We can only recommend it. The service was very friendly and accommodating. Every now and then we always asked if it tasted good and if everything was OK. Booking a table online was also very easy. Table reservations are highly recommended, especially in the evenings from 5 p.m. We'll be back.

Der Essenraum ist sehr groß mit einsehbarer Küche. Es gibt auch kleinere Tische. Man kann auch draußen sitzen. Man wird, wenn man Lokal betritt freundlich begrüßt und zum Tisch begleitet. Man wird sehr schnell bedient. Das Essen war sehr lecker. Mussten nur eine halbe Std. auf unsere halbe Pizza warten, obwohl so gut wie nichts los war. Das Schokosouffle mit dem Mango Papaya Eis mit dem salzigen Sckokocrumble unten drunter war soooo lecker. Können wir nur empfehlen. Die Bedienung war sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Es wurde zwischendurch immer gefragt ob es schmeckt und alles in Ordnung ist. Die Tischreservierung online war auch sehr einfach. Tischreservierung wird sehr empfohlen vor allem abends ab 17 Uhr. Wir kommen wieder.

Yesterday I was at L’Osteria with my friends. We were received and greeted very friendly. We sat down at the bar and Maria conjured up some really nice and delicious aperitifs for us. It suited our taste really well. She implemented our special requests perfectly and her recommendations were also very good! We had a wonderful evening.

Typical L'Osteria. With a large dining room, open and visible kitchen area and several larger tables for groups. But also small niches with comfortable benches. The terrace area with a view of the Hase is particularly nice (unfortunately we were here on a rainy day). We were here on Wednesday at 6 p.m. and the store was virtually empty. Good for us, we had free choice of seats. The service seemed a bit haphazard and took quite a long time (even though it wasn't busy), but overall very accommodating and friendly. The food came to everyone at the same time and was nice and hot and fresh. The quality of the food was as you would expect from this restaurant chain: with oversized pizzas and quite small portions of pasta. What's great is that you can order two different toppings on one pizza. The selection of pizza and pasta is extensive, but not exceptional. We would love to come back to try out the terrace area and the dessert.

I really have to say a lot of praise to the team, when you enter the store you are immediately greeted in a friendly manner and you quickly get a seat on the beautiful terrace at the Hase, the team seems to be very friendly among themselves. I had the arugula pizza and my husband had the BBQ chicken. The pizzas were large and crispy. We'd love to come back

I went to L’Osteria with my family today. We were greeted by a very friendly bartender and shown to our seats. We got a nice table outside on the terrace with a view of the hare. The waiters are extremely friendly and quick. Our food was really delicious and the drinks were very refreshing, big praise for the kitchen and bar. Nice atmosphere, we would love to come back.

The food is good. I like to smoke my joint after dinner. I don't understand why this should be a problem on the terrace. You can also come with a pipe, cigarette, cigar, whatever. That is discriminatory, nothing else.

Mega bad service, food good. First, we and many others were left standing at the entrance for over 20 minutes without even giving a sign. When we got to our reserved table, it took another half an hour to take the order and again it took over an hour for us to get our food. This shouldn't be the case! The food itself was good, but the pizzas were much too big for such small tables.

The staff is very friendly and accommodating. The food is prepared and served quickly and the ambience, especially outside, rounds off the stay very nicely. Always happy to come here. 👍🏼

We were there today and we really enjoyed it! The ambience right on the water and the delicious food were great! Jonas was very attentive and went out of his way to ensure we had a great stay! We'd love to come back :-)
