The food was very good. The service was also very friendly and professional. The restaurant is huge, so it doesn't create an intimate atmosphere. It's more like a train station concourse. The prices are quite reasonable for what's on offer. Overall, highly recommended.

Unfortunately, our visit to L’Osteria was very disappointing. The food didn't taste good - it wasn't fresh or prepared with love. However, the service was even worse: the waitress behaved absolutely unprofessionally and kept us waiting for an extremely long time, even though the restaurant was not full. We're definitely not coming back.

We had reserved a table at 6 p.m. and were brought to the table after 20 minutes. After 25 minutes we were only able to order the food. The staff looked like they didn't want to serve anyone. The food was good, but the music was louder. Therefore only one star. ⭐️

Very tasty food, ambience is typical L'Osteria. The service itself is very good. When paying, however, some employees are very, very slow, which means that waiting times of 10, 20 or 30 minutes are not uncommon, even though you have been informed several times.

The pizza here is usually always really tasty, but sometimes the shop is so full that the waiting times are quite long (which is still okay), but sometimes the pizza is cold when it is delivered. Everything is okay in terms of price. The staff is always super friendly, except for one waiter who doesn't seem to know what it means to wait, because he's always in a bad mood and doesn't even listen to you when you order something. Except for him, the staff is really super nice!

We ate there with 6 people, were able to make a reservation at very short notice and were amazed by the friendly welcome, the perfect table with a view of the rabbit and the attentive service. Allergy-related special requests were taken into account. The dishes came at the same time and were very tasty. Drink orders were also carried out without a long wait. We'll definitely be back 😀

We had the pleasure of eating at this restaurant and loved it! The food was simply fantastic - every dish was superbly prepared, fresh and incredibly tasty. You can tell that the cooking here is done with a lot of love and skill. A special thank you goes to the staff: you don't often experience such friendly, attentive and helpful people. It was a pleasure to be served by such dedicated and warm staff. Thank you for this wonderful experience! We will definitely come back and highly recommend this restaurant to everyone.

I had the pleasure of visiting the Italian restaurant L'Osteria and I can only say that it was a true taste experience! The atmosphere was welcoming and cosy, perfect for a relaxed evening.

My favorite restaurant for years but please take the manager out of the kitchen. Pizza floury and smaller than usual. My pasta was a total failure. Mezzalune spinati was swimming in fat, no sauce. If the manager stays in the kitchen I won't come back. The shop is better off closed than with such a miscast in the kitchen.

A friendly welcome, and afterward, the waiter, Michael, was also very nice and accommodating. We sat right next to the water. Great atmosphere. The desserts at Losteria are highly recommended.

I spent my birthday there and enjoyed a lovely evening. The surprise at the end of the house in particular really sweetened the evening. were served by a totally open, courteous waiter! I can definitely recommend it! :)

When you have to wait over 45 minutes to be served in a relatively empty restaurant (at least every other table was empty, and even more became empty while we were waiting), even though the waitress sees us (without drinks or food) when she passes by. Then the waitress arrives (after we signaled for us several times) and says something like, "I thought you were already served" (the said waitress was the only one in our area - no other waitress seemed to be responsible for the tables around us), I feel ripped off. Drinks and food arrived fairly quickly after ordering (it was hardly busy anyway). The taste was okay - but nothing more. The room was (probably because it was relatively empty) rather cool, but fine (we were there in winter). Only when sitting in the aisle did it feel a bit unpleasantly drafty. Otherwise, the ambiance is quite okay, and the noise level (as I said: it was relatively empty) was good/not too loud. The question about the waitress was a problem again when we wanted to pay – she was nowhere to be found for a while – but this time at least it was quicker until we could bring our order to the attention of the waiter (we had to wait about 15 minutes). She then volunteered to pack up our leftovers – which was also quick. I'm not thrilled here. Service was rather poor, food was okay, atmosphere was okay. Nothing I would recommend.

Great food and extremely nice service. For my birthday there was an incredibly delicious tiramisu with a candle and a serenade.

If you compare it with other L'Osteria branches, this one is unfortunately one of the weaker ones. It started with the fact that we had reserved, but there was no table available. Unfortunately, our pizzas came to the table black. This was corrected after a comment. New pizzas arrived. These were better but not great either. I had a lot of burnt Semola crumbs on my plate. Not that appetizing. In addition, the music was so loud that at times we forgot whether we were sitting in the club or the restaurant. Overall, it was an experience that we will not repeat. Too bad.

I went to L’Osteria for dessert with a friend this evening and unfortunately the service was an absolute disaster. When we placed the order, things were anything but professional. The waiter at the counter clearly didn't know how to use the ordering system and didn't seem to know the menu. I had to explain to him several times what I wanted to order and in the end I even had to show him on his tablet where he had to click for the order to be taken - I've never experienced anything like that before. During our time at the counter, the waiters were more busy joking around with each other, touching each other's faces and arms than caring for the guests. A waiter with light brown hair and a pigtail was particularly unpleasant: he cuddled with a woman at the counter and later even made out with her - right in front of the guests. A lot of eyes were on the two of them because it was simply inappropriate and unprofessional. As if that wasn't enough, the pay didn't get any better either. Instead of using the cash register system, the waiter did the math from his head - and wrong! For me he gave me an amount of €16.25, even though the bill was €16, and for my girlfriend he simply added 50 cents. Of course these are small amounts, but it shows how chaotic and unreliable the service is. Finally, the waiter with the pigtail asked us whether we would like to go dancing and what we planned to do later - absolutely unprofessional and unpleasant. I would definitely have expected more professionalism for a restaurant like L’Osteria. Unfortunately, this was a really disappointing experience and I will avoid this location in the future.

Mega tasty, large pizzas, friendly staff

I went to this restaurant for dinner with a friend on Thursday at 6:00 p.m. We had reserved a table in advance, but despite the restaurant being half empty, we were offered one of the worst seats. The pizza was smaller than usual and extremely dry. The service wasn't particularly friendly either. Overall the visit was a big disappointment. Unfortunately, after this experience, I cannot recommend this restaurant.

We were served by lovely Anna-Maria on Friday evening. Great service, very friendly and attentive and quick too. The food was also very convincing. We had pizzas and a salad. Great! 😊

All in all the restaurant is good. It was good experience. They have different types of pizza and every pizza can be ordered in two different halves. So you can try two pizzas at the same time if you want.

Unfortunately we got cold noodles. They were remade immediately upon feedback, but the waiting time until we could finally eat was 1.5 hours.

I was at L’Osteria and absolutely loved it! The pizza was huge, super thin and crispy – just the way I like it. The topping was fresh and plentiful, and the taste was simply great! Hello, we went to both restaurants. Hannoversche Str. and Neumarkt. The service was friendly. Food came in a reasonable time. Now for the not-so-nice things! We got the wrong food on Hannoversche Str. This meant that the person had to wait for their new food, while we were almost finished, the food arrived. Which is very annoying! We also had the problem at both restaurants that we ordered drinks while we were eating and they were only delivered after we asked for them. And I'm not talking about 10 minutes! The first time I asked after 20 minutes. Then again 10 minutes later. After another 5 minutes we finally managed to get a drink. I know it's crowded, but something like that shouldn't happen, especially with drinks! You probably earn most of your money from drinks. Best regards

Always happy to be there. It always tastes very good, just like the first time several years ago. The service is always nice and friendly. The dessert and espresso are recommended as a finale. Nice Fengshui. Price-performance ratios appropriate. P.S. When you read the comments of people complaining, you can only shake your head. Anyone who is inclined to complain will always find something to complain about.

The food and service were generally very good, unfortunately the communication was always in a foreign language so we hardly understood a word. But generally everyone was friendly and very nice.

Actually it's quite nice. What I didn't like was the fact that the pizza was served on what I thought was a small plate. This made it very difficult to cut them. I think something needs to be changed.

Great location, service very good and sweet. The food, not my favorite. I ordered pasta and got a small portion. If you are a big eater, please order the pizza. I saw them on another table, which were super big. And the noodles wouldn't be al dente. Good taste with spices.

All employees are excellently trained, extremely competent and manage to stay calm despite the stress, even shortly before New Year's Eve. This is really impressive! I don't understand the negative reviews at all. I have been here so many times and every time I have been 100% satisfied. The food, service and atmosphere are simply great! L’Osteria remains my first choice and I always come back again and again. Thank you for this consistently great experience! 😊

Hello. We were there shortly after Christmas. Friendly reception. Tortelini not recommended ❗ 10 pieces. greenish, half-cooked, sauce was absolutely not good. For the price👎 Dessert, spaghetti ice cream scoop of vanilla, a bit of spagetti on top with a little strawberry sauce, looked like a finished product. Waited for over an hour❗Very loud. Meal selection poor Conclusion, pizza is recommended.. I can't convince my wife anymore...

The two of us were here on a very busy Saturday evening. The waiter who served us was very friendly and accommodating. Our dog was quickly given a bowl of water and the drinks and food came very quickly for the lavish occupancy in the restaurant. All in all, a very nice evening and we would love to come back.

An absolute highlight! I ate at L’Osteria with my husband and our two children and it was a hit! The pizzas are simply great: huge, super tasty and at a really fair price. You really get a lot for your money here! We would particularly like to highlight the team: the employees are incredibly friendly, attentive and make you feel completely comfortable. We ended up in this branch by chance, but it was definitely a stroke of luck. We would recommend everyone to stop by here. Perfect food, great ambience and service that is second to none!!!
