Never order online from Losteria Bogenhausen. They accept the orders and then don't deliver for more than 90 minutes and sometimes don't even cancel when their kitchen is closed. Order only if you want to wait and end up hungry.

Unfortunately, the service at this restaurant disappointed us. The process was very slow, and everything took significantly longer than expected. The waitress seemed unfriendly, without a smile, and polite gestures like "thank you" or "sorry" were missing. More attentive and friendly service would have significantly improved the overall experience.

Where do we begin? Service was terrible, food was catastrophic! We ordered three dishes: one pasta dish and two pizzas. After half an hour, someone finally came over to take our orders. When we ordered, we were asked whether we wanted "half and half" or a whole dish each. After 45 minutes, the pasta arrived – just the pasta! After another 20 minutes, another (!) pizza arrived. After another 10 minutes, we asked about the second pizza – apparently, we didn't order a second one. Aha – then why the question whether we each wanted "half and half"? But it's nice to make the guests look like they're lying. Both dishes were a complete disaster in terms of taste. The pasta was far too greasy and had some kind of hard vegetable filling (it looked like a dried rosemary stalk – not visible in the dish). Disgusting! The seafood pizza had ridiculously poor toppings. Chefs are constantly on their smartphones between pizza preps, not realizing their hands have been washed. It's a joke. The poor service is probably the same at every restaurant in this chain. It's questionable how this chain can even survive! And spare me any standard answers.

The food is delicious and the location is top-notch. Salih deserves special mention here. The waiter is superb, very friendly, and always takes excellent care of his guests. Always a great place for a pleasant evening.

Last night was a real disappointment, especially the service. The first discrepancy occurred upon arrival: we were shown to a table that was still dirty from previous guests. The waitress neither wiped the table nor gave us the required paperwork, so some of the large pizzas were left on the dirty table. The beer we ordered was only half full for both of us and, despite requesting it, wasn't filled to the top. The pizza we ordered from the monthly menu (pumpkin pizza) was, unfortunately, a complete disaster. The pizza was so thin and lacked any toppings that burnt spots were visible on top, as the base wasn't even topped in those spots. Furthermore, ingredients listed on the menu were missing. The staff didn't inform us of this beforehand. After complaining, the waitress told us the pizza was "just meant to be." These incidents can happen, but the way the service staff handled the mistakes is absolutely outrageous. Unfortunately, this isn't the first time something like this has happened at the local L'Osteria. We wanted to give the location a second chance, as we generally like L'Osteria. However, we will avoid the local branch in the future.

I do Uber food deliveries. This place shows no respect at all; they're very rude. They show no respect at all. They don't even want to say 'hello,' they ignore you. I feel terrible about it. This happened on September 6th around 9 p.m.

Our waiter, Salih, took a complaint about the lack of topping on the pizza without hesitation. The ham was served on a separate plate. Therefore, always complain immediately if the topping seems too meager. 🥰

The friendly service is immediately noticeable. The pizzas are quite large and filling. The atmosphere is pleasant both inside and outside. The prices are reasonable. Recommended.

Service is simply terrible. The place has so much potential, but the poor service makes it unacceptable. When I asked for a cold coffee or coffee with ice cubes, I was told that wasn't possible. The service was abysmal five years ago, and it still is today. The management should change careers.

An unforgettable evening with a style rescue included! What a brilliant evening at L'Osteria Bogenhausen! Our friend unfortunately made a small fashion mistake with his outfit – a see-through white shirt with classic fine rib underneath… Even good lighting couldn't help. But: The super-friendly waitress and the laid-back chef not only had a good sense of humor, but also a quick solution! Within minutes, our friend had put on an original L'Osteria #pastalover T-shirt – perfectly styled, and the evening was saved! Great food, a relaxed atmosphere, and a team that not only serves, but also rescues when it matters. Thank you so much – we'll definitely be back!

We've been waiting for our food for an hour; the order was simply no longer saved. If we hadn't asked after 40 minutes, we wouldn't have even noticed. Despite promises, the next order is still taking a while. Ultimately, we had to take the food home after 80 minutes due to a follow-up appointment. The manager, who also couldn't find the second order in the system, was so uncomfortable with the process that he paid the bill. Respect! He had a reasonable understanding of service.
