You order online for a certain time, even arrive earlier and the pizza is still almost cold only to be told I'm not the only one here. For 21€+ you can probably expect more than that and a poor pizza.

Typical for L'Osteria in Munich. Very large outdoor space, for many people. From time to time the conditions seem a bit overwhelming, but for the most part they are polite and nice. The food is good, but I think €17 for a pizza is a bit too much. Especially since the big selling value is based on the size. Recommended for drinking and eating with friends.

Very expensive like all the other places in the area

Burnt pizzas for the third time. That's really mean. Of the 5 pizzas we ordered, 4 of them were burnt and one was already charred and an eighth of one was even missing. That's one reason not to order here anymore. We were happy to order because there was nothing to complain about in terms of taste and secondly because it was practical when we had visitors. But after the last experience, definitely not anymore! I don't throw my money in the trash anymore and I don't understand why people even send things. My image is far too important to me! Das Personal war gelangweilt, Küchen Personal haben ohne Rücksicht auf die Gäste arabische müzik laut laufen lassen und waren auch sehr laut! Das Essen ist nicht mehr so wie vor 6 Monaten, also müssten wir würzen damit wir auch bischen noch essen können!!!!

Update: because disappointing again. Today I tried it again. Ordered a pizza to pick up from the train as I walked past. Scheduled pickup time 5:00 p.m. I was there at 5 to 5 and was told it would take a while. OK. I've been asked again and it's still taking time. Then I asked twice more (around 20 and 30 minutes after the agreed removal) and received less than friendly answers. An hour after ordering, I was asked again who I was and what I ordered... only to be handed two cold pizzas. Very disappointing. Had a flyer with a discount code in the mail right in the neighborhood - practically within sight. The order was scheduled for the following Sunday. Really looking forward to it... and then the homepage doesn't support the new location. Delivery is not possible and the discount code on the flyer is useless because it is only for online orders with delivery. Edit: I find the answer disarming and would have appreciated an honest answer far more, so I looked at the "delivery area". The answer below practically means that the radius is currently <600m on foot or <300m as the crow flies. I don't understand why you couldn't just say that the location is not yet stored online and therefore an order is not yet possible. A non-existent delivery area as an excuse is doubly sad.

The food was very good, the ambience was nice too. We ate outside, the only thing that was annoying were the wasps, but that's hard to avoid in the summer. The food came very quickly and the staff was very friendly.

We had lunch at L'Osteria Munich Bogenhausen in July, drawn by the appealing setting and the option to sit on the terrace. Unfortunately, the experience fell short of our expectations. From the moment we arrived, the service was noticeably lacking—disinterested and inattentive throughout our meal. On the positive side, the pizza's and pasta's we ordered were quite good, but the high prices left us feeling that the overall experience didn’t match the cost of over 100 Euro. While the food had potential, the poor service and steep prices make it hard to justify a return visit.

We had a wonderful lunch at L’Osteria in Bogenhausen and were particularly impressed by the service!! Our waiter was really incredibly attentive. We have never experienced such attentive service in a L’Osteria as in this one! The pizzas were cut for us, we were also given fresh bread with the salad, and we were asked several times if we had any special requests. The taste of the food was excellent! The atmosphere was relaxed and cozy – all in all one of the best L’Osteria stays we had🫶🏻

Disgusting flavorless pizza that tastes like cardboard. Maybe it is pizza cardboard box we ate? Chain food at its lowest level of quality.

We ordered 2 prosciutto pizzas. After opening it we were really surprised. 5 small slices of ham on a Margherita pizza for €30, that’s it. Rarely have I experienced such a loveless pizza. Unfortunately there is still credit left on the voucher.

It was particularly good here today! The pizza was wafer-thin and crispy, the service was very personable and very competent…a great lunch!

We got an Italian pizza with shrimp. The price was high, 17 euros for the value. The pizza was hot and the filling was very little. It contained a limited number of shrimp and it was not filling. We got pasta with red sauce. It was late in preparation, but it was wonderful, and the price was somewhat high, around 10.75 euros, for the value. I advise everyone to eat pasta if they are a fan of it, because it is prepared well.

Very long waiting time 40-50 minutes. We arrived at the almost empty restaurant but still had to wait a long time for the pizza after ordering. This is probably due to the delivery services that also sell pizza. We're not going there anymore.

Absolutely unsuitable as a location for a business lunch, we waited over an hour for pizza. This is absolutely not possible, especially at lunchtime. Food is delicious, but it's of little use to you if you have to go back to work before your food arrives.

The service made more than an effort, but the salad was stale - the pizzas were just for looks, not seasoned, very bland. Unfortunately, such a large chain operation, I will not report it in the future. A pity.

Typically good L'Osteria The quality of the food is very good, whether pasta, pizza or salad. The pizzas are also, as usual, huge and rise above the edge of the plate. The staff is also very friendly and helpful and the kitchen works very quickly. Our waitress was especially very nice. I deducted one star for the rather busy atmosphere. The tables are very close to each other and it is a bit noisy. Therefore the romance is somewhat missing. And another small drawback is the availability by telephone.

Classic L'Osteria As always, the food is very tasty and the service is good too. My recommendation: Conchiglie di Fiume. This pasta dish is truly outstanding! One could complain a little about the atmosphere, the tables are relatively close together and it is therefore relatively loud. You also get a 1:30 hour time slot when you make a reservation. Everyone has to know for themselves whether that is enough. In conclusion, you can say that the food is very good and therefore always worth a visit.

Maybe you should take the reviews to heart and change something, I'm used to much better from L'Osteria! Positive: - delicious pizza - Drinks sometimes arrive quickly, but sometimes they only come after the main course, which is not possible at all. Negative: - Pizza significantly larger than the plate, no idea how to start eating it because you basically start cutting the pizza on the table (since it hangs so far over the plate that it lies on the table, which is also not very hygienic ). - Pizza sometimes very oily, a small boat could float on the oil slick. - Soft drinks often without any carbonation. - totally stressed and hectic staff, even if there is almost nothing going on, the next step would really be running shoes and jogging. - You probably don't want a tip, if you give the waiter "too much" and tell the waiter what you want in return, you'll still get what's on the bill back, then there's no tip if that's not what you want. - The wrong pizza is almost always delivered, this has not only happened to me about 5 times but also very often at neighboring tables. - The table is often only set when you are already sitting (or only when the food is already on the table), then napkins and cutlery are carelessly "thrown" onto the table, and you can then set yourself properly. In other L'Osterias I occasionally have to criticize the long waiting times, but otherwise everything is always fine. I just can't understand why so many things are going so badly here. And I wasn't just with you once but I really gave you a few chances but it just doesn't get any better!!!
