Top service just like the first day, and the usual excellent food. We'll be back, and thank you for being our neighbor 🙏🏻

We waited almost 30 minutes to order, another 30 minutes to pay, and the food itself was completely inedible. The tomato soup was a disaster: lumpy, unseasoned, and absolutely not recommended. The pasta was also unseasoned, overcooked, or rather, soft, and just thrown together. The beef in the pasta was completely hard, bloody inside, and flavorless. The waitress and another waitress were in charge of the entire place on a Sunday evening. She was very nice and hard-working, but completely overwhelmed because two servers simply aren't enough for the restaurant!! Absolutely NOT recommended.

Unfortunately we weren't entirely convinced. The drinks were disappointing: the Sprite tasted like water and the Cola was way too sweet. The food was okay, but we also had to wait a long time to order, while other guests who came after us were served immediately and the restaurant wasn't full either. The tables weren't completely clean either. Overall, unfortunately, it wasn't an entirely positive experience.

I'm writing this review while waiting for my overpriced pizza. It's Friday evening but a waiting time of 60 minutes is still far too long for a pizza. And the only update is that it's taking longer in the kitchen today... nice, I see the kitchen with underpaid assistants producing pizzas. I just don't understand why it takes them so long. Other larger restaurants are much faster. If you want to spend a quiet evening waiting at the table, then you've come to the right place. Still nice service, the young lady can't help it that the kitchen works in slow motion

The food is really tasty, but the noodles don't really fill you up, unfortunately there are far too few of them.

Dear L'Osteria team! Today's order simply deserves to end up in a review. A pizza with a hole that was already there when you put it on the topping is pretty bold. This causes the cheese to melt into the cardboard and some of the pizza is no longer edible. The whole thing is topped by the lack of basil. The generous spinach on the second pizza completes the experience. This has as much to do with dolce vita as pineapple has to do with pizza.

Waited 20 minutes for service. No hello, it takes a while. The colleague said snidely as we left: yes, it's ok.

Delicious food, very friendly staff and the food was ready quickly. My daughter and I really enjoyed it! We'd love to come back! 😎

My father has severe dementia and was out from about 12 p.m. to 10 p.m. because He no longer knew where he was, calls were of little use because he didn't know anything and he didn't want to give strangers his cell phone because He said he was coming. As it It was very late and he barely had any strength left, so he went to this restaurant so that the employees could tell me exactly where he was because he was already very tired and didn't know where to go. The employees then gave me the street To pick him up, they gave him tea and a while I was there Delicious risotto to take away at their expense, my luck that I called right then and I could pick it up, thank you very much, that shows again that there are still good people with hearts, the food was really tasty, my father said, we'll be eating there soon too 😌 Thank you ❤️❤️❤️❤️

This loud, it doesn't get any louder than that. The smell is so intense that you have to take your clothes to the cleaners after a visit.

The staff is incredibly nice and incredibly child-friendly!! Great pizza as always and super accommodating service. We conjured up a surprise for my father's 89th birthday. Absolute recommendation! Thanks!

I recently visited L’Osteria and was very satisfied. The food was excellent - the pizza was huge, crispy and perfectly topped. The service was super friendly and attentive, and the atmosphere was also very cozy and inviting. Price-performance is also right. I can definitely recommend L’Osteria and look forward to my next visit!

If I could give zero to the service I would.....

Service was good, Eventho I was waiting for some time at the door because the waitresses were taking to each other and didn’t really release that I was waiting to be seated. The tables were not that clean, same thing goes for the toilets, i understand that it’s busy, but hygiene goes above everything. The food was good but I tasted too much of creamy sauce, same restaurant but in different place, did not have this taste. Also the music is very loud, this is not very comfortable while talking, it’s still a restaurant and not a bar. Their portions are very good for the price you pay, that’s an amazing point. Pizzas looked very big, I didn’t try them yet but definitely coming back👌🏼!

Die Mannschaft die jetzt dort arbeitet ist alles andere als kompetent, freundlich und gastorientiert ...sondern frech arrogant und völlig unkompetent Es geht schon los wenn man den Laden betritt ....und jeder Kellner ignoriert dich ....als ob der Gast hier stören würde. Eine Schande!

Unfortunately, it's really a mixed bag. I'm not really warming to the L'Osteria concept either. PER: + Large pizzas but the taste is rather mediocre + Homemade pasta + Children get something to paint with + Prices for children's portions are reasonable + Good brewery in the bar (Ayinger) CONS: - Waiter very inattentive - Drinks were sometimes forgotten - Food doesn't come to the table at the same time - Reordering the drinks is very time-consuming, the waiter is busy rattling. - The table isn't cleared for ages after dinner I know that the restaurant industry is currently struggling with personnel problems, but if you charge good prices, as is usual here in Munich, the service must also be guaranteed. It can't be that you sit for a long time in front of empty plates and the guests have empty glasses in front of their noses and wait and wave to get the waiter's attention. There really is still a lot of room for improvement here.

Unfortunately very high background noise

Ideally, I wouldn't like to give any stars at all. Today we had dinner with the whole family at L'osteria Bogenhausen. I have to say we were very disappointed for the first time and have rarely experienced such poor service. At the beginning the service was okay, but as the time we stayed increased it got worse and worse and we sometimes had to wait a long time and speak to the various waitresses several times. After we were seated, a waiter took our order, but the drinks were brought by someone else. I had to wait 30 minutes for my drink. After I spoke to a waitress, the answer I got was “all right, no stress” and lo and behold my drink wasn’t brought over for more than 5 minutes. Meanwhile we were already given cutlery and documents for the pizza. After that we were completely ignored. Despite the high number of people, I as a guest cannot understand why we had to wait over an hour for our pizzas, while other guests who had ordered after us received their dishes quickly. Ultimately our pizzas were brought over by someone else. Unfortunately, these had been burnt so that it was almost impossible to eat. When we complained, we were ignored with an “eye roll” and expected that we should either eat the pizzas or simply nothing at all. Afterwards the boss was sent to our table and he just talked his way out of it without apologizing. Unfortunately they didn't come to meet us either. The long wait meant that we had already lost our hunger and desire. Apart from the “good” taste, the evening left an extremely negative impression. It was obvious that the organization and communication among employees that evening was completely inadequate. I understand that it is stressful when there is a lot of traffic, but the guest should never feel unwelcome. I hope that you will take the abuses described seriously and take appropriate measures to prevent such experiences from occurring in the future. But, yes, ultimately “no stress”!!!!

Great service and the food - a poem!

Great atmosphere - food tastes great as always. Unfortunately the team needs to organize itself better!

The takeaway is wonderful, the shop is a bit noisy. My second experience was better than the first.

Were there yesterday on Valentine's Day. As always, the food there tastes excellent. Both pizza and pasta taste very good. There is also nothing to complain about the service. Even though it was really full, we didn't wait long for our food and drinks came quickly too. The only downside was the music was really too loud. You could hardly have a conversation with the person you were talking to across the table, only with the person next to you. That was a shame. Otherwise everything was wonderful

The worst restaurant, I was given a bill from a stranger, the waitress just said it was busy and a bit overwhelmed.

It took a while until you could order. The lasagne we ordered didn't taste that good. Some of the chairs were very dirty. When the waiter came to check and asked me how the food was, I said well. He wasn't particularly interested in the answer. But when I didn't tip, I didn't even get a receipt. He walked away without a word.

Can't recommend this restaurant. At first it took a long time to take the order. The lasagne didn't taste good. When we settled the check, the waiter asked if everything was OK. He wasn't interested in the answer. So I didn't give a tip. After that, no receipt or any word.

The food here is so delicious, the pasta was beautifully seasoned and prepared just a treat. The service is also great, they were great at helping me order. The place looks really nice.

As usual, the sun was good and quite long in the evening on the large terrace. Much better than the former Vapiano.

Great place, we were served immediately. (there were few tables occupied) The service is always on the ball and friendly. The pizza was made in front of us. (The pizza preparation and oven can be seen from the table) The pizzas are huge and absolutely delicious. There are parking spaces in front of the house The only thing I don't understand are the lamps in the restaurant with the crooked shades... But I think they will be knocked over when you put on your jacket. Will come again

We had Primitivo, carpaccio and spaghetti alio e olio. Everything OBERLEGGOR! 1 star deduction for service because there should be 1 more manpower given the many guests. 1 star deduction for ambience because it was very loud! But somehow also cool😎 Typically Italian🫶🏼

L’Osteria convinced me completely! The atmosphere is lively and inviting, the staff friendly and attentive. I was particularly impressed by the huge, crispy pizza – perfectly topped and super tasty! The pasta was also fresh and tasty. Price-performance ratio is right, and despite the restaurant being busy, the service was quick and professional. I will definitely be back and can recommend L’Osteria to anyone who wants to enjoy Italian food in a relaxed environment!

So we were a bit unlucky that evening. There were five of us there and we had reserved. So far so good. But no pizza, they sold so well at lunchtime that there was no more dough available in the evening. Bruschetta? No baguette left. Then you may despair. I feel sorry for the girls (waiters) who are then left to suffer. Ours tried very hard but that doesn't help when the kitchen is empty.

It's a shame that the great atmosphere was destroyed. Why does everything good always have to be destroyed during a takeover? There was once a holiday, chill lounge atmosphere outside, everything replaced with uncomfortable! Inside, the beautiful, special, ingenious concept with the great tree at the entrance was gone and everything was replaced with wooden tables. It's really a drama that all the cool things in Germany are being shut down, it costs money, doesn't it?

Ordered for pickup, It takes about 10 minutes for three different service staff to notice you. Pizzas weren't ready yet, even though according to the app they were supposed to be ready for pickup. The pizzas were a disgrace. Only half full, but 20€?! Wrong toppings and unappetizing thrown into the box. After the exchange, ingredients were still missing... at least the pizzas looked edible.

Unfortunately, things didn't go so well on our last visit to L'Osteria. Our waitress was nice and attentive. Unfortunately, the penne arrabiatta was quite watery and otherwise mainly spicy. I've had different experiences at other L'Osterias - but this time the meal took more than 40 minutes, while the shop wasn't really full. The guest room was quite smoky and my biggest problem was the women's toilet. Unfortunately there was no toilet paper or towels, so of course I told a member of staff and she wanted to check straight away. Unfortunately, after 1 hour I hadn't seen it yet... that's a shame :/ hence my deduction for the ambience. Sometimes you have days when something goes wrong, but if things are better on the next visit, I'm happy to adjust my rating afterwards.

By far the worst restaurant in the chain in Munich. We first had to wait an eternity for someone to feel responsible for taking our order. Afterwards we had to wait another eternity in a pretty empty restaurant for the food to be served. The pizza maker rang the bell in the kitchen but the waitress didn't feel addressed. It wasn't until I got up to accept the now cold pizzas and pasta that someone suddenly came. Some of the employees themselves stood relaxed in the kitchen and enjoyed what was probably their warm pizza. Thank you for this bad experience!

Eating mashallah was too delicious

Food as expected, great portion and taste. Service unfortunately bad. You get the impression that you are a nuisance in the restaurant and you can see that in some of the employees' faces. I observed that new guests had to wait a long time for a table because we and neighboring tables were unable to order and pay for a long time due to the inattention of the staff. A nice young man from the bar saved us from the wait. The air was very stuffy and there was always a burning smell, as if the exhaust air from the kitchen was inadequate.

The service was very friendly! However, the starter came after the main course and mine and my children's main courses came 10 minutes before my husband's. It seemed like the kitchen was a bit overwhelmed. But the worst thing was the smell of food in the restaurant. It was spent with you and I had a very strong craving for food that almost made me sick. The pizza was ok.

The pizza was excellent, the entire staff is very nice and helpful, prices are reasonable. Nothing to complain about...

We were at L'Osteria Bogenhausen yesterday, January 23rd, 2025. There was obviously a communication problem and we were supposed to pay for a bottle of wine that we didn't order as we wanted another wine that apparently was no longer available. When we complained, the manager was sent to us to discuss/solve the problem. The manager was very friendly, professional and very solution-oriented. We also came to a solution very quickly. If L'Osteria had more managers like this, I think this chain would be even more successful. I would like to thank this lady for her commitment and professional behavior, as well as the very objective discussion.

I have ordered from this restaurant in the past as I worked and lived nearby. But after the last orders I can only say that what is being delivered there is simply unacceptable. Parts of my order are often missing, the food regularly looks disgusting and is simply inedible, the last time I ordered (today) the pizza roll was completely raw, the herb sauce had a terrible taste and the pasta dish was completely watered down and tasted like everything else As a fresh addition, with the pasta they not only put what I had ordered, but also any other leftover pasta. It is obvious that they are simply using leftovers that they want to get rid of quickly. This is really disgusting! Never again!

Surprisingly good service on the day of our visit unlike the one in Brunntal or Parsdorf

A very charming place to dine in. I found it really crowded during my visit. Ideal for an outing with friends or large groups. Their food was good and service was okay compared to the customers they had to handle. One point deduction for a mistake on their service. We ordered two desserts which they forgot to serve. We had to remind them again to get them served. Otherwise, everything was okay.

Wow! This atmosphere there doesn't exist anywhere else. The food is just great! These large pizzas 🍕 will definitely fill you up! The service is also very friendly and helpful.

Food is very good, the barbecue chicken pizza is awesome. In contrast to other Losteria branches, I find the service here to be okay; the bottom line is that the waiters are nice and courteous. You don't have to wait long for your food. In the evening it gets more crowded, so there are no tables left. I think it's perfect for lunch as there's hardly anything going on.

Unfortunately I was very disappointed. The pizza was burnt and cold. The topping was spread carelessly and the dough tasted tough and bland. Price-performance ratio is not right here at all. Unfortunately I cannot recommend this pizzeria and will definitely not be coming back.

The food was great, but the date wasn’t very good😂 The place is very cozy though, which made it a nice atmosphere.

Unfortunately, things went haywire on New Year's Day. Somehow there were probably technical problems with the oven or the ventilation, as the guest area was very smoky and there were probably long waiting times for the pizzas. The employee also told us that there are no longer 0.75 liter bottles of water and that we have to switch to the much more expensive 0.25 liter bottles. We then left again because we had noticed the increasingly poor service, especially when it came to the commitment of the staff, for a long time. Maybe things will get better again!

I enjoyed a vegetable pizza, beef pasta, and a fresh green salad. Everything was flavorful and perfectly prepared. It was a great dining experience, and I would definitely recommend this place! The staff were not only polite and professional, but also incredibly friendly, which made the experience even better.

I can totally understand all the negative reviews!!!! We just waited 45 minutes for an ICE COLD pizza that was completely burnt. I even gave a tip and I paid for something like that??? Are you crazy??? Underground!!!! The staff also has no plan. Water was out, this is discussed in front of the customers because they were ordered incorrectly. So really unprofessional, Vapiano was 100,000 times better!

Ich muss lange nachdenken, ob mir das überhaupt schon mal passiert ist! Eigentlich nicht! Wochen vorher habe ich für den Silvesterabend für zwei Personen eine Reservierung eingetragen. Habe die auch am Tag vorher noch bestätigt, dann wurde die Reservierung kurzfristig am Silvesterabend storniert. Dies hatten wir gar nicht mitbekommen, da die Stornierung per E-Mail kam! Uns wurde dies nur beim Betreten des Restaurants mitgeteilt! Na super ! Mit Glück hatten wir dann doch einen kleinen Platz gefunden für uns, der Service war sehr freundlich. Das Essen war durchschnittlich gut. Leider passt mittlerweile das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis nicht mehr. Ich werde in Zukunft meine Besuche dort reduzieren.

Recommended!! The pizzas are hard to beat. They taste great and are huge. It is therefore already offered on the menu that, for example, you can only have half a pizza for two people, and even on two plates. The price/performance ratio is very good. Half a pizza, which left me absolutely full, a beer and a wine spritzer all together for under €20. We made a reservation for two people half an hour in advance, which actually worked. Otherwise we probably wouldn't have gotten a seat because we were there at 7:30 p.m. because the restaurant was completely booked. A downer was the rather slow ordering process and long delivery time. The service was very friendly, but seemed a bit overwhelmed given the full restaurant and the lagging kitchen. However, I received an extra large wine spritzer as an apology. Very attentive, in my opinion. The ambience is quite nice, but the volume is quite loud when the place is full. When the weather is nicer in the warmer season, it's nice to sit outside, which really adds to the atmosphere.

This is my favorite restaurant, they have lots of options like pizza, pasta, salad, dessert, drinks and..., very big outtheir staff are not only friendly but also bilingual, very fluent in English. The only negative post is that in case you go late some food is unavailable like pizza

I would like to give you feedback on my visit to your branch, which unfortunately did not meet my expectations. It is important to me to share my experience with you because I have heard a lot of positive things about your restaurant and am therefore disappointed. Unfortunately the service that day left a lot to be desired. The waiters didn't ask if everything was OK or if we needed anything. The impression arose that our well-being as guests was not a priority. In addition, some of the employees behaved arrogantly and were sometimes outside smoking, only to then go back into the kitchen without any visible hygiene precautions. The quality of the food was also disappointing. The pasta was very oversalted and overcooked, and the vegetable pizza was not only sparingly topped, but the toppings were disproportionate to my expectations. The children's pizza was particularly disappointing, as it was served cold and seemed carelessly prepared. Unfortunately, under these circumstances I cannot recommend your restaurant. I hope that you will take this review seriously and make the appropriate improvements so that future guests can have a more pleasant experience

Unforgivable, I politely asked after dinner if they could offer me a liquor on the house such as a limoncello and they very rudely told me NO! That's not knowing how to deal with a client who may return there, which won't happen.

Wir waren zwar schon in diversen L´Osterias, aber noch nie in Bogenhausen. Wir haben ca. 20 Minuten auf unsere Getränke und ca. 30 Minuten auf unser Essen gewartet. Essen war wie immer ok. Die Zeitdauer war insgesamt auch bis zum Zahlvorgang, sehr mangelhaft.

The food is always good here, the ambience is ok, the music is always way too loud. Service, on the other hand, is an absolute disaster - one waiter in particular cannot be surpassed in terms of unfriendliness. Absolutely no service orientation, friendliness is non-existent. Staff prefer to chat among themselves rather than serve the queue of customers. Eye contact is deliberately avoided. So it's ok to pick up food, but nothing more. Too bad.

Delicious pizza and very nice service. You can eat better pizza in many places in Munich, but at L'Osteria you always know exactly what you're getting.

Extremely loud. You are pressured to order the starter and main course straight away, apparently because of the otherwise long waiting time. Then comes pizza that isn't even lukewarm and is half on the plate and half on the table. Very appetizing.

The pizzas here are huge and the price is justified for the quantity. The pasta was definitely undercooked but the pesto was fresh and flavourful. The tiramisu was very good and I would go there again only for this.

The pizzeria is phenomenal, as are the pizzas, but the waiters are unfriendly. Especially today, when I came in, there was a short, dark-haired man on duty on the left. When I commented that the service was disastrous and that the pizza was served on very small plates that spilled across the table instead of their usual larger plates, he decided to bring it to me on this tiny plate. He cheekily replied that I was a disaster. Rating: Zero because of the waiter.

Top 👍🏻 pizza, great location. I have been a guest and fan of L'Osteria for many years. I know some of the restaurants in Munich, Brunnthal and Rosenheim. Always great pizza 🍕 Large selection, large pizza, good toppings. The restaurant is stylishly furnished. Service is great. 👍🏻 The food is served quickly and hot. Fairly priced.

They told us there was no food at all more than an hour before the restaurant closed. I don't understand how is this even possible. The restaurant was still full of people

Hello and good day, I'll be honest and straight to the point: As someone who has worked and continues to work in this field and has trained as both a restauranteur and a chef, I have to say that I was not satisfied with the quality of service. The reason is that the waiter set the table for us very stiffly and without any greeting. What surprised me even more was that all the kitchen staff walked in and out of the dining room in their work clothes as a matter of course. Even one of the chefs ate at a table next to us. A separate room should be provided for the staff to eat or rest.
