Very friendly and good service. We didn't have to wait long and the food was very good overall. The pizzas are very large, though – almost too large for me personally. My tip: It's best to share a pizza or come when you're really hungry. Overall, though, a definite recommendation.

The food is good as usual, and the atmosphere is fine too. Unfortunately, we were brought the completely wrong meal, which isn't a big deal in itself and can happen. However, after pointing this out to the server, we were met with indifference and annoyance, not to mention a brief apology. As a result, we had to eat at separate times. The service level was therefore practically nonexistent.

We've been here several times and weren't disappointed again. We had a lovely evening, delicious food, and excellent service. We'll definitely be back.

My coworkers and I grabbed late dinner here on a Tuesday night. There was no wait, and the service was impeccable. Alina was very attentive, offered to take our pictures when she saw us trying to take selfies. It was 5 star service through and through! The pizza, pasta and salad are all great!

We ordered through Uber Eats. The delivery driver, apologizing, handed me a cold pizza. According to the driver, he pointed out the cold pizza to the customer at the restaurant and was told "Not your problem - Drive." Yet, dear Losteria team, it's the driver's problem and the customer's problem if you were informed about it on-site and still rudely proceed with the delivery. The way you treat customers and the poor driver who is forced to deliver cold food is, in my opinion, completely unacceptable. The poor guy apologized repeatedly for your business practices and was afraid it would affect his job. What a shame. We won't be ordering from here again. Five stars to the driver for this experience and to Uber Eats for at least giving me a small discount. When ordering €40 for two dishes, one can certainly expect a little effort from the restaurant staff.

What's particularly impressive is the consistency: taste, presentation, and timing are perfectly aligned. You can tell that professionals are at work here, who take their craft seriously and, at the same time, clearly enjoy what they do.

I ordered an arrabbiata, but unfortunately, the sauce didn't taste like a typical arrabbiata at all; it tasted more like pure tomato paste. There was what felt like an entire can of tomato paste on the plate, and far too little pasta. Even after adding salt several times, it still didn't taste good. My companion's pasta was also bad; she had to add a lot of salt as well. I'm usually a regular at L'Osteria, but this was the first time I've been truly dissatisfied. I also think it's a shame they don't offer Red Bull.

Warning: If the waiter asks during the meal if everything is OK, hold onto your plate. We made the mistake of answering "Yes," and poof, both plates were gone.

Everything was great, as always at L'Osteria. The toppings on the two pizza halves, tuna and small crab, were a bit sparse.

Delicious food and a huge pizza. Unfortunately, there was virtually no service. When we arrived and stood by the door for about 30 seconds, no one approached us. After choosing our food (which took about 5 minutes) and sitting for another 5 minutes or so watching the waiters, we still received no attention until I finally got up and went to the bar. The pizza was served uncut, and when we asked for it to be cut, one of the waiters replied, "Cut it with a table knife." Luckily, another waiter eventually cut the pizza, but only in the middle, leaving the edges uncut 🫣 We also had to wait and practically hunt for waiters to pay the bill.

The worst service ever: No one showed us where to sit, and no one came to us for 15 minutes. We were told to cut the pizza ourselves, even though it had been cut for others. After that, we asked for the bill, but they kept walking past us and only came back after another 15 minutes or so. Although the food was tasty, the overall experience was terrible!

We were delighted. Good food, lovely restaurant, and above all, friendly staff. We'll gladly come back.

The food was amazing and perfectly seasoned. We had three pizzas, one pasta dish, and a salad (the croutons were a bit big, though). Everything arrived incredibly fast. The service was superb—they even brought us Parmesan, salt, and pepper automatically! 👍 The location is also great, right next to the subway and easy to find.

The pizza was delicious, perfectly crispy and fresh. The service was very friendly and efficient! Unfortunately, the acoustics aren't great; personally, I found it too loud for a "cozy meal out." Nevertheless, we'll gladly come back from time to time!

There were two of us on December 31st, and we were unfortunately very disappointed. I only noticed the restaurant shortly beforehand, as it's on my way to work. Since the well-known L'Osteria locations (e.g., Stachus) are usually very crowded on New Year's Eve, we wanted to try this one. I tried calling several times a day or two beforehand to clarify a question and possibly make a reservation. I deliberately didn't want to reserve online because I wanted to discuss something beforehand. Unfortunately, the call was hung up on several times before anyone even answered. I found that very unprofessional. Driving there specifically wasn't an option for me, as I don't live nearby, I work evenings, and the buses only run every 20 minutes. Driving all the way there just to ask a question, only to potentially have to come back for nothing, is simply inconvenient. That's precisely why you call. According to the website, the opening hours were specially adjusted for New Year's Eve (until 10 pm). On arrival, we were told that they were only open until 9 pm and that we couldn't stay any longer. That doesn't make any sense to me. If opening hours are changed online, you should be able to rely on them. Overall, the communication was very poor: – unreachable by phone – conflicting opening hours – and in the end, we were simply turned away. This is extremely frustrating for people who live further away or need to plan ahead. Unfortunately, this has made the restaurant very unappealing to me – we won't be eating there again.

The pizza was a disaster, lukewarm and dry. The kitchen was clearly overwhelmed. Some of the staff were fiddling with their phones (right in the middle of the restaurant – I've never seen anything like it), or standing bored at the counter even though there were other customers waiting at the entrance. I overheard someone at the next table saying they were out of appetizers and salads. (Friday around 6:30 pm)????

An order placed with Lieferando was accepted (40-60 minute delivery time) and then canceled without explanation 5 minutes before the deadline – around 11 PM, when nothing else was available to order. Multiple phone calls were ignored; I only managed to get through to a different number. The staff seemed overwhelmed, offering no clarification and taking no responsibility. Absolutely unprofessional behavior. This is how you lose customers.

Special praise goes to waiters Vlad and Eva, whose warm manner, keen sense of their guests, and attentive service made the evening truly special. You feel welcome and well taken care of at all times. The pizza is simply fantastic! Huge, with a thin crust and perfectly balanced sauce, cheese, and toppings. You feel like you're right in Italy. The pasta is also a complete success – fresh, flavorful, and very filling. A perfect place for a cozy family dinner or a get-together with friends. L’Osteria stands for quality, taste, and the true Italian way of life. Highly recommended!

The food and pizza were delicious, as always. The restaurant was only half full, but we still had to wait over 40 minutes for our food. Others who arrived after us got their pizzas sooner. Our food only arrived just before we were about to ask the server where it was. A quick note from her directly explaining why it was taking so long would have been nice.

I ordered through Lieferando, the pizzas were okay, about 6/10. What wasn't okay was the way I was treated as a customer. The three drinks were missing from the delivery. That can happen, I called the restaurant hoping for a quick resolution. But then I was treated very rudely: First, they said that couldn't be possible. Then they claimed I hadn't ordered any drinks at all. Then they suggested the Lieferando driver had probably stolen them. Then they said there wasn't time for such nonsense and simply hung up. So I made a second call, explained everything again to a different person, was made to feel stupid again, then showed up at the restaurant in person with the receipt and screenshots, and finally got the drinks. It's really not about one Coke and two waters, but it was Saturday night in an unfamiliar city, and I wanted the drinks I'd paid for for my children. Instead of watching Christmas movies with my children at the hotel, I waited in the cold outside L'Osteria and picked up lukewarm drinks. 0/10 points, thanks for nothing.

I booked an apartment/villa based on the details displayed on the booking page, which clearly stated that it had a balcony. This was a crucial requirement for me when making my booking decision. ❗ The Problem Upon arrival at the property, I was shocked to discover that the apartment had no balcony whatsoever, meaning the property did not match the description on Booking.com. I immediately contacted: The building manager The apartment owner However, they refused to issue a refund despite the obvious error and the discrepancy between the provided service and the advertised description. Afterward, I contacted Booking.com customer service. Despite fully explaining the problem, no fair solution was offered, as: I did not receive a full refund. I was forced to leave the apartment and check out because it was unsuitable for me and my family. ⚠️ This constitutes: Misleading advertising Breach of booking terms and conditions Violation of consumer protection policies Breach of Booking's "as described" policy

We've been to L'Osteria restaurants many times, but this one was a pleasant surprise. They really know how to run a great place ;) super fast, super quality, super friendly. We can absolutely recommend it.
