Today I visited this place to celebrate my birthday. I reserved a table for 9 at the last minute (I called at 4:20pm and made a reservation for 5:30pm). The service was very friendly. We ordered four pizzas – two Caesar, one Marinara and one Capricciosa. Everything was incredibly tasty and looked appetizing. The restaurant is not large, but very cozy and atmospheric. I had a great birthday celebration there and can therefore highly recommend this place! For me personally, this is one of the best pizzas in Munich.

We regularly visit as a family or order our favorite meal home. We especially love the pasta and gnocci dishes as well as the house-made lemonades and the non-alcoholic Crodino Spritz. But the (sharable) pizzas are always very tasty - usual L'Osteria quality. The restaurant is nicely decorated, there is always good music playing and we love sitting at the counter in the window with a view of the street and the ice cream parlor opposite. The restaurant is small but nice and is ideal for an entertaining lunch or dinner. Simple, down to earth and good. Children also feel very welcome here. There are children's chairs and enough space for a buggy. For us, L'Osteria Piccola is always the first choice when we want to enjoy a quick, delicious lunch with Italian bistro charm, but we can't or don't want to cook ourselves. You never have to wait long and you often get a little treat after your meal - an espresso for mom, a few gummy bears for the children or a cherry tomato from Pizzaiolo. It's also a nice pastime for our children because they enjoy watching the pizza makers at work. The only drawback: it could be a bit warmer in the back area of ​​the restaurant. Otherwise everything is wonderful.

Everything was super good... pizza No. 1 in Munich. I eat every day at Serve Pizza Prosciutto and Caprese, I shied away from reviewing everything and most of what people write is not true. For best.

We were there for lunch today: 3 of the 4 dishes were good and had great toppings, but the pizza with ham was unfortunately ridiculous. For the price you should top the pizza properly, otherwise you might as well order a Margherita. Tip to the operators: Feel free to wipe the table when new people come. There wasn't much going on when we were there. We had stains from our predecessors. Our service person tried hard and brought another plate with 3 slices after we criticized the lack of toppings on one pizza. Just not fried / put in the oven but fresh out of the package. 😂

Unable to prepare the order every time. Whether ordered personally on site or in advance via the website. 3 times now, forgotten again even after asking. Absolute catastrophe!

We have now ordered pizza to pick up twice from l'osteria on Schulstrasse and unfortunately we were rather disappointed both times. Both times we were there at least 5-10 minutes earlier than agreed and both times we received pizza in boxes that already had large, deep stains, so they had been lying there for a long time. However, we came extra early so that we could take it straight away as soon as it was ready and nothing like that would happen. The way home took less than three minutes and the pizza was already only lukewarm to cold. Only one of two was cut. The pizzas are tasty in themselves, but somehow they always had a strange consistency, not crispy but extremely firm to the bite. That's why cold and hard pizza unfortunately didn't taste so good anymore. What I don't want to complain about, however, is the size of the pizza. I'm sorry for all the criticism, I hope no one feels offended, but unfortunately it was really disappointing both times. We don't know this from other L'Osteria restaurants.

Ordered 2 pizzas (1 Caprese, 1 Prosciutto & Funghi) today via Wolt. The food was cold and there were almost no ingredient on the pizzas. Lots of tomato sauce but only 1 small mozarella cut into small slices on the entire large pizza. Almost half of the slices were only tomato sauce, no mozarella. Only 3-4 pieces of meat on the other pizza. Both pizzas cost 17.50 without delivery or service fee. I paid 35€ for only tomato sauce and some mushrooms. Almost no ingredient used…

Chaotic, disorganized, pickup times are almost never adhered to. But pizza is good as usual.

Food came quickly and we also got a spontaneous table for two people. Unfortunately the pizza was too salty.

L'Osteria Piccolo - everything here is smaller, at the same time with the same prices (unlike other branches) with a mix of service and self-service (?). I thought there would be a lunch special here too, but well, that's only available in the larger restaurants. 0.33l Tegernseer from the bottle for €4.50 is debatable. Pizza was okay but slightly burnt in places. What didn't work was that they "wrongly" wanted to charge me €10 more for a tip than I would have given anyway. Good thing I noticed it in time and asked the “surprised” employee about it. No one would pay €35 for a pizza and a small beer in this atmosphere for mediocre service - or below average compared to other branches. A very questionable value for money, I won't come back.

We have placed a home delivery order and it has been disastrous. The pizza was burnt, dry and cold. The hot drinks and pasta ( aglio e olio) had no oil or garlic. Our first order and the last.

Real Italian pizza! For me this is the best pizza in town. Delicious dough and ingredients, the price is right and friendly staff. I can only recommend 🙂.

Juice shop. Because of waiting times. I ordered takeout on site. At first they said it would take half an hour because there was a lot going on. Then it took more than an hour. Another time I went in at lunchtime with a hungry child and ordered immediately. There was nothing going on. I said my child was hungry. I waited 45 minutes. And then came a pizza with the wrong toppings. At least they canceled something. The pizza was good, but the service was very slow. Also, the music is too loud.

Pizza Prosciutto e funghi unfortunately not worth it for the high price. There were simply slices of packaged cooked ham on top. I've never seen anything like that at L'osteria. In addition, the pizza was completely cold when it arrived.

I can only say aggressive people! The staff have very bad dealings with customers, no friendliness at all, bad environment, bad service.!!!

A small place with great food. What can improve is the service, the waiters are often distracted. Drinks come after the meal or you need to remind them. Also, when you want the bill you may have to wave several times before getting the waiter’s attention.

My takeout order was taken on the spot and I had my pizza about 10 minutes later. The taste is very good, a thin, crispy base that also has substance. I am very satisfied and would like to come back.

Very nice people bake the best pizza in town. And the gnocchi are like my grandma's! Every extra wish will be fulfilled. E.g. gnocchi with ragout :) The people in service are very nice and accommodating. The working atmosphere seems to be very good under the management because the employees even sing while they work ;)

The usual perfect quality of the food, there was nothing to complain about. Service was also really nice and accommodating. The ambience could definitely be improved. It seemed a bit untidy and chaotic. There were still empty plates on the tables and crumbs outside. It's not that nice to sit inside anyway, because it's very dark in the back and the tables are stuck together and it feels like there are 5 flies flying around. You should definitely try to fix things like this. When we came in, it somehow seemed like it was “break time”. In any case, it wasn't inviting in itself. But after asking if we could get something else to eat, we were warmly welcomed by the service and were served immediately and made to smile. Food came super quickly, toilet was super clean and well maintained.

By far the worst L'Osteria I've ever been to. You wait forever before you can order. The staff is inattentive and unfriendly. It's dark inside with music way too loud and unclean furniture. Simply 0 out of 10, I wouldn't recommend it.

Last week I just wanted to enjoy a nice evening with my girlfriend, but the waiting times and the motivation of the staff left a lot to be desired because the food wasn't even half good. In the end, I and my girlfriend felt bad. I don't recommend anyone to go there I then complained to the boss and he was very uninterested. Thanks for this stupid service

After our family football game at the weekend we all desperately needed some refreshment and lots of carbohydrates… The food was great and the staff was really on the ball. When the boss invited us for a dessert, the surprise was perfect! Thank you very much for that…and please keep it up!

I ordered a pizza Vegetariana with grilled vegetables via Ubereats. The pizza was put together completely carelessly. Hardly any grilled vegetables. You could have ordered a Mageritha pizza for 12.50 euros instead of a Vegetariana pizza for around 17.95 euros. The price-performance ratio is miserable. Food + delivery costs + tip approx. 24 euros. Unfortunately not recommended!

Pizza had a hole the size of a fist. Staff were very rude and preferred to chat instead of taking care of a paying guest! We waited so long and the pizza wasn't appetizing at all! The shop was really very dirty. You could just sweep through sometimes! And how messy the kitchen looked, I'm not surprised that the food was so unappetizing!

Pizza wasn't done yet and the pasta was like soup. service was very unfriendly! Ambience was also terrible! I've eaten at l'osteria many times but this place was terrible!! I can't recommend it!!

Very good pizza, great pasta and great prices for everything.

Seldom eaten so badly. Pizza came to the table cold and there were hardly any guests there. Pizza crust was hard and dry and the topping was swimming in tomato sauce. Pasta sauce was very watery and pasta was way too “al dente”. We also struggled with stomach cramps afterwards. Service was below average, you could also pour yourself a drink for EUR 5.50. Beer 0.33l for 4.50, extrapolated to 6.80 EUR for 0.5l beer... once and never again.

Decent service and food but horrible franchise atmosphere.

The three of us met there for pizza and we all had food poisoning afterwards. All three of them vomited constantly the next night. All 3 live in different households, the only thing they had in common was food.

Nice atmosphere in the limited space available and large pizzas. Unfortunately, they always have very different toppings - sometimes quite lavish, sometimes with a lot of dry edges.

Selbst das Team hat gefroren. Haben lange gewartet, bis man und begrüßt und platziert hat, alles etwas durcheinander.

In Erwartungen an die Standards der Losteria Kette haben wir auch dieses Restaurant besucht. Jedoch wurden wir - wie bereits andere Bewertungen zeigen - bitter enttäuscht!!! 1. Unfreundliche, inkompetente Mitarbeiter die sich lieber untereinander unterhalten anstatt sich um Ihre ZAHLENDE Gäste zu kümmern. 2. Das mit Abstand schlechteste italienische Essen das wir je gegessen haben. Sofern man es als Italienisch und Essen bezeichnen kann. Jede Konserve bietet mehr Geschmackserlebnis wie unser bestelltes Essen. (Spaghetti Carbonara schwammen in fettiger Sahne Soße und ohne jede Art von Gewürzen. Speck war verbrannt und steinhart!) 3. Desaströses Ambiente! Schiefe Tische, mobile Heizungen, keine Musik, etc. Fazit: Geht gar nicht!

Pizza Pane leider sehr trocken/verbrannt und ohne frische Tomaten. Dafür 8,5€ pro Pizza ist nicht gerechtfertigt.

I had three of the employees behaving disrespectfully and raising their voice at me, all because I wanted to pay with my Losteria giftcard. According to them I should have checked beforehand if they accept said Losteria giftcard as a payment method and that I should know that since they’re a piccolo restaurant, that they do not have the scanner machine, this went on and on even after I had offered to pay with my credit card. I had no idea that they weren’t going to accept the giftcard and I was made stupid and embarrased about it, even though it clearly states on the giftcard that Losteria restaurants all around germany accept it. I now regret buying a 100€ giftcard because I ended up having to pay from my own pocket either way. Also, the quality of the food at Losteria Rotkreuzplatz was not up to par with the other restaurants, my friend ordered the pesto pasta and there was a thick layer of oil to the point where the pasta was floating in it. All in all a horrible experience.

Habe zwei Pizzas zum mitnehmen bestellt. Die eine zierte ein faustgroßes Loch, es fehlte der Schinken und sie war total verbrannt...triefte dafür aber vor Öl. Die andere war okay. Schlechteste L'Osteria Erfahrung meines Lebens ...

Toll, dass es hier jetzt auch eine L’Osteria gibt!! Wir waren wie immer super zufrieden!

Leider hatte das Lokal, anders als online ausgeschrieben, keinen veganen Reibeschmelz. Ersatzweise wurden normale Nudeln mit Tomatensoße bestellt. Ausdrücklich vegan. Serviert wurde mit Parmesan. Geht gar nicht, wenn man stark allergisch ist! Sehr langsamer Service, welcher Kundenwünsche auf Grund sehr schlechter Deutschkenntnisse nicht erfüllen konnte.

Sowohl zum abholen als auch vor Ort immer top essen und Service gehabt. Sympathisches Personal.

Wir haben Pizza Margherita vor Ort bestellt und nach Hause genommen. Die Pizza kostete 9,90 €, was für die Größe, ausreichend für zwei Personen preislich in Ordnung war. Zu Hause haben wir die Pizza mit Ruccola, Öl, Parmesan und Schinken aufgepeppt. Daher kann ich nur den Teig beurteilen. Ich fand ihn mittelmäßig, etwas trocken. Er war nicht zu dick und nicht zu dünn. Ich glaube, ich nehme das nächste Mal wieder die Pizza vom Mitbewerber. Aber man muss ja schließlich offen für Neues sein.
