We are absolutely thrilled with L’Osteria in Neuhausen. The food was simply outstanding. The pizza, the pasta dishes, and the salads were all incredibly delicious, fresh, and perfectly balanced. This is exactly what you imagine Italian cuisine to be like. A special shout-out goes to the gentleman with the charming Swabian accent. He was very friendly and attentive, and his expertise and intuition made him a wonderful advisor on wine selection. We immediately felt welcome and in excellent hands. The atmosphere is also very pleasant, relaxed, and inviting. It's a place where you'll happily linger and enjoy the evening. We've decided: This will definitely be our new go-to Italian restaurant. We will definitely be back. Thank you so much!

Unfortunately, the experience was very poor, especially the staff (it was okay as long as there was a waiter, but he suddenly disappeared, and from then on, no one paid any attention to the guests – a real shame). The atmosphere was also terrible; it was simply far too cold. Of the four dishes we ordered, one, which was supposed to have extra melted cheese, was completely forgotten. Everything was correctly listed on the bill, but we never received it. What a shame!

Warning to all vegans!! I ordered the Pomodoro pasta dish, which was clearly marked with a vegan symbol, but unfortunately it turned out to contain a lot of cheese. This could be especially dangerous for people with lactose intolerance. I don't usually write negative reviews, but I hope this will be changed on the menu immediately. There was also an unclear table charge of €4. Best regards.

I can only agree with the reviews regarding deliveries. Sure, the pizza arrives cold in winter, that's just something you have to expect. However, the usually quite accurate delivery times with Uber Eats are never met here. I've ordered three times now, and every single time the order (with a maximum of three items) was incomplete and something was missing. Waiting 1.5-2 hours for food is simply unacceptable. It can't be that difficult to hand the complete order to the courier (who could obviously check it), can it? If someone then doesn't receive their food, that's just great...

We ordered a pizza to go. The owner and staff were super friendly and funny. In the end, we drove home with a delicious pizza and in a great mood. We'll definitely be back! 😊

For several years now, my family and I have been coming to this restaurant regularly. The pizza is thin and crispy, exactly to my liking, and tastes simply wonderful – just like the pizzas I always get in Italy! The ingredients are excellent, and the price is absolutely fair, especially considering the size of the pizza. The restaurant is cozy, and the staff is always friendly, making you feel right at home.

Terrible, inedible food. Ordered via Uber Eats. We had to wait almost 1.5 hours even though it said 30 minutes. The pizza arrived ice cold and tasted like a shoe sole. We threw everything away.

I ordered from Volt for over €75 and was very disappointed. The pizza was cold, and the pasta dishes were also unsatisfactory: one was ice-cold, the other only lukewarm, and the penne arrabbiata was completely overcooked and watery. Furthermore, the delivery was over an hour late, so we had to reheat the pizza in the oven. As compensation, Volt only offered a €4 voucher, which is in no way adequate. Overall, a very disappointing experience.

I ordered two pizzas via Uber Eats and paid €30. They arrived completely cold. After contacting Losteria, the owner on the phone simply said, "There's nothing I can do – it's the delivery driver's fault." That was it. No attempt at compensation or anything like that. What a waste of money. My first and, unfortunately, last time ordering from them.

I happened upon L'Osteria Picolla, spending the night in Munich looking for a suitable dinner. I was greeted warmly and with a little joke, seated immediately, and received excellent service. The pizza was of the usual high quality, as in all the chain's restaurants. So, it was an absolute hit.

We have been going to L'Osteria since 2009. I can't say anything about the food because it tastes the best as always. The people were very nice and friendly. Yesterday we got free drinks because the boss was so friendly and nice.

We ate at this lovely restaurant and were served by Omaro. We really enjoyed it, as the food was delicious and flavorful. The ambiance was very romantic and beautiful, and since it's right on Rotkreuzplatz, it also offers a truly beautiful view. I personally really liked the restaurant and would go back anytime to eat again.

The best pizza in Munich! My wife got a calzone and I got the Salsiccia Piccante. Both were amazing. We ordered by phone and came for pick up right when they were pulling them out of the oven. I couldn’t believe the size. We thought we were getting small items. But we could have easily shared either and been full. Ingredients were fresh and flavorful. Plus all the staff were very funny and friendly. We’ll definitely be coming back

We were there yesterday and can say the food was very good! The pizza was super delicious, and the pasta arrabiata was the best we've ever eaten (even better with the delicious chili oil!). The service was also great. Our server was very friendly and attentive. Ordered food via Uber eats, the food was undercooked to begin with, didn’t even taste good enough, and got stomach problems on the next day. Expected better food quality from Losteria, as the experience with most other branches have been quite nice.

I was at L'Osteria on Schulstraße shortly after closing time and was starving. The clerk promptly gave me a pizza and was very friendly. Unfortunately, that's something you see less and less in Munich.

They were very kind and even sat us 45 minutes before closing.

We walked in and it was completely empty. There were a lot of employees just standing around, talking. After a while, when no one had taken our order (despite the crowd and no other customers), we just left. It's also quite dark inside the restaurant.

Very elegantly decorated restaurant; after some hesitation, I was allowed to take photos. The guys are friendly. The pizza is excellent. Parking is scarce.

Losteria is always a good choice. It always tastes good, the pizzas are incredibly huge. And you just know what you're getting. If you're in the mood for a large, good pizza, it's always a good choice. The wait time can sometimes be a bit longer, as the place is often very busy.

I go there every now and then with friends, or even alone. For me, they have the best pizzas in town. Large, fresh, and well-topped. Reasonably priced, and the red wine is delicious. The service is patchy. Last time it was full, there was only one table for four left. There were two of us, and the manager came over and pulled the table apart right in front of us so "there would be room for more customers." It was already very tight for us. That's unacceptable! When I pointed this out to him, he just said, very rudely and arrogantly, that two people "won't bring in as much money as four." Impossible! We spent over €60 there, so I expected good service.

Hey, I'm a driver and he wanted my delivery bag, yes that's obvious, but I waited for the pizza for 30 minutes and then the pizza was left in the counter the whole time. That was very bad for the customer. Please don't call them anymore because they have no interest in their customers.

Yesterday, I paid over €40 for a pizza, gnocchi, and two Spezi sausages to pick up. Shortly after eating, I had a stomach ache, and now I've had diarrhea since the night before. That was probably my last visit.

We were promised a wait time of 10-15 minutes on the phone, but we ended up waiting 50 minutes. This is annoying and unprofessional. If you're going to specify a time, you should stick to it or inform the customer honestly. Unfortunately, it's disappointing.

My first time here and I was immediately warmly welcomed 💪, plus the food was absolutely delicious! I ordered the prawn gnocci, and it was simply delicious. I can only recommend it 👍 The chef was super friendly and accommodating, and I didn't have to wait long. Respect to the whole team for what they do 😉
