Juice shop. Because of waiting times. I ordered takeout on site. At first they said it would take half an hour because there was a lot going on. Then it took more than an hour. Another time I went in at lunchtime with a hungry child and ordered immediately. There was nothing going on. I said my child was hungry. I waited 45 minutes. And then came a pizza with the wrong toppings. At least they canceled something. The pizza was good, but the service was very slow. Also, the music is too loud.

So really disappointed!!! Never go there again. Hygienic here is 0 out of 10🤢. The dirty fingers, as well as nails and clothes where the chef dries his hands.🤮🤮🤮 Service also really bad. There was black burnt and foam-like portion under dough.😭😭😭

Unfortunately the pizza doesn't taste like anything. I think a lot has happened, especially a new owner. Not worth 15 euros. You can get an exclusive Neapolitan just around the corner

Pizza Prosciutto e funghi unfortunately not worth it for the high price. There were simply slices of packaged cooked ham on top. I've never seen anything like that at L'osteria. In addition, the pizza was completely cold when it arrived.

Ordered food and got the wrong delivery and when you try to call them (over 20 times in a row) no one answers!

The pizza is excellent, (a picture speaks 1000 words) thank you. The staff is very friendly and helpful. I came outside of working hours, regardless of the fact that they cleaned everything, they made me a pizza, even the customer who came after me did the same. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ from Croatia

09/19/2024: There were very few vegetables on the pizza vegetariana - especially for this price. I am still waiting for a response to my complaint via electronic message.

I can only say aggressive people! The staff have very bad dealings with customers, no friendliness at all, bad environment, bad service.!!!

A small place with great food. What can improve is the service, the waiters are often distracted. Drinks come after the meal or you need to remind them. Also, when you want the bill you may have to wave several times before getting the waiter’s attention.

My takeout order was taken on the spot and I had my pizza about 10 minutes later. The taste is very good, a thin, crispy base that also has substance. I am very satisfied and would like to come back.

Very nice people bake the best pizza in town. And the gnocchi are like my grandma's! Every extra wish will be fulfilled. E.g. gnocchi with ragout :) The people in service are very nice and accommodating. The working atmosphere seems to be very good under the management because the employees even sing while they work ;)

The usual perfect quality of the food, there was nothing to complain about. Service was also really nice and accommodating. The ambience could definitely be improved. It seemed a bit untidy and chaotic. There were still empty plates on the tables and crumbs outside. It's not that nice to sit inside anyway, because it's very dark in the back and the tables are stuck together and it feels like there are 5 flies flying around. You should definitely try to fix things like this. When we came in, it somehow seemed like it was “break time”. In any case, it wasn't inviting in itself. But after asking if we could get something else to eat, we were warmly welcomed by the service and were served immediately and made to smile. Food came super quickly, toilet was super clean and well maintained.

By far the worst L'Osteria I've ever been to. You wait forever before you can order. The staff is inattentive and unfriendly. It's dark inside with music way too loud and unclean furniture. Simply 0 out of 10, I wouldn't recommend it.

Last week I just wanted to enjoy a nice evening with my girlfriend, but the waiting times and the motivation of the staff left a lot to be desired because the food wasn't even half good. In the end, I and my girlfriend felt bad. I don't recommend anyone to go there I then complained to the boss and he was very uninterested. Thanks for this stupid service

After our family football game at the weekend we all desperately needed some refreshment and lots of carbohydrates… The food was great and the staff was really on the ball. When the boss invited us for a dessert, the surprise was perfect! Thank you very much for that…and please keep it up!

I ordered a pizza Vegetariana with grilled vegetables via Ubereats. The pizza was put together completely carelessly. Hardly any grilled vegetables. You could have ordered a Mageritha pizza for 12.50 euros instead of a Vegetariana pizza for around 17.95 euros. The price-performance ratio is miserable. Food + delivery costs + tip approx. 24 euros. Unfortunately not recommended!

Ordered food through Wolt. Absolute impudence, salad without tomatoes and ruccola salad (as ordered) poorly dressed without anything and taste. Pizza absolutely cold…!!!!!!!!! It's a shame you always make great promises in advertising

Pizza wasn't done yet and the pasta was like soup. service was very unfriendly! Ambience was also terrible! I've eaten at l'osteria many times but this place was terrible!! I can't recommend it!!

Pizza had a hole the size of a fist. Staff were very rude and preferred to chat instead of taking care of a paying guest! We waited so long and the pizza wasn't appetizing at all! The shop was really very dirty. You could just sweep through sometimes! And how messy the kitchen looked, I'm not surprised that the food was so unappetizing!

No matter whether it's pasta/salad or pizza...everything tastes good, fast service and all the employees are super nice despite being busy and stressed, you shouldn't forget the cashiers are super nice too. Thank you and always happy to L'Osteria

Very good pizza, great pasta and great prices for everything.

Seldom eaten so badly. Pizza came to the table cold and there were hardly any guests there. Pizza crust was hard and dry and the topping was swimming in tomato sauce. Pasta sauce was very watery and pasta was way too “al dente”. We also struggled with stomach cramps afterwards. Service was below average, you could also pour yourself a drink for EUR 5.50. Beer 0.33l for 4.50, extrapolated to 6.80 EUR for 0.5l beer... once and never again.

Decent service and food but horrible franchise atmosphere.

The three of us met there for pizza and we all had food poisoning afterwards. All three of them vomited constantly the next night. All 3 live in different households, the only thing they had in common was food.

Small pizzeria with a dedicated service. The waitress was new and a little unsure, but very pleasant and motivated. Food was absolutely top. Not the usual L'Osteria restaurant you usually know - but with charm. Recommended👍

Nice atmosphere in the limited space available and large pizzas. Unfortunately, they always have very different toppings - sometimes quite lavish, sometimes with a lot of dry edges.

Sehr lecker und riesig, wie gewohnt bei L'Osteria. Unkompliziert und schnell auch noch. Und schön eingerichtet. Gerne wieder. Update: Leider gestern eher enttäuschend und vor allem viel zu kalt. Selbst das Team hat gefroren. Haben lange gewartet, bis man und begrüßt und platziert hat, alles etwas durcheinander.

In Erwartungen an die Standards der Losteria Kette haben wir auch dieses Restaurant besucht. Jedoch wurden wir - wie bereits andere Bewertungen zeigen - bitter enttäuscht!!! 1. Unfreundliche, inkompetente Mitarbeiter die sich lieber untereinander unterhalten anstatt sich um Ihre ZAHLENDE Gäste zu kümmern. 2. Das mit Abstand schlechteste italienische Essen das wir je gegessen haben. Sofern man es als Italienisch und Essen bezeichnen kann. Jede Konserve bietet mehr Geschmackserlebnis wie unser bestelltes Essen. (Spaghetti Carbonara schwammen in fettiger Sahne Soße und ohne jede Art von Gewürzen. Speck war verbrannt und steinhart!) 3. Desaströses Ambiente! Schiefe Tische, mobile Heizungen, keine Musik, etc. Fazit: Geht gar nicht!

Pizza Pane leider sehr trocken/verbrannt und ohne frische Tomaten. Dafür 8,5€ pro Pizza ist nicht gerechtfertigt.

Eine kleine L'Osteria mit großartigem Service. Das Essen war ebenfalls 1A!

I had three of the employees behaving disrespectfully and raising their voice at me, all because I wanted to pay with my Losteria giftcard. According to them I should have checked beforehand if they accept said Losteria giftcard as a payment method and that I should know that since they’re a piccolo restaurant, that they do not have the scanner machine, this went on and on even after I had offered to pay with my credit card. I had no idea that they weren’t going to accept the giftcard and I was made stupid and embarrased about it, even though it clearly states on the giftcard that Losteria restaurants all around germany accept it. I now regret buying a 100€ giftcard because I ended up having to pay from my own pocket either way. Also, the quality of the food at Losteria Rotkreuzplatz was not up to par with the other restaurants, my friend ordered the pesto pasta and there was a thick layer of oil to the point where the pasta was floating in it. All in all a horrible experience.

Die Mitarbeiter sind immer gut gelaunt und sehr freundlich. Das Ambiente ist sehr gemütlich und das Essen sehr gut. Die Pizzen sind riesig!👍🏼

Die Qualität der Küche ist leider nicht empfehlenswert!

Habe zwei Pizzas zum mitnehmen bestellt. Die eine zierte ein faustgroßes Loch, es fehlte der Schinken und sie war total verbrannt...triefte dafür aber vor Öl. Die andere war okay. Schlechteste L'Osteria Erfahrung meines Lebens ...

Toll, dass es hier jetzt auch eine L’Osteria gibt!! Wir waren wie immer super zufrieden!

Leider hatte das Lokal, anders als online ausgeschrieben, keinen veganen Reibeschmelz. Ersatzweise wurden normale Nudeln mit Tomatensoße bestellt. Ausdrücklich vegan. Serviert wurde mit Parmesan. Geht gar nicht, wenn man stark allergisch ist! Sehr langsamer Service, welcher Kundenwünsche auf Grund sehr schlechter Deutschkenntnisse nicht erfüllen konnte.

Sowohl zum abholen als auch vor Ort immer top essen und Service gehabt. Sympathisches Personal.

Wir haben Pizza Margherita vor Ort bestellt und nach Hause genommen. Die Pizza kostete 9,90 €, was für die Größe, ausreichend für zwei Personen preislich in Ordnung war. Zu Hause haben wir die Pizza mit Ruccola, Öl, Parmesan und Schinken aufgepeppt. Daher kann ich nur den Teig beurteilen. Ich fand ihn mittelmäßig, etwas trocken. Er war nicht zu dick und nicht zu dünn. Ich glaube, ich nehme das nächste Mal wieder die Pizza vom Mitbewerber. Aber man muss ja schließlich offen für Neues sein.

Es tut mir leid, meine Erfahrung mit der L'Osteria war äußerst enttäuschend. Nicht nur wurde mir die falsche Pizza geliefert, sondern auch die Tatsache, dass die gelieferte Pizza günstiger war als die, die ich bestellt hatte, hat mich sehr verärgert. Nachdem ich die falsche Bestellung erhalten hatte, entschied ich mich, eine Beschwerdemail an die Filiale zu senden und auf das Missgeschick hinzuweisen. Leider erhielt ich keinerlei Reaktion auf meine E-Mail. Die Ignoranz seitens der Filiale hat meine Enttäuschung nur noch verstärkt. Es ist unverständlich, wie ein etabliertes Unternehmen wie die L'Osteria es sich erlauben kann, derart nachlässig mit seinen Kunden umzugehen. Eine falsche Bestellung kann passieren, aber es ist die Pflicht des Unternehmens, auf Beschwerden angemessen zu reagieren und den Kunden zufrieden zu stellen. Als Kunde erwarte ich ein Mindestmaß an Service und Respekt, insbesondere wenn ich Geld für eine Lieferung ausgebe. Die Tatsache, dass die L'Osteria meine Beschwerde ignoriert hat, hat mein Vertrauen in dieses Unternehmen stark erschüttert. Basierend auf meiner negativen Erfahrung mit L'Osteria und ihrem mangelnden Kundenservice kann ich leider keine positive Bewertung abgeben. Ich werde zukünftig alternative Restaurants in Betracht ziehen, die einen besseren Service bieten und sich um ihre Kunden kümmern. Es ist bedauerlich, dass eine falsche Bestellung und eine nicht reagierende Kundendienstabteilung das Bild eines Restaurants so stark beeinflussen können. Hoffentlich wird die L'Osteria aus dieser Erfahrung lernen und ihre Kundenbeziehungen verbessern.

Habe über uber eats Pizza bestellt und eine tiramisu. Der Rucola auf meiner Pizza wurde durch die Lieferung leider ungenießbar aber das kann passieren! Was aber nicht passieren kann ist dass ich 3,50 für eine unglaublich kleine Tiramisu zahle. Das war echt n Witz

Das Essen war super nur leider muss dringend an der Sauberkeit der Sitzbänke nachgebessert werden. Ich kenne die Losteria aus anderen Städten und war hier sehr enttäuscht.

Sehr unfreundliche Personal, man holt sich besser selbst die Karte, weil man ignoriert wird, Tisch ist ekelhaft schmutzig, überteuerte Bierpreise (4,10 für 0,3) und dann war die Pizza einfach nicht gut. Fazit: nie wieder.

Lieferung kam mit 1,5 Std. Verspätung. Kalt! Natürlich! Telefonisch ist niemand erreichbar, hab 10x angerufen. Der Lieferant war das Highlight, total nett, höflich und hat versucht zu retten was nicht zu retten war. Never ever again!!!! Bloß nicht bestellen!!!!!
