Beautiful interior and nice ambience. Even in the evening it's possible to talk to each other because the interior has normal ergonomics and there is enough space between tables. Most of the staff are very friendly and professional. The food is delicious, and there are vegan options.

More common here. Nice service, even if the hut is on fire. Consistently high quality. Only the cappuccino is sometimes a bit too milky. But many people like that too.

Food was great - you could tell it was handmade and the ingredients tasted fresh. However, the main takeaway from this experience was the service, or lack of it. When we arrived there was nobody to greet us (or the two couples in front of us) for 15 minutes, the first couple left. This was all while various servers were sat around chatting to each other. Then once we were seated and our order taken it took 55 minutes for us to be served a margarita pizza. Overall, the food was great but the slow service outweighed that.

For Germany the food is decent.

The food and atmosphere was good but the service not so much. When i tried to ask for Parmesan and crushed red pepper, server tried to hurry up and didn’t even let me finish my sentence. Instead of crushed red pepper, I was brought salt and pepper. Server was also kind of ignoring me when I tried to ask for anything. Overall I’d give this place 4 stars

I happened to go because the bus was canceled, but it was nice to have wifi. The store is very crowded and service takes a long time, so I recommend visiting when you have time. I was swollen because of the salty German food, but after eating the zucchini pasta, which was lighter than the average German food, the swelling seemed to go down a bit.

I was eating there, the food was really great, the condition had extreme smells of sweat and bad breath and got really close after I pointed out to her several times that she shouldn't do it, she pretended to bring us the pizza and then went in At the last moment we ran to another table and we had to wait 43 minutes for our pizza, which was actually ready on the food delivery counter and no one wanted to bring it like us when we got it after 43 minutes after we were laughed at by the staff and the pizza was 90 % tasted like oil, so something like that sucked under everything, we were given a dirty table. I found the service terrible. We were treated badly by a specific waitress. We went to some franchise stores in Germany and Austria because, although the service left something to be desired, the dishes we ordered were always good and plentiful. Ad valorem

We come here about every two weeks because it is simply a great restaurant for families. Super child-friendly, always nice and cheerful waitresses. The children get a children's menu to color in and their own children's pizza. You can also watch the pizza being made and even the pizza makers make jokes and show for our youngest. The pizzas from the stone oven are super tasty and huge, you can also share them and order them with 2 different toppings. The pasta dishes are also good. It's a nice place to sit, the sofas are comfortable, and the bathrooms are clean and beautifully designed. A playground is directly opposite. Always my pleasure!

Very nice place for pasta and pizzas. The food portions are big, great for sharing. Everything I tried was amazing. The waitresses are very friendly and nice, we had some trouble understanding how to redeem a promo but they were super patient with me and figured it out. Highly recommended!

Overall a good restaurant. After being in Italy this year, I have to say, the pizza can't keep up with the one in Italy. Pasta dishes were quite good.

Always top food and super friendly service

I recently visited this restaurant for the first time and I really loved it. As soon as you enter you are warmly welcomed and immediately feel at home. The atmosphere is cozy, modern and relaxed at the same time. The staff was incredibly friendly and attentive without being intrusive. The food was an absolute delight! Every dish was perfectly prepared, fresh and prepared with attention to detail. I was pleasantly surprised by the selection of drinks. It was definitely not the last visit for me. If you are looking for delicious food, great ambience and first-class service, you should definitely stop by here!

I visited this restaurant on the 29th of September. We were a table of 5 people, with a reservation. The service of the waitress who served us was highly unprofessional. When we were paying our bill, I paid with card and decided not to leave any tip, as I didn't think the service was good enough. The waitress got mad with us for not leaving her any money. She literally said and I cite her : "What is wrong with all of you spanish people who don't leave any tip????. It's incredible. It's not a judgment, just my opinion about your culture". Thank you for your opinion, we did not ask for it. The service needs to understand that this is a professional interaction, between an employee and a client. It is my right, my choice, to leave a tip or not. You are not going to decide for me. Your internal thoughts do not matter to me, so please keep them to you. An e-mail has been sent to the restaurant with all the details, if they decide to take any action, which I don't think they will. I will most definitely not be coming back again.

I've been here several times in the past. L'Osteria is a pizza chain in the middle price and quality segment, so far so good. You get what you expect and pay for. Today I was back at 9:50 p.m. After the Oktoberfest, with a friend and a girlfriend. I understand that during the Oktoberfest you are used to working with a “heavy” audience. But the fact that the security staff treat you like absolute dirt, are super unfriendly, get in your way, are completely inflexible when it comes to table occupancy and even when you leave the restaurant indignantly they storm after you far into the street (?!) is the craziest thing than I have ever experienced while visiting a restaurant. Dear L'Osteria, this security guard needs to be fired. I would be happy to answer any questions, I hope that the management draws conclusions from this behavior.

Pizzas are large and will definitely fill you up, pasta is tasty, normal quantity. Toilets are clean.

The food was good but the waiter “Luca” added the tip without asking.

We went at noon on the day Oltoberfest started. The venue is right next to Theresienwiese, where Oktoberfest is held. It was quite intense. Our drink arrived a little late, but other than that we had no problems. We even liked it better than L'Osteria, where we had dinner before in Dresden.

It's Oktoberfest and: hopelessly overwhelmed and unfriendly staff. Long wait until order was taken. No greeting...

We were here at Oktoberfest time. A completely overwhelmed team, far too few staff. If asked, it is probably common practice to clear away the plates while others are still eating - for reasons of space. Oktoberfest people come in heaps for the toilet. Oktoberfest is every year. You can really prepare better here!

Food and service top, but unsuitable for a quiet meal, it is quite loud there as the stylish interior has no sound insulation.

Outside was underwhelming. Inside though is so much more! I recommend the Salsiccia piccante, Tortellini prosciutto e Panna and insalata caesare. So tasty. The best pizza I've ever had!

We went here for dinner on a Friday. Friendly staff, nice service and a great menu. What we thought was great was that you could share a pizza (1 topping per half). Everything tasted great. Definitely recommended!!

The waitress was friendly and took my order in English, which was good! In relation to the food, it took a long time to bring our order, two expensive salads and not enough tasty ones. The Beverages (Paulaner lager and Ramazzotti rosato) were refreshing and generous.

We really liked L'Osteria in Munich. The drinks, a San Pellegrino and a Mezzo mix, were well chilled and refreshing. The Maccheroncini Pesto and Maccheroncini Gorgonzola both tasted great. The portions were generous and the service was friendly. Overall, a successful visit that we would be happy to repeat.

We absolutely loved the seating outside, the smiling waitress and the pizzas.... They are a story on their own. They were absolutely amazing.

There is room for greater friendliness and attention here. The food was good, although my pasta was a bit too aldente for my taste. But unfortunately our food was initially forgotten and there was an unfriendly reaction rather than an apology and the food was then brought without a word... all a shame. There was no question about what the food was like or whether we would like something else. That's not how you do business and unfortunately there aren't any tips for it either.

Diciamo subito che di italiano ci sono solo le scritte ed una gentilissima e professionale cameriera. I piatti sono, secondo me, adattati per il palato locale. Spaghetti al pomodoro pieni di cipolla, ad esempio. Comprensibile, ma tocca dirlo, se metti dappertutto cose e scritte che riportato alla cucina italiana. La pizza non condita, usata come pane, era buona. Se la pizza ha lo stesso impasto azzarderei che non deve essere proprio malvagia, probabilmente un "adattato salvacena" se non vuoi saturarti di wurstel.

The food on site was extremely delicious. We were particularly impressed by the large pizza - it not only tasted excellent, but was also a visual highlight. The dough was perfectly crispy and the topping was fresh. Added to this is the friendly and attentive service, which made our visit a completely successful experience. The staff were always courteous and made us feel welcome. Overall, it was a wonderful gastronomic experience that we would happily repeat.

I have never experienced such poor service in my life. Even though I'm there often, it was most likely the last time. The waitress was so rude and arrogant that I couldn't understand it! We waited 45 minutes for noodles even though there was nothing going on! She threw away our receipt without asking. When we thanked her, she didn't even say goodbye or thank you for coming, etc. I've never seen anything so disrespectful in service!!! The operator's name had to be S-Cl.. which was stated on the receipt. I won't come to this Losteria again despite the nice atmosphere, unfortunately served by the wrong staff!

To be honest, it's pretty nice there, but €5.25 for a large spezi and €17 for a margarita... Not justified in my opinion.

Anyone looking for peace and quiet is wrong, here you are in the middle of life. Really cool service, no one was offended here, we haven't had such a great evening for a long time. Even if it's almost secondary, we have to expressly praise the food. Everything just fell into place, thank you so much - we'll see each other again.

The beautiful terrace and the interior area invite you to eat and relax. The service is very friendly and professional… we always enjoy coming here as a family. There is a nice shady playground right next door on the other side.

When we arrived we got a really nice spot outside. The location is beautiful and the staff is particularly friendly. The drinks and food are very delicious. Overall the price is okay for everything. I can only recommend it.

Terrible service. The waiter is unpleasant, sneers when you ask him a question or pretends not to hear. They left us the cutlery to set up. As for the pizza, the dough seems frozen and the ingredients on it are carelessly placed and of supermarket quality. For payment, minimum credit card 20€... no effort.
