Anyone looking for peace and quiet is wrong, here you are in the middle of life. Really cool service, no one was offended here, we haven't had such a great evening for a long time. Even if it's almost secondary, we have to expressly praise the food. Everything just fell into place, thank you so much - we'll see each other again.

The two of us ate here today. The service was very quick and attentive, and as always the food was well portioned and delicious!

When we arrived we got a really nice spot outside. The location is beautiful and the staff is particularly friendly. The drinks and food are very delicious. Overall the price is okay for everything. I can only recommend it.

The beautiful terrace and the interior area invite you to eat and relax. The service is very friendly and professional… we always enjoy coming here as a family. There is a nice shady playground right next door on the other side.

As for the pizza, the dough seems frozen and the ingredients on it are carelessly placed and of supermarket quality. For payment, minimum credit card 20€... no effort.

Food was tasty. Half a pizza can fill you up. We ordered half BBQ Chicken half Hawaii. The first half was spicy, it was indicated on the menu. The second one had fresh pineapples (not canned), but they were cut into large pieces and were not very convenient to eat. Both halves were burnt :/ We also ordered 2 lemonades (strawberry and passion fruit), very tasty. Prices are reasonable. We arrived at 13:00 on Sunday. Most of the place was empty. We waited 15 minutes for the waiter. There were 4 waiters working and none of them came to us. In the end, we had to call the waiter ourselves. It was a young guy. We also waited 15-20 minutes for food. There were 3-5 cooks working in the kitchen and still the food takes too long to prepare.. I can’t imagine what happens when the hall is full. People sitting next to us waited for the score for 20 minutes!!! We didn't want to wait as long as they did, so we asked the waiter to bring the bill immediately after we received our dishes. 25 minutes pass, we finished lunch. At our request, they did not bring the bill... We asked the girl to do this and she kindly calculated the bill for us. Thanks to her for this. The service leaves much to be desired. The atmosphere is great. The music is not loud, the interior is nice. The toilet is clean. As a result, we were left with mixed impressions... Unfortunately, the service spoiled the overall picture of the restaurant. I don't know if we will visit it again.

I would like to share my disappointment about my visit to L’Osteria on Friday evening. The evening was a complete fiasco, starting with a wait of over 1.5 hours for our food. The table next to us had the same problem. When I asked politely after about an hour when our food would arrive, I received the nonsensical answer from the waitress that people who had come before us were still waiting. A really unprofessional statement. Another major annoyance was the open kitchen, which was supposed to inspire confidence but in our case had the opposite effect. You could clearly see how the pizzas were prepared. The pizza makers placed paper receipts on the pizzas, presumably to assign orders. However, a receipt was left on a pizza until the paper melted. An employee removed the melted pieces of paper in front of me and still served the pizza to a guest. Something like this is just ridiculous and unacceptable. This visit not only spoiled our evening, but also any appetite for another visit here. I have rarely experienced such a combination of long waiting times and unhygienic behavior. Absolutely not recommended!

The experience at this pizzeria was very negative. We had to wait two hours for our food, which is absolutely not normal. Additionally, the service from the waitress was poor. Not recommendable.

The pizzas are huge and topped with fresh ingredients. Lasagna and spaghetti are good. Service and ambience were great, and price/performance was okay for Munich standards.

I ordered pizzas to pick up and they tasted good too. I paid in cash to an employee at the bar, who gave me my change and rummaged around in my wallet for what felt like hours to get the last ten cents, only to then tell me that she couldn't get the 10 cents together and whether "it wouldn't work that way." "would", which I can't quite believe, as it was quite jingling in her wallet and I can't imagine that she wouldn't have got ten cents together just to get a tip. Of course it's only ten cents, but it's still the change I'm entitled to and I don't think it's okay to sneak a tip this way, regardless of the value. In general, I like to give tips, but I don't see the point of giving something if I'm just being charged and sent to the kitchen to pick up the pizza, i.e. if it's not even brought to me. The performance is too low for me and I find the employee's action just brazen and you feel like you've been taken for a fool.

Above all, very tasty, large pizzas. 😋 However, prices for drinks and food are too high. Service mediocre.

We ordered Pizza vegetariana (the vegetables on top of pizza, eggplant was not cooked/baked at all. And for kid we ordered Gnocchi Prosciutto e Panna (this was super salty). The order took 90 min to reach, very late delivery.

I just like Osteria Pizza. Simply tastes good. The staff at Schwanthaler Höhe is super friendly and always takes care of their customers. Top! The place is also really nicely decorated and inviting. Can be recommended to every pizza lover.

The service, food, atmosphere and value for money are perfectly matched. I think paying through an app using a QR code at the table is a great idea. It is not always necessary to call the staff just to bring the payment device.

I called there early as an emergency service worker (rescue service) because I know that it always takes about 20 minutes, and I outed myself as such. After 20 minutes I was in the store, I paid, and what wasn't ready? Exactly, my food, which meant that I had to wait another 20 minutes (on duty, without a break policy) with the constant danger of getting an alarm and having to leave without food, but paid for. The staff simply didn't care and I will be careful not to come here again, even though the taste is actually good...

Absolutely bad service. Despite pre-ordering, the waiting time was over 2 hours. And then you had to run after them to get your money back. No money seen yet! Never again!

I'm rarely there, but what struck me recently was that the pizza is very large. Almost too big, which is why I would recommend half a pizza for normal hunger. In my opinion, there is still room for improvement in terms of quality, at least when it comes to the pizza. A friend of mine had gnocchi with cheese sauce which tasted better. We were a large group, had enough space and were able to make reservations very easily. Highly recommended for groups. Service and ambience were good and we were in a good mood and full when we moved on.

It is more of a place to have an aperitif, the menu is small and despite being an Italian restaurant, the administrator is German and on the staff there is only one person who speaks Italian and at the same time she is a foreigner.

For many years the best pizza far and wide for me and especially the extraordinary size was a great concept of the L Osteria chain. Unfortunately, it will be softened in 2024 and only slightly larger pizzas will be available at a significantly higher price. As a result, the pizza half/half concept, which I had understood as an essential brand feature, was unfortunately lost. Now it's worth considering alternatives again. Fortunately, the employees on site are still very friendly.

You can write the restaurant hours on Google until 10 pm. because the kitchen is closed at 10 p.m. Maybe too rich country and no one wants to work here. Cook wanted to give me someone else pizza in box. Crazy.

The pizzas are becoming drier and drier because there is less and less toppings on them. But the prices will be increased. I think that's really bad. If you work out the recipe in such a way that the coating is minimized, then you have to lower the prices and not increase them. This is really not okay with customers

I recently dined at L'Osteria in Munich. The setting is very nice, which makes the disappointing food and service stand out even more. We started with a green salad drenched in overly sweet dressing and a tuna salad that was very meager on tuna. The Campari spritz was the worst I’ve ever tasted, and sampling three different red wines proved all were very disappointing. Even the olives were not notable. Service was incredibly slow, with our pizza taking over an hour to arrive, and the staff was unapologetic. When it did arrive, the pizza had an undercooked crust and lacked authentic Italian flavor. Prices were also very high for the quality. Despite the lovely ambiance, the overall experience at L'Osteria was underwhelming.

Everything was wonderful as always, only this time we had small red chairs almost like children's chairs. That doesn't work.

The surroundings of the restaurant are very beautifully and comfortably decorated. The food was of very good quality for a decent price, but it has to be said that the waiting time for this was very long, which is why only 4 stars for service. We also had to wait a long time until we could order. The staff was quite friendly and polite. All in all, always happy.

I gave this restaurant 4 times the chance to prove itself, and each time I was once again disappointed. At least once, one of the people in our group had to have their pizza remade. The waiting time for 5 pizzas is unbelievable, almost 40- We always had to wait 50 minutes here. Staff is just incredibly, incredibly bad. There are only a few people who are REALLY COMPETENT. This restaurant will be avoided in the future.

Brilliant place to go for pizza! They are absolutely huge but the staff give you take away boxes for anything that you can't finish. It was so busy when we visited but the guy serving us was brilliant.

I was only allowed to order drinks after 25 minutes… the 2 pizzas then took another 45 minutes. After asking, the tortellini came again 10-15 minutes later! And then with small children... that doesn't work at all (The bread that was ordered was forgotten and was not delivered despite asking for it before paying)

Service was very nice, but calling yourself an Italian restaurant and then serving carbonara with cooked ham and cream borders on genocide of the Italian palate. Service was understanding, but did not include a discount for the barely touched carbonara when paying. A pity !!!

We were forced to order at the bar and have the wine and a snack there too. We actually wanted a table and waited at the bar. When asked, the service staff was very unfriendly and pointed out that we had now ordered at the bar. We couldn't get a table anymore. Service desert gastronomy! This behavior clearly speaks in favor of going to an owner-managed restaurant and away from the anonymity of a gastro chain.

They gave a nasty tabke outside, with bad view. The service was unsatisfactory and terribly slow. They served all pizzas except one, which arrived too late, when we were about to leave. They served us by mistake a micro-pizza, never ordered... The waiter failed to include many knives for the pizzas. The waiter forgot to bring a beer, even after 2 reminders. Their excuse was that the bar was full (but actually it was desert!!). Incredible. And finally, they didn't apply any discount, to compensate all these inconveniences for the customer. I don't recommend this place!
