We had two pizzas - one from the standard menu and one from the monthly menu. Both were generously topped, hot, crispy and simply delicious. The service was great - quick and very friendly. It's nice when you can also have fun with the service staff. Thank you very much, gladly again.

Unfortunately we weren't received very friendly and had to wait 10 minutes at reception as ordered and not picked up. However, the friendly female waiter pulled it out again. There was a small restaurant there that was very loud and packed. Pizza didn't look that nice, which was also reported to the waitress. I go to the L'Osteria chain a lot and the restaurant has been the worst of the ones I've visited so far. Be friendlier at reception, music a little more reduced, the food on point, not like after a kitchen fight, then it will be something🫵🫵

My girlfriend and I wanted to go out to eat again today. Instead of the Bavarian economy, pizza has been around for a long time. What to say: - Wooden table stuck - rags, dish soap and water seem unknown there. - Waitress 1 picked up food and drinks - Waitress 2 brought drinks - after they had been standing at the bar for 10 minutes. Lemon in the cola or an ice cube?! - None but €5.25 for 0.5. - Waitress 3 brought food - Waiter 4 cleared away - Waitress 1 collected - the €1.05 tip really hurt - actually I always give 10% (bill just under €50). Actually you are served by one person and not by the entire staff - whoever has the time and desire. In addition, it has to be said that there were maybe 6 tables occupied. - Waitress 2 cleared other tables and carried used glasses by sticking her fingers into them and carrying them to the counter as a triplet... Afterwards our drinks were brought to us, which of course were touched with dirty fingers from other guests' used glasses. A little tip, an absolute no-go - at least wash your hands afterwards - that's how you transmit diseases. By the way, you should never touch the top of the rim of a glass and certainly not into it - neither when serving nor when clearing away - Cutlery had a matt limescale coating - Polishing cutlery isn't your thing, is it?! - not bad, I quickly did it with a handkerchief and it looked nice again. - By the way, you don't address guests as “you”. Especially not if they are much older. - while we were eating, tons of drivers from Lieferheld and Wolt came, waited, walked back and forth, played on their cell phones - there is less going on at Marienplatz. Very uncomfortable. - Pizza was as big as a wagon wheel, but clearly topped, dripping with an almost tasteless spice oil and the edge was softer than crispy. - Girlfriend asked for chili oil - the bottle stuck like a handball - We also witnessed the private conversations of the waiters, what they are still doing today, who is coming to visit whom, when, etc. - the highlight was when waiter 4 packed the remaining pizza for us - my girlfriend had ordered two different toppings - when we got home we had one nice sandwich mix of both - see picture below - big boxes were out or what?! Conclusion: Quality like the fast food joint but at twice the price.

This restaurant was close to our hotel and was super busy! Unfortunately there were no tables so we opted for the big metal table when you walk in. The hostess was taking orders that’s how busy they were! Everything we got was great and would totally go back.

No matter which L`Osteria you eat at, it is always an elaborately styled location with familiar quality. However, I wasn't that happy with my Chicken BBQ pizza. It would have been enough to marinate the chicken pieces in barbecue sauce, but generously brushing it all over the pizza was too much and made the pizza unnecessarily sweet.

The pizza was good, the waiter was totally attentive and polite. Unfortunately, before eating, we were asked rather rudely in an empty restaurant to change the table that had been assigned to us for two people. When asked abruptly, the employee introduced himself as a manager in order to apparently give the request (not a request, but the question “why are you sitting here?”) more weight, which was totally wrong! I have rarely been treated so disrespectfully in a restaurant and if we hadn't been pressed for time we would have skipped dinner.

It was very tasty food, as you are used to at L'osteria. The staff was also super nice and attentive. Unfortunately I was a bit disappointed with the cleanliness! A look should be taken at the corridors, toilets and the passage to the kitchen. (It wasn't crowded) Hope the criticism helps the location.

We've been coming here for years and were mostly satisfied. Today after dinner my fiancée told the young waitress that she should pack almost half the pizza, whereupon she threw the pizza away and then tried to convince us that she asked us three times She should pack the pizza with a rather annoyed and bored tone. Mistakes can happen, but you should also be able to stand behind them and not blame your customers for them without any understanding. I mean, who would just throw away half a pizza? That's rather illogical. I asked for a coupon but was told that it wasn't possible and that we would only get one coffee on the house. We gave up the coffee and we will also give up the shop in the future.

A great interior cozy and beautiful. Everything was great and the size of the pizza was over the edge of the plate. Staff nice and helpful. I'd love to come back.

As in almost every L'Osteria restaurant, very good food (we had bruscetta, salad and pizza), very good service and a pleasant atmosphere. The only downer is the large intersection in front of the outdoor area.

For me one of the best locations. Really very accommodating staff. We were able to specify when making the reservation that we had dogs with us and were given a specially suitable place for this. The food is, as always, very good.

My girlfriend and I love this restaurant, the ambience is pleasant and the decor and outdoor area looks beautiful. The food is great and came quicker than expected. In addition, you can't complain about the extremely friendly staff. Overall, a 5-star rating is more than deserved!

I've eaten here several times and never had any problems. The best thing you can note here are the huge pizzas for a top price. I would always recommend this Losteria.

It rained so heavily on Sunday afternoon (August 18th) that we waited so long at reception until we were greeted and seated, even though there was nothing going on. The employee wiped down the tables very slowly, giving the impression that she was not at all interested in talking to and serving the customers. Wasn't customer oriented at all. We walked away.

The staff is hopelessly overwhelmed. The food comes before the drinks, for which you have to wait 30 minutes. Sorry but that was nothing.

We would particularly like to highlight Valeria, our waitress, who made our visit unforgettable with her warm and attentive manner. She not only gave us excellent advice, but also made sure that we didn't lack anything. The food was of course also a highlight – authentic and prepared with a lot of love. We'll definitely be back!

We walked from our hotel in the pouring rain and happened on this place. The pasta was fresh and tasty. One of the bussers jumped in and served us when she saw no-one had taken our order and did so cheerfully and in good English. Danke! The place was slammed and they were running to keep up. Pretty loud, but cozy. Would eat at this chain again.

We found the place as we were walking in Munich and sitted for just a cocktail so we can have a rest.We liked it so much that we made a reservation for dinner the next day. We surely come again when we visit Munich in the future.I recommend it either for lunch or dinner or for coffee and drink.

Came in for a pizza and a drink. Keep in mind that the pizzas are humongous and easily fills up two hungry bellies. My order was a Salsicca Picante pizza (Mozzarella, spicy-pepperoni Salami, Basil), medium salad bowl, Weißbier and Espresso to top it off. The 🍕 was slightly oily but not something that ruined the taste. The others who had pasta told it was lecker. The service was excellent and friendly. We could scan and pay via the QR Code kept at the table. The scan showed the orders placed at the table.

Vorweg: würde ich nicht tolle L’Osteria Filialen in Berlin, Potsdam, Hamburg und Saarbrücken kennen - ich wäre nie wieder in eine Filiale dieser Kette gegangen. Das einzig positive: man sitzt abends dort sehr nett draußen, das war wirklich schön. Allerdings ist das alles auch ein Raucher Bereich und wenn man Pech hat sitzt man während des Essens den ganzen Abend im Zigaretten Rauch der Nebentische Zur Bewegung selbst: das Essen war in meiner Weise von der Qualität so, wie ich es aus andern Filialen kenne. Bruschetta kommt normaler weise auf dicken Scheiben gerösteten Brots. Hier super dünne, wabbelige Scheibchen. Überhaupt nicht lecker, überhaupt nicht gut Die Pizza Salami brauchte eine halbe Ewigkeit und kam dann ebenfalls wabbelig, blass und farblos. Darauf dann ein (!) Basilikum Blatt - was ist das denn bitte für ein Konzept. Hat uns leider auch nicht überzeugt. Service allgemein unaufmerksam und desinteressiert. an die wegen der Hitze georderten Eiswürfel musste 2 x erinnert werden, nachdem wir 30 min wiederum aufs dolci warteten, fragte die Service Kraft: „kam der Nachtisch schon??“ Öööhm - wäre toll, wenn der Service das selbst wüsste und/oder im Blick hätte. Die Antwort lautete leider: nein , er kam noch nicht. Da war es dann übrigens kurz vor 22 Uhr an einem Sonntag Abend Also weder Rush Hour noch Hektik, sondern einfach schlecht organisiert Fazit: das Essen hat uns NULL überzeugt, der Service war de facto nicht vorhanden und allein fürs nette draußen sitzen muss man hier wirklich nicht hingehen

First of all: if I didn't know great L'Osteria branches in Berlin, Potsdam, Hamburg and Saarbrücken - I would never have gone to a branch of this chain again. The only positive thing: it was nice to sit outside there in the evening, which was really nice. However, this is also a smoking area and if you are unlucky you will sit in the cigarette smoke from the neighboring tables all evening while you eat Regarding the movement itself: the food was of the same quality as I know it from other branches. Bruschetta usually comes on thick slices of toasted bread. Here are super thin, wobbly slices. Not tasty at all, not good at all The salami pizza took forever and came out wobbly, pale and colorless. Then a (!) basil leaf on top - what kind of concept is that? Unfortunately it didn't convince us either. Service generally inattentive and disinterested. We had to be reminded twice about the ice cubes we had ordered because of the heat. After we waited again for 30 minutes for the dolci, the service person asked: “Did dessert come already??” Öööhm - it would be great if the service knew that themselves and/or would have a view. Unfortunately the answer was: no, he didn't come yet. By the way, it was just before 10 p.m. on a Sunday evening So neither rush hour nor hectic, just poorly organized Conclusion: we were ZERO impressed by the food, the service was de facto non-existent and you really don't have to go here just to sit outside

The waiting time for the pizza was about 45 minutes. When asked about this, the waitress said that a lot of Lieferando orders came at the same time. Unfortunately, the customers in the restaurant will probably be left behind... The pizza was below average. In my opinion, cheaper ingredients are now used here, although my last experience at this L'Osteria was several years ago. Plus point: the waitress was very nice and helpful.

If you had been to l’Osteria before you might have noticed that every place is different. Here, I can recommend the Pizza - they are huge and well-backed - unfortunately I forgot to take photos. The pasta was rather small portion for a big price. The fresh pasta (Pappardelle) was tasty. But the tomato sauce was tasteless and with hardly anything in there. I could have made it better myself. Also the Penne with Shrimps had been disappointing. Little portion and taste. On top, the service had been ignoring us for 30min straight when we wanted to pay. So if you happen to go here, go for Pizza 🍕

The food was very tasty, we ate there twice. We first had a very unfriendly waitress who spoke to us stupidly when we asked for another seat (there would have been enough free tables) because 3 pizzas on the small table were not nice to eat. On the second visit we were served by a very lovely and friendly waitress. The ambience was quite nice, a little cramped, and when every seat was occupied it was also quite loud, so you could hardly hold a conversation yourself. If we come to this area again, we would eat here again.

L’Osteria am Gasteig in Munich - once and NEVER again! This was my first visit to l'Osteria because my friends (who have been to other branches before) have always been satisfied. The food was, as usual, quite tasty. But the service and the ambience overall were simply BOTTOM-LESS. Our waitress really tried hard, but unfortunately her boss was breathing down her neck from minute 1. He has obviously completely missed his job. He seated four of us at a mini table, even though we mentioned straight away that we all wanted to eat a pizza (very large!). As expected, the table was far too small, so our drinks were placed on a shabby side table and our pizzas were basically thrown on top of each other on the table. An enjoyable meal was therefore impossible. The boss just ran up and down during our stay, complained loudly about guests and yelled at his staff. Overall VERY professional… (Warning: sarcasm!)

If you offer salad, it should be good. My César salad with chicken (little and dry) was bland. A little ice cream lettuce, a little cheese, a little uncrunchy croutons. Dressing: neutral. Bread: dry. I'm definitely not coming back!
